Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're looking for a product marketer to join the Claude Platform Product Marketing team. You'll drive go-to-market for launches across the platform, from new API features and developer tools to the capabilities that ship with new models.
In this role, you'll partner with Product to bring new capabilities to market, write the positioning and messaging that explain what each one does and who it's for, and give Sales the narratives and materials they need to win technical deals. If you've run launches for developer platforms, API products, or technical infrastructure and want to launch new capabilities every week, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new platform products, features, and capabilities
Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions aligned with technical audience needs
Drive product launches that generate market momentum, from flagship releases to incremental feature updates
Design and implement developer marketing campaigns to drive API adoption and platform usage
Support sales enablement initiatives that equip our teams to win: battlecards, pitch materials, customer stories, and objection handling
Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on competitive intel, customer research, and field feedback
Work closely with Developer Relations, Comms, Creative, Marketing, and Sales to effectively bring new products to market
Minimum requirements
Have a proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for API products or developer tools, including successful product launches
Have a strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex AI features to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excel at cross-functional collaboration, particularly in aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing strategies
Possess strong storytelling skills with a demonstrated ability to create diverse marketing content, including blogs, presentations, sales collateral, website copy, and customer case studies
Have exceptional writing skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone, style, and complexity for diverse audiences (executives, technical users, end customers) and formats (long-form content, product briefs, email campaigns, social media)
Preferred requirements
Have 10+ years of product marketing experience and at least 5 years focused on developer platforms, APIs, or technical products
Experience in highly competitive markets requiring sharp differentiation
A background in marketing AI/ML products or developer tools to enterprise buyers
Experience working closely with Sales teams on strategic, technical deals

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

Location: Home based - EMEA
Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
Product marketers at Canonical sit between product and the market. They take deeply technical open source products and decide what they mean to a user and a buyer; which problem they solve, who should care, why we win, and what it should cost. That work shows up as positioning and messaging, launch plans, competitive intelligence, global campaigns, and the enablement that helps sales tell a coherent story.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership rather than a brief. You will pick up a portfolio area, form your own point of view on the market, and defend it with evidence. We expect product marketers to talk to customers and community members directly, and to bring opinions to product and sales rather than waiting to be told what to say.
We have a bias for action, focus effort on the most impactful activities, and take ownership of our results. We work across long buying cycles, balance storytelling with data, design experiments, track outcomes, and iterate rapidly to find what works.
Location: This role is remote for anyone based in EMEA.
The role entails
You will own product marketing for one of our product areas, from the market thesis through to the assets that sales and campaigns run on. You will be accountable for whether the story lands, whether launches convert, and whether the sales team can repeat the message without you in the room.
You will:
Own positioning, messaging, and the narrative hierarchy for your product area, and keep it consistent from the website through to the sales deck
Lead product launches end to end with tiering, timeline, cross-functional plan, assets, and post-launch reporting
Build and maintain the competitive picture for your area: who we lose to, why, and what we say about it
Support building the enablement that sales actually uses: battlecards, discovery questions, objection handling, demo narratives
Run structured customer and community research, including win-loss, to keep the messaging grounded in real language rather than internal assumptions
Partner with demand generation, content, web, and events to turn positioning into campaigns that move pipeline
Raise the standard of the craft around you through review, mentoring, and shared frameworks
What we are looking for in you
Strong written and verbal communication in English

Experience developing content for global audiences and an understanding of how campaigns and creative ideas can be adapted or extended across international markets.

We are looking for a product-first marketer who understands cycling, knows what makes a great bike compelling beyond a spec sheet, and can turn technical differentiation into clear consumer value. You will help shape X-LAB’s product narrative, manage go-to-market execution across our growing portfolio, and build the systems that ensure every launch is coordinated across our global organization.
This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing, and is based onsite in Los Angeles 5 days a week.

