About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly.
Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

What The Role Is
As a
Staff Engineer
at Babylist, you own some of our hardest domains and decide where they go. Millions of families depend on what we build. Agents write most of the code now. So the hard part is yours: what to build, how it should work and whether what shipped was right. You're still in the code for the genuinely hard problems. Agents handle the volume. You spend your time on the parts that need a person. We're building well beyond the registry now: the financial side of raising a kid, maternal health made simpler and more human, the education new parents are looking for and the community around them. The hard problems run across all of it, plus the platform underneath and the AI we already ship to families.
You'll own a big piece of the product, but you won't be boxed into it. The roadmap is open. You have a say in which bets we make, and you pick what you take on next.
What You'll Own
A Staff Engineer here sets direction. You own a domain: a product surface, a platform area or a capability that cuts across several teams. You set where it's going over the next year or two, sequence the bets that get there and make the technical and product calls along the way. You're still in the code. We don't have architects who've stopped building. If you stepped away, multiple teams would feel it. Your influence shows up in the systems and the work other teams choose to build on. You don't need direct reports to have that reach. It comes from what you build.
In practice, you:
Take a fuzzy business problem from the first sketch through to production, and stay on the hook for whether it actually helped customers.
Build the platform or tooling other teams adopt by choice, and own it as it scales.
Make the architecture calls that span teams and the ones that are expensive to reverse.
Set the standard for how your domain builds with AI. Decide what good looks like, build the patterns and evals that get agents there and catch the output that's confidently wrong before it ships.
Partner with product, design and data as a peer, shaping what's worth building from the start.
Coach Senior engineers through the hard calls, the ambiguous ones as much as the technical ones.
A few problems people at this level are working on right now:
Resolving one customer across registry, shop and health, plus the friends and family buying for them, so personalization works everywhere without each team rebuilding it.
Designing the knowledge system our coding agents reliably load, and working out how much context actually helps before it starts to hurt.
Building Early Investor, our new family finance product, from scratch, on a deadline that can't move.
Who You Are
You've shipped production systems for enough years to have earned strong opinions, and you hold them loosely. You can pick up an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture. You've already changed how a team builds with AI, and the new way stuck. Most Staff engineers lean one of two ways, and both do well here. Some point their depth at the systems everyone runs on: the platforms, the reliability and security bar, the harnesses that make AI produce good code. Others point it at the customer: framing the problem with PMs as peers, owning a journey end to end, deciding what to build and learning whether it worked. You don't have to be both. You do have to be excellent at one and fluent in the other.
A few things that tend to be true of people who thrive here:
You measure yourself by impact: a customer outcome, or a system a dozen teams come to depend on.
You're curious: you spot problems before they're filed and push your own ideas until they ship.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a US-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is $233,500 to $290,700, plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly $280,200 to $348,840. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome.
The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.

Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster.
Benefits
Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision
A 401(k) match
Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program
Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year
A remote-work stipend
Mental-health and wellness support
A Few Things To Know
We record and transcribe interviews to evaluate candidates, in line with applicable privacy laws.
We expect you to use AI in your work and we welcome it in the process, but what you submit and say should reflect your own thinking.
If you have a family member or close relationship with a Babylist employee, let your recruiter know.
Official outreach only ever comes from an @babylist.com address

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Lead to drive new business growth for our client. This is a full-cycle sales role for an experienced seller who can personally close business, build a repeatable outbound motion, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for a high-growth AI product.
You’ll own the sales process from prospecting through close and customer handoff. You’ll be one of the first commercial hires, which means you’ll have real influence on positioning, pricing, sales process, and how the product is brought to market.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is designed for someone who thrives in builder environments, is energized by a product that sells itself once prospects see it, and wants ownership over outcomes, not just activity.
Requirements
Drive New Business Growth
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
Build and maintain a target account strategy by segment and customer profile.
Clearly articulate the ROI, efficiency gains, and revenue impact of AI-powered call handling and booking automation.
Seamlessly transition new customers to onboarding and Customer Success for activation and first value realization.
Build a Repeatable Outbound Motion
Lead outbound strategy and execution across calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Develop and iterate on talk tracks, competitive positioning, objection handling, and demo structure.
Establish pipeline creation targets and inspection routines that translate activity into predictable results.
Create repeatable playbooks covering segments, sequences, cadences, and qualification criteria.
Shape the Go-to-Market Strategy
Share structured customer insights and market feedback with Product and leadership to inform roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions.
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot).
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs across outreach, demos, pipeline, and revenue.
