This role reports to Nick Hartley, General Manager, West Coast GTM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for our largest enterprise home services customers, from prospecting to close.

- Provide feedback from the field to help shape product roadmap, positioning, and enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Hit and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7-10 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (AI, vertical SaaS, or operational software preferred), with a track record of winning enterprise or high-ACV deals.
- A demonstrated hunter mentality, you generate and win deals rather than just manage what lands on your desk.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close high-ACV deals from first touch to signature.
- Strong discovery skills, you ask great questions and listen closely.
- Comfort selling to operators and executives at the enterprise level.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Office of the Chief Commercial Officer is a small team that works directly with our CCO, go-to-market leadership, and company leadership on Anthropic’s highest-priority commercial initiatives. We take on problems that do not sit cleanly inside one team, such as standing up a program that spans Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales, or preparing the material our executives and Board use to make decisions. Our commercial business is growing faster than its operating processes can be built, so a growing share of the job is stepping into gaps and running something important, while making sure other teams are building the capabilities to permanently own.
You will own workstreams end to end. One week that means running the go-to-market side of a pressing situation, from the communications plan for customers and account teams to the daily readout for executives. Another week it means building the analysis behind a resourcing decision or a new program and writing it up for the CCO. This is an internal role. You will report to the CCO’s chief of staff, and you will have an unusually broad view of how the company makes decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive priority go-to-market initiatives from plan to delivery, removing blockers, escalating early, and connecting the right people across teams at the right time
Build the analysis, draft the document or deck, and turn input from many teams into a recommendation executives can act on
Prepare content for the CCO and leadership team, including weekly staff meetings, updates to the Office of the CEO, Board materials, and leadership offsites
Track the go-to-market organization’s top priorities and keep a current view of status, owners, and risks
Act as a bridge between go-to-market and Product, Finance, Legal, Safeguards, and Research, so that what account teams hear from customers reaches product decisions and those decisions reach account teams in a usable form
Step in where something important has no clear owner, run it until it has a permanent home, and hand it over cleanly
Close out same-day executive requests quickly and to a high standard
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, a chief of staff team, or a similarly rigorous environment working with senior executives
Structure ambiguous problems well and get to a clear recommendation
Can get to a number yourself in a spreadsheet, in SQL, or with Claude, check it against a second source, and explain where it came from
Write and speak clearly and briefly for executive audiences
Are as willing to maintain the tracker and chase the last open items as to write the strategy
Are comfortable with significant autonomy and with priorities that shift on short notice, pay close attention to detail, and know when to escalate
Build trust quickly with senior people across the company who are short on time
Use AI tools as a core part of how you work
Care about Anthropic’s mission and about getting safe, useful AI to customers
Strong candidates may also have
Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, or exposure to go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or customer success
Experience running a product launch, a program office, or another cross-functional effort with many owners and a fixed date
Familiarity with how large enterprises buy and adopt technology, including security, legal, and procurement review
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$270,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Enablement Associate to join us for 3 months and help make sure everything our customers and prospects see from Peec is high-quality, accurate, and on-brand. You'll work directly with our GTM Enablement Specialist and support Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, and Design on decks and offers, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
This is a hands-on role, not a shadowing one. You'll ship real work that goes in front of customers from your first weeks. We use AI to move faster, and we'll expect you to as well, while holding a high bar for quality. If something looks generic or rushed, we want you to be the one who notices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Update and refine sales decks, one-pagers, and offers so they stay current, consistent, and pixel-perfect
- Support our case study program: prepare interviews, draft customer stories, and help turn results into polished assets
- Track competitor launches, pricing, and messaging, and summarize what's new in a clear, usable way for our teams
- Help build and test workflows and automations that save the GTM team time
- Learn our product and the AI search space quickly, and help translate new features into materials
- Take on ad hoc projects across Growth, Sales, and CX as priorities shift
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, marketing, communications, design, or a related field
- A strong eye for aesthetics: you notice when spacing, fonts, or colors are off, and you care about getting the details right
- Comfortable working in Google Slides, Figma, or similar
- Curious about AI and how people use it, with good judgment on when AI output is good enough and when it isn't
- Quick learner who can pick up a technical product and explain it simply
- Organized and reliable: you manage several requests at once and follow through
- Excellent written English
BONUS POINTS
- Previous internship or working student experience at a startup or tech company
- A portfolio, side project, or anything you've made that shows your taste
- Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech
- Experience with building lightweight automations using Hubspot, Clay, and Claude
WHAT WE OFFER
- Real ownership and work that ships to customers
- Direct mentorship from our GTM team
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- A front-row seat to building a new market category
Location: Australia

Tempo is building the future of enterprise payments on-chain, and we need someone to own the success of our partners after they sign. As our Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage a book of enterprise customers as their primary point of contact—from onboarding and integration through launch and ongoing growth.
This is a founding role. You’ll build trusted relationships with your partners while defining the playbooks, processes, and feedback loops that turn early design partners into long-term anchors of our ecosystem.

