We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is hiring an Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure the platform our models are trained and served on. The role covers Kubernetes platform security, cloud identity and access, software supply chain, tenant isolation in the serving layer and the research infrastructure behind our models.
Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline, and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what the platform has to enforce to stop it.
This is a hands-on engineering role on the Security team. You'll write policy, tooling and infrastructure code, work in the platform team's repositories, and ship controls that hold up in production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and ship security controls in our Kubernetes ecosystem: admission policy, RBAC, workload identity, network policy and runtime hardening across every cluster we run
- Harden the software supply chain from dependency intake through build and deploy, including package firewalling, artifact signing and provenance, and admission controls that block what doesn't pass
- Own cloud IAM and identity architecture: least-privilege roles, short-lived credentials and workload federation
- Secure research infrastructure and training pipelines, including access to model weights and datasets, without slowing down the people using them
- Threat model new platform components before they ship and turn the findings into concrete requirements the owning team can act on
- Build guardrails for AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our infrastructure
- Write infrastructure as code and policy as code, and treat security configuration with the same review and rollout discipline as any other change
- Give the incident response team what they need when infrastructure is involved: fast answers about how a system works and what to shut off
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes in production: you've written admission policies, debugged RBAC and workload identity problems and understand how a cluster gets compromised
- Working knowledge of cloud IAM and networking on at least one major cloud platform, including how identity federation and short-lived credentials actually work
- Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps-style deployment, and the habit of shipping security changes through the same pipeline as everything else
- Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to build tooling, not just scripts
- An understanding of software supply chain attacks and the controls that stop them: signing, provenance, SBOMs, admission enforcement
- Clear writing. Design docs, threat models and explanations to engineers who don't work in security are all part of the job
- Judgment about which controls to enforce, which to recommend and how to roll out a breaking change without breaking the company
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Experience securing GPU or HPC-style compute, training pipelines or research environments
- Experience with policy engines and admission controllers (Kyverno, OPA Gatekeeper, Falco or similar)
- Multi-tenant isolation design in a cloud environment: ABAC, scoped credentials, per-tenant boundaries
- Experience producing security architecture evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other audits and customer assessments
- Open source contributions or published work in cloud or Kubernetes security

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion has been at the cutting edge of AI since before ChatGPT launched. The job of the Model Capabilities team is to keep us there. We own the model layer of Notion AI: integrating frontier models as they ship, keeping inference reliable and economical at scale, and building new capabilities that other teams take advantage of.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Bring new frontier models into production quickly, making them available for our users and our engineers.
- Make inference reliable: better error categorization, self-healing retries, and cross-provider failover.
- Own observability for the model layer, driving down both time to detection and time to fix.
- Build new model-level capabilities and help product teams adopt them.
- Act as connective tissue across Notion's AI teams: find the gaps, unblock people, and make sure fixes land with the right owner.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Comfort with a moving frontier: The model landscape changes monthly. You keep up with it, form your own view of what's real, and stay pragmatic about what's worth adopting now.
- AI fluency as a practitioner: You use AI tools seriously in your own work and have opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- Production AI systems experience: You've built and operated systems on top of LLM APIs, not just prototyped with them. You understand token economics, streaming, tool calling, context limits, and how each of these fails in production.
- Measurement before conviction: You don't ship a prompt or model change on vibes. You define what "better" means, build or use the evaluation to test it, and are willing to be proven wrong by your own data.
