1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 2,501+ employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 100 and Global 2000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-million-dollar platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Enterprise Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring an active network, sector fluency, and a demonstrated understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a field-based sales role. That means you are expected to be regularly engaged in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel as required to effectively support your territory. Territory locations that are preferable for this role are:
Candidates must be based in the New York metro area , Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston or Washington DC area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
Your primary work location will be your home office, but your role requires a lot of mobility and flexibility. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of successful enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, including substantial experience selling to Fortune 100 or Global 2000 organizations.
- A consistent record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $2M–$5M+ range and closing complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product transformations, not only transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Experience selling Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong understanding of identity security, AI and Machine identity risks, Zero Trust, cloud security, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
NEW YORK FINANCIAL-SERVICES EXPERTISE
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- An active, credible network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Deep familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
What you can expect:
OWN AND GROW A STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE TERRITORY
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
- Create new executive relationships while using your established network among CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
SELL THE FULL PLATFORM STORY
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
LEAD COMPLEX, MULTI-STAKEHOLDER SALES CYCLES
- Orchestrate 6–12+ month enterprise sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
EXPAND STRATEGIC CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
OPERATE AS ONE TEAM
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
Bonus points for:
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
How you work:
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
As agents take on bigger jobs, the infrastructure around them matters more. Docker's answer is to give every agent a strong boundary, make its environment and authority reproducible, and let the work run where it makes sense, from a developer's laptop to the cloud. The Docker AI Substrate team brings that foundation to the enterprise: the largest companies in the world, running agents at scale, with the security, reliability, and control they expect from any critical system. We are a small, senior team at the start of that work. As a Staff Software Engineer here, you will shape the architecture, build the core systems, and run what you build.
Locations: Seattle, WA or Palo Alto, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build the systems that deploy, release, and operate Docker's agentic platform for enterprise customers, in Go and on Kubernetes.
- Make the platform run consistently across cloud providers and environments, with the security, identity, and network boundaries enterprises require.
- Own the release and supply chain path so every deployment is reproducible, verifiable, and trusted.
- Run what you build: production ownership, on-call, SLOs, incident response, and the operational tooling that keeps it boring.
- Set technical direction with the team's architect and engineering leadership, and work with partner teams across runtime, developer experience, identity, and observability.
- Raise the bar through design review, testing discipline, and mentorship as the team grows.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- You have built and operated a cloud control and management plane. Software that provisions, upgrades, and watches infrastructure for many tenants or environments, in production, with a pager. Experience at a cloud provider, a managed-service vendor, or a platform team that stamps out environments.
- Kubernetes beyond deployment. You have written controllers or operators, understand reconciliation and CRDs, and know why declarative beats imperative at fleet scale.
- Deep in at least one major cloud. Hands-on with compute, networking, identity, and managed services, and able to pick up a second cloud fast.
- Production ownership. On-call, incident response, SLOs, post-mortems. You run what you build.
- Distributed systems design. Fault tolerance, consistency, observability, idempotent reconciliation.
- Go. Professional proficiency. Docker's backend and all of this team's code is Go.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering in infrastructure, platform, or cloud services, with the judgment to set direction for others.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Kubernetes resource orchestration and cloud controllers, such as KRO.
- Release engineering and software supply chain: OCI registries, digests, license compliance.
- Private connectivity between cloud accounts: PrivateLink, VPC peering, service endpoints, egress policy.
- OpenTelemetry pipelines with multiple destinations.
- Building managed services.
- Firecracker, microVMs, or other isolated execution environments for untrusted code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $170,350 – $275,550 + equity

- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead part of our Inference Performance team. This team makes the world's most demanding AI workloads run faster and more efficiently on GPUs. You'll manage and grow a team of inference performance engineers working across the inference engine and runtime: kernels, scheduling, batching, KV-cache management, speculative decoding and prefill/decode disaggregation. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You'll set direction, unblock hard problems and earn the team's trust by going deep on GPU performance, while also hiring, developing and supporting the people doing the work. Your team's output directly affects how fast our customers' models run and how efficiently we serve them. The team is scaling quickly, so you'll help shape how it is structured as it grows.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Your team will work on these types of projects as part of our Inference Runtime team:
- Agentic inference optimization: 50-90% faster engines https://www.baseten.co/blog/agentic-inference-optimization-faster-than-sota/
- Agentic Kernels in Production https://www.baseten.co/blog/agentic-kernels-in-production/
- Live draft model training for speculative decoding https://www.baseten.co/blog/live-draft-model-training-for-speculative-decoding/
- The Baseten Inference Stack https://www.baseten.co/resources/guide/the-baseten-inference-stack/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of inference performance engineers through regular 1:1s, clear feedback, career development and performance reviews.
- Hire top GPU and inference engineering talent, and build a strong, collaborative team culture as the runtime team scales.
- Own the technical roadmap and execution for runtime performance work, balancing customer needs, new model launches and long-term platform investments.
- Stay close to the technical work. Review designs, guide profiling and optimization efforts, and help the team reason from first principles about where time and memory go.
- Drive the productionization of inference techniques such as quantization, speculative decoding, KV-cache reuse, chunked prefill and custom scheduling.
- Turn performance wins into measurable outcomes: tokens per GPU-hour, utilization, latency and cost.
- Help the team bring up and tune new model architectures on new hardware quickly, often in the same week they're released.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Inference Platform, Kernels, Model APIs and customer-facing teams to set priorities, coordinate launches and ship wins.
- Set high standards for engineering quality, benchmarking, operational excellence and incident response.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience managing engineers, including hiring, mentoring, giving feedback and running performance reviews.
- Experience leading or closely supporting GPU optimization teams in training, inference or recommendation systems.
- Strong technical depth in GPU workloads, with a solid understanding of GPU architecture and performance tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorRT or TensorRT-LLM.
- A track record of driving roadmaps and shipping complex technical projects with a team.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to align stakeholders across teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang or TensorRT-LLM.
- Experience with LLM optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, speculative decoding, continuous batching) in production.
- Experience with GPU kernels (CUDA, Triton, CUTLASS, or similar).
- Experience scaling a team through rapid growth at a startup.
- A background as a hands-on performance or systems engineer before moving into management.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly

Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience running webinars, and real excitement about doing both: a busy in-person calendar plus about one webinar a month
Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (
Customer.io
, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce
Familiarity with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom, Sequel) and event management tools
Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution
Ability to partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting

Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) to translate vision into strategic implementation plans that align cross-functional teams and accelerate execution.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Creative is an all-in-one platform giving creators and businesses endless ways to generate and edit video, images, and audio. Our user base spans across professional creatives, as well as business owners and enterprise marketing and merchandising teams that come to Runway to generate videos, ads and other content to promote their products and services.
We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to build agent products. You’ll own new product development end-to-end, from customer and technical discovery, to product shaping and viability, to quality and feedback loops that make these products better. You’ll work at the frontier of agentic product development, shaping how Runway Agents help our customers grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Represent the customer: develop deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent customer engagement; synthesize findings on agent performance and behavior, and lead a team with clarity and conviction.
- Lead Agent Development: run user interviews, competitive research, eval analysis, and prompt experimentation. Shape your findings into new product offerings that solve customer problems in new and novel ways.
- Own agent quality: create eval infrastructure, monitor regressions, and ensure that agents improves with every release.
- Shape the scope: scope ruthlessly to deliver exceptional user value on a fast paced release.
- Ship, hands-on. ship your own PRs to improve the product experience. You'll be in the details daily and shipping regularly.
- Create compelling launch moments: enable sales, support, and marketing with the context they need to communicate new agent capabilities effectively
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years in the software industry, with direct ownership of an AI or LLM powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role. A track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate towards shipping today, not writing docs for tomorrow.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-products - you understand tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and how and why agents fail. You have deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can make a sharp, written argument and tell a compelling launch story. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges and articulate your plans to solve them.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
