Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Scaling humanoid robots from hundreds to tens of thousands of units takes several hundred million dollars of new capital, and much of it will come from partners, not just funds. Our biggest investors are also our supplier, manufacturer and customer. That makes capital formation and strategic partnerships one job.
You will be the senior operator who connects them. You will lead our next equity rounds alongside the CFO, open doors to the strategic and institutional investors who can carry Humanoid to a public exit, and turn partnerships with industrial, compute and supply-chain leaders into capital, contracts and access. Few roles offer this mix of venture, growth equity, corporate development and deal-making at a company of this ambition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Capital formation (with the CFO and CBO)
1. Co-lead equity rounds from Series B onward: investor targeting, sequencing, process management, term sheet negotiation and closing.
2. Build and run a single investor CRM and pipeline across VC, growth equity, private equity, crossover funds, sovereign wealth, family offices and corporate venture arms.
3. Cultivate a core group of long-term foundational investors ahead of each round, with a regular cadence of updates and meetings.
4. Shape the equity story with the CFO and CEO: deck, data room, model narrative and answers to diligence.
5. Structure non-dilutive and hybrid capital with the CFO, including strategic investments, venture debt, equipment and fleet financing for RaaS, and customer-funded capacity.
6. Help lay the groundwork for a public exit: investor base quality, crossover readiness and relationships with banks and long- only funds.
Strategic partnerships (with the CFO and CBO)
1. Originate, structure and close strategic alliances with industrial OEMs, logistics operators, compute and AI platforms, and supply-chain partners.
2. Design deal structures that combine commercial and capital terms: strategic equity, joint ventures, co-development, volume commitments, compute-for-equity and regional partnerships.
3. Own the partner relationship at executive level after signing, so each alliance delivers its commercial, technical and capital commitments.
4. Map the strategic landscape: who is investing in robotics and embodied AI, how, and where Humanoid fits.
Across both
1. Run one pipeline that links investor conversations to partnership opportunities, avoiding conflicts with competitor holdings.
2. Gate access to the CEO and founders so leadership time goes to the highest-value conversations.
3. Report pipeline, forecast and deal status to the CFO, CBO and board.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have sat on both sides of the table: investing at a top-tier venture firm, then raising capital and closing strategic deals for a high-growth company.
Required
- Top-tier VC experience: 4+ years as an investor (Principal, Partner or equivalent) at a leading venture or growth firm, ideally with exposure to deep tech, robotics, AI or industrial technology.
- Fundraising track record across all three capital sources: led or co-led raises from venture capital, private equity or growth equity, and strategic or corporate investors. Be ready to walk us through specific rounds, sizes, investors and your role.
- Strong relationships at strategic partners: trusted, senior-level contacts at industrial OEMs, automotive and manufacturing groups, logistics operators, semiconductor and compute companies, or their corporate venture arms.
- Deal structuring: hands-on negotiation of term sheets, strategic investments, joint ventures or commercial agreements with capital attached.
- Network: active relationships with growth, crossover and sovereign investors in the US and Europe.
- Experience: 12+ years across investing, corporate development, investment banking or a startup finance or business leadership role.
- Financial fluency: you can defend a financial model, valuation and cap table in front of a demanding investment committee.
Nice to have
- Operating experience at a hardware, robotics, autonomy or industrial AI company after Series B
- Experience with IPO preparation, crossover rounds or a US–UK corporate restructuring
- Exposure to non-dilutive capital: venture debt, asset or fleet financing, government grants and defence or industrial programmes
- Relationships with Gulf, Asian or European sovereign and strategic investors MBA, CFA or equivalent
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Equity is a big part of how we reward the people building ElevenLabs, and the programme is growing fast across many countries. You'll own the day-to-day running of it: keeping our cap table accurate and audit-ready, and making sure every grant, exercise and leaver is handled correctly and on time.
You'll work with Finance, Legal and People to turn board-approved decisions into clean records and clear communication. That includes issuing grants, supporting 409A and local valuations, and answering employee questions about their equity.
We're looking for someone who is meticulous about the numbers and who treats employees as customers. You'll find ways to automate the repetitive work, using AI wherever it makes things faster and more reliable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience administering equity in a cap table or stock plan platform such as Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, settlements and reconciliations.
- Experience administering equity across multiple jurisdictions, including tracking globally mobile participants and coordinating with Tax and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules and employee lifecycle changes, with working knowledge of relevant tax-advantaged schemes such as US ISOs and UK EMI or CSOP plans.
- Experience reconciling equity data with People, Talent, Payroll and Accounting records.
- Understanding of stock-based compensation accounting sufficient to provide reliable data and support Finance with US GAAP and local reporting requirements.
- Experience building and documenting equity processes and controls, managing deadlines independently and resolving discrepancies.
- Clear communication skills, sound judgement when handling confidential information and a strong focus on employee support.
