About The Opportunity
Our mission is to drive user growth and engagement across global markets by building a scalable growth platform — the shared campaign engine, task and incentive systems, loyalty programs, and ToB operational tooling that power growth for every business line at OKX — and by unlocking acquisition through diversified channels including SEO, ASO, affiliate, referral, and paid.
As the Growth Platform Product Lead, you will own the product vision and roadmap for our growth middle-platform, lead a team of product managers, and act as the central partner to business, channel, and regional stakeholders who rely on the platform to hit their growth targets. This is a leadership role for someone who has built growth infrastructure at scale and knows how to turn a fragmented set of campaign tools into a unified, self-serve growth system.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Growth Platform Strategy
Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the growth middle-platform: campaign engine, task/mission system, rewards and incentive infrastructure, loyalty and tiering, user segmentation and targeting, and the ToB configuration and analytics layer that operators use daily.
Set platform standards for reusability, configurability, and time-to-launch so that new growth activities can be shipped by business teams without bespoke engineering.
Balance platform investment against business-line requests, and make clear, well-communicated prioritization calls.
Build the Platform
Lead the design and delivery of ToC growth products (campaigns, tasks, mega sales, loyalty) and the ToB capabilities behind them (campaign configuration, rules engine, budget and risk controls, reporting).
Drive experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics so that every campaign is measurable, comparable, and optimizable.
Leverage AI tools and automation to shorten experimentation cycles, surface insights faster, and scale growth operations with fewer manual touchpoints.
Enable Channel Growth
Partner with channel owners across SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid to translate channel-specific funnel needs into platform capabilities.
Identify high-leverage channel opportunities and build the platform features that amplify channel performance across markets.
Manage Stakeholders Across the Organization
Serve as the single point of accountability for the growth platform with Trading, Listing, Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, regional growth teams, and risk/compliance.
Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes that keep dozens of concurrent stakeholders aligned and informed.
Influence senior leadership on platform investment, trade-offs, and sequencing; resolve conflicts between business urgency and platform integrity.
Lead and Grow the Team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers; set clear goals, review work quality, and build a high-performance culture.
Raise the bar on PM craft across the team: problem framing, data literacy, spec quality, and cross-functional execution.

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
n8n is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux) building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts.
You’ll run a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion (FTE 2,500+): uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals.
This role is ideal for someone who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP), thrives in fast-growing environments, and uses a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive predictable outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🎯 Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
🧭 Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
🔎 Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast
🧱 Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
🧠 Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery
🤝 Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk
📝 Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature
📈 Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps
🔗 Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion
🌍 Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
🏆 Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments
🌍 Northern Europe market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages)
🧩 Complex deal leadership: Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny
🔎 Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): You use structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts
🗣️ Executive + technical buyer fluency: You can engage C-level stakeholders and also win credibility with technical audiences (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops etc.)
🧠 Consultative selling: You lead with customer outcomes, ask sharp questions, and tailor your narrative to the customer’s reality—not a generic pitch
📊 Operational discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and a habit of using evidence to drive next steps and internal alignment
🤝 Collaboration mindset: You work smoothly with SE/CS/Marketing/RevOps and elevate the whole deal team, not just your own activity
NICE-TO-HAVES
🧑💻 Open-source / community experience: You’ve sold in or alongside open-source ecosystems and understand bottoms-up adoption and PLG signals
🧪 Selling technical workflow/automation products: Experience with integration, API-first platforms, DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops, or adjacent categories

Note on Governance: This is a 2LoD function focused on ongoing control design, execution, and 1LoD enablement. It is distinct and independent from the Internal Audit (3LoD) function within Checkout.com.
Key responsibilities
- Control Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate identified risks into comprehensive 2nd line control plans, standards, and templates.
- 1LoD Enablement: Partner with the First Line of Defence teams to design, refine, and assess their control matrices, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulators' expectations (ACPR, FCA..).
