About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Growth at Anthropic is about helping people discover what Claude can do and make it part of how they work, from someone's first session to an entire company rolling out Claude. We're a small design team working across all of Anthropic's products, on problems that often don't have established playbooks, because the products and the capabilities behind them change so quickly.
We drive growth by making the product itself better, favoring foundational changes and new product experiences over small optimizations. Our focus spans whatever most limits Anthropic's growth, and priorities can shift quickly.
As a senior Product Designer on Growth, you'll own how Claude grows with people who use it for their everyday work. You'll dig into why some people make Claude a habit and others don't, find the real bottlenecks, and lead the product changes that move them. You'll set the vision for this area, partner closely with product, engineering, and data science, and raise the quality bar for the designers around you.
We're looking for designers who thrive in ambiguity and pair sharp diagnostic judgment with exceptional craft. You form a clear point of view from messy signals, prototype quickly to test it, and drive alignment across teams to ship it. You use tools like Claude Code to explore ideas and push what's possible.
Key responsibilities
Own growth for how people use Claude in their everyday work, end to end, as your full-time focus
Diagnose what drives deep, habitual use and what blocks it, combining data, research, and hands-on time in the product
Set an opinionated vision for the area and turn it into a roadmap with your PM, engineering, and data science partners
Redesign core parts of the product to drive growth, from onboarding and first-run experiences to the everyday workflows people rely on most
Shape hypotheses and experiments, and judge results with a nuanced view of how we win, not just the topline metric
Deliver exceptionally crafted interactions and set the quality bar for your area
Drive alignment with partner teams whose work touches your area, connecting individual use to team and company adoption
Mentor other designers, and frame problems clearly enough that others can own them
Prototype and test ideas quickly with Claude Code and other AI tools
Minimum qualifications
A portfolio of shipped product design work that shows product vision and a high level of craft
Experience owning growth for a major product area end to end, including diagnosing problems and setting direction
Deep growth design experience in activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or expansion, on a product at meaningful scale
Hands-on experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments, and using them to make product decisions
Fluency with product analytics such as funnels, retention, and engagement
Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools, such as Figma and Claude Code, and a habit of learning new tools to push what's possible
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment across product, engineering, and data science
Preferred qualifications
Experience leading growth strategy across multiple teams or product areas
Experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS, productivity, or collaboration tools
Experience with product-led growth, from a single user to a team to a company-wide rollout
Experience mentoring designers or shaping a design practice
Comfort querying data yourself with SQL or a similar tool
Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS)
Experience defining AI-powered workflows for yourself or your team
A clear point of view on when a product should ask for attention, and when it should stay out of the way
Passion for building safe, beneficial AI that helps people do their best work
Representative projects
Diagnose why some people make a product part of their daily work and others drift away, then lead the changes that close the gap
Redesign a core part of the product so people return to it more often and get more value each time
Set the vision for a product's first-run experience and lead it through experiments to a redesigned, permanent flow
Design the path from one person's daily use to their whole team adopting it

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Vendor Admin Lead to own vendor master data for our global Finance Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Global Accounts Payable, you will be the single point of accountability for who our vendors are and get paid: onboarding, bank-detail verification, supporting documentation vetting, data quality and the controls around all of it. Anthropic's vendor base is growing quickly across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and a clean, verified vendor data is what keeps a fast-growing company scale with the necessary controls.
This role is deliberately separate from invoice processing and payments. You will control vendor records and bank details; you will not book invoices or move money. That separation is the point of the role, and you will own the SOX controls that enforce it and help design the access model that keeps it that way.
This is an opportunity to build a vendor-master function from the ground up and leverage process automation with Claude while supporting the team making AI safe.
Responsibilities
Supplier onboarding
Run intake for every new vendor and payee: validate completeness, collect and verify supporting documentation, and enable records in the ERP backbone system against agreed service levels
Validate supporting documents; set 1099-reportable and tax flags correctly
Confirm third-party risk and restricted-party screening before activation
Set up one-time and non-vendor payees with the right record type rather than forcing them through full onboarding
Partner with TPRM and IA teams on control requirements and continuous process improvement
1099 annual reporting
Bank details and fraud prevention
Own every bank-detail setup and change; validate against a bank letter on letterhead or an approved equivalent (void checks, etc.)
