CloudLinux builds Linux infrastructure and security products. You will join our Automation & Management Services cell, working closely with Technical Program Manager to solve problems across teams and services: cloud-cost data, infrastructure inventory, network policies and capacity workflows.
Check out our website for more information
https://cloudlinux.com/
We are looking for a
Senior Automation Engineer
to join the Infrastructure team. You will independently own agreed outcomes—from clarifying the need with engineering teams, Finance or Security to delivering and operating a useful system. The work includes new development, improvements, repairs and maintenance. There is no traditional on-call rotation; you respond to alerts from your own systems during working hours.
What you will do
Turn an incomplete brief into an agreed result and workable plan. Track cross-team dependencies, explain tradeoffs, raise blockers early and communicate changes to estimates. Confirm completion with the users.
Build maintainable software and cloud/infrastructure API integrations. Handle credentials, pagination, retries, partial failures and repeated execution so unattended workflows remain safe and reliable.
Transform billing, usage and inventory data into repeatable outputs. Reconcile totals and periods, apply agreed allocation rules and make missing or uncertain mappings visible.
Extend inventory, network-policy and capacity automation using existing systems. Retain necessary human decisions and verify the operational result.
Deliver changes through version-controlled code and CI. Understand live state, test recovery and release safely; diagnose failures across code, Linux, APIs, data and networking.
Own monitoring, actionable alerts, documentation and maintenance. Leave systems another engineer can operate, and use coding agents while remaining responsible for design, code, tests and outcomes.
Requirements
Must have
Senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in software, infrastructure, platform or automation engineering. You can explain your own design decisions, implementation and operational results.
Strong production Python, software design, testing, debugging and API integration skills. You can understand unfamiliar code and improve existing systems.
Hands-on AWS experience and solid Linux/networking fundamentals, including diagnosis across host, service, network and cloud boundaries.
Practical SQL and data validation: joins, units, periods, ownership mappings and reconciliation. You distinguish evidence from assumptions.
Safe infrastructure delivery through IaC and CI: state, drift, idempotency, dependencies and rollback, using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.
Demonstrated advanced coding-agent workflows for real engineering tasks. You plan and delegate substantial work, supply context, run agents without continuous supervision within defined permissions and stop conditions, and independently explain, debug, test and verify their output.
Autonomous delivery and clear collaboration: investigate problems, obtain decisions, challenge unsafe or unnecessarily complex approaches and follow through. English B2 or higher for technical discussions, written decisions and internal customer communication.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud billing or FinOps tooling (e.g. AWS CUR/FOCUS, Athena), inventory or event-driven integrations (e.g. NetBox or similar), network policies, flow monitoring, identity and access management, capacity tooling, additional cloud platforms, OpenNebula, Kubernetes, Go, or self-service systems.
Our environment includes Python, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, and related observability tools. Prior experience with every tool or domain is not required. We value the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, products, and internal business rules.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

Define how email fits within multi-channel orchestration, establishing boundaries and handoffs between email, in-product messaging, and other channels
Data & use of data
Translate behavioral signals, predictive churn scores, and lifecycle stage classifications into actionable segmentation logic and program triggers
Define data requirements for email programs — specify the user signals, cohort definitions, and event triggers needed from the data engineering team, and own those requests
Own the team's contribution to the revenue attribution model — partner with data teams to define lifecycle-stage KPIs and validate that email is correctly credited under the new attribution framework
Own email dashboards with the data team and align them with lifecycle dashboards, so attribution reporting accurately reflects email's contribution to revenue at each funnel stage
Use generative and agentic AI tooling to drive personalization and automation at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base
Operational
Manage and develop three email marketing specialists — set priorities, coach on execution quality, and connect daily work to strategic lifecycle goals
Coordinate across the email development team, data team, demand gen, and product stakeholders to deliver lifecycle programs end-to-end within airEML
Maintain and evolve automated email journeys across all four products, with the authority to rebuild or retire programs where data supports it
Ensure email deliverability and list health at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base
What we expect from you:
5+ years in email marketing as a senior contributor or leader, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing with an email focus — B2C or B2B SaaS/subscription products at scale preferred
Proven ownership of an email and/or retention/lifecycle program end-to-end — strategy, journey design, segmentation logic, and KPI ownership, not only execution
Familiarity with attribution models, including how attribution windows affect reported email performance and how to navigate model transitions
Experience using behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation, such as churn scoring or lifecycle stage classification
Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation or email platform (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot, or an internal equivalent)
A track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data Science teams, not siloed within Marketing
Strategic thinking at the program level, not only the campaign level
Strong analytical skills, including comfort with dashboards and data-warehouse-sourced data, and the ability to derive lifecycle insights independently
Understanding of email deliverability and list health at scale (100K+ subscriber base)
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, written and spoken