Coordinate with Partnerships and Marketing to leverage partner channels and campaigns for pipeline generation.
What Success Looks Like
In the First 90 Days
You’ve built a clear target account list by segment and launched outbound motions that are producing qualified opportunities.
CRM pipeline and activity tracking are clean, reliable, and maintained.
You’ve delivered multiple demos, progressed deals through the pipeline, and closed your first customers.
In 6 to 12 Months
A predictable sales engine is running: outbound activity is converting to qualified pipeline, and pipeline is converting to closed revenue.
You’ve closed a meaningful book of new business and the customer base is growing steadily.
Sales playbooks, talk tracks, and demo flows are documented and repeatable.
You’re contributing to expansion beyond the initial vertical, identifying and testing new market segments.
Benefits
Required
3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales, with a strong track record of closing.
Strong hunter mentality: comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating your own pipeline, not reliant on inbound leads.
Experience managing a full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution.
Confident running discovery calls and solution-based sales conversations that connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
Experience building or materially improving a sales motion: process, messaging, cadence, and forecasting.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

THE MISSION OF THE SENIOR ELECTRONICS ENGINEER
You ensure that our AOCS system delivers reliable and consistent performance through innovative power electronics design and precision control systems. Beyond this, you will also have the opportunity to design other high-speed, high-power, and high-reliability electronics supporting ICEYE's growing constellation of diverse spacecraft.
This role is within the Attitude and Orbit Control domain where we are responsible for developing and maintaining the power electronics and control systems that enable our AOCS capabilities.
Your job will be to work closely with production teams, operations teams, and software teams to ensure smooth and performant operation of our propulsion systems in development and deployed environments. Expect to be involved in the complete lifecycle of the system - from design phases of next-generation propulsion architectures to maintenance and optimization of existing systems we and our customers operate.
We move fast. At ICEYE, you are expected to understand the whole system - not just your slice of it - and to iterate quickly. Designs you work on today can be launching to orbit within months, not years. This is an environment where your decisions carry real weight and your work becomes tangible faster than almost anywhere else in the industry.
You will have a direct impact on mission success as the performance and reliability of our AOCS electronics directly affect the operational capabilities we deliver to our customers and the overall performance of our fleet.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the full design lifecycle of flight hardware - from first schematics and component selection through bring-up, functional and environmental testing, launch, and on-orbit operations - creating a tight learning and improvement loop at every stage
- Develop a deep understanding of the complete AOCS system, including the interplay between power electronics, control systems, and the spacecraft subsystems they drive
- Lead the design of power electronics and control electronics for AOCS hardware, including power conversion, distribution, and precision control circuits
- Design and optimize power electronics for efficiency, thermal management, and performance across all operational environments
- Develop precision analog and data acquisition circuits for power measurement, voltage/current monitoring, signal conditioning, and feedback control
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full lifecycle - design, prototyping, manufacturing, field operation, and on-orbit anomalies
- Work closely with firmware engineers, FPGA engineers, software developers, and mechanical and thermal engineers to ensure seamless integration
- Mentor junior engineers to continuously raise the bar on design and testing practices
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
MUST HAVES:
- MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience in high-voltage electronics
- Proven expertise in high-voltage electronics (250V+) design, high-voltage topologies, switching architectures, power management, and low-noise power supply design
- Advanced analog circuit design: precision measurement, sensor interface and signal conditioning, low-noise amplifier design, and transimpedance circuits
- Advanced proficiency with circuit simulation and PCB design tools like, LTSpice and Altium.
- Understanding of high-speed signal design: signal integrity, timing analysis, and EMI/EMC principles for noise mitigation in high-voltage switching environments
- Experience designing embedded control hardware for power electronics: microcontroller interfaces (ADC, PWM, GPIO), protection circuits (overcurrent/overvoltage detection), fault handling, and safe-state transitions
- Experience designing serial communication hardware (RS485, UART) with proper isolation, impedance matching, and protection
- Ability to work closely with firmware engineers to define hardware interfaces, protection circuits, telemetry acquisition and develop joint verification test cases
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
NICE TO HAVES:
- Hands-on experience with environmental testing (vibration, thermal, radiation, vacuum) and harsh operating conditions
- Fundamental understanding of control systems, feedback loops, and closed-loop circuit design
- Experience designing solenoid valve driver circuits for high-current on/off switching, including flyback protection and inductive load management
- Experience with wide-bandgap semiconductor technologies (GaN, SiC MOSFETs)
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and cost optimization
- Proficiency in programming languages (C, Python) for firmware integration or hardware characterization

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires at least 3-4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST) business hours to support collaboration with the team.