- Cost and performance instincts: You treat latency and dollars as product qualities, not afterthoughts, and you can reason about the tradeoff between them and output quality.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $255,000 – $300,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Enablement Associate to join us for 3 months and help make sure everything our customers and prospects see from Peec is high-quality, accurate, and on-brand. You'll work directly with our GTM Enablement Specialist and support Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, and Design on decks and offers, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
This is a hands-on role, not a shadowing one. You'll ship real work that goes in front of customers from your first weeks. We use AI to move faster, and we'll expect you to as well, while holding a high bar for quality. If something looks generic or rushed, we want you to be the one who notices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Update and refine sales decks, one-pagers, and offers so they stay current, consistent, and pixel-perfect
- Support our case study program: prepare interviews, draft customer stories, and help turn results into polished assets
- Track competitor launches, pricing, and messaging, and summarize what's new in a clear, usable way for our teams
- Help build and test workflows and automations that save the GTM team time
- Learn our product and the AI search space quickly, and help translate new features into materials
- Take on ad hoc projects across Growth, Sales, and CX as priorities shift
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, marketing, communications, design, or a related field
- A strong eye for aesthetics: you notice when spacing, fonts, or colors are off, and you care about getting the details right
- Comfortable working in Google Slides, Figma, or similar
- Curious about AI and how people use it, with good judgment on when AI output is good enough and when it isn't
- Quick learner who can pick up a technical product and explain it simply
- Organized and reliable: you manage several requests at once and follow through
- Excellent written English
BONUS POINTS
- Previous internship or working student experience at a startup or tech company
- A portfolio, side project, or anything you've made that shows your taste
- Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech
- Experience with building lightweight automations using Hubspot, Clay, and Claude
WHAT WE OFFER
- Real ownership and work that ships to customers
- Direct mentorship from our GTM team
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- A front-row seat to building a new market category

NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY: this role is for industry candidates already working in software engineering for the past 1+ years. New grads and current students should NOT apply to this role (instead, visit pplx.ai/newgrads https://pplx.ai/newgrads).
ABOUT THE ROLE
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, through Search, Comet, and Computer. Product Engineering owns those experiences end to end, from the interface a user touches to the search and model calls behind it, on top of roughly 200M queries a day and a 200B+ URL index.
This is a full stack role in the truest sense. There are no frontend or backend lanes here, and no one waits for a ticket before starting. It suits people who love to build and want the room to do it. What you have shipped and how quickly you learn tell us far more than years on a resume or where you went to school.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own a user-facing surface end to end, from the interaction, design, and frontend through the application logic, APIs, data models, and the search or model calls behind them.
- Ship to production continuously. New engineers typically have code in front of users in their first week.
- Build with AI as a primary tool, not a novelty. We expect you to use agents and coding models aggressively to move faster, and to have sound judgment about when their output is wrong.
- Turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes, then use real usage data and evals to decide what survives.
- Raise the quality bar on reliability, latency, and craft for the surfaces you own.
- Work directly with designers, PMs, and research engineers, without unnecessary process in between.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a track record of strong internships where you shipped production code at scale.
- Strong in at least one backend language, such as Python or Go, with real experience across services, APIs, and relational data modeling. Comfortable working in React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Real evidence of building: production work you understand in depth, shipped side projects with actual users, meaningful open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or research you turned into working software.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an instinct to start building incrementally rather than wait for a spec.
- Hands-on experience with AI products, with opinions about their rough edges and what that means for the product you are building.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with our stack: React or Next.js, Python, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS. You will not be expected to know all of it on day one.
- Experience building on top of LLMs: AI orchestration, RAG, evals, agents, tool use.
- Product taste. You can tell a good interface from a bad one and explain how to improve it.
- A public track record we can read, such as GitHub, a technical blog, or a demo we can try.

Ask a member of our team and they’ll answer, “Our people!” We work together to build and innovate best-in-class cybersecurity solutions for our customers; all while creating a culture of belonging, respect, and excellence where we can be our best selves. When you’re part of our #OneTenable team, you can expect to partner with some of the most talented and passionate people in the industry, and have the support and resources you need to do work that truly matters. We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!
Your Role:
Tenable is looking for a Director, Channel Sales to lead our channel sales team across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). You'll own the region's indirect go-to-market strategy — growing and managing the partners (resellers and distributors) who help Tenable reach customers across a region that spans a diverse market.
You'll manage and build a channel team and a partner network that can operate at that scale, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to make sure partners are set up to sell, deploy, and support Tenable well in their local markets.
Your Opportunity:
Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of channel sales professionals across APJ — helping each person grow their skills and their career.
Own and execute Tenable's channel sales strategy for APJ: set clear KPIs, build repeatable playbooks, and raise the bar on channel sales best practice across the team.
Grow the Tenable Assure Partner Program footprint across APJ — recruiting, enabling, and scaling resellers and distributors across the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum partner tiers.