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Krak is Kraken's consumer banking and payments product — a fast-moving team building the card, payments, and financial features that bring crypto to everyday life. The Krak Product Operations team sits at the heart of this, making sure the business can move quickly without getting blindsided by compliance, risk, vendor, or operational dependencies.
This is one of two roles in Krak’s Product Ops function, reporting to the Manager, Product Ops - Krak. You'll bring leadership to the day-to-day, working directly with compliance, legal, fraud, client engagement (CE), and external vendors to make sure new features land safely and successfully.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Product Ops at Krak is a co-ordination and intelligence function. Your job is to make sure that the cross-functional dependencies that could slow or derail delivery are surfaced early, actively managed, and resolved. You'll also help the team make better product decisions by curating the right operational data and bringing market and vendor intelligence into the room.
You'll work across four areas: compliance and risk co-ordination, third party vendor management, responding to management information (MI) and feature performance, and strategic market intelligence. Your job is to make sure the right conversations happen at the right time, and that nothing falls through the cracks on the way to launch.
Compliance & risk co-ordination
- Maintain live, product-specific trackers of open compliance and legal items, including DRIs, status, and upcoming milestones
- Triage new features against regulatory requirements ahead of development; ensure sign-off is built into delivery milestones
- Work closely with fraud leads to ensure fraud controls and risk/velocity rules are factored into feature design (card, third party payments, and others)
- Ensure fraud and CE teams are operationally positioned - with the right tooling, admin access, battlecards, and support articles - ahead of new product and feature launches
- Support incident response for product-related issues and ensure post-incident reviews feed into product changes
Third party vendor management
- Maintain product-specific vendor trackers covering status, open actions, key contacts, and upcoming milestones
- Own the cadence for performance reviews with key vendors and track actions to closure
- Maintain a working view of vendor roadmaps and capabilities; produce periodic briefings on where vendor developments create product opportunities or constraints
Responding to MI & feature performance
- Ensure experiments and feature launches are supported by readily available fraud, dispute, and CE metrics alongside commercial KPIs
- Interpret fraud, dispute, CE, and auth/decline data to identify emerging issues and surface them to the right teams
- Drive follow-through on cross-functional findings - whether that's a compliance flag or a vendor issue
Strategic market intelligence
- Scan the market for competitors' changes to features, pricing, and risk positioning
- Monitor regulatory and market developments that could affect the Krak roadmap
- Identify third party vendor capabilities that could enable features not yet on the roadmap; flag where the current stack may be a constraint
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3-5 years experience in a product operations, strategy, or programme management role in a consumer fintech, payments, or banking business - ideally at a company with a card or payments product
- Strong working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape for consumer financial products in one of more regions
- Experience working alongside or within fraud and risk functions; understanding of how fraud controls interact with product design
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholders and different cadences, without dropping the ball
- Track record of turning complex operational data into clear, actionable MI for product and leadership teams
- Structured thinker who's comfortable in the detail but can step back and see the bigger picture
- Strong communicator - able to translate between the worlds of compliance, risk, engineering, and product
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with card issuing programmes (scheme rules, chargeback processes, fraud typologies)
- Familiarity with third party banking and payments vendors (e.g. BIN sponsors, scheme processors, TPP aggregators)
- Prior experience in a fast-scaling consumer fintech or neobank
- Exposure to crypto or digital assets products
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
We are a fast-moving e-commerce company that builds our own proprietary AI infrastructure. We develop internal AI-driven systems to automate complex creative and analytical workflows, which we later scale into B2B SaaS products.
We are not looking for a traditional developer.
We are looking for an AI-Native Builder who can turn an idea into a functional prototype in days using the latest AI-assisted development tools.
THE ROLE
As a Founding AI Engineer, you will work directly with the founder to design, build, and iterate on various AI systems. The projects will vary - from computer vision and image manipulation to automated video generation and agentic data analysis. You will be responsible for the full pipeline: from R&D of the best AI models to deploying scalable web applications.
Who You Are:
- Modern Developer: You have abandoned "manual-only" coding. You are a power user of tools like GPT Codex, Claude code, and Replit, allowing you to build at a 10x pace.
- AI Generalist: You are comfortable working across different AI domains - LLMs (Text/Reasoning), Diffusion (Image/Video), and Vision models.
- Agile & Adaptive: You thrive in an environment where projects evolve. You are a fast learner who can master a new AI framework or API over a weekend.
- Hacker Mindset: You focus on ROI. You build lean MVPs, test them in our real-world e-commerce operations, and only then polish them for scale.
- Architecture-Aware: You know how to orchestrate multiple AI models into a single "Agentic" workflow that handles complex tasks autonomously.
Technical Interests:
- Stack: Next.js / Python (FastAPI).
- AI Frameworks: ComfyUI / Diffusers, IP-Adapters, ControlNet, and Agentic frameworks (LangChain/CrewAI).
- Infrastructure: Experience with Serverless GPU providers (Replicate, Fal, RunPod).
- Integrations: Skilled at connecting diverse APIs to create seamless automated systems.
Why Join Us:
- Direct Impact: Build tools that are immediately put to use in real-world business scenarios.
- Extreme Speed: No corporate red tape. If the tech works, we ship it.
- Evolution: This is a founding role with the opportunity to lead multiple product lines as we transition from internal tools to SaaS.