- Execution & Testing: Formalize and execute second line permanent controls across critical perimeters, including:
- Financial regulatory reporting across global entities (France, UK, US, etc.).
- Accuracy of financial data, accounting standards, and reconciliations.
- Internal financial processes, procedures, and statutory compliance (including the Order of 3 December 2014).
- Safeguarding mechanisms (flow of funds, compliance with safeguarding measures, timelines, and incident monitoring).
- Reporting & Escalation: Present detailed control findings and anomaly reports to the Head of Permanent Controls; track the implementation of remediation recommendations.
- Proactive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational control gaps, take the initiative to propose practical solutions, and drive improvements to the overall control framework.
- Tooling & Automation: Contribute to the implementation and optimization of automated control tools, tracking dashboards, and recommendation monitoring systems whenever possible.
About You
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Financial Audit, Internal Control, or Financial Reporting within the financial services (banking, Fintech..) or payments industry.
- Regulatory Context: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ACPR expectations is strongly preferred.
- Mindset & Working Style:
- Proactive & Autonomous: A "go-getter" who takes ownership, anticipates control gaps, and brings actionable solutions to the table rather than waiting for direction.
- Naturally Curious: A drive to understand end-to-end business operations, data flows, and complex payment mechanics.
- Rigorous & Analytical: Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to leverage data analytics to evaluate controls, transactions and processes objectively.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clear findings and influence decision-making across lines of defence.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our company wide competitive program end to end, connecting what's happening in the market to how our GTM teams win deals because of it.
You'll build the single source of competitive truth our field relies on daily, sharpen the "Why Wrike Over Them" narrative for the core platform, and turn competitive analysis into deal level plays that move win rates against our primary competitors.
This is not a research only role. You'll be equally comfortable writing an executive brief for our CEO, building a battlecard, and coaching an AE through a live competitive situation the same afternoon.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't have direct reports. You'll have a mandate, executive air cover, and the responsibility to influence Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analyst Relations without direct authority.
Your Impact:
The Competitive Program: Build, scale, and maintain a high adoption single source of truth: battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks, with a clear tiering framework that decides which competitors get which depth of coverage. Success is measured by whether the field uses it, not whether it exists.
Core positioning and differentiation: Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging framework across target verticals and buyer personas: before and after scenarios, the capabilities buyers must have to get there, our defensible differentiators, and the metrics and proof points that make the claims verifiable. Keep it the single source of truth across Sales, CS, and campaigns, not a parallel doc that competes with what the field already uses.
Deal-Level Wins: Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to translate intelligence into tactical plays (trap setting discovery questions, objection handling, displacement plays) and join high stakes competitive evaluations and churn risk calls directly when your expertise can tip the outcome.
The win/loss program. Design and operate win/loss across segments, instrumented via [Salesforce/Clari/Clozd,Klu], with quarterly readouts and recommendations that reach Product and GTM leadership.
Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence. Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior, and equip Sales to navigate them in negotiation.
Quantified value. Build the business-case layer that makes our differentiation defensible in enterprise deals — ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value realization frameworks Sales can put in front of an economic buyer.
Executive Intel cadence: Establish a recurring intel cadence for GTM and product leadership, analyzing market movements, pricing/packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage.
Analyst and review site influence. Partner with AR on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, RFIs and RFPs, evaluation criteria, and review site strategy (G2, TrustRadius) so Wrike's differentiators are accurately represented where buyers actually look.
An AI native operating model. Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that scale how intelligence is gathered, synthesized, and distributed — competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining from deal notes, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response.
How You'll Drive Business Value:
You'll own and report on:
Win rate against named primary competitors
Competitive displacement, meaning deals won where an incumbent competitor was in seat
Deal velocity and influenced ACV in competitive opportunities
Field adoption of competitive assets, measured rather than assumed
Your Qualifications:
7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity.
Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end. You set the priorities, you're accountable for the outcomes, and you've done it without a team underneath you.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can hold a room of executives and a room of AEs on the same day, and adjust the altitude without losing the point.
