HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

Our Story
Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
As a Mid-level Game Artist at Wooga, you will join the Content Creative team of June's Journey, Wooga's most successful title, and bring our features, events, and in-game offers to life for millions of players. Every campaign we run is a small piece of storytelling: a moment with June and her friends that invites players into a new event or feature. You will work closely with product marketing managers, monetization managers, UI artists, writers and the wider art team to turn briefs into striking in-game announcements that tell these stories at a glance.
Your canvas is the game's rich library of existing art - characters, isometric sets, hidden object scenes, key art - which you will recombine, repaint and compose into fresh, exciting campaigns. This is a role for someone who thinks like an illustrator, has a strong instinct for composition and moves at the pace of a live game.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Creating in-game announcements and campaign visuals for new features, live events and sales offers, from brief to final asset.
Telling the story of June and her friends in every campaign, so that announcements feel like a natural part of the game's world rather than an advertisement.
Recombining, adapting and painting over existing art assets to build compelling compositions that communicate a clear message and a clear emotion.
Applying strong composition, colour and visual hierarchy so that every announcement reads instantly and beautifully on mobile screens.
Working with monetisation and product marketing to understand the goal of each campaign and translating it into the right visual and narrative treatment.
Using AI-supported workflows as a natural part of your process to explore variations, speed up production and keep quality high.
Maintaining consistency with the established art style and visual grammar of announcements, while bringing freshness and creativity within it.
Reacting to late changes in offer composition quickly and accurately, ensuring every asset reflects what players will actually receive.
Contributing to templates, documentation and process improvements for the Content Creative team.
About You
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and composition skills, with a sense for character, mood and storytelling in a single image.
You have solid digital painting skills and an advanced understanding of Photoshop, and can seamlessly blend existing assets with your own paintwork.
You have a keen eye for composition, colour and visual hierarchy, and understand how to guide the viewer's attention.
You enjoy working with narrative and can translate a story beat or a character moment into an appealing visual.
You are open to and curious about AI tools, and willing to integrate them into your daily workflow as part of a modern production pipeline.
You thrive in a fast-paced live-ops environment, can manage several small tasks in parallel and are comfortable with quick turnarounds.
You have experience with and can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide and receive feedback from colleagues.
You embrace teamwork and can communicate both effectively and respectfully.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win.
The public sector is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, spanning law enforcement, intelligence agencies, regulators and tax authorities. As digital assets become more integrated into the financial system, these organizations need the intelligence, tools and tradecraft to advance their missions—from shaping policy and enforcing the rules to disrupting illicit networks and protecting national security. This role connects Chainalysis capabilities to those mission priorities, with a clear, compelling story for agency leaders and operational teams.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and mission outcomes.
This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market.
In this role, you’ll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the public sector value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different.
- Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas, from agency leaders to investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators and tax specialists.
- Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction.
- Own public-sector competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams.
Turn value into solutions
- Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.
- Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, including business cases, operational value and mission impact.
- Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but how it advances the customer’s mission.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves government opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement.
- Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience marketing to public-sector customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory or tax functions.
- A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- Strong understanding of public-sector buying journeys, decision-making processes and mission-oriented sales motions.
- The ability to connect technical capabilities to mission and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
- Familiarity with investigative, intelligence, national-security, regulatory or tax use cases for intelligence and technology, and the policy developments shaping digital-asset markets.
You’ll thrive here if:
You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission: drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs.
Our agency partner network includes automation specialists and small consultancies with most ranging from 1–50 people. They leverage n8n to help their customers automate and transform their business - they have technical skills and customer knowledge but most have limited marketing resources.
The goal for this position is to define, build and launch creative marketing programs that our agency partners can utilize to grow their business with n8n. This will include building scalable self-serve programs (one to many) as well as working with some of the larger agency partners on specific marketing programs (one to one). Here’s an overview of what this position will be responsible for:
Build the program portfolio - Drive adoption
- Work directly with the agency partner marketing managers to define the overall strategy - what playbooks, what investments, what markets etc.
- Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories and simple demand-gen playbooks.
- Make every program executable without help: clear steps, editable templates and localisable assets that work for a solo consultant and a 50-person agency, in any region.
- Drive awareness and adoption of the various marketing programs through scaled and creative communications.
Measure and multiply
- Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue — for partners and for n8n.
- Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, what to change and what to stop.
- Turn each working program into a repeatable model for the next one, and automate your own program operations with n8n where it saves time.
- Measure the overall business impact and growth from agency partner generated business.
