ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for our Central Operations and Systems organization — the foundational platform that powers "how Docker does Docker", which includes corporate systems, developer AI/SDLC, infrastructure, reliability, and internal systems. This is one of the most impactful individual contributor roles at Docker, responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy that enables Docker's transformation to an AI-first company and effectively enables Docker to be "Customer 0" of Docker. Your influence will impact the work of every Dockhand every day.
As Senior Principal Engineer, you will establish strategic technical plans that span the company systems/data architecture and the end-to-end employee experience, make critical architectural decisions that affect Docker's entire internal systems portfolio, and drive technical execution of cross-company initiatives that directly enable every Dockhand. You'll work at the technical intersection of AI, platform infrastructure, developer SDLC, corporate systems, and Docker products, ensuring all systems work together seamlessly to support Docker's most precious resources: our employees.
This role requires someone who combines deep technical expertise across multiple domains. Managing the breadth is both the exciting and challenging part of this role. You'll be recognized across Docker as the definitive expert on employee experience, consulted by executives on strategic technical decisions, and responsible for ensuring that every Dockhand has the right tools at the right time to do their day to day work.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Vision & Strategic Planning
- Define and own the multi-year technical vision for Docker's Central Operations and Systems group, encompassing internal AI, developer tools, infrastructure, reliability, and corporate systems.
- Establish strategic plans and objectives for major initiatives, making architectural decisions that ensure Docker's business objectives are met.

- Establish technical contracts between platform and product teams that enable independent velocity while ensuring consistency and reliability
- Lead architectural reviews for major initiatives across Docker, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and long-term maintainability
- Proactively identify and solve problems that impact critical areas of the business before they become blockers
Infrastructure & Developer Experience Architecture
- Define the infrastructure platform vision that removes infrastructure as a bottleneck to innovation—enabling teams to deploy experimental services in minutes, not weeks
- Architect standardized deployment patterns that encode best practices for security, scaling, monitoring, and reliability
- Design infrastructure that specifically supports AI and agent initiatives—rapid deployment, programmatic environment creation, consistent APIs
- Establish observability standards that provide distributed tracing, metrics, log aggregation, and error tracking out of the box for every service
- Drive cost optimization across platform infrastructure while maintaining performance and reliability standards
Technical Excellence & Influence
- Work with senior managers and directors across Docker organization to drive operations and strategy
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's platform architecture and AI adoption externally through blog posts, conference talks, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions on technical strategy, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Drive build-vs-buy decisions for critical platform components, evaluating vendor solutions against Docker's specific requirements
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

About Welo Global
Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions serving over 2,000 clients in 300 languages. The company combines globally scaled multilingual infrastructure, including a network of over 500,000 linguists and domain experts, with advanced NLP, computational linguistics, and best-in-class compliance backed by seven ISO certifications. Welo Global’s five brands—Welocalize (multilingual content and localization services for global enterprises), Park IP (intellectual property and patent translation services for law firms and corporate legal teams), Welo Life Sciences (regulated language and compliance-aligned content solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations), Adapt (multilingual performance-led digital marketing agency), and Welo Data (multilingual data generation, evaluation, and human data infrastructure for AI systems)—serve distinct customer segments with purpose-built expertise, fit-for-purpose solutions, and supporting technology. weloglobal.com
Overview
Welocalize is looking for a WordPress Developer to bring website maintenance and backend development in-house across our six brand sites: welocalize.com, welodata.ai, parkip.com, adaptworldwide.com, welolifesciences.com, and weloglobal.com. This work currently sits with an outside agency and we're looking for someone who can own it internally — with faster turnaround, better institutional knowledge, and closer collaboration with our Marketing and front-end teams.
The platform is a WordPress Multisite environment. You'll work alongside an internal front-end developer who handles content management, page building, and UX — your focus is the backend: keeping the platform healthy, building custom functionality, and managing deployments.
Job Reference: #LI-JC1
Key Responsibilities
Keep all six brand sites up to date — security patches, plugin updates, and core updates on a routine and emergency basis.
Monitor site health, uptime, and performance; coordinate with our hosting provider (Pantheon) on backups, restores, and incident response.
Serve as the internal point of contact for WordPress-related technical requests, triaging and prioritising work coming from Marketing and other teams.
Handle day-to-day development requests: bug fixes, small feature builds, and plugin configuration.
Build and maintain custom Gutenberg blocks (PHP + JS) and handle PHP theme modifications as needed.
