Company Overview
We provide a mission-critical DevOps and Data Management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. Our suite of products—including CI/CD, automated testing, backup & recovery, and data masking—empowers organizations to release code faster, more securely, and with total data integrity. We are entering a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a foundational leader to build our Enterprise presence in the United States.
The Role: Director of Enterprise Sales to serve as the "Incubator" for our U.S. sales organization. This is a unique "zero-to-one" opportunity. You will not be an armchair manager; you will be a hands-on builder responsible for the entire end-to-end operation of this business unit—from pipeline generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals.
You will begin by personally leading and scaling an initial "pod" of 8 to 10 representatives. Once you have identified, tested, and nailed the repeatable processes, you will rapidly scale the organization to a team of 40+ remote representatives across the U.S., hiring and mentoring a layer of Sales Managers to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Incubation: Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Enterprise segment.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
Hands-on Leadership: Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is rock-solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
Rapid Scaling: Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Managers as the team grows.
Data-Driven Operations: Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning: Master the technical value proposition of our DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from "feature selling" to "value selling."
Culture Building: Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
The "Builder" DNA: You must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers "doing the work" over high-level observation.
Scaling Experience: Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people and a history of developing "leaders of leaders."
Operational Excellence: Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
Residing in the USA: This role is remote but requires residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.
Benefits
Why join us?
Autonomy: You own the Enterprise P&L and have the authority to build the team in your image.
Impact: Your processes will become the blueprint for our global expansion.
Complexity: Work with a sophisticated, technical product suite that solves real-world engineering and security challenges
What We Offer
Opportunity to shape the digital strategy at a high-growth Salesforce ISV.
Collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven culture.
Competitive compensation and benefits.
Career growth in a fast-scaling company serving global enterprises.
Extras (Benefits & Perks)
Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and company equity
Daily coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunity
Be part of a global, mission-driven team
Learn from top leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales
Work on exciting challenges in a rapidly growing industry

Product engineering at Descript means owning outcomes, not just tickets — you'll take a problem from a rough idea to a shipped, measured result, working closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering along the way. We organize around a few teams, each responsible for a distinct part of the product:
Editor:
owns our video editor. Help make traditionally complex video-editing workflows simpler, craft cutting-edge AI into practical creative tools, and build on our vision of turning a text-editor for video into a tool that puts video in everyone's communication toolkit.
Growth & Monetization:
owns onboarding and activation, growth loops and in-product experiments, plans and pricing, checkout, billing, and AI credits. Help turn visitors into customers and customers into revenue.
Media:
owns upload, transcription, diarization, alignment, drive-wide search, playback, rendering, and export (including the engine we're rewriting in Rust 🦀). Help make media fast to bring in, easy to find, instant to play, and reliable to export.
Agent:
owns Underlord, Descript’s AI co-editor. Build the representations, tools, harness, evals, and feedback loops that let it reason about video projects, make edits, and check its work. Help people and agents collaborate naturally, whether in the editor or through our API and MCP.
Identity & Access (aka TACO):
owns login, authentication and authorization, account settings, and project organization, plus the enterprise layer of workspaces, SSO/SCIM, governance, and audit logs. Help individuals become teams, and teams scale into enterprises, with the trust and security to go all in.
Regardless of your team you’ll have the opportunity to design thoughtful full-stack systems that work reliably and deliver value to new and existing users.
What You’ll Do
Own meaningful product surfaces end to end.
Take problems from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance. Improve core Editor workflows, shape the self-serve journey from signup through renewal, or help make Underlord more sentient.
Shape the product, not just the implementation.
Partner with Product and Design to propose better interactions, expose constraints, choose the right metrics, and find simpler paths to user outcomes.
Build ambitious full-stack systems with care.
Create responsive, reliable experiences. Stretch from TypeScript and React to NodeJS and Temporal to first and third party integrations to get the job done.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What You Bring
Required:
You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products, including end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how to better harness AI in your work.
You’ve owned features/experiments end to end, from planning through launch, and leveraged analytics and metrics to evaluate impact.
You orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking thoughtful questions to both your teammates and agents.
You care about how software feels and notice when the technically correct result is still wrong for the user.
You create clarity in ambiguous work and can navigate (and simplify!) significant product and technical complexity.
You validate your work rigorously through focused reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence rather than trusting that the output looks right.
Experience that helps:
Similar Products:
Work on an editor, media product, creative tool, or payment system (like Stripe).
Our Stack:
TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, and SQL. But we obviously live in a post stack world. We just rewrote our media engine in Rust. None of us knows Rust.
Crafting with AI:
Building an agent or experimenting with media-generation models.
Experimentation/Analytics Experience:
We like people who know how to measure their success through experimentation and product analytics.
Intricacies of Video:
Shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats.
Descript is a startup. We're especially interested in working with engineers who use the product and are aligned with our mission. To that end, we promise to review any application that includes a share link to a Descript video. The video can be about anything - your career, a favorite game or movie, a discarded audition tape for Love Island. If you take the time to make something in Descript, we'll commit to having a human watch it and review your application. 🤝
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $200,000-$275,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, Finance plays a critical role in helping the company understand where we're investing, what we're getting in return, and where we can operate more effectively.
We are looking for an FP&A Manager who will help build Sentry's FP&A function while focusing on establishing best-in-class FinOps practices. You'll partner across the business on forecasting and financial analysis, with a significant focus on cloud infrastructure, AI costs, vendor spend, and other areas where better financial visibility can translate directly into better decisions.
You will be expected to understand the economics behind our infrastructure, build the financial models and reporting needed to manage it, identify meaningful opportunities, and work with Engineering and other partners to turn those insights into action.
You'll also operate as a generalist FP&A partner and play an important role in building the processes, models, and operating rhythms that Finance will use as Sentry grows.
You will report to the Director of FP&A.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for significant areas of Sentry's operations, with particular emphasis on cloud infrastructure, AI-related spend, software, vendors, and other major cost categories.
- Partner closely with Engineering and infrastructure leaders to understand the drivers of cloud and AI spend, translate technical consumption into financial forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve unit economics and gross margin.
- Develop reporting that makes cloud and infrastructure costs understandable and actionable, including trends, cost allocation, unit costs, utilization economics, commitments, and significant variances.
- Help evaluate cloud commitments, reserved capacity, vendor agreements, and other commercial decisions by modeling their financial implications and tradeoffs.
- Build and operate a scalable company-wide expense-management process that gives budget owners clear visibility into their spend, forecasts, and accountability.
- Partner with functional leaders on budgets, forecasts, business cases, and ongoing financial performance.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including budget-to-actual analysis, variance explanations, forecast updates, and accrual inputs in partnership with Accounting.
- Support company-wide planning, headcount forecasting, management reporting, and other corporate FP&A work alongside the Director of FP&A.
- Develop models and analyses to answer important business questions, particularly around efficiency, cost structure, gross margin, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve source data, and replace manual or fragmented finance processes with scalable ones.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, Procurement and business leaders to ensure financial information leads to action rather than simply producing another report.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Are a self-starter who likes owning a problem from messy data through recommendation and implementation.
- Get genuinely interested in understanding why a cost moves rather than simply reporting that it moved.
- Enjoy working with technical partners and can translate infrastructure or product concepts into financial drivers.
- Like building processes, models, and reporting from scratch and making them simpler each time they run.
- Have strong financial instincts but aren't afraid to get into large or imperfect datasets to find the answer.
- Are comfortable moving between detailed cost analysis and broader company FP&A work.
- Know that good cost management is about helping teams make smarter tradeoffs—not simply telling them to spend less.
- Are comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that comes with a growing company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, technology finance, or a related analytical finance role.
- Experience owning budgets, forecasts, budget-to-actual analysis, and financial partnership with business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially improving financial models, planning processes, cost-management processes, or business-partnering cadences.
- Experience analyzing cloud infrastructure, hosting, AI/LLM, or other usage-driven costs is strongly preferred. Direct FinOps experience is a plus but is not required.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with NetSuite and modern FP&A or spend-management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with FinOps concepts including cost allocation, showback/chargeback, commitments, and cloud cost optimization is a plus; FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar training is welcome but not required.