Requirements
Must-have
- Partner marketing at scale: You've built one-to-many programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, and can show adoption numbers
- Self-service program design: You've packaged marketing so non-marketers can run it (kits, templates, playbooks) and know what makes them get used rather than downloaded
- Small-business empathy: You understand how small consultancies work and design for their limited time, budget and marketing know-how
- Outcome-driven measurement: You measure execution and pipeline, not asset views, and you're comfortable stopping a program that isn't working
- Bias for action: You're happy as a first hire with limited design and development support; you ship a pilot quickly and improve it with real data
- Global mindset: You've run programs across several regions and segments, and know how to localise without rebuilding from scratch
Nice-to-have
- Strategic partner programs: You've also built custom marketing programs with large partners that ran over several months or quarters
- Channel or ecosystem background: You've worked on an agency, solutions-partner or reseller program at a software company
- Hands-on with automation: You've built workflows yourself — in n8n or similar tools — and can talk shop with technical partners
- Local events: You've designed field events or workshops that others delivered
- Languages: You work professionally in a language beyond English

And beyond.
⭐ ALAN PRECISION: WHY THIS EXISTS
Your body knows before you do. The signals are there years before symptoms. And yet, in 2026, the system around us isn't catching them.
50% of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers) are preventable with lifestyle changes, and we're not capturing them. Western countries have seen healthspan flatline for years, meaning we live longer, but not better. 46% of Europeans report mental health issues. The kind of deep, personalised health reading that could change this has been reserved for the few who could afford a 3,000€ check-up, and built for filing reports rather than changing lives.
We don't accept that.
Alan Precision is our bet on advanced prevention as the new norm of care. We combine biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context, read it all as a connected system with AI supervised by physicians, and turn the result into a personalised protocol the member actually executes across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and supplementation. Then we retest, learn, and adapt. Health is a moving target. We move with it.
Our ambition: make Alan Precision the reference for advanced prevention in Europe by 2030.
⭐ THE FOUNDING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Alan Precision is live, with fast week-over-week growth. Now we need to turn a new category into a habit: hundreds of thousands of customers in the coming years, and a measurable impact on their health. You will be the first growth and go-to-market person on the crew, accountable for two numbers: how many members subscribe to Precision, and how many stay, retest and renew.
The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company.
It is a unique playground. You get the means of one of France's biggest scale-ups (1M+ members reachable from day one, an ecosystem of products like Mo, Play and Clinic, and a brand carried by ambassadors like Kylian Mbappé) with the culture and pace of a fast-growing startup: small crew, short loops, everything still to invent.
🔭 SCOPE: THREE GO-TO-MARKET ENGINES
1. Direct-to-member: turn Alan's 1M+ members into Precision subscribers.
Offering paid services that members subscribe to by themselves inside Alan is a pretty new go-to-market for us, and you invent it.
- Build the CRM and lifecycle engine: segments, triggers, sequences, in-app moments.
- Use product data to decide who to push Precision to, when and where: which actions, traits or life moments make it relevant, and which do not.
- Position Precision inside the surfaces of other product crews (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop), with their teams and push the right message at the right time.
- Own recurrence: activation after the first check-up, retests, renewals, reactivation. Acquisition without retention does not count.
2. B2B: get Alan's client companies to offer Precision to their employees.
Almost everything is to define: business model, offer format, pricing logic, sales motion.
- Work with our B2B Marketing team to understand the constraints of our Sales and Account Management teams, give them the right pitch and materials, and set the right targets with them.
- Meet HR buyers yourself to learn what makes them pay.
3. Beyond Alan: take Precision to the open market.
Once the internal engine runs:
- Apply the full B2C health and e-commerce playbook to acquire users that are not insured by Alan
- Your levers will be numerous, across paid acquisition, influence, partnerships, brand.
Across all three:
- Create demand in a market that is still being created. Talk to members every week, define the value proposition and the messages that make people want advanced prevention, and push for the product changes that go with them.
- Build a brand people want, and explain it simply. Make advanced prevention desirable and easy to understand, with our Brand team, without overpromising.
- Say what can be said. Health communication is regulated: medical biology, health claims, influencer rules, use of health data for targeting. You work with our medical and legal teams and turn these constraints into sharper, more credible messages.
- Measure and decide. Funnels, cohorts, holdouts, channel performance. Pick the next bet, cut what does not work, share what we learned.
- Own it end to end. From the idea of a strategy to the campaign live in production: you design it, write it, build it, ship it and iterate on it yourself. Sharp copywriting is a core part of the job.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in French and English.
- You have grown a B2C product from its early days. Ideally as the first growth or go-to-market person, on a subscription in health, wellbeing or e-commerce. You can tell us which channels you picked, which ones you cut, and why.
- A creative Swiss army knife who prioritises. You can do a bit of everything and you find channels and angles nobody has thought of yet. You know the job is to pick the right one, execute it, measure it and move to the next.
- Lifecycle and CRM at scale. Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze or equivalent: segmentation, behavioural triggers, in-app moments.
- Analytical rigour. You read a funnel, build a cohort, set up a holdout and call a result. You measure success in subscribers, retention and revenue.
- Hands-on, and a great writer. You love taking an idea all the way to production yourself: the strategy, the copy, the campaign, the dashboard. You write well and fast, and you turn a complex medical topic into a clear, desirable promise.
- Customer-obsessed. You talk to members every week and you are just as comfortable in front of an HR director.