Run independent callbacks per policy using contact details sourced independently of the request, and record the evidence
Validate international bank formats and addresses (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, ABA, SEPA, BSB, IFSC, Japanese bank/branch codes)
Identify and escalate business-email-compromise attempts and other payment-fraud red flags
Data quality and maintenance
Maintain vendor structure: parent/child and remit-to relationships, entity and country records, contacts and payment terms
Lead vendor consolidation: eliminate duplicate vendors and bank accounts, execute merges and inactivations in batched, logged, reviewed changes
Run periodic health reviews for dormant vendors, stale bank letters, missing tax forms and incomplete records; drive 1099 and TIN readiness for year-end
Own periodic vendor deactivation campaigns
Controls and audit
Own the vendor-master SOX controls as the named control owner: maker-checker on every create and change, change-log review, evidence retained on every record
Prepare the periodic review of bank-detail changes paid, and address Internal Audit and external auditor requests
Partner with Finance Systems to design and maintain ERP security roles so vendor master, invoicing and payments stay separated
Flag any suspicious vendor set-up activity through the appropriate channels
Process, systems and improvement
Own vendor-master documentation, intake checklists, requester guidance and service levels
Serve as the vendor-data expert through process migrations, including data conversion and post-migration fixes
Partner on automation: AI-assisted intake validation, document extraction, bank-format checks and a vendor self-service portal
Report monthly on onboarding volume, cycle time, bank changes, exceptions and data quality, and use the data to improve the process
Minimum qualifications
7+ years in vendor master or AP operations with 3+ years of ownership
Owned a vendor master in an ERP end to end — process, controls and data — across multiple entities and countries
Hands-on experience verifying bank details and preventing payment fraud: bank letters, independent callbacks, BEC red flags, international bank formats
Experience with vendor tax documentation: W-9/W-8 validation, TIN matching, VAT/GST IDs, 1099 flagging
Working knowledge of procure-to-pay controls — segregation of duties, maker-checker, change logs, audit evidence — and have performed or owned a SOX control
Led a vendor data cleanup, consolidation or ERP migration and can show the outcome
The confidence to hold the line with requesters, vendors and senior stakeholders under time pressure while staying clear and helpful
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets (dedupe, lookups, reconciliations) and exceptional attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
Workday Financials vendor management, and experience with Zip, Coupa or a similar procure-to-pay platform
SOX experience at a public company or one preparing to go public
Experience supporting APAC and EMEA vendors in a high-growth, multi-entity company
Experience designing or reviewing ERP security roles with a systems team
Comfort using AI tools to automate validation, follow-ups and reporting

As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

We are looking for that Swiss Army Knife that brings broad experience to each challenge presented. The Huntress Product team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. As a Senior Product Researcher for our Security Awareness Training product, we’re looking for someone who wants to pour all of their creativity into building and implementing simple solutions that are disproportionately effective at countering these constantly evolving threats. One should have experience managing, deploying, and securing SMB environments utilizing a wide variety of security software, best practices, and automation tools. Craft a growing library of common indicators and write new ones when a scenario calls for it.
Comfortable scripting and coding to build proofs-of-concept and tooling with a keen eye for creating pixel-perfect simulated phishing emails & landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & React. Take pride in delivering simulations impossible to distinguish from real tradecraft. The details are the job.
Identify emerging social engineering tradecraft from attack patterns, email metadata, and web expertise. Today ClickFix attacks and variants dominate the threat landscape, but relentless hunger to get ahead of attacker tradecraft will mean translating the shifts in attacker tactics that matter into what the program teaches. Evolve deliverables with the tradecraft.
Automate by default, evolving + expanding phishing content generation as an AI-powered system using Claude Code.
Expand the program into new regions, more languages, more tailored content, and new kinds of learning experiences with the guidance of the Product Manager and Principal Product Researcher.
Triage reported phishing emails, internal and external security incidents surfacing threat insights and trend analysis in the Huntress Threat Report, threat advisories, social media engagements, webinars & conference talks, resulting in strategic security awareness outreach campaigns.