- Strong communication and business-partnering skills, particularly the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences and turn analysis into action.
Not sure you meet every qualification? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about the opportunity, have demonstrated an ability to learn quickly, drive change, and want to help us build a great finance function.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. That starts with making our industry accessible.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp’s Quote-to-Cash systems. You’ll build and maintain Ramp’s Salesforce-based quoting platform, contract workflows, and Billing/Core integrations that turn complex commercial agreements into accurate, supportable customer outcomes—from quote creation and approvals through order forms, provisioning, billing, renewals, and amendments.
This is not a Salesforce CPQ implementation role. Ramp uses an in-house Quote-to-Cash platform built on Salesforce, so we’re looking for a strong Salesforce engineer with experience in quoting, pricing, contracts, billing, subscriptions, or other complex commercial workflows.
This role sits in Growth Engineering’s Business Systems Engineering team and partners closely with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Billing Engineering, Product, and GTM teams. You’ll combine hands-on Salesforce engineering with systems design and strong commercial judgment to make high-stakes revenue workflows reliable, scalable, and easier for teams to use.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Design, build, and operate Ramp’s Salesforce-based Quote-to-Cash platform and the integrations between Salesforce, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and adjacent business systems. Own data contracts, idempotency, error handling, reconciliation, and safe lifecycle changes for quotes, contracts, and subscriptions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using in-house services and approved automation platforms.
- Drive architecture, tooling, and design decisions that keep commercial systems fast, reliable, and scalable.
- Write and communicate technical specifications, including architecture diagrams, data models, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
- Own data integrity and the operating assumptions for your domain; continually improve them.
- Partner with the rest of the team on code reviews, operational support, debugging, and solution design.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years building applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- 5+ years of systems architecture and integration experience.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Enterprise Systems at 1Password owns the tools and systems the company runs on. We centrally select, administer, integrate, and govern Enterprise Tools so that they work together as an interconnected ecosystem that shapes how 1Password operates. The team is charting new territory: centralizing ownership of company tools, building cross-functional integrations, and enabling the company to adopt new technologies, including AI, responsibly and strategically.
The Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer is a key technical contributor on this team. You'll own the lifecycle and roadmap for a portfolio of Tier 1 enterprise tools, work closely with the team's Staff Engineer, and partner with Security, Finance, Legal, and business teams. You'll also bring practical AI and automation skills to your work. If you enjoy building scalable systems, solving workflow problems with automation, and raising the bar for those around you, we want to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within the US or Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of IT or enterprise systems experience, with a track record of building and supporting enterprise systems at scale.
- Hands-on expertise administering, integrating, and optimizing core enterprise platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and access reviews (Okta preferred).
- Experience with workflow automation and integration tools such as Tines, Okta Workflows, Workato, or APIs and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Practical experience with AI-enabled productivity tools or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Dust, Claude, Glean), with an understanding of secure and responsible AI adoption.
- Ability to build and communicate a strategic roadmap for a tool or portfolio, and to translate business workflow challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software licensing, procurement, and vendor management (a plus).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a rapidly scaling organization.
- A desire to mentor others and contribute to a positive team culture.
Success in this role looks like:
- Your assigned tools are configured, maintained, and operating reliably, meeting team standards for uptime, security posture, and employee adoption.
- Each tool you own has a documented roadmap aligned with company needs and vendor direction.
- Licenses, renewals, and provisioning are managed efficiently, with clear ownership and no grey zones between IT and the business.
- Integrations and configurations are documented and follow consistent standards.
- AI features and automations in your area are rolled out securely and adopted, with measurable reductions in manual effort.
- Partners across IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and the business see you as a trusted, responsive point of contact.
What you can expect:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of an assigned portfolio of Tier 1 tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Jira, Asana, Freshservice), including administration, configuration, support, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for your tools, balancing near-term priorities with long-term direction and staying current on vendor roadmaps. Contribute to the team's overall roadmap.