- Fluent with AI. You build with AI every day: assets, copy variants, segments, analyses and even building your own tools. You use it to go faster, and you keep your judgment on what ships.
- Driven by health, and rigorous about it. Health matters to you, and when something blocks, you find a way. You make people want to act with messages that hold up in front of a physician.
Nice to haves
- Experience with regulated health communication (claims, health data, medical services).
- B2B2C, employee benefits or HR tech.
- Paid acquisition and influencer marketing in B2C.
- Pricing and packaging of subscription offers.
- You own your own health: Whoop, Oura, blood tests, supplements are no secret for you.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. We’re ensuring we keep learning by committing to continually revisit and reevaluate our diversity culture.
We encourage applicants across any race, ethnicity, gender/gender expression, age, spirituality, ability, experience and more.
(Jira, Confluence).

Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- AI Solutions Engineer
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Business Applications
- Reports to: AI Platform Lead / Head of Business Applications
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid / Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Business Applications team focuses on high-impact internal use cases to help the company grow, building internal solutions and facilitating new processes as we scale our data infrastructure, tooling, and operations. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you bridge the gap between rapid AI-assisted product delivery and scalable, governed platform engineering. You will spend roughly 50% of your time taking high-value internal use cases from business needs to reliable, production-grade applications, and 50% of your time collaborating with the AI Platform Lead on our shared internal applications platform, DevOps workflows, and governance guardrails. You think ahead: instead of solving problems with brittle one-off fixes, you turn recurring needs into clean, reusable platform capabilities and help guide our Junior AI Solutions Engineers to do the same.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
BUILD AND SHIP INTERNAL APPLICATIONS & AI-ENABLED SOLUTIONS (~50%)
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the business to translate operational bottlenecks into clear technical designs and working, scalable applications.
- Build, iterate on, and productionize full-stack internal applications and automations (primarily Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/React, and PostgreSQL) using modern AI-first coding workflows (Cursor, Claude Code) and LLM APIs where they add real value.
- Design and maintain reliable, governed integrations with core enterprise systems and data sources (e.g., HiBob/HRIS, Salesforce, Databricks, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, Okta).
- Own the full lifecycle of the solutions you build. All the way from rapid prototyping and stakeholder validation to production rollout, documentation, and long-term maintainability.
COLLABORATE ON THE INTERNAL TOOLS PLATFORM, DEVOPS & GOVERNANCE (~50%)
- Collaborate with the AI Platform Lead to develop, operate, and scale our AWS-based internal applications platform (ECS/Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, ALB/CloudFront, ECR, Secrets Manager, EventBridge) managed via Terraform.
- Build for scale rather than one-offs: when an application needs a new integration pattern, infrastructure capability, or deployment workflow, design it as a reusable, self-service platform pattern that benefits the entire fleet of internal apps.
- Maintain and improve GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines (OIDC, automated security and IaC scanning, plan/apply workflows) and shared platform libraries (authentication, IAM database access, service-to-service communication).
- Uphold strong governance, security-by-default, and auditability across the platform by ensuring strict access controls, clear audit trails for sensitive data access and write-backs, least-privilege IAM, and traceable change management.
- Help triage and resolve platform-level operational issues, including deployment pipelines, container health, database migrations, network/egress rules, and observability/log forwarding (Splunk, CloudWatch).
ELEVATE TEAM ENGINEERING QUALITY & UNBLOCK DELIVERY
- Act as a day-to-day technical sounding board and mentor for the Junior AI Solutions Engineers on the team by reviewing PRs, guiding data modeling and API design, and helping troubleshoot tricky deployment or integration issues.
- Contribute to shared templates, runbooks, and architecture decision records (ADRs) so the team moves fast without accumulating technical or security debt.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or platform/DevOps engineering, with a track record of shipping and operating production web applications end to end.
- Systems and platform mindset: you naturally look past the immediate ticket to see how a solution will behave across 30+ apps in a year's time, and you strongly prefer reusable patterns, clean abstractions, and automation over ad-hoc, one-off workarounds.
- Strong appreciation for governance, security, and auditability: comfortable working in an environment where data isolation, least-privilege access, approval gates, and verifiable audit trails are non-negotiable.
- Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., FastAPI) and/or TypeScript/React, plus solid relational database skills (PostgreSQL, schema isolation, migrations).
- Practical Cloud & DevOps experience on AWS (e.g., ECS/Fargate or containers, IAM, networking/ALB, RDS/Aurora) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, automated testing and security checks) and AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code) plus practical LLM API integration.
- Pragmatic communicator: comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to scope ambiguous problems, while holding a high bar for engineering quality under the hood.
Nice to haves:
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems and APIs such as HRIS/ATS (HiBob, Ashby), CRM (Salesforce), data platforms (Databricks), or Slack/GitHub Apps.
- Hands-on familiarity with security and compliance controls in cloud environments (OIDC/OAuth2, IAM database authentication, KMS encryption, Checkov/IaC scanning, Splunk/audit logging).
- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers and reviewing code/architecture on a fast-moving team.