Partner with global and regional Sales, Marketing, Services, and Enablement teams to build consistent partner compensation, training, and incentive programs suited to APJ's markets.
Manage the end-to-end channel sales process: pipeline health, deal registration, forecasting, and the metrics that keep the channel funnel healthy.
Own key partner and customer relationships across the region, and lead commercial discussions — including volume discounts and deal terms — for strategic partners and high-value accounts.
Represent APJ's channel priorities to global channel leadership, and adapt global partner programs so they work for local market realities (e.g. distributor-led models in parts of Southeast Asia and Greater China vs. direct reseller models in Australia and New Zealand).
Travel regularly across APJ to support partners, customers, and your team in person.
Take on other reasonable duties as the business needs — this list covers the core of the role, not all of it.
What You'll Need:
A genuine people leader — someone with a track record of coaching a team and helping them grow into stronger channel sellers and, eventually, leaders themselves.
5+ years of indirect/channel sales leadership experience in technology or cybersecurity, including at least 2 years at Director level leading a channel sales or partnerships function across APJ.
A solid understanding of how channel and distribution models differ across APJ's markets, and the judgement to adapt strategy country by country rather than applying one approach everywhere.
Experience setting and managing channel KPIs, quota attainment, and sales funnel metrics — and a track record of hitting them.
Established relationships with channel partners and distributors across the region.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage partner and customer executives on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience designing or managing partner pricing, incentives, and deal registration programs, including for high-profile accounts.
The ability to work at both the strategic level (regional channel strategy) and the operational level (day-to-day deal and partner support).
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across APJ.
And Ideally:
Experience selling or partnering in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or exposure management specifically.
An additional regional language (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa) — a real advantage given the number of markets in scope, though not required.
Experience working within a tiered partner program (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum-style structures) at a global technology vendor.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
Niantic Spatial makes the physical world computable, helping people and machines collaborate safely by aligning how they understand reality. One of the fundamental problems we're helping autonomy teams and engineers overcome is the sim-to-real gap for visual-spatial understanding. We're applying our team's decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is at Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
We're looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our Embodied AI team, focused on 3D scene understanding and semantics. A reconstructed environment is only useful to a robot once it knows what is in it: which surfaces are floor, which objects can be grasped, moved, or opened, where one room ends and another begins. You'll work hand in hand with our Research Scientists to take advances in open-vocabulary perception, 3D semantic labeling, and scene graph construction and turn them into reliable capabilities that embodied AI teams can use in production.
This is an applied research role. You'll live at the boundary between a research prototype and a production pipeline: adapting methods so they hold up on messy customer captures, lifting 2D semantic signals into geometrically consistent 3D, defining what "semantically correct" means for a downstream policy, and feeding what you learn back into the research agenda. You understand that the difficult part is often not the core method, but the messy inputs, edge cases, operational constraints, and downstream requirements surrounding it. You care about quality, cost, latency, and reliability, and you know that a system is only successful when people can depend on it. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants to build, ship, and own outcomes. You'll help shape both the technology and the product, while remaining close to the code and the problems our customers are trying to solve.
What You'll Do
- Productionize 3D Scene Understanding Capabilities - Turn research prototypes in open-vocabulary segmentation, 3D semantic and instance labeling, affordance prediction, and scene graph construction into reliable pipeline components and services that operate across varied customer data and environments.
- Own End-to-End Output Quality - Ensure that reconstructed environments carry labels, instances, and relationships that are consistent, complete, and correct enough for downstream simulation and policy learning, and define what "correct enough" means for each customer workflow.
- Bridge Research and Production - Work day to day with the Embodied AI Research Scientist: pressure-test new methods on real customer data, identify where they break, and bring production and customer constraints back into research planning to prioritize the advances that matter most.
- Make Systems Robust to the Real World - Diagnose failures caused by capture quality, scene complexity, scale, calibration, coordinate conventions, and other assumptions that prototypes often leave implicit.
- Build Evaluation and Quality Infrastructure - Create datasets, regression tests, quality gates, and benchmarking tools that help the team measure whether changes improve the system.
