Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role overview
We're looking for a Staff Network Systems Engineer to help drive the transition of our global network infrastructure from manually managed and inconsistent configurations to a standardised, version-controlled and increasingly automated operating model.
This hands-on staff-level individual contributor will establish Infrastructure as Code practices, reusable automation, automated validation and safe delivery pipelines. The role will reduce configuration drift, make changes repeatable and auditable, and help the wider team adopt modern software-engineering practices.
Working across network engineering, security, architecture and platform teams, you'll help frame and influence technical direction, create practical standards and guardrails, and remain actively involved in enterprise network engineering and operational delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Assess the network estate, toolchain and operational workflows; identify sources of configuration variance, manual effort and change risk; and help define a phased modernisation roadmap.
Establish the Infrastructure as Code operating model, including the authoritative source of truth, configuration standards, source control, peer review, testing, release governance and secure handling of credentials.
Build reusable automation using object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), together with Terraform, Ansible, APIs and configuration-management tooling.
Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated linting, testing, intended-state validation, drift detection, policy checks, approvals, controlled rollout and reliable rollback patterns.
Partner with engineering, architecture and security teams to translate network intent into version-controlled implementations and influence reference architectures, standards, lifecycle plans and service roadmaps.
Lead the safe migration of existing services into the automated model while remaining hands-on during complex delivery, business-as-usual operations, critical changes, troubleshooting and major incidents.
Participate in technical authority and design-review forums, mentor engineers, and ensure automation becomes a sustainable team capability rather than knowledge held by a single specialist.
What we are looking for:
A strong track record of modernising network infrastructure through automation or Infrastructure as Code in a large, complex production environment.
Strong software-engineering skills in object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), including maintainable code, structured data, API integration, testing, error handling and documentation.
Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible or comparable tooling, including reusable, idempotent automation components and controlled infrastructure delivery.
Strong working knowledge of Git, pull-request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release controls, policy enforcement and secrets management.
Deep enterprise networking knowledge across routing, switching, wireless, resilient design, network access control and secure remote connectivity, together with advanced Juniper Mist, EX Series and Junos experience or equivalent platform expertise.
Expert troubleshooting and engineering judgement, with experience supporting operational delivery, complex changes, major incidents and root-cause improvement.
Staff-level influence and communication skills, including shaping technical direction across teams, building consensus, contributing to governance forums and developing other engineers.
Desirable Experience
Network APIs and data models, including REST, NETCONF, RESTCONF, JSON, YAML and YANG-based workflows.
GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, automated policy enforcement, artefact management and developer enablement.
Azure or AWS networking, enterprise authentication, Zero Trust principles and network observability platforms.
Architecture governance, technical authority panels, strategic vendor engagement and globally delivered service operations.
High-availability gaming, digital-media, creative or similarly demanding production environments.
Work Expectations and Measures of Success
This is a staff-level role combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership across a global network environment. You'll build production automation, guide others and remain engaged with operational delivery. The objective is to establish an engineering system the team can operate and improve over time while maintaining secure, resilient and supportable network services.
Success will be demonstrated through:
Increased coverage of network infrastructure managed through version-controlled automation.
Reduced configuration drift, manual intervention, operational toil and dependency on individual subject-matter experts.
Shorter and more predictable change lead times, with improved auditability, validation and rollback confidence.
Lower change-failure rates, maintained service reliability and faster recovery from configuration-related incidents.
Sustained adoption of automation standards, modules and delivery practices across the wider engineering team.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Software Engineer (Commercial Platform)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Business Automation
- Reports to: Senior Engineering Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the architecture behind how customers discover, order, receive and pay for ICEYE's SAR imagery and monitoring insights.. You will decide how several existing backend systems become one platform, and you will see that migration through to production.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the platform at the heart of ICEYE's data business: it's how customers buy and receive our imagery and insights, and it will drive the Data business's revenue for years to come.
- Own the technical architecture and migration plan for bringing several existing backend systems together into one unified platform behind ICEYE's monitoring intelligence products.
- Make the key architecture and data-model decisions and hands-on drive them through execution across multiple engineering teams.
- Deliver the platform's first production milestone together with the team within the first quarter of 2027. Then lead the migration of the remaining live products onto it without disrupting customers.
- Set the technical standards other engineers build against as the platform consolidation continues.
- Bring a point of view on where AI-assisted engineering practices genuinely help the team, and help others apply them.
- Partner directly with product and engineering leadership to keep the migration aligned as priorities evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Backend production engineering experience in Go, or deep enough backend expertise in a similar language to ramp quickly.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and event-driven, message-based architectures.
- Production experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Practical experience with observability tooling such as LGTM stack, Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- A track record of technically leading an architecture renewal, platform consolidation, or large-scale migration end to end, not just contributing to one.
- Proven ability to bring multiple engineering teams and stakeholders to a shared technical direction.