Bonus:
- Experience at a fast-growing startup, familiarity with 409A processes, or a record of automating equity workflows.
- Certification (e.g. CEP or similar)
- Experience with IPO process or having supported transition from private to public

- Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate vulnerability remediation, verify fixes, and support secure patch and release processes.
- Help manage our vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programmes, including engagement with security researchers, coordinated disclosures, and GitHub Security Advisories.
SECURITY OPERATIONS & INCIDENT READINESS
- Help establish and improve logging, detection, and protective monitoring capabilities across our infrastructure, corporate systems, and internal applications.
- Develop and improve incident response processes, runbooks, and exercises to strengthen our ability to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents.
- Work closely with system owners to identify security gaps, prioritise remediation, and verify that implemented controls effectively reduce risk.
CUSTOMER TRUST & COMPLIANCE ENGINEERING
- Support SOC 2 compliance by helping establish continuous control monitoring, automated evidence collection, and processes that make security assurance part of everyday operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to respond to customer security assessments and build reusable resources that streamline future requests.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to assess security risks, improve security policies and controls, and strengthen trust with enterprise customers.
We're hiring two Security Engineers with complementary strengths, so you don't need to be an expert in every security domain.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

- 🛠️ Technical Security Expertise: You can validate security findings, reproduce vulnerabilities, develop proof-of-concepts, and write code or automation when needed to demonstrate risks or improve security processes.
- 🔐 Security Engineering Experience: You've worked hands-on in infrastructure, product, or application security within a product-focused organisation, with a strong understanding of how modern systems are designed and secured.

- 🤖 AI & LLM Fluency: You're comfortable using LLM-assisted tooling and understand its limitations, security implications, and potential failure modes.
- ✍️ Clear Communication: You can explain complex security risks, document technical findings, and provide practical guidance that engineers and non-technical stakeholders can confidently act on.
You also bring deep expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- 💻 Application Security: You've developed security checks, engineering guardrails, tooling, or guidance that helps product teams build and ship secure software.
- ☁️ Platform Security: You have experience securing a major cloud provider and Kubernetes environments, including areas such as sandboxing, multi-tenancy, or identity.
- 🔑 Corporate Security: You've worked on identity and access management, endpoint security, employee access lifecycles, or data access controls across corporate environments.
- 🚨 Security Monitoring: You've implemented logging, protective monitoring, or security detection capabilities that support effective investigation and incident response.
- 📋 Security Assurance & Compliance: You've supported SOC 2 or ISO 27001 from an engineering perspective, including implementing technical controls or automating compliance evidence collection.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🐛 Vulnerability Disclosure: You've helped operate bug bounty or coordinated vulnerability disclosure programmes, including publishing security advisories such as GHSAs or CVEs.
- 🧠 AI & Agent Security: You have experience assessing or securing LLM-powered applications and AI agents, including risks related to permissions, tool access, prompt injection, or sensitive data.
- 🏢 Corporate IT Tooling: You're familiar with platforms such as Okta, Azure, or Drata and their role in securing corporate systems and supporting compliance.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Software Engineers, Subscriptions - Backend
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, one of the largest online food ordering and delivery platforms in the world. As part of this role, you'll join one of our Subscriptions teams in London, focused on the core proposition and working across our three subscription programmes - DashPass, Deliveroo Plus, and Wolt+. You'll work closely with engineering teams across the US and Europe, as part of the Global Subscription organisation, to build and evolve the shared subscriptions capabilities that power loyalty and membership experiences for millions of customers worldwide.
We're hiring backend engineers who want to be at the front line of what engineering looks like in the age of AI.
💡 Why Subscriptions?
An AI-first team by design. We don't use AI as a productivity add-on - we treat agentic coding as a core engineering discipline. We expect our engineers to build with AI agents, to challenge what's possible when the human-in-the-loop is a multiplier rather than a bottleneck, and to push the boundaries of what a small, focused team can ship.
Real ownership, real impact. Our subscription programmes are touching millions of users daily. You'll own features end-to-end - from the idea through production - and see your work matter at scale.
Cross-org engineering at the frontier. Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt are working together in order to align subscription experiences across three of the world's leading delivery platforms. This is engineering at the intersection of product ambition and international complexity.
A small team that punches above its weight. We're a cross-functional team: Backend, Mobile, Web, Product, Design, and Data - all in the same room. No handoff theatre. You'll move fast, ship iteratively, and be around people who take craft seriously.
🤖 AI-First Engineering - What This Means Here
We're building teams at the forefront of agentic coding. This isn't about using Copilot to autocomplete boilerplate. We mean engineers who:
Design workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops, from spec to PR.
Think in terms of orchestration: what does a human review, what does the agent own?
Build internal tooling and abstractions that make AI-assisted development faster and more reliable for the whole team.
Stay curious and ahead of the curve - trying new models, agents, and tools as they emerge, and forming strong opinions about what's genuinely useful vs. hype.