Align with the Principal Researcher to deliver unified Security Awareness Training and phishing program outcomes.
Proven organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and sense of urgency to deliver an exceptional product under tight deadline pressures.
Eagerness to engage, report, and be accountable to executive stakeholders.
Passion to translate your expertise in technical & nontechnical ways to deliver impactful security outcomes that protect the 99%.
What You Bring To The Team:
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript & React, Angular, or Vue
Proficiency with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor with impressive projects to prove it
Experience in manually building phishing simulation deliverables like emails and landing pages, simulating phishing attacks, then analyzing & reporting simulation results

As a Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense, you will run the day-to-day financial controls, audit program, and executive reporting behind Anthropic's T&E function. T&E touches every employee, every legal entity, and every executive, and it runs on Navan, Brex, and negotiated supplier agreements. Spend and transaction volume have grown several-fold in the past six quarters, and the controls need to scale to meet a public-company standard.
You will report to the Head of Travel & Expense in Finance Operations and work daily with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Talent, Security, Legal, Finance Systems and Administrative Business Partners.
Responsibilities
Controls & SOX Compliance
Own the day-to-day operation of key T&E controls, including approvals, card issuance and spend limits, segregation of duties, and policy exceptions, within the control framework set by the Head of T&E, who owns the overall T&E process
Maintain the T&E process narratives and risk and control matrix, and keep them current as systems and policies change
Ensure correct GL coding and complete, accurate month-end reconciliations across Navan, Brex, and Workday, and support close, flux analysis, and accruals
Act as the preparer for T&E controls and the day-to-day contact for internal and external auditors: gather and retain evidence, support walkthroughs and sample requests, and track remediation, escalating significant issues to the Head of T&E
International Expansion Controls
Set up and maintain entity-level coding and approval flows in Brex and Navan as new legal entities and countries come online
Document and operationalize country-specific rules for per diems, VAT reclaim, non-USD cards, receipt requirements, and local tax treatment
Partner with Tax, Payroll, and Global Mobility to ensure compliance
Support accurate intercompany treatment of T&E costs across entities
T&E Audit Program
Help design, build, and run a risk-based audit program covering sampling, anomaly detection, misuse escalation, and remediation tracking
Define and monitor pre-spend rules, duplicate and split-transaction checks, and receipt and 30-day submission compliance
Build dashboards and reporting on policy compliance, exceptions, and control performance for Finance leadership
Partner with the Head of T&E to deploy Claude to review transactions, flag policy exceptions, and automate recurring reporting
Program Operations
Own day-to-day T&E operations, supporting the growing volume of travel and expense activity and platform configuration and automation, so operations keep running without pulling focus from controls
Own transaction-level review and receipt follow-up, and help shape what should be automated rather than staffed
Partner with Benefits, Payroll and Legal to ensure the T&E program is compliant with relevant local and country requirements
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in travel and expense, corporate accounting, internal audit, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Hands-on SOX or internal-controls experience: writing process narratives, testing or operating key controls, and working with external auditors
Strong accounting fundamentals, including GL coding, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close support
Deep platform expertise in Navan and/or comparable TMC platforms, plus Brex or equivalent expense management tools, and working knowledge of ERP integrations (Workday preferred)
Strong analytical skills: comfort with large transaction datasets, sampling methods, and anomaly detection
Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to work credibly with senior executives and their support teams
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain a control or an exception to Finance leaders, auditors, and employees
An AI-curious, builder mindset: experience automating finance workflows with AI tools, or real enthusiasm for doing so, and comfort creating structure where none exists
CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments, including per diem rules, VAT reclaim, and cross-border tax considerations
Experience with pre-IPO or newly public company readiness
M&A integration experience a huge plus

Join OLX and see how far you can go.
We believe the future of our products sits at the intersection of AI and design. Our ambition is to become an AI-native organization, where intelligent systems and human-centered design come together to create faster, smarter, and more meaningful customer experiences. We’re rethinking how products are built, how experiences are shaped, and how teams deliver impact.