Onboarding & Technical Success
- Own the handoff from GTM and guide partners through onboarding, integration, and production launch
- Work with partner engineering teams to define integration scope, resolve blockers, and establish production readiness
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues, coordinating with engineering and product and keeping partners informed through resolution
- Provide ongoing technical guidance as partners scale their implementations and adopt new Tempo capabilities
Ecosystem & Scale
- Develop repeatable playbooks for onboarding, account management, and integration support across enterprise and ecosystem segments
- Establish account health metrics and success frameworks to proactively identify adoption gaps and partner risks
- Act as the voice of your partners internally, translating feedback into actionable product, engineering, and documentation improvements
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in technical account management, technical customer success, or a similar role at a blockchain, API-first, or fintech infrastructure company
- Experience managing a book of partners or customers, carrying relationships from signed agreement through scaled production deployment
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and infrastructure; comfortable troubleshooting alongside developers and engineering teams
- Comfortable working across business and technical stakeholders, connecting implementation details to business outcomes
- High EQ and strong ownership; partners trust you as an extension of their team, and you follow through on commitments
- Experience with payments, blockchain infrastructure, or validator operations is a strong plus
ATTRIBUTES
- Scrappy and hands-on—you’ll dig into a complex integration without being asked
- Proactive and anticipatory; you identify risks before they become partner problems
- Organized and dependable, balancing priorities across a growing portfolio
- Clear communicator who translates technical complexity into business value
- Energized by ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
- Deeply curious about payments, blockchain infrastructure, and the ecosystem being built around stablecoins

PlanetScale is growing rapidly and reinventing the database space. The PlanetScale platform offers both Postgres and Vitess clusters. Vitess, an open-source database clustering system for horizontal scaling of MySQL, enables businesses to efficiently handle large-scale data workloads — without sacrificing developer experience.
Our customers entrust us with what is often their most precious digital asset, their data, so the stakes couldn’t be higher. We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer to help developers and businesses get the most out of PlanetScale, resolve issues quickly, and build the support function that helps us scale.
What’s the job to be done?
You will advise and handle support requests from customers and developers on the PlanetScale platform.
You will respond to, debug, and resolve customer support issues through support tickets, customer Slack channels, public discussions, and other support channels.
You will help customers understand how to use PlanetScale effectively, including how to reason about queries, schema changes, application behavior, database connectivity, and production workflows.
You will create and improve internal and external documentation, support playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing materials.
You will identify product gaps and recurring sources of customer friction, then work with Engineering to prioritize improvements.
You will contribute to the systems, processes, and practices that help PlanetScale deliver excellent developer-focused support at scale.
These attributes best describe you.
You are customer-focused, empathetic, and clear in how you communicate, while knowing when to push back in ways that help customers become successful on their own.
You have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the curiosity and persistence to follow issues across applications, databases, infrastructure, and product behavior.
You are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone. Whether that means reading unfamiliar application code, digging into database behavior, testing a new framework, or learning a connector you haven’t used before, you’re willing to go where the problem leads.
You are a self-starting, enthusiastic individual who takes responsibility for outcomes and wants to make a meaningful impact on the business.
You can operate independently, but you know when to ask for help and how to bring the right people into an issue.
You are highly organized and able to operate in ambiguous or changing situations.
You are data-driven, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating across many audiences.
You enjoy working cross-functionally and translating customer pain into actionable product, documentation, and process improvements.
What you will need.
Experience supporting production applications, databases, developer tools, infrastructure, or other technical products.
Working knowledge of SQL, preferably with experience in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Strong debugging skills and the ability to reason through application and database behavior.
Programming experience. You will not be programming full-time, but you should be comfortable reading and navigating unfamiliar code to understand customer issues.
Experience with common application frameworks, ORMs, database connectors, or application deployment patterns.
Willingness to explore new languages, frameworks, tools, and customer environments as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