- Manage SSO and SCIM provisioning through Okta, and support access controls, access reviews, and application onboarding and offboarding.
- Implement and maintain configuration standards and governance (e.g., feature enablement, retention policies, compliance guardrails), balancing enterprise-wide consistency with business unit needs.
- Support license management, cost projections, renewals, and vendor relationships, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
- Assess new application requests against the team's tiering criteria (adoption scope, security sensitivity, integration complexity, and contract value), and confirm responsibilities with business teams before onboarding or procurement proceeds.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, Tines, Okta Workflows, and other tooling.
- Configure and operate AI features and platforms (e.g., OpenAI Enterprise, Dust, and AI capabilities within Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace), ensuring secure, responsible, and well-supported usage.
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations that reduce manual effort and streamline operations across teams.
- Contribute technical analysis and recommendations when evaluating new tools and AI capabilities, covering security, privacy, compliance, and fit.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for tool configurations, integrations, and AI and automation usage.
- Provide technical guidance to help employees adopt centralized tools and AI capabilities, in coordination with the AI Working Group and Enterprise L&D.
- Mentor teammates and share knowledge to help build a collaborative, focused, and impactful team.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)

Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….

To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. - Comfortable with writing SQL and using data directly to inform product decisions.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for forward-thinking, high-performing AI Engineers who are excited to pioneer the future of AI-driven engineering at Paysend. In this role, you will work hands-on with Claude Code and the Anthropic API to design, harden, and ship agentic systems that write, review, test, and deploy code. This is a high-impact, build-and-own opportunity: you will take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into resilient production infrastructure - directly empowering our global engineering teams, accelerating our product velocity, and helping us solidify Paysend as the definitive end-to-end payment infrastructure for the modern world.
THE ENGINEERING PROBLEM
The problem is not to make an LLM generate code. The problem is to make AI-assisted and agentic software delivery reliable enough to become part of normal engineering work.
These systems operate inside real software delivery workflows. They need to deal with incomplete context, failed execution, incorrect assumptions, external dependencies, changing repository state, and cases where an agent should not continue on its own. This means designing clear execution boundaries, decision points, observability, recovery and escalation paths, not only the agent behaviour itself.
The role includes shaping how these systems work, not only implementing integrations with existing AI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design end-to-end AI-assisted delivery workflows, including agent responsibilities, execution boundaries, decision points, human intervention, failure handling, recovery, and escalation
Design and refine AI-driven pipelines that automate coding, code review, testing, and deployment tasks
Build and optimise agentic workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API, including custom tooling, MCP server integrations, sub-agents, and stateful orchestration logic
Engineer robust prompts, benchmark suites, and automated eval datasets; measure and improve pipeline accuracy, latency, and API costs
Define workflow-specific success criteria and operational evidence, including correctness, reliability, intervention and escalation rates, failure modes, and recovery effectiveness
Integrate core Anthropic capabilities (tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, batch processing) into internal developer platforms
Handle unglamorous production work: sandboxed execution, strict error handling, retries, observability, guardrails, and edge cases
Own these systems after initial implementation: observe how they behave in real engineering workflows, investigate failures and incorrect behaviour, and improve the system based on operational evidence
Partner with engineers across the org to identify automation opportunities and roll out agentic tools safely with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong software engineering background, with experience designing, building, and operating production systems, and strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
Ability to decompose end-to-end engineering workflows, identify decision boundaries, failure modes, dependencies, observability needs, and recovery paths
Direct, hands-on experience with Claude Code—you've used it beyond casual experimentation and understand its strengths, limits, and configuration (CLAUDE.md, sub-agents, hooks)
Experience building with LLM APIs: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, context window optimization, agentic loops, and evaluation
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration and custom workflows
Comfort turning prototypes into production systems: CI/CD integration, containerized execution, reliability engineering, and monitoring
Pragmatic judgment about where AI automation helps and where traditional deterministic logic or human oversight is required
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or building custom agent harnesses/tooling
Track record shipping internal developer platforms or CLI tooling
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks, developer tools, or MCP servers