Role Summary
Oyster is looking for a sharp, self-driven Employment Counsel to contribute to Oyster's growth and shape the future of global distributed work. As part of our Employment Law Team, you'll advise internal teams and external stakeholders on employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions, playing a direct role in how Oyster supports workers and companies around the world.
A core part of the role is researching and staying current on employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions; managing employment templates, policies, and standard employment processes; liaising with outside counsel on local legal requirements; creating clear, accessible guidance on hiring, managing, and terminating workers globally; and advising Oyster's Platform and Product teams on building a scalable, compliant technology platform. You'll also contribute to the strategic development of our employment-as-a-platform model.
Because Oyster operates as an Employer of Record (EOR), a solid understanding of how that model works, and the unique legal considerations it creates for Oyster, our customers, and their team members, is essential to this role.
The right candidate brings extensive employment law experience, including multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters, and a track record of advising HR and business partners. Knowledge of immigration rules and employee benefits is a plus. Beyond legal expertise, we're looking for someone who translates complex issues into clear, practical guidance for non-legal audiences, balancing compliance with pragmatic problem-solving, anticipating emerging risks, and partnering strategically with the business to deliver outcomes that are both legally sound and operationally effective.
We also value candidates who embrace AI and other technology tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and scale the impact of their legal expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain employment templates, policies, and processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring Oyster's employment offering remains compliant, scalable, and operationally effective.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments globally, assess their impact on Oyster's products and operations, and drive implementation of required changes.
- Partner closely with Product, People team and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement compliant employment solutions that balance legal requirements with business objectives.
- Advise on a broad range of employment law and compliance matters across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, compensation, leave, performance management, terminations.
- Support strategic initiatives such as Direct Expansion, indirect-to-direct migrations, and the launch of new employment products and features.
- Research complex employment law issues and translate legal analysis into clear, practical, and business-focused recommendations.
- Develop and maintain employment guides, knowledge resources, and compliance documentation to support scalable operations across Oyster's global footprint.
- Support labor inspections, audits, regulatory inquiries, and other employment compliance initiatives.
- Use data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to identify risks, improve processes, and enhance the effectiveness of Oyster's employment compliance framework.
- Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and process innovation to improve team efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable the scalable delivery of employment compliance and legal support.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, remote-first team culture and help drive continuous improvement across Employment Products.
Core Requirements
- Law Degree (e.g. JD or equivalent) and admission to practice law in one or more jurisdictions.
- 4+ years of experience practicing employment law, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house practice.
- Deep expertise in employment law, including hands-on experience with standard employment processes: drafting and reviewing contracts, managing templates and policies, advising across a wide range of employment matters and interpreting local labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Understanding of the EOR model and ability to anticipate and navigate its unique legal challenges; prior experience working with or within an EOR is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional and/or cross-border employment matters, with the ability to work across diverse legal systems and regulatory environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders; creativity and pragmatism in risk mitigation are essential.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- A technology-forward mindset, including curiosity and comfort with leveraging AI and automation tools to work more efficiently and continuously improve legal processes.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE ROLE: PRODUCT LEAD, GROWTH ⭐️
We are looking for a proven product leader to lead the next phase of Alan’s growth.
Our self-serve business now brings in €1M of incremental ARR every week. We got there with a funnel that was ahead of the market for years, built for health insurance, one country and one way of buying.
That playbook will not get us to the next 10x. Alan is moving to many products, many countries and new segments, and prospects are starting to buy through AI assistants. We need someone who has scaled growth before to write the next playbook and lead the product team that delivers it.
About the Growth area
The Growth area owns Alan’s self-serve business: every member and company that signs up without a sales account executive.
- It covers individuals (freelancers, retirees, etc) and small companies.
- It covers everything that happens before someone becomes a member: how prospects find Alan, how they decide we are right for them, and how they start.
- On the go-to-market side, segment leaders own offer, pricing and channels for their segments, and marketing teams run paid, SEO / GEO, partnerships, brand and more.
- On the product side, product crews build. Conversion owns the flows and referral surfaces that turn prospects into members. Growth Infrastructure owns the website, marketing measurement and marketing ops.
As Product Lead for Growth, you will lead the product side of the area and partner with our business and marketing leaders to accelerate growth.
A subset of hard questions to answer:
- One funnel to many: how do we make launching a new funnel for a new product, country or partner as easy as writing a prompt? How do we empower business owners to iterate on the conversion flows?