A key part of this transformation is creating the right foundations and infrastructure to enable high-quality experiences at scale - where design systems, patterns, and workflows are structured, scalable, and AI-readable, unlocking new levels of speed, consistency, and innovation.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design System team, working across our Real Estate products. You'll play a key role in evolving our design system, helping designers and engineers across the business design and build with greater consistency, quality and pace.
You'll work day to day within a small, dedicated pod, spanning web and app. But the system serves designers across multiple tribes, each shipping their own product work. You'll work within our contribution model, helping teams outside the pod propose, adopt and evolve components without fragmenting the system.
We're looking for someone with strong craft, attention to detail, and curiosity about systems thinking and AI-assisted workflows. You'll help create a coherent product experience across our brands while developing your own design systems practice.
Key responsabilities:
Design and evolve reusable components, patterns and foundations within our design system, reducing duplication and improving consistency across tribes
Define component behaviour, states and variants, working directly with engineering to ship them
Run and improve the contribution model: the process and standards that let designers outside the core pod propose and ship components without breaking system coherence
Support design work from problem framing through to documentation and handover, using research and feedback from teams to inform decisions
Create clear documentation and specifications covering variants, edge cases and usage guidance
Collaborate closely with engineers on token strategy and the practical link between Figma and production code
Resolve conflicts between a tribe's local need and the system's long-term coherence
Work with product design teams to identify gaps and embed stronger systems thinking across products
AI-enabled Design Systems:
Use AI-assisted tooling as part of your daily workflow, from research through to prototyping and component definition
Contribute to making the system well-structured for AI-assisted workflows, including tokens, documentation and reusable patterns
Know when to override AI output with your own design judgment, and be able to explain why
What we're looking for:
Proven experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale, not just documenting one
Experience running or contributing to a contribution model, or a clear point of view on how you'd build one
Strong technical fluency: you understand how your decisions translate into code, and work with engineers as a peer, not a handoff

Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto, Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Sharp judgment on trade-offs: when to enforce consistency, when to allow exceptions
Strong communicator, able to justify design system decisions to stakeholders who don't share your priorities, and bring other designers along rather than dictate to them
Comfortable with AI-assisted tools, with an interest in applying them in practical ways to improve speed, quality and consistency
Required experience
A portfolio demonstrating strong product and systems thinking, with evidence of shipped impact, not just documented patterns
Experience working in Figma, including component libraries, variables and tokens, alongside experience with built or coded prototypes
Experience working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes
Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted design or development workflows

- Own Market Intelligence: Develop a granular understanding of the macro trends shaping the [Region] payment landscape. You will identify exactly what is growing within the market and which emerging verticals or technologies are gaining traction, allowing us to capitalize on new growth vectors ahead of the competition.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to ensure Checkout.com http://Checkout.com remains a market leader. - Build Revenue & Backbook Pipeline: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of merchants who can benefit from specific products we are shipping. You will forecast and track Net Revenue (NR) impact, focusing on cross-selling chargeable products to deepen our commercial footprint.
About You
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Product Management, Management Consulting, or a complex B2B Sales environment.
- High Learning Agility: You are intellectually curious and a fast learner. You have the ability to absorb technical concepts quickly and can effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial Strategy: You are comfortable working with data, forecasting revenue, and building commercial pipelines. You understand how to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within an existing client base.
- Market Researcher: You have a natural ability to analyze market trends and macro-economics. You can look at a region and identify "what's next" before the competition does.
- Cross-Functional Execution: You are comfortable actively partnering with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and regional Commercial stakeholders to turn market insights into deployed solutions.
- Data-Driven: You base your decisions on data. You can look at market numbers, usage stats, and financial metrics to derive clear, actionable strategies.
- Desirable: Experience in FinTech or Payments is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in your ability to grasp complex ecosystems than your current industry knowledge.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
We are seeking a Director, Technical Accounting – Investments and M&A to join our Finance team at Anthropic. In this role, you will own the company's accounting for strategic investments, partnerships with investment components, and related capital transactions, and support mergers and acquisitions when deal volume requires. You will report to the Senior Director, Technical Accounting – M&A and Investments.