- Geospatial or space industry experience is a strong plus that will help you have an impact quickly. If you don't have it, apply anyway: most of our engineers learned the domain here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner screening call (30 minutes)
- Hiring manager interview (1 hour)
- Technical interview (2 hours)
- Values & Fit interview (1 hour)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (1 hour)

A true desire to see customers achieve meaningful outcomes and long-term value from their investment in GitLab.
Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with large enterprises, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
Proven success selling into large, strategic organizations, with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Able to provide a high degree of account management and control, working under minimal supervision on complex opportunities while maintaining clear communication and alignment.
Ability to generate new business and expand existing accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions that result in sustainable, long-term partnerships.
Experience collaborating with strategic channel partners to develop opportunities, co-sell, and support successful customer adoption.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with effective written and verbal communication that influences internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred experience with Git, software development tools, application lifecycle management, or security/application security tools.
You share our values and work in accordance with them, use GitLab in your daily work, and are able to travel if needed while following GitLab’s travel policy.

About the team
We’re the AI & Automation Engineering team. Our mission is to make life easier for every internal team through automation, from standalone tools to Operational Hub, the unified platform we’re building to house all the automation tools each department needs. We work directly with Growth, Strategy & Planning, Client Service, Operations, and Data & Solutions (among others), so most of what you build is used by the people you work with every day.
The team today is small: a Product Manager, a Full-Stack Engineer, and an AI Implementation Engineer. But the company is growing very fast, and so is our team.
About the role
We’re looking for AI Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, AI-assisted development, and practical tool-building. You’ll work alongside our existing engineers to design, build, and maintain the internal tools and automated workflows that power day-to-day operations across the company.
The work is hands-on and fast-moving: you’ll turn business needs into working solutions using n8n, LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), and AI-assisted development tools like Replit and Claude Code.
If you build with AI, want real ownership over features, and want to work closely with the people who use what you build, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows that automate internal business processes.
Troubleshoot and improve existing automations to keep them reliable, efficient, and easy to maintain.
Develop and launch lightweight internal tools using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Replit.
Integrate systems and services through APIs and webhooks, including LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI.
Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical solutions.
Test tools and workflows, gather user feedback, and deliver improvements as business needs evolve.
Contribute new features to the team’s Operational Hub and collaborate with engineers on technical decisions.
Take ownership of assigned projects, from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing support.
2+ years of professional experience in QA (preferred), analytics, or project management. Hands-on programming skills are also welcome.
Hands-on experience building, debugging, and maintaining workflows in n8n or Make.com.
Ability to build and ship functional applications using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, or similar.
A working understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
Basic proficiency in SQL, ideally BigQuery, including reading and working with structured data.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to understand business processes, clarify requirements, and translate them into practical tools and automations.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, willingness to learn, and ownership of your work.
Nice to have
Experience with Google APIs, particularly Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
Familiarity with Clerk or similar authentication and authorization tools.
Knowledge of React or basic frontend development.
Experience integrating Slack, Asana, HubSpot, or similar business tools.
Experience in AdTech or MarTech.
Portfolio
If we move forward after the initial HR interview, we’ll ask you to share a portfolio of tools or automations you’ve delivered. Please highlight their measurable business impact and explain your personal contribution to each project.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
Niger submitted a request to Gavi for support in optimizing Cold Chain Equipment (CCEOP). This submission includes a renewal and equipment allocation plan at the operational level over five years, from 2017 to 2021.
With UNICEF’s support, Niger updated the inventory of cold chain equipment in May 2017. The update revealed gaps in geographic coverage, storage capacity, and conservation capacity both at district levels and service delivery points, including Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and health posts (HP). The platform will enable the country to improve its supply chain and cold chain by increasing coverage with certified refrigerators and contribute to efforts to strengthen vaccination coverage and equity.
The Directorate of Immunization (DI) is responsible for implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) across its five components. DI must guarantee the supply and quality of vaccines up to the last mile of the supply chain, to ensure continuity of vaccination services. Vaccines are biological products requiring the availability and functionality of cold chain equipment (CCE) to ensure their effectiveness. Niger has adopted a policy promoting the use of new technologies, including solar-powered refrigerators, refrigerators with cooling jackets, and freezers for which this CCEOP support request was submitted to Gavi in October 2016.
The updated inventory documented that at the service delivery level, 3,767 structures were recorded, including 1,361 Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and 2,409 other service delivery structures (health posts, clinics, and hospitals) that provide vaccination services. Among these structures, 2,491 (66%) have equipment, including 1,322 CSIs (35%) and 1,169 other structures (31%). Furthermore, a total of 1,279 structures (34%) has no cold chain equipment (refrigerator), including 39 CSIs (1%) and 1,240 other structures (33%).
Of the total 4,046 cold chain equipment units:
2,899 (72%) are solar refrigerators,
950 (23%) are electric
197 (5%) are gas-powered.
Among these, 279 units (7%) must be discarded due to obsolescence or irreparable complex failures.