- Improve Performance, Throughput, and Cost - Profile and optimize GPU and distributed workloads, reduce unnecessary reruns, and help establish the economics of running reconstruction at scale.
- Work Across the Product Boundary - Partner with Embodied AI product and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and deliver capabilities that fit real training, evaluation, and deployment workflows. Help evolve the representations, tooling, and operational systems that allow reconstructed environments to move reliably into customer applications.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of computer vision experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent,
- Significant experience building and operating production computer-vision, machine-learning, graphics, or data-processing systems.
- Deep hands-on experience with scene understanding: semantic, instance, or panoptic segmentation; open-vocabulary detection and segmentation; or vision-language models applied to perception.
- Experience taking 2D perception into 3D, such as multi-view label fusion, 3D semantic segmentation, instance tracking across views, or scene graph construction over reconstructed geometry.
- Experience delivering reliable computer-vision or 3D systems used by other teams or customers, including the evaluation that proved they worked..
- Practical command of 3D and spatial data, including geometry, camera models, coordinate frames, calibration, and metric scale.
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills, with the ability to work in C++ or other performance-oriented environments when needed.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, GPU workloads, distributed processing, or large-scale data pipelines.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with 3D reconstruction, photogrammetry, structure from motion, Gaussian splatting, neural rendering, or meshing.
- Experience with SLAM, visual positioning, localization, or large-scale mapping systems.
- Experience with robotics, simulation, or embodied AI applications, in particular how semantic labels are consumed by a policy or a simulator.
- Built evaluation or benchmarking infrastructure for perception or reconstruction systems.
- Experience optimizing large-scale GPU inference workloads for cost, throughput, or latency.
- A publication record or contributions to widely used open-source perception codebases.
- Advanced degree in computer vision, robotics, machine learning, or a related field.
Competencies
- Relentless bias for action. You make decisions and ship as if the company’s success depends on it, because it does. You set the pace, and drive the people around you to rise to it.
- Intellectually honest. You know there’s just one job that underpins every other in a startup: find the truth. You are relentless in your pursuit of it, including when it challenges your own convictions, and you raise concerns when you see them — even when it's uncomfortable, and especially when it's unpopular.
- Pragmatic. You have no patience for not-invented-here Syndrome and analysis paralysis. You find the fastest path to a working capability without one-way doors that undermine scaling.
- Strong systems instincts. You understand that production quality includes reliability, observability, cost, latency, maintainability, and usability—not just algorithmic accuracy.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can make progress when the problem, data, and requirements are still evolving.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $229,500 to $255,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
We’re looking for a Senior Security Engineer to help protect the Sui ecosystem. You’ll uncover vulnerabilities, build monitoring tools, and assess economic risk across DeFi protocols. Working closely with external protocol teams and Mysten’s own DeFi products, including DeepBook, you’ll help address risks before they become incidents and strengthen security across the ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Build and run continuous monitoring of the Sui DeFi ecosystem for security and economic risk: oracle issues, misconfigurations/bad economic parameters, solvency and bad-debt exposure under price shocks, liquidation capacity against on-chain liquidity depth, accounting-versus-positions reconciliation, invariants.
- Extend security team tooling, both precise static analysis tooling and proprietary agent skills.
- Measure and drive compliance with the DeFi security recommendations across supported protocols: run the recurring compliance cycle, fill the protocol report card, validate security claims (audits, custody, upgrade governance, oracle dependencies) against on-chain reality, track remediation commitments, and escalate when a protocol regresses or fails to disclose an incident. Partner with the ecosystem and finance owners of the process.
- Hunt for critical vulnerabilities in the highest-TVL Sui protocols and get them fixed before they are exploited: full-package audits, variant analysis across forks, pre-execution review of multisig upgrade payloads, and forensics after incidents anywhere in the ecosystem.
- Be the security team's point of contact for external DeFi teams and for Mysten's own DeFi products such as DeepBook: due diligence, incident coordination, and post-mortems that feed back into the recommendations and the monitors.