As Anthropic continues to scale rapidly and deploy capital into strategic investments, joint ventures, and novel commercial structures, including compute arrangements that carry warrants and other investment features, you will be a key technical resource on classification, consolidation outcomes, fair value, and financial statement impact across the portfolio. You will partner closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and leadership to ensure that investment economics are accurately reflected under US GAAP and that positions are defensible to external auditors, valuation specialists, and future regulators.
This is a builder role: you'll help stand up and continuously sharpen the portfolio accounting process, controls, and valuation governance expected of a world class finance organization, working alongside the Senior Director as the function takes shape. If you want to own a portfolio end to end — and still be in the room when deals are shaped — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Execute technical accounting for strategic investments, joint ventures, partnership structures, and related financing/equity instruments from entry through exit
Partner with and influence Corporate Development to steer investment structures toward preferred terms and outcomes, reviewing term sheets and deal documents before signing
Own entry accounting for each new investment — classification under ASC 321, 323, or 810, VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the initial measurement memo
Run the quarterly portfolio review — reconsideration events, impairment indicators, observable price changes, and equity method pick-ups — and account for follow-on investments, conversions, down rounds, and exits
Own the investment rollforward, its reconciliation to the general ledger, and the portfolio reporting that supports close, FP&A, and leadership, including review of portfolio company financial statements
Manage third-party valuation specialists; review fair values of investments, warrants, and derivative features, including Level 3 inputs and impairment analyses
Assess warrants, equity rights, and other investment components embedded in partnerships and compute arrangements, partnering with Accounting Policy on how consideration is allocated
Support M&A transactions alongside the M&A lead when deal volume requires — accounting due diligence, purchase accounting (consideration measurement, PPA review, opening balance sheet), and measurement-period adjustments
Author and defend technical accounting policies & memoranda; partner closely with external auditors on investment, consolidation, and M&A matters
Help build the investments operating model — intake form and approval gates, memo templates, quarterly checklists, and SOX-ready controls — designed to scale as the portfolio grows including utilizing Claude, ERP systems and third party applications (as applicable)
Prepare and review investment and transaction disclosures for quarterly and annual filings, including fair value, equity method, and VIE disclosures
Present investment accounting conclusions and financial statement impacts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in clear, decision-ready terms
Monitor standard-setting and SEC developments affecting investments, consolidation, and business combinations; support adoption and cross-functional education
Minimum qualifications
Bring significant Big 4 experience — ideally in a National Office, Transaction/Deal Advisory, or Capital Markets/Accounting Advisory group — paired with in-house experience at a technology company and public accounting or advisory experience
Proven experience leading complex valuations (e.g., business combinations, equity and debt investments, warrants and other Level 3 instruments), including directing and challenging the work of third-party valuation specialists
Have owned the accounting for a portfolio of minority/strategic investments, including quarterly impairment and fair value monitoring and at least one investment of meaningful scale or complexity
Possess deep command of US GAAP for investments in equity securities, equity method, consolidation and VIEs, fair value measurement, and business combinations, with a track record of positions that withstand auditor and regulator scrutiny
Are fluent in valuation concepts and can direct and challenge third-party specialists on private company fair value, warrant/option pricing, impairment, and PPA models
Have operated within an investments-accounting or deal-accounting function, contributing to playbook and controls design
Communicate effectively with Corporate Development, Legal, and Tax on structuring trade-offs, translating technical conclusions for cross-functional and senior stakeholders
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex investment and deal accounting into clear business implications
Excel at hands-on technical execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, shifting between portfolio work and live deals as priorities change
Are proficient with accounting systems (Workday preferred), consolidation tools, and advanced Excel/modeling
Curious about and quick to adopt new AI tools, including Claude and Claude for Finance
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years owning strategic investment, equity method, or consolidation accounting end-to-end
Have deep, practitioner-level expertise in one or more of the following:
Investments in equity securities, equity method, and consolidation (ASC 321, 323, 810), including VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the measurement alternative
Fair value measurement, derivatives, and embedded features (ASC 820, 815, 825), including warrants and Level 3 inputs for private company investments
Business combinations and asset acquisitions (ASC 805), including contingent consideration and step acquisitions
Collaborative arrangements and consideration exchanged in commercial deals (ASC 808, 606)
Hold an active CPA license
Have built an investment accounting process from the ground up, including intake, quarterly monitoring, and SOX-compliant controls over non-routine/complex transactions
Have prepared or reviewed investment disclosures in SEC filings, including fair value hierarchy, equity method, and VIE disclosures
Have experience with novel AI/technology structures — investments bundled with compute or commercial agreements, warrants received from customers or vendors, revenue-share partnerships, and strategic investor rights — and are passionate about leveraging AI to automate portfolio monitoring, memo drafting, and close

About the Role:
As a Manager of Startups Applied AI Architects at Anthropic, you will drive adoption of frontier AI by leading a team of technical architects to help startups build AI-native products with the Claude Developer Platform. Your team is expected to win the trust of founders and engineers by supporting their technical ambitions from early product to scale. You'll bring your own builder credibility and startup instincts to the role — setting the vision for what great technical partnership looks like in the startup segment, developing a high-performing team, and personally carrying relationships with Anthropic's most strategic early-stage accounts.