- Experience before signing: how does a prospect get to try Mo, the Clinic and the Shop before signing, without slowing down their decision?
- The comparison moment: how do we become the place people compare insurance on fit and value, when comparison sites rank only on price?
- Buying through AI: when the journey starts in ChatGPT, how do we become the answer it cites, and the product people can buy right there?
- Channel leverage: how do we use technology to make each acquisition channel faster, cheaper and smarter, and how do we decide spend on incrementality?
- Cross-sell at acquisition: how do we sell more than one product from the first signature?
We have strong convictions on some of these and open questions on others. We expect you to bring your own view and to change ours.
What you will do:
- Set the vision. You will own the multi-year growth product vision, turn it into a small number of big bets, and align the roadmaps behind them. You will also decide what we stop doing, so that we both invest in incremental optimization and big bets.
- Build an experimentation engine that compounds. We have a baseline of A/B testing and a shared bar for what counts as a win. You will take it to the level covering velocity, rigor, incrementality and learning loops.
- Make Growth AI-native. You will lead conversational AI in our sales flows, AI-native acquisition surfaces and Alan’s presence in LLM ecosystems. You will also build the AI tooling our marketing teams need to scale their output (content, landing pages, campaigns, lead qualification) without scaling headcount at the same rate.
- Lead and grow the team. You will manage the PMs in the area and help lead Design, Engineering and Data in the area.
- Go deep yourself. At Alan, everyone is also an individual contributor, and AI makes that more true every month. We expect you to personally drive selected initiatives to kickstart or unblock them.
- Partner with business leaders. You will work with segment leaders and marketing as a peer, and you will own growth outcomes jointly with them.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
- You have 6+ years of experience leading product teams, with a track record of moving the numbers at scale. You have led growth for a product with significant self-serve or B2C acquisition, and you can point to the curves you bent.
- You have led growth teams. You have managed PMs directly and you have handled hiring, coaching, hard feedback and performance calls.
- You set the vision. You have a track record of setting the direction and balancing optimizations and big bets. You have brought business, marketing and engineering leaders along with you.
- You coach. People you hired and coached have grown into strong PMs and leaders, and you raise the craft bar of the people around you.
- You deep dive. You open the funnel analysis yourself, challenge an experiment read, question attribution and spot a vanity win before anyone else.
- You are data-driven. Experimentation, incrementality and attribution are your native language, and you can push a data team to a high standard.
- You have worked across a portfolio of products and countries, ideally by building shared platforms rather than one-off flows. This is a strong plus.
- You have an opinionated view of where AI is taking acquisition and buying journeys (LLM discovery, conversational selling, agentic commerce), and you have turned that kind of view into shipped product.
- You talk to prospects and members often, you enjoy it, and what you hear changes your mind.
- You care about healthcare. Alan’s mission has to matter to you, and for us this is essential.
- You are fluent in English. French is a nice-to-have.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel's Enterprise sales team is built on people who are technically fluent, commercially sharp, and deeply curious about the companies they work with. As a Majors Install Base AE covering the ANZ market, you will own a curated book of named enterprise accounts and be the primary driver of net-revenue retention, expansion, and long-term platform depth. This is not a maintenance role — you will be expected to identify whitespace, accelerate adoption of Vercel's newest products, and drive meaningful growth across a portfolio of some of the most digitally ambitious companies in the region.
You will work alongside Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and cross-functional Vercel stakeholders to build strategic account plans rooted in customer outcomes — and to establish Vercel as an indispensable infrastructure partner embedded in your accounts' roadmaps for web and AI transformation.