In implementing this project, UNICEF plays an important role in managing procurement, from ordering to installation of equipment at districts and CSIs. UNICEF, through its supply center, handles procurement and has contracted two manufacturers (represented in Niger by two service providers), to implement the equipment operational deployment plan submitted by DI.
To support this effort, the U.S. State Department, through the LEAP project, is providing the Directorate of Immunization with a National Technical Assistant (TA) to help implement the CCEOP2 operational deployment plan, oversee installation and user training, support GEV preparation, and monitor vaccine management for a period of at least one year. The Advisor will support the Immunization Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to own one of our most important integration domains — either our
ad platform integrations
(Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta) or our
CRM integrations
(Salesforce, HubSpot, and the vertical systems our customers run their businesses on).
These integrations are where CallRail's data becomes real value for customers: closing the loop between a phone call and the ad that drove it, or pushing conversation intelligence into the system a sales team actually works in. You'll
lead the strategy for your domain
and own that surface end to end, and
partner with the other integrations PM on the shared patterns
— data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — so the portfolio stays coherent.
Your integrations are also the foundation other teams build on — including
Voice Assist
, where what our AI agents can do for a customer depends directly on what your integrations can read and write.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely
AI-fluent
— both in how they work and in what they build. The integration landscape is changing fast: platforms are exposing agent-accessible interfaces, customers expect setup and mapping to be intelligent rather than manual, and the PMs who move fastest are the ones using AI as a daily tool rather than a talking point. You don't need to be an ML engineer. You do need to reach for AI first and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't.
This role suits a self-motivated PM who thrives at both setting product direction and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results with engineering.
What You'll Do
Own your integration domain
Define and own some of our largest core integrations, aligning them with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.
Take the integrations customers already depend on past MVP — fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make them genuinely good rather than merely connected.
Own how customers experience your domain: how they discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot the integrations you're responsible for.
Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Lead the strategy
Lead the product strategy for your integration domain — synthesizing input from Partnerships, business strategy, and customer signal into a clear point of view, and driving alignment on it across the org.
Partner with the other integrations PM on the shared design patterns every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — and make sure the next integration is cheaper to build than the last.
Stay current with partner platform roadmaps and the shifting privacy and measurement landscape, and bring a point of view on what it means for our customers.
Bring AI into the product
Identify where AI meaningfully improves the integration experience — intelligent field mapping, automated setup and diagnostics, enriched data pushed into partner systems, self-healing syncs — and build the case for what's worth investing in.
Shape how CallRail's integration data is consumed by AI agents and assistants, as customers increasingly expect their systems to be queryable and actionable by AI rather than only by humans.
Know the difference between an AI feature that holds up in production and one that demos well, and be willing to say so.
Prioritize and measure
Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback, and use them to continuously refine your domain.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Keep the unglamorous half of integration work — bugs, migrations, reliability — visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Cross-functional
Partner with other product teams whose features depend on your integrations — most often
Voice Assist
, where the quality of a CRM or scheduling integration directly determines what our AI agents can actually do for a customer. Treat your domain as a platform other teams build on, and sequence your roadmap accordingly.
Work closely with
Product Design
on the integration experience — setup and authentication flows, field mapping, error and reconnection states — where most of the design difficulty is in making genuinely complex configuration feel simple.
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption of new integrations.
Close the loop with Support — turn ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them answers and workarounds in the meantime.
Represent the integrations domain in planning cycles, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
5+ years of product management experience
, with 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform-oriented work.
Demonstrated AI fluency in your day-to-day practice.
You use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping — and you can speak specifically about what you've changed in how you work, not just which tools you've tried.
A track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end—CRMs, ad platforms, marketing automation, analytics, or communication tools.
Martech experience is preferred.
Strong technical fluency.
You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, and scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator. Deep API design experience isn't required, but you need to know this territory well enough to make good calls about rate limits, sync behavior, and failure modes.
Proven ability to manage complex product surfaces across partner APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data syncing.
Experience building product surfaces that
other product teams depend on
— negotiating roadmaps with peer PMs, making commitments you can keep, and saying no in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers. We flex to optimize how the team works best together.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Integration decisions live or die by how well they're documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with
ad platform measurement
— offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, consent and privacy changes, and how signal loss affects attribution.
Hands-on experience with
CRM data models and lifecycle
— lead and contact objects, custom fields, activity logging, and the realities of syncing into a customer's existing workflow.
Experience shipping an AI-powered feature to production and owning its quality, cost, and evaluation over time.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Experience in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
Background working with public APIs and/or developer experience tools.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we're actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring integration data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail's platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you'll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We're looking for evidence that you've already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks
Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
Competitive HSA with company matching
Paid parental leave

You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalize outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer- but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic US accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalized messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting into mid- market or enterprise accounts
- Strong sales track record against your targets
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalization and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Boston office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales- giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s US enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