Manage the Webpack-based build process and SCSS structure for the shared theme.
Own the deployment pipeline — Git-based deployments across Dev, Test, and Live on Pantheon — and review front-end changes before they go live.
Set up and configure hosting environments, domain onboarding, and SSL on Pantheon.
Maintain third-party integrations — forms, GTM, translation connectors, and APIs.
Respond to critical incidents: site down, data loss, or security breach across any brand site.
Conduct accessibility technical reviews (axe DevTools, screen reader testing) and implement approved fixes.
Build and maintain internal technical documentation — this role replaces an outside agency, so knowledge retention matters from day one.
Requirements
Education/Experience
3+ years of WordPress development experience, ideally including Multisite environments.
Solid PHP skills and hands-on experience with Gutenberg block development (PHP + JS).
Comfortable with SCSS/CSS, BEM methodology, and a build tool such as Webpack.
Familiar with WordPress security fundamentals — patching, hardening, vulnerability response.
Experience with Git and staging/production deployment workflows.
Good communicator — you'll work closely with Marketing, front-end, and IT and need to translate technical issues clearly.
Additional Qualifications
Experience with Pantheon or a comparable managed WordPress hosting platform.
Familiarity with multilingual WordPress setups (MultilingualPress, WPML, or similar).
Experience with Composer for PHP dependency management.
Working knowledge of DNS, domain configuration, and SSL basics.
Exposure to translation management integrations (Phrase, Smartling, or similar).

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's RL Data Platform team builds the systems that produce, move, and serve the human data Claude learns from: the interfaces humans use to give feedback, the pipelines that turn raw feedback into training signal, and the tooling researchers use to launch, monitor, and inspect data collection. Every RL run depends on a steady supply of high-quality data - human feedback, expert demonstrations, graded transcripts - and when a researcher has an idea for new data on Monday, our job is to make it collectable by Wednesday and in the training mix by Friday.
This is a full-stack, ownership-heavy role on a small, senior team. You'll design and ship web interfaces used by thousands of expert annotators, build the backend services and data pipelines behind them, and work directly with RL researchers to understand what data they need and why. You'll scope your own projects, make architectural calls, and see them through to production. We're looking for engineers who treat researchers as their users, build for reliability first, and care as much about the shape of the data leaving the system as the UI going into it.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and operate the feedback and data collection interfaces used by human annotators, domain experts, and internal researchers.
Build and maintain the backend services, APIs, and pipelines that route model samples to humans and return structured feedback to training.
Own the reliability, latency, and usability of systems that run continuously against live model endpoints.
Partner with RL researchers to translate loosely specified data needs into well-scoped collection campaigns and the tooling to run them.
Build dashboards, monitoring, and inspection tools so researchers can see data quality and throughput without asking an engineer.
Identify and remove the bottlenecks between "we want this data" and "it's in the training mix".
Minimum qualifications
Strong full-stack engineering skills, with production experience in TypeScript/React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
Experience designing and operating backend services and data pipelines that other teams depend on.
A track record of owning projects end-to-end, from an ambiguous brief to something in production that people use.
Comfort working directly with technical stakeholders whose needs change week to week, and the judgment to push back when something isn't worth building.
Effective use of AI tools in your own day-to-day work.
Care about the societal impacts of your work.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building annotation, labelling, evaluation, or other human-in-the-loop data tooling.
Experience with RLHF, preference data, or other human-feedback pipelines for ML systems.
Experience shipping researcher-facing or other expert-facing internal tools people love: interviewing users, hunting down friction, measurably improving the experience.
Experience running experiments on data collection interfaces and using the results to improve data quality.
Experience working with crowdworker or expert vendor platforms at scale.
Familiarity with how LLMs are trained and evaluated.
Representative projects
Build an interface that lets a domain expert review a long agentic transcript, flag the step where things went wrong, and write a corrected continuation - with the result landing in a training-ready format.
Rework the sampling path between our feedback interfaces and model endpoints to cut time-to-first-sample for annotators.
Build a campaign launcher that lets a researcher stand up a new data collection effort (task, rubric, population, quality checks) without writing code.
Instrument annotator behaviour to detect low-effort or adversarial work and surface it to the quality team automatically.
Design the data model for a kind of feedback we haven't collected before, and ship the pipeline that gets it into the training mix.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$500,000
—
$850,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a skilled, tech-savvy Legal Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced legal team. As a core member of the department within a leading payment processing company, you will help drive operational excellence, scale our legal tech stack, and streamline workflows.