What you'll do
Own a book of named Major Accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to grow account value and ensure strong net revenue retention
Identify and execute expansion opportunities across your portfolio — mapping whitespace, uncovering new teams or use cases, and activating Vercel's newest products (including platform API, AI SDK, and observability tooling)
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and champions across engineering, product, procurement, and the C-suite
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with each customer's business goals and Vercel's growth objectives, with hyperscalers, SIs, and agency partners embedded in the strategy from day one
Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation as measurable operational levers
Own complex commercial negotiations — renewals, ELA amendments, consumption-based expansions — and position Vercel as a long-term strategic partner
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to deliver customer outcomes and surface feedback that shapes the product roadmap
What you need
5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a demonstrated track record of success in install base, account management, or named account roles
Proven ability to drive expansion — you understand how to identify whitespace, build champions across multiple buying centres, and accelerate upsell and cross-sell motions in complex accounts
Experienced in partner-influenced or co-sell motions — you know how to activate a hyperscaler or SI relationship to deepen account penetration, not just open doors
Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO — you can flex between technical product conversations and high-level business ROI narratives
A disciplined account planner who thinks in years, sequences accounts for maximum long-term revenue, and builds executive relationships with intention
Fluent in MEDDPICC and rigorous about forecast hygiene and CRM discipline
Able to hold credible, technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership without leaning on a solutions engineer as a crutch
A value seller who leads with customer pain and business outcomes, not feature lists
Bonus if you
Have a background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML
Come with existing relationships at AWS, GCP, or Azure — or with major SI/agency partners active in the ANZ market
Have experience navigating ELAs, consumption-based commercial models, or enterprise procurement in regulated industries
Have sold into or managed accounts in media, retail, financial services, or digital-native companies — verticals where Vercel has strong traction in the ANZ market
Understand PLG-influenced sales motions — how developer adoption at the team level translates into enterprise expansion
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity
Inclusive Healthcare Package
Learn and Grow — we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills
Flexible Time Off
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed
The Australia based pay range for this role is 388,000 - 524,000 AUD OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
WHY THIS BET
Most humanoid efforts are racing toward fully general-purpose bipeds with five-fingered hands. We made a different call — informed by direct customer conversations and a team that has actually deployed robots at fleet scale in prior companies. Our wedge is the practical one: wheeled industrial humanoids that solve real customer problems today, on a generalized hardware platform with generalized learning paradigms.
What that means for the role: The combination of generalized hardware and generalized learning lets us deploy and integrate astonishingly fast — high-performance capability landing in customer facilities in days to weeks, not quarters. Industrial customers used to the multi-quarter integration cycles that are the industry norm consistently tell us this looks different. It is.
HOW WE THINK ABOUT AI
The AI stack is our long-term flywheel. We are aggressively pushing the envelope on modern robot learning — fleet learning, embodied agents, foundation models for autonomy — and leveraging AI agents across the product workflow itself. The platform is generalized enough that a capability trained once propagates across every robot in the field. Our public AI white paper has more: https://thehumanoid.ai/ai/
ABOUT THE ROLE
As VP of Industrial Product Engineering, you will be the single engineering owner of industrial product delivery — the person who, across hardware, software, AI, and system integration, makes sure what we ship is what our customers actually need, in the order they need it, on the timeline they need it.
You won't run a siloed sub-org. You will work as a peer to our functional engineering leaders — hardware, software, AI, test — leading prioritization for engineers dedicated to the industrial product. Think of this as a technical GM for industrial: you own what and when; you partner with functional leads who own how.
This role reports directly to the CTO.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery for the industrial product — from design, through pilots, through scale and iteration in the field — across HW, SW, AI, and system integration & test.
- Direct prioritization for the engineers hard-allocated to industrial across our matrixed functions (industrial / common / home). Partner closely with functional leads on shared platform work, and with Ops on manufacturing readiness.
- Be the single source of truth on industrial engineering delivery and forward roadmap for the CEO, Commercial team, Product, and customers.
- Build a delivery engine that releases production software on a fast, predictable cadence and that scales beyond the first industrial product line.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 15+ years in engineering leadership, with a track record of shipping multi-disciplinary HW/SW/AI products at meaningful scale.
- Software-biased background. Most of the long-term work here is software and AI — deployment, fleet learning, capability iteration. We need a leader whose center of gravity is software, with the HW and AI fluency to drive us to a world-class holistic product.
- Deep understanding of the industrial market — what real industrial customers in logistics, manufacturing, automotive and adjacent verticals actually buy, integrate, and rely on. UK or EU industrial experience is a strong plus; US industrial deployment experience is equally valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrix — you have driven outcomes across teams you didn't directly manage, and you can show how.
- You have taken product from zero to one, and have delighted customers with innovative solutions to solve their real pain points.
- Deep technical credibility across HW, SW, and modern AI — enough to debate functional leads as a peer, not just review their work.
- Comfort operating across distributed teams (London, Boston, Vancouver, San Diego).
- Calibrated for the pace of a company moving from prototype to production at the same time it's raising and growing.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 12 MONTHS
- Long term pilots transition smoothly into scaled deployments at multiple customer locations.
- Robots in reliable operation around the clock, delivering to strict SLAs.
- HW, SW, and AI are all moving at best-in-class quality — none of the three is sacrificed to hit a near-term gate.
LOCATION
London required. The role requires daily proximity to the people you'll be coordinating with across engineering/ops/product/business.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