If you find yourself naturally asking "can an agent do this?" before reaching for the keyboard, you'll fit right in.
🔍 What We're Looking For Across all roles
Strong engineering fundamentals - you've built and shipped software that runs at scale, and you understand what that entails: testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development. You use AI tools daily and have formed real opinions about how to get the most out of them.
Ownership mentality: you drive projects forward, communicate clearly across teams and time zones, and don't wait to be told what to do.
Collaborative instincts - the Subscriptions domain sits at the intersection of consumer mobile, web, backend, and data. Cross-functional work is the norm, not the exception.
🙌 About You
You've built and shipped real software - products, platforms, APIs, apps - and you know what it takes to keep things running reliably in production. You have opinions about architecture but hold them lightly. You write tests. You read the alerts. You don't leave loose ends.
What sets you apart right now is that you're genuinely excited about where engineering is going. You've been experimenting with AI agents and agentic coding workflows - not because someone told you to, but because you couldn't help yourself. You think about how to redesign your development loop from first principles, not how to bolt AI onto the way you already work.
You communicate well, collaborate easily across disciplines, and care about the product as much as the code. You're the kind of engineer who asks "what's the best way to..." and then actually follows through.
🌍 Where You'll Work
These roles are based in our tech hub in London.

The Role
Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and expatriate workforces. This is not a standard EAP. Cases begin with acute risk assessment on remote sites and run through structured treatment, fitness-for-work assessment and return-to-work clearance, in direct coordination with the client's chaplaincy, medical and people teams.
This role covers the client's United Kingdom operations and a West African project site where the working language is French. It is a combined clinical delivery and case management role: the postholder conducts the assessments, delivers the therapy, writes the reports and owns the case, rather than coordinating a provider network. That design reflects the absence of an established provider network in the West African market at launch, and gives the client a single clinician who knows each case end to end.
Full professional fluency in French and English is a non-negotiable requirement. Welfare calls, clinical assessment, case documentation and client communication in the West African market are conducted in French.
Responsibilities
Clinical assessment and delivery
Conduct acute risk and welfare assessments for employees referred through the client's escalation pathway, in French or English as required.
Deliver individual counselling and psychotherapy across the supported caseload, virtually.
Conduct fitness-for-work assessments and produce the associated clinical documentation.
Write risk assessments, session documentation, return-to-work memoranda and fitness-for-work reports to a standard that stands up to client and regulatory scrutiny, in the language the case requires.
Delivery is capped so that case management availability is protected. Session load is agreed with the Head of Clinical Operations and reviewed as volume changes.
Case management and coordination
Own each case end to end, from referral through assessment, treatment, fitness-for-work and reintegration to closure.
Align the initial support plan with the client's on-site teams, including session volume and cadence, and manage adjustments where clinically indicated.
Coordinate with internal helpline, care excellence and network partnership teams on anything that cannot be delivered directly.
Review the open case list for stalled items and follow up to keep cases moving.
Clinical risk oversight and governance
Confirm risk tiering against the client's framework and set review cadence and monitoring requirements.
Make the clinical decisions the pathway requires, including disputed risk ratings and medical evaluation pathways where an employee declines therapy.
Escalate to the Head of Clinical Operations where a case exceeds the scope of remote delivery or requires in-person intervention.
Work within the differing regulatory, medical and emergency-escalation environments of each market, and flag where local pathways do not support the agreed protocol.
Clinical protocols and client enablement
Co-develop and maintain the clinical protocols, risk frameworks and SOPs the client's on-site teams operate to, including French-language versions.
Design and deliver clinical training and framework guidance to client-side staff who are not clinicians, in French and English.
Build out the in-market provider network alongside Network Partnerships, so that in-person and overflow capacity exists as the programme scales.
Client relationship, insights and reporting
Act as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical and health and safety leads in both markets, responding within the core window to queries that are frequently unscheduled and time-critical.
Produce the case tracker and monthly clinical reporting, moving beyond utilisation to presenting issues, risk patterns, outcomes and service-level themes.
Present clinical insight at client review meetings and translate it into recommendations the client's health and safety and people teams can act on.
Requirements
Full professional fluency in French and English, to the standard required for clinical assessment, therapy delivery and client-facing documentation in both languages.
Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor, with current registration in your jurisdiction and the right to practise remotely.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling or a related field.
Minimum three years in clinical practice, including direct delivery of assessment and therapy to adults.
Demonstrable experience managing acute risk, including suicidality, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it.
Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work or occupational mental health pathways.
Able to work four hours a day, Monday to Friday, within the 08:00 to 17:00 UK and West Africa window.
Desirable
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or with expatriate, rotational or multinational workforces.
Understanding of remote industrial, mining, resources or energy operating environments.
Additional language capability, particularly Mandarin.
Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks or SOPs.
Prior case management or clinical account experience in a commercial setting.