The ideal candidate helps bridge the gap between legal expertise, technology, and data-driven efficiency. You will be responsible for managing our complex contract ecosystems, optimising team collaboration tools, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to design modern, automated legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Tech Stack & Automation Strategy: Support the administration, integration, and continuous improvement of our legal technology tools, with a heavy emphasis on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Atlassian Ecosystem: Support the legal department's Jira infrastructure. This includes assisting with the design, maintenance, and optimisation of workflows in Jira Service Management (JSM) for legal intake, helping manage Jira Spaces, and building out a comprehensive, user-friendly knowledge base in Confluence.
- AI & Process Engineering: Proactively identify opportunities to embed AI and machine learning tools into everyday legal operations, supporting the development and implementation of AI-driven efficiencies (e.g., automated contract review, AI search optimisation, legal operations chatbots, and automated triaging) to help reduce cycle times.
- Workflow Optimisation: Evaluate existing legal processes, identify bottlenecks in the payment processing legal pipeline (e.g., merchant agreements, vendor contracts, regulatory tracking), and engineer streamlined, scalable workflows.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Design dashboards and generate metrics within Jira and CLM tools to track legal spend, turnaround times, contract volumes, and team capacity. Present actionable insights to legal leadership.
- Vendor & Resource Support: Help manage relationships with legal tech vendors (e.g. Brightflag) and ensure the team is maximising the value of industry resources (e.g., CLOC, ACC).
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Legal Operations, ideally within a fintech, payment processing, or highly regulated corporate environment.
- Experience working with enterprise CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, LinkSquares, Icertis, or Conga), including template building and workflow routing.
- Good working knowledge of Jira, specifically designing custom workflows, queues, and SLAs in JSM, helping manage Jira Spaces, and structuring documentation in Confluence.
- Experience using generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-backed legal tech features to build efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and analyse legal data.
- General understanding of the legal operational challenges unique to payment processing, financial services, or tech companies.
Preferred Skills & Core Competencies
- Tech-Forward Mindset: Instead of simply using tools, look for ways to make them talk to each other. Experience with integrations (APIs, Zapier) is a massive plus.
- Problem-Solving & Agility: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing corporate environment.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage and support multiple tech implementation projects simultaneously (PRINCE2 qualification a plus, but not necessary).
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical or legal requirements into clear, user-friendly processes for cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Sales and Compliance.

About the role:
Provectus is a
Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner
at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
Our work centers on two verticals —
Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences
— where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
We embed engineers and leaders inside client operations as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) — people who learn the work, ship the system, and own the outcome. Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Bluprints.
You will do the customer’s job before you automate it.
Most AI engagements fail the same way: someone gathers requirements, someone writes a PRD, and a team ships a workflow nobody uses. We think the requirements-gathering step is the bug. So we remove it.
A Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Provectus spends the first weeks of an engagement
in the operator’s seat
— as the underwriter, the analyst, the RCM specialist, the claims clinician, whoever actually does the work we’ve been asked to change. You do the job. You learn the constraints from the inside, the ones nobody writes down. Then you sit at a table with that operator and a Forward Deployed Executive and
rebuild the function from first principles
— and you are the one who builds it.
Three things define how you work:
Embedded, not engaged
. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it.
Real tasks, not scope
. You are not fenced into a siloed deliverable. You go where the operating problem is.
Autonomous
. Embedded is not staff-augmented. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
You won’t start from zero.
Provectus builds industry blueprints
— working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. That loop is the difference between an outcome and an invoice.
You’ll be measured on whether the Business Unit’s number moved — not on hours, not on scope delivered.
This is a role for engineers who have led before — as a founder, a CTO, a staff engineer — and who want to stay in the code while owning the outcome. On most days you’ll be the most senior technical person in the room, and you’ll still be the one shipping.
Requirements:
8+ years building software
, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
You will take the operator’s seat.
You are genuinely willing to spend weeks doing someone else’s job — claims processing, underwriting, revenue-cycle work — before you write a line of code. Engineers who need to stay in the IDE should not apply.
You learn domains fast.
Demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly enough to argue with the people who do it for a living.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production
— not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate.
You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals
— dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS
(GCP/Azure a plus): containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, CI/CD, and the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Credible with senior stakeholders
— you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Solid AI/ML foundations
— you understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes, not just call the API.