- Lead cross-functional product launches from initial planning through market introduction, coordinating Product, Marketing, Design, Ecommerce, PR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Develop product marketing assets including product briefs, launch materials, sales tools, dealer education, FAQs, comparison guides, catalogs, and website/PDP content.
- Partner closely with the China product and engineering teams to understand the product roadmap, identify key differentiators, and ensure U.S. market needs and feedback inform future development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including product specifications, pricing, positioning, technology, and emerging category trends.
- Work directly with dealers, riders, media, athletes, and internal teams to gather market feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Support media launches, product reviews, demo programs, trade shows, dealer events, and other product-focused activations.
- Establish and maintain the product marketing calendar, launch processes, asset requirements, and cross-functional go/no-go milestones.
- Help define how X-LAB’s broader product portfolio fits together, ensuring each model has a clear role, audience, value proposition, and reason to exist.
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated consumer benefits and compelling storytelling.
- Strong understanding of positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing product marketing materials across ecommerce, retail, sales, PR, and dealer channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with product designers, engineers, sales teams, creative teams, retailers, and senior leadership.
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- A genuine passion for cycling and the ability to speak credibly with everyone from a first-time rider to a bike shop owner, engineer, journalist, or WorldTour mechanic.
- Experience working with international product development or manufacturing teams, particularly across Asia and North America.
- Fluency in Mandarin or experience collaborating closely with China-based teams.
- An instinct for identifying not only what makes a product better, but why that difference should matter to someone.
Success Metrics
- Establish a repeatable, cross-functional product launch process with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and go/no-go milestones within the first 90 days.
- Ensure every X-LAB product has clearly defined positioning, target rider, competitive set, key differentiators, and consumer-facing value proposition.
- Deliver coordinated, on-time product launches across website, media, dealer, sales, creative, and operational channels.
- Build a comprehensive competitive intelligence system covering key products, pricing, specifications, technologies, and market movements.
- Create an effective feedback loop between U.S. dealers and riders and X-LAB’s global product and engineering teams to influence future product development.

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we believe great collaboration starts with deep understanding. Our mission is to help teams think and work together better. The Design and Research team uncovers the truths that power that mission, guiding product, design, and strategy through rigorous, human-centered inquiry. We combine behavioral science, market insight, and creative exploration to shape Mural’s future for how teams ideate, align, and collaborate together across the world.
YOUR MISSION
As the Principal, User Researcher at Mural, you’ll start a UX research practice and lead foundational and strategic research that shapes how the company defines its next generation of experiences. You’ll partner across product, design, sales, marketing, and strategy to identify new opportunity spaces, clarify evolving user needs, and guide the organization toward long-term innovation.
This is a primarily individual-contributor role focused on uncovering deep human collaboration insights that drive strategy, innovation, and long-term vision. You’ll also help shape and scale the UXR discipline at Mural by mentoring designers to confidently run tactical usability studies, and establishing the frameworks and best practices that elevate research across the company. Think of it as being the first research leader at a fast-growing startup, with the reach and resources of a global platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Work):
- Lead mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) that explores user needs, behaviors, and motivations across multiple product areas.
- Drive foundational studies that reveal how teams collaborate and what barriers exist in business collaboration, hybrid, and distributed work.
- Design and execute medium to large-scale studies that combine qualitative depth with quantitative rigor (surveys, logs analysis, segmentation, and concept testing).
- Develop a tempo where actionable insights are timely and urgently positioned to shape key product decisions.
- Translate ambiguous questions into clear learning plans and frameworks that guide product and strategy decisions.
- Build artifacts (archetypes, frameworks, journey maps, mental models) that make complex insights accessible and actionable across the company, leveraging Mural products.
- Present insights to an executive, cross-functional audience and provide strategic recommendations based on these insights.
Coach Responsibilities:
- Build the research practice: mentor designers, and product partners in research best practices, helping to scale a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision making.
- Establish repeatable, high-quality research standards and methodologies across teams.
- Partner with design and product leadership to shape Mural’s long-term research vision and roadmap.
- Champion the role of research in early product strategy and company-wide initiatives.
Hybrid Responsibilities (Both Player & Coach):
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to prioritize research that informs Mural’s most critical next-generation bets.
- Facilitate workshops and storytelling sessions that bring insights to life and influence direction across product, design, and business strategy.
- Partner with Data Science and Market Research to integrate behavioral data, attitudinal insights, and business signals into cohesive, actionable narratives.
- Shape how research connects to strategy, innovation, and experimentation at every level of the company.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 10+ years of UX Research experience, including deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods. PhD optional.
- Proven track record leading foundational and strategic research that influenced product direction, vision, or long-term investments.
- Ability to design and execute mixed-methods research independently: from ethnographic and in-depth interviews to survey design and statistical analysis.
- Scale strategic insights: Experience driving organizational understanding through storytelling, synthesis, and actionable frameworks.
- Strong systems thinking skills, with an ability to connect human insight to product architecture and long-term design strategy.
- Experience shaping and scaling research practices in growing organizations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping cross-functional teams find clarity and alignment.
- Strong communicator who can engage both executive and hands-on audiences with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE MURAL
You’ll shape new ways of working, as we interact with AI, team members, and customers. You’ll work on some of the most compelling and open-ended questions about the future of collaboration: how people align, make decisions, and innovate. You’ll have the freedom to define the big questions, run the right studies, and guide the company toward its next horizon.
At Mural, we “drink our own champagne” and leverage our product for online collaboration. This role is U.S. Remote. Your work will inform the strategy of a rapidly scaling company that believes research is the compass, not just the map.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