- Write it down: findings, reports, and runbooks that a protocol engineer can act on and a non-technical stakeholder can understand, with every claim traceable to bytecode, chain state, or data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, smart contract security, or DeFi risk engineering, with a track record of building tools that ran in production and of finding real vulnerabilities (audit findings, bug bounty reports, published research, or incident work).
- Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics and their failure modes: lending markets (LTV, liquidation thresholds and bonuses, close factors, bad debt), AMMs and concentrated liquidity, perpetuals, liquid staking, oracles (staleness, confidence, TWAP, multi-source aggregation), flash loans, and MEV.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, and comfort with Rust. Ability to write SQL over large datasets and to work with blockchain indexers and data warehouses.
- Experience reading smart contract code at source or the bytecode or disassembly level, or evident ability to learn it quickly. Move experience is a plus, not a requirement; Solidity or Rust smart contract experience transfers.
- Rigor: you verify claims against bytecode and chain state, build known-clean checks into your tools, and say what you did not verify.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to influence external teams you have no formal authority over
- Interest in the web3 space is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sui and Move experience: the object and capability model, package upgrades and version gates, programmable transaction blocks, the Sui GraphQL and gRPC APIs.
- Knowledge of the recent DeFi exploit history on Sui and other chains: named incidents, oracle compromises, and the defect classes behind them.
- Experience building analysis or monitoring tools with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling must do the work.
- Static or dynamic program analysis experience: taint analysis, call graphs, symbolic execution, fuzzing, formal verification.
- Quantitative or economic modeling experience: stress testing, liquidity modeling, risk parameters for lending markets.
- Publications, conference talks, CVEs, or bug bounty rankings.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows.
We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic
- Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms
- Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces
- Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes
- Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production
- Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries.
- Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail
- Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system
- Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite
- Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions
- Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code
- You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS
- Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals
- SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it
- Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here
- Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working
- Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like
- Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base
- A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet.
FOR YOUR APPLICATION
During our interview process, you'll have several chances to get acquainted with the Runway product and use all the features our team has built, and that starts now. As part of your application, instead of a cover letter, we ask that you try out the Runway product, specifically build a custom workflow.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Developer Advocate at GitLab, you'll help technical audiences understand and use our intelligent orchestration platform where teams and their AI agents ship secure software faster. You'll go deep on the product, especially GitLab Duo Agent Platform and our newer capabilities, and continuously discover real-world workflows that teams care about. You'll turn that hands-on knowledge into demos, blog posts, videos, and presentations, and bring what you learn from customers and the developer community back to GitLab.
This role focuses on showing the product in action and building relationships with customers and the community. You'll help cover events and work across U.S. and Canadian time zones.
What you'll do
Deeply understand GitLab's platform, especially our AI agent capabilities, and continuously find productive, real-world use cases worth showing.
Create product content, including videos, blog posts, presentations, and social clips that show key use cases for GitLab in the user interface and terminal.
Produce video content end to end: script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and demos, and collaborate with GitLab's video team on longer or higher-production pieces.
Deliver product demos and participate in analyst briefings.
Engage with customers through webinars, customer meetings, and other conversations.
Participate in the developer community by engaging on the GitLab forum and Discord, following the conversations happening on social platforms, in newsletters, and at events, and making sure GitLab has a voice in the ones that matter.
Answer technical questions that come through the sales team, and partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing educational content.
Use hands-on product experience to share feedback with product teams and test new features.
Contribute to technical research and analysis of the developer tools landscape.
Travel requirement up to 20% for events and customer meetings.
What you'll bring
Hands-on technical experience. You understand how software gets built, with a focus on everything that happens after code is written, and can talk about it credibly with engineers.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its use in software development, from coding all the way to production. You have built and operated agentic systems and infrastructure.
The ability to explain technical products clearly. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
Fluency in developer social platforms. You know what's interesting to the people we're trying to reach and can participate in the conversation with credibility.
Curiosity and self-direction. You're already finding the next thing worth talking about, following the right people, and noticing opportunities.
Experience engaging with customers, developers, or technical communities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
About the team
The Developer Advocacy team creates content that shows GitLab in use, engages with customers and the developer community, and brings hands-on product feedback to GitLab teams. The team also contributes technical research and analysis, while partnering with other groups to share its findings.