Strong hands-on prodcution experience with
Claude Code/Cowork.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a
founder, CTO, or engineering leader
who has chosen to return to individual contribution.
Real depth in one of our blueprint industries:
financial services, insurance, healthcare, asset management
.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
Data platform depth: data lakes, warehouses, streaming and real-time analytics, data mesh and data contracts, governance and data quality.
MLOps and classical ML: PyTorch, SageMaker, MLflow.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or inference/serving optimization.
Graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune).
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Do the operator’s job for two to four weeks at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow — in weeks, not quarters.
Sit with the operator and the Forward Deployed Executive and redesign the function from first principles. Discovery, user research, and PRD-writing collapse into one team that re-imagines its own job. You are all three roles.
Build
Ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment — LLM applications, agentic workflows, retrieval and structured-extraction pipelines, and the services around them. Running software, not recommendations.
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
When the engagement is bound to a business KPI, “it looked good in testing” is not an answer. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — backend services, data pipelines, and the AI layer. Python and TypeScript are our centre of gravity; we choose tools to fit the customer, not the résumé.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP/Azure where the customer requires it): containerized, observable, and maintainable after we leave.
Start from the blueprint, and
feed the blueprint.
What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Own the outcome
Work in a pair with a Forward Deployed Executive who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Drive adoption. A system the BU routes around has not shipped. Change management is part of the engineering job here, not a phase after it.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers, their operators, and their executives — and be willing to disagree with all three.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it. You’ll have the standing to do it, because you’re the one who will build it.
What We Offer:
Frontier delivery work across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
The chance to shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
OTE range: up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
How we hire:
Intro conversation
— the role, your background, what you want to be doing.
Two live engineering sessions.
Real problems, your own editor.
You may use an LLM assistant
(ChatGPT, Claude) — how you work now includes these tools.
Autocomplete/agentic coding tools are off
for these sessions.
The redesign session.
We hand you an unfamiliar business function and the constraints of the person who performs it. You have to understand the job well enough to rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked. No LLMs for this one.
Team and practice conversation.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a new AI business, and you’ll be one of its first technical sellers. Your job is to turn technically complex AI products into closed revenue.
You’ll sell a growing portfolio spanning AI-powered applications and agents for finance teams, as well as infrastructure that helps companies deploy and manage AI with greater control, security, and cost efficiency. This is a product-focused, quota-carrying technical sales role. You’ll help customers evaluate and purchase Ramp’s AI products, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and guiding opportunities from discovery through close.
This is a high-velocity commercial role, not a traditional pre-sales position where success ends with a great demo. You’ll be accountable for turning technical evaluations into commercial wins from start to finish. You’ll lead discovery, shape deal strategy, build executive-level business cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, navigate technical and commercial objections, and create urgency around a clear path to purchase.
You’ll move comfortably between technical and executive conversations. In one meeting, you may discuss model routing, APIs, integrations, data governance, and security with Engineering and IT teams. In the next, you may help Finance and executive leaders understand the ROI, total cost of ownership, and operational impact of adopting Ramp’s AI products.
You’ll join at a formative moment for Ramp’s AI business. As one of the first dedicated sellers for these products, you’ll help identify the strongest use cases, refine how we position and sell the portfolio, influence the customer experience, and build the playbook the broader team will eventually scale. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from discovery and evaluation through close, implementation, and adoption, helping customers translate their purchase into a successful deployment. This role combines Ramp’s resources and customer reach with the ownership, speed, and ambiguity of an early-stage team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Carry a revenue quota and own the progression of AI product opportunities from initial discovery through purchase, ensuring business value is clear, technical requirements are validated, and obstacles to a decision are resolved.
- Lead discovery with business and technical buyers to understand their goals, workflows, challenges, decision criteria, existing systems, and AI strategy.
- Translate Ramp’s AI applications and infrastructure into compelling solution narratives tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build ROI and total cost of ownership analyses that quantify the value of Ramp’s AI products and create executive-level justification for investment.
- Help customers identify high-value use cases, set realistic expectations, and establish a credible path from evaluation to production.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and proofs of concept with clear success criteria that establish value and build confidence in a purchase decision.
- Build relationships with champions and decision-makers across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership.
- Navigate questions related to APIs, integrations, model capabilities and limitations, data flows, architecture, privacy, security, governance, implementation, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Apply strong commercial judgment to qualify opportunities, create urgency, address objections, identify risk, and keep customers moving toward a decision.