Standout Qualities:
Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies (Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and a track record of translating them into messaging, discovery guides, and competitive plays reps will actually use.
Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
Hands on with CI and revenue tooling: [Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, Claude, etc ].
Direct experience contributing to major industry research: Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent.
Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics.
Financial literacy. You can pull an insight out of a company's annual filings.
Our Work Style:
You'll report into Product Marketing Management and partner closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership as the resident expert on competitive dynamics: strategic advisor to leadership, trusted tactical partner to the field.
We're a collaborative, fast moving team that values transparency, continuous learning, and swift execution. We run on Wrike, so you'll use the product you're positioning every day, which turns out to be one of the better competitive research methods available.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation

2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
Hybrid Working Model
School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is growing fast, and how we hire shapes what we become. As our Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you'll find where the recruiting team is losing time or quality, confirm it with data, and build and run the program that fixes it. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in.
You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping AI-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to adoption, not just launch.
- Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and use data to decide what to change and how to measure it.
- Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn findings into concrete recommendations.
- Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline so leadership can trust recruiting reporting, and build the dashboards and reports the team relies on.
- Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers.
- Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points across the recruiting team.
- Keep recruiting documentation – including interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, and training material – current, monitored, and easy to find.
- Propose and roll out process changes that make recruiting faster and more consistent, including the comms and training that make them stick.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
- Track record of running cross-functional projects end to end, including getting buy-in from senior leaders.
- Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
- Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day asks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on Ashby experience, especially reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS, including using data and metrics to drive decisions and set priorities.
- Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Repairs Lead within the Data Center Infrastructure organization, you will define and manage the end-to-end hardware repair program across Anthropic's growing fleet of data centers. You will be accountable for repair turnaround time and the compute returned to service across every site, covering server, GPU/accelerator, network, and optics break-fix, RMA and reverse logistics with OEMs and ODMs, and the spares and repair inventory that keeps repair SLAs achievable. As a subject matter expert in hardware operations, you will develop scalable repair processes and quality targets, set the standards that site operations partners and repair vendors execute against, and turn failure trends into fixes which are driven upstream with engineering and equipment partners. If you are experienced in at-scale datacenter hardware operations, are passionate about HPC data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities Include:
Define the global repair strategy including repair SLAs, prioritization rules, escalation paths, and reporting methods, and drive standardization across all sites.
Own repair turnaround time and repair backlog across the fleet evidenced by Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry dashboards you help develop.
Author and improve procedures for triage, break-fix, return-to-service validation, and train site operations partners on how to execute them.
Manage RMA and reverse logistics programs with OEMs, ODMs, and depot repair vendors, including warranty claims, return cycle times, and failure analysis feedback.
Set spares pool sizing and stocking levels by site and part, in coordination with supply chain and asset management, so that parts availability never gates repair SLAs.
Analyze failure patterns across sites to identify root causes and drive corrective actions with hardware engineering, suppliers, and site operations owners.
Lead the operating cadence with vendor and site leads, including weekly repair reviews, scorecards, and business reviews, and drive corrective actions for SLA excursions.
Communicate repair constraints, risks, and fleet availability impact to engineering and leadership.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for production availability.
Can demonstrate a proven track record running break-fix programs at a large scale across multiple sites.
Have managed vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: SLAs, operational reviews, and corrective action.
Possess hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level hardware, enough to independently verify repair quality and audit vendor claims.
Have built or substantially improved operational processes.
Are comfortable working with ticket, telemetry, and inventory data to drive decisions.
Possess a bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Experience with GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure, including tray, cold plate, and manifold-level repair.
Experience managing RMA and warranty programs with hyperscale OEMs/ODMs, including failure analysis and supplier quality engagement.
Experience with spares planning, reverse logistics, or depot repair at data center scale.
Experience delivering repair outcomes inside partner-operated or colocation sites where on-the-floor operations are staffed via third parties.
Familiarity with optics and high-speed interconnect failures.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Be cautious of emails from other domains. directly for confirmed position openings.