This is a role for a proven technical go-to-market leader who knows how to build teams that move at startup speed, earn the trust of deeply technical buyers, and turn a scrappy early engagement into a lasting technical partnership. You'll define the playbooks for nurturing and scaling new customers, set the bar for technical excellence, and grow the people — while staying close enough to the ground to know what's actually working. You will partner with sales leaders and work as one team to support your customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and grow a team of Startups Applied AI Architects — setting a high bar for technical credibility, customer impact, and startup-paced execution
Drive team performance through clear goal-setting, regular coaching, and a culture of continuous technical development
Personally lead pre-sales engagements with high-priority startup accounts, from initial technical discovery through deployment and expansion, modeling what great looks like for your team
Build and own the segment's technical playbooks: how to run technical evaluations, develop customer-specific eval frameworks, architect LLM solutions for resource-constrained early-stage teams, and win against competitive alternatives
Partner with aligned Account Executives and GTM leadership to shape segment strategy and drive Claude API adoption across the startup ecosystem
Ensure your team consistently surfaces insights on how startups are building with Claude — emerging use cases, deployment patterns, architectural decisions — and translate that signal into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
Drive cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, and Engineering to advance startup customer needs and shape roadmap priorities
Build Anthropic's technical presence and credibility in the startup ecosystem through events, conferences, workshops, and content
Stay ahead of the AI engineering landscape — context engineering, eval frameworks, agentic architectures, developer tooling — and ensure your team is operating at the frontier
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar), with 5+ years leading and managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
Have a strong track record of building and developing high-performing SA teams — you know how to hire well, coach effectively, and create an environment where technical talent grows and does their best work
Have deep experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies — you understand the velocity, constraints, and culture of early-stage companies and know how technical decisions get made at each stage of the journey
Bring genuine builder credibility: you've built and deployed LLM-powered applications, you speak the language of founders and founding engineers, and you can earn the trust of deeply technical audiences without relying on a title
Have hands-on expertise with context engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, and modern AI architectures, and can guide both your team and customers through the decisions that separate a prototype from a production-grade system
Are comfortable with Python and fluent in the LLM frameworks, tools, and integration patterns common in startup engineering stacks
Are energized by building in ambiguous environments — you're excited to define the playbook, not just run it, and you thrive in fast-moving contexts where the technology and the customer segment are both evolving rapidly
Have a genuine passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial
Strong candidates may have:
Experience as a technical founder or in a founder-led sales motion, giving you firsthand understanding of what technical buyers in the startup world are actually evaluating
A track record of winning competitive technical evaluations against other LLM providers
Experience building foundational team infrastructure from the ground up: hiring frameworks, onboarding programs, technical playbooks, and coaching systems in a high-growth environment
Deep familiarity with how developer infrastructure procurement evolves from seed through Series B and beyond, and how to adapt your team's approach accordingly
A visible technical presence in the startup or AI engineering community through conference talks, written content, or open-source contributions

A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