We’re looking for a Senior Cinematographer to define how Perplexity looks on film. Working with the Creative Director and Video Lead, you’ll translate our visual identity into a practical cinematographic language, then bring it to life across the team’s day-to-day output.
This is a hands-on role. One day you’re shooting a candid office moment or executive interview with a small kit; the next, you’re leading a full camera and lighting crew on a brand film. Most of your time goes to prepping, testing, lighting, and shooting.
You’ll also help build and run our in-house studio, from selecting gear and designing flexible lighting setups to keeping the space production-ready. When turnaround is tight, you’ll support media management and light editing.
You’ll report to the Video Lead and work closely with the Video Producer, Brand Lead, designers, motion designers, Growth, Comms, Product Marketing, and external production partners. The Producer and Video Lead handle crewing, budgets, schedules, and logistics so you can stay focused on production and craft. However, you should think like a storyteller, not just a technician, bringing your own ideas for how to show our product and people more vividly through moodboards, shot lists, storyboards, and a willingness to experiment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the Creative Director and Video Lead to define and evolve Perplexity’s cinematographic language, and turn it into repeatable approaches for lighting, lensing, composition, movement, and color.
- Shoot and light a steady mix of day-to-day content: candid office moments, executive interviews, product demos, social, events, and documentary stories.
- Lead cinematography on brand films, campaigns, partnerships, and launches.
- Scale to the work: operate solo with a minimal kit, lead a small crew, or help build a full camera, lighting, grip, team (with help from producers).
- Bring storytelling ideas to the table through moodboards, shot lists, storyboards, and experimentation.
- Own camera, lighting, and movement decisions from creative development through capture: build packages, run tests and tech scouts, and solve constraints before the shoot.
- Recommend crew and equipment for each production and lead the camera and lighting departments on set. Producers handle budgets, schedules, contracts, and logistics.
- Help design, build, and run the in-house studio, including lighting, audio, grip, and monitoring.
- Own the team’s gear: recommend, purchase, organize, and maintain it, with ready-to-shoot packages so no setup gets rebuilt from scratch.
- Handle color grading in DaVinci Resolve, and support selects, stringouts, and light edits when turnaround is tight.
- Keep the visual standard high across formats and crew sizes without overbuilding.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years as a cinematographer or DP across branded, commercial, documentary, and interview work.
- A standout reel showing visual authorship, lighting craft, camera movement, and an eye for honest, unscripted moments.
- A strong point of view, paired with the sensitivity to work within and strengthen an existing brand.
- Deep command of camera systems, lenses, exposure, color pipelines, lighting, grip, and on-set monitoring.
- Genuinely hands-on: equally comfortable building a camera, shaping light, operating, troubleshooting, and leading a crew.
- The judgment to make premium images under real constraints, solo with a small kit or leading a full production.
- Strong pre-production instincts: turning a creative idea into a technically sound, right-sized plan.
- Experience briefing and leading freelance crews and vendors on set, and managing professional production equipment.
- Working proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for color grading, selects, and light edits.
- Collaborative and low-ego. You bring a strong opinion, take direction, and solve problems with partners.
- Comfortable moving fast in an ambiguous, high-output environment without compromising craft, safety, or footage.
- Based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, with flexibility for travel and long shoot days.
NICE TO HAVE
- A strong Bay Area and Los Angeles network of camera, lighting, grip, sound, production, and rental partners.
- Experience within an in-house brand studio at a technology or consumer company.
- Strong documentary instincts and experience working with founders, executives, talent, or people who are not professional performers.
- Experience with multi-camera interviews, live events, tabletop or product cinematography, motion-control systems, or virtual production.
- Color-grading experience and a strong understanding of how capture decisions carry through finishing and delivery.

Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to clients and large audiences.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinking, a collaborative spirit, energy and a strong goal orientation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field.
Advanced English.
The mindset we are looking for :
Genuine technological curiosity: adopts, tests and integrates new tools — including AI — into the way they work, rather than merely tolerating them.
Analytical thinking: able to read data, interpret pipeline signals and make decisions based on information, not intuition alone.
Orchestration ability: does not aim to do everything manually, but to coordinate — letting AI handle research, draft materials and suggest next steps — while the person decides, personalizes and builds the relationship.
Real adaptability: anticipates changes in the sales process instead of merely reacting to them.
Strategic relationship building: prioritizes quality over quantity, thinks long term and knows where to invest time across the account portfolio.