You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable integrations that fit our customers' workflows.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible.
Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. Keep the role to no more than three clearly defined focus areas, with team leads taking ownership as capacity grows.

Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving.
Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience building and operating AWS services in production.
Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations with external systems.
Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, data consistency, and failure recovery.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, aggregation, and query performance.
Experience with secure authentication and authorization for integrations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities.
Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions.
Nice to have:
Experience writing automated integration and contract tests.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.
Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.
Experience maintaining integrations across multiple third-party API versions.

Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.

Galaxy is seeking a People Operations Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS to join our People team in a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting our global workforce. This position will initially join on a temporary-to-permanent basis and will play a critical role in two key areas: global payroll operations and the implementation of Workday, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. In your first three-six months, success will mean helping Galaxy deliver a clean and well-controlled Workday go-live, ensuring payroll readiness and data integrity, and establishing scalable processes that can transition into steady-state People Operations
Leading up to go-live, this individual will partner closely with People, Payroll, Finance, Technology, external implementation partners, and other key stakeholders to support the successful implementation of Workday. This will include data validation and migration, business process design, testing, integrations, payroll readiness, documentation, and change management.
At the same time, this person will help manage and strengthen Galaxy's global payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and that payroll processes, controls, data, and vendor relationships can scale with the organization.
Following implementation, the role will transition toward ongoing ownership and optimization of Workday and global payroll operations, including system administration, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, controls, and the employee experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the details while understanding the broader operational picture - someone who can identify an issue in a payroll reconciliation or employee record, work cross-functionally to resolve it, and then improve the underlying process so it doesn't happen again.
What You’ll Do:
Workday Implementation & HRIS
Serve as a key People Operations partner for Galaxy's Workday implementation ahead of the January 1, 2027 go-live.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation resources to support requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, integrations, and implementation activities.
Coordinate and execute data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities to ensure accurate employee and payroll data within Workday
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, identify issues, and partner with appropriate stakeholders through resolution.
Support payroll parallel testing and other payroll-readiness activities ahead of go-live.
Help establish scalable HRIS processes, controls, documentation, and governance.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and resources for People team members, managers, and employees.
Support change management, training, and communications associated with the Workday launch.
Following go-live, help manage ongoing Workday administration, including business processes, employee data, reporting, security/access, system updates, and issue resolution.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale People processes through Workday and other technologies.
Global Payroll
Support the end-to-end administration of payroll across Galaxy's global employee population, partnering with internal teams and third-party payroll providers as appropriate.
Review payroll inputs and outputs to ensure employees are paid accurately, completely, and on time.
Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance analyses and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate employee lifecycle changes impacting payroll, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, benefits deductions, leaves, and other employee changes.
Partner with Finance on payroll funding, reconciliations, reporting, and related accounting requirements.
Work with People team partners to ensure HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee data remain aligned across systems and vendors.
Support payroll compliance requirements across applicable jurisdictions and partner with internal and external subject-matter experts as needed.
Manage day-to-day relationships with payroll vendors, escalating and resolving issues while holding partners accountable for service and accuracy.
Maintain payroll calendars, controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to standardize and strengthen global payroll processes as Galaxy continues to grow.