- Lead customers through implementation after purchase, including deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, workflow design, technical coordination, enablement, and adoption.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and post-sales teams to remove deployment blockers and deliver a strong customer experience from evaluation through production.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback to internal teams to improve the products, positioning, sales execution, and customer experience.
- Turn early customer conversations into repeatable messaging, demonstrations, qualification criteria, value stories, and sales plays as we build this go-to-market motion from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, technical sales, Solutions Architecture, enterprise software sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Direct quota-carrying or deal-closing ownership of the pre-sale cycle—not only experience delivering demonstrations or supporting post-sale implementation.
- A track record of independently influencing and winning complex B2B sales opportunities with clear revenue accountability.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases, including ROI and total cost of ownership analyses; this capability will be central to success in the role.
- Commercial instincts and comfort taking meaningful ownership of deal strategy, momentum, and results.
- Technical fluency across modern AI systems, including applications and agents, model capabilities and limitations, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, governance, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex concepts clear and relevant to different audiences.
- The ability to explain probabilistic, rapidly evolving AI technology with credibility and precision without overpromising what the product can do.
- Experience building champions and navigating multi-threaded buying groups with competing priorities.
- High ownership, curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
- Energy for zero-to-one work and the opportunity to build a sales motion rather than simply inherit one.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI infrastructure, AI applications or agents, developer tools, data platforms, security products, finance technology, or workflow automation software.
- Experience helping launch a new product or develop an early go-to-market motion.
- Familiarity with AI gateways, model routing, usage controls, data governance, or enterprise AI deployment.
- Experience selling to developers, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, or executive stakeholders.
- Experience creating reusable sales assets, demonstrations, value frameworks, or enablement programs.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Security Team is responsible for securing all things Sentry: our customers, our code, and everything in between. We are a small but growing team with broad scope, high trust, and the autonomy to tackle hard security problems with creativity and an engineering mindset. We work at a company with a strong developer culture, building a product that millions of developers genuinely love and rely on. That context shapes everything about how we operate.
As a Security Engineer on this team, you'll work across application and platform security domains. You'll contribute to the practices that keep Sentry secure as we grow: security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and embedding secure coding practices into an engineering organization that cares about doing things right. You'll partner closely with product and engineering teams to influence how features are designed and built from the start. You will work as a technical collaborator who helps make the secure path the obvious one. As Sentry expands our agentic product capabilities and development practices, you'll also find yourself at the frontier of a new set of security challenges.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Support and help mature Sentry's security review program. From secure code review, to architecture review, and threat modeling. You'll help build the processes, tooling, and culture which make security a natural part of how we ship and operate.
- Contribute to mature vulnerability management practices. Intake, triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and support of our bug bounty and responsible disclosure program.
- Advocate for secure-by-design principles. Partner with engineering and product teams to embed security early in the development lifecycle and integrate security tooling into developer and CI/CD workflows.
- Validate and reproduce application and infrastructure security findings. Scanning, manual testing, and supporting penetration testing and vulnerability validation across Sentry's application, SDKs and cloud-based platform.
- Help evaluate and respond to emerging threats relevant to application security at Sentry. We build and operate a complex application and cloud environment, including the novel attack surface introduced by Sentry's agentic product features and AI-assisted engineering practices.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Enjoy operating cross-functionally, building relationships, and influencing with technical expertise as you grow into shaping how security gets done across a fast-moving engineering organization.
- Get excited when something new lands on your desk, be it an interesting vulnerability, a sweet exploit, a novel agentic architecture, an unfamiliar cloud primitive, or a bug class you haven't seen before.
- Love working in a developer-forward culture where your colleagues are builders who care deeply about code quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reach for automation first, you'd rather build a scalable, systematic solution to a security problem than solve it manually a hundred times.
- Thrive with ownership and want more of it, you prefer to drive work end-to-end, and you're energized by the autonomy — and the mentorship — that comes with being on a small, high-trust team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of industry experience designing, building, or securing complex applications and cloud systems
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, equivalent training, or professional experience
- Hands-on experience with several of the following: security reviews, SDLC practices, secure CI/CD, architecture reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs
- Experienced and comfortable programming in at least one language, and able to read and reason about code in Python, Typescript, Go, or Rust
- Familiarity with using distributed cloud technology (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, etc.) and an understanding of how those technologies are secured (cloud networking, IAM, etc.)
- A collaborative approach to problem solving paired with strong written and verbal communication
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
