About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager, 1Password’s product for helping organizations discover, understand, and govern the applications their employees use. You’ll shape a multi-quarter roadmap across data ingestion, integrations, reliability, admin experiences, and responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, connecting deep technical decisions to customer and business outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager, this remote role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
• Technical fluency with integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), data pipelines, platform architecture, and the trade-offs involved in building for enterprise scale.
• Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain recommendations, trade-offs, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or other technically complex enterprise products.
• Experience with third-party SaaS ecosystems, including single sign-on (SSO), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), OAuth, audit logs, or similar integration patterns, as well as responsible AI-assisted product development.
What you can expect:
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s platform modernization and enterprise readiness initiatives.
• Lead discovery with customers, internal partners, and data to identify the highest-impact enterprise problems and workflows.
• Determine how capabilities such as data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and admin experiences should be sequenced to deliver customer value.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options, clarify requirements, and translate complex problems into shippable milestones.
• Define success metrics and work with Product Analytics and Data partners to measure reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Align multiple Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and ongoing iteration as the product evolves.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems, data, and process work behind how we bill, recognize revenue, close the books, and prove our controls work.
You won't be writing the code or drawing the architecture; you'll be deciding what gets built, in what order, and why it matters. This is a role for someone who wants to understand a business well enough to change how it runs: learning the objectives, processes, and system flows end to end, then shaping them into strategic technical programs with real owners, deliberate sequencing, and decisions that hold up under audit. You'll sit between Finance and Accounting on one side and Engineering, Data, and Product on the other, and you'll be accountable for making new revenue streams operable and auditable, from a pricing model on a slide to a billed invoice, a booked journal entry, and a control that passes testing.
You'll report to the Lead Technical Program Manager for Data, Biztech & AI Transformation, within EPD. You'll get high-level direction and clear priorities from your manager, and independent ownership of how the work actually gets delivered. You'll bring engineering-side rigor and platform thinking to finance problems, and work as part of a team modernizing how the whole company operates.
Most of your time will go to three things: making new product and pricing launches work end to end in the finance stack, running the platforms and data flows behind quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and driving the IT general controls (ITGC) program so controls are designed into systems up front rather than retrofitted after go-live.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Act as Finance's technical counterpart on new product, pricing, and packaging launches, translating commercial models into requirements across order capture, rating and billing, tax, revenue recognition, and downstream reporting, and defining what "revenue-ready" means before go/no-go: who owns each piece, what's actually done versus asserted, and which risks are still cheap to fix
- Broker the trade-off when a launch date and systems reality don't line up: a scoped manual workaround with an owner, a cost, and an expiration date, plus the path to the automated version. Then close the loop after launch on billing accuracy, exception rates, where revenue landed, whether the new controls actually operate, and what must be true to do this again at 10x volume
- Independently own delivery and multi-quarter roadmaps for your finance systems programs, including ERP, billing and subscription management, CPQ, revenue subledger, procurement, and the reporting layer on top. Run the working groups that deliver them across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security, with clear accountability and updates leadership can read in two minutes
- Run the operating rhythm: intake and prioritization, decision logs, early risk escalation, and a small set of metrics that show whether the work is actually improving anything, and flag early when committed scope and capacity don't line up
- Map current-state processes and data lineage end to end and go after the breaks: reconciliation gaps, recurring manual journal entries, spreadsheets doing load-bearing work, competing sources of truth for the same metric. Partner with Data Engineering on the definitions and data contracts that let finance metrics tie cleanly to source systems, and hold the line when teams drift
- Drive ITGC workstreams across in-scope financial systems: logical access and segregation of duties, change management, SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling, and data interfaces. Partner with Internal Audit on scoping and control design, with a named owner for every control
- Facilitate designing controls into new systems, systems changes, and launches before go-live with Controllership, Internal Audit, and Engineering, and serve as the systems-side point of contact for internal and external audit on ITGC walkthroughs and testing, translating between control language and engineering language, and driving deficiencies through root cause, named owners, evidence, and validation that the fix holds
- Build AI-assisted workflows that expand what the teams around you can cover, and hold them to real standards: a defined task, a way to evaluate output quality, explicit human review gates on anything touching financial reporting, and documentation so someone else can run it
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field, with substantial time on finance or revenue systems; public-company or IPO-track experience is a strong plus
- Working fluency in finance operations; you don't need to be an accountant, but you should hold your own on quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and know why revenue recognition is not the same as billing
- Hands-on ITGC program experience across access, change management, and IT operations for in-scope financial systems, plus practical SOX knowledge. You understand how ITGC reliance determines what auditors will accept from automated controls and system-generated reports, can tell a key control from a non-key one, know where ITACs fit alongside ITGCs, and have been through remediation and audit cycles rather than only reading about them
- AI-native operating mindset; this is a core requirement for this role. You already use AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, triage intake, and assemble evidence packages, and you share the patterns so others work differently because of what you built
- A track record of independently delivering technical programs end to end, ideally transformation work such as system modernization, a large-scale migration, or an ERP or billing platform implementation, and turning messy or incomplete inputs into a concrete plan with owners and dates; you're pulled into problems before they're scoped and you're as useful advising a controller on process design as an engineering lead on sequencing
- Working understanding of data lifecycle and analytics tooling, and real experience running change management for business systems, not just launching them
- Influence without authority and a bias toward closure. You have no direct reports, so you work through credibility and clear reasoning, knowing when to push and when to escalate; you chase ambiguous items to a decision, will reopen the uncomfortable question a week before launch, and communicate clearly with Director/VP+ stakeholders, including when the news is bad
NICE TO HAVES:
- Hands-on experience working in enterprise billing, ERP, and revenue systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or comparable tools, with an understanding of how orders, invoices, and revenue data flow between them
- Experience supporting an IPO readiness or first-year SOX program, including standing up ITGCs from scratch
- CISA, CIA, or equivalent certification, or equivalent time embedded on an IT audit team
- Experience building internal tooling or agents on a workspace platform rather than only configuring vendor systems

A NOTE ON AI

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to work directly with our CEO across our suite of trading APIs and new product initiatives. This is a hands-on IC role on a lean product team. You'll be deep in the data, close to customers, and working alongside engineers from concept through to launch.
This suits a strategic operator with a founder mentality. You take ownership, default to action, and drive things end to end without waiting for explicit instructions. When the data is incomplete, you form a thesis and validate it with prototypes, fast experiments, and tight iterations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy and roadmap for your product area - an existing set of our trading APIs or a net-new initiative
- Form your product ideas and decisions from three independent sources, not one:
- What customers tell you. Have regular check-ins with them, analyze their metrics, understand their pain points and what they're building next
- What customers can’t tell you. Dig into onchain and internal data to spot gaps in our performance, shifts in the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- What you see yourself. You're plugged into DeFi and active in trading communities. You know firsthand what works and what doesn't
- Be a true partner to our engineering leads - reason through hard problems with them, weigh the tradeoffs, and decide what's worth building
- Partner with GTM on positioning and driving adoption
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership to help shape product direction

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced IP Counsel to help protect some of the world's fastest-growing technology brands. This is a hands-on role for an attorney with deep trademark expertise who wants their work to matter and who is aligned with Anthropic's mission of responsible AI development.

Manage global trademark prosecution and portfolio strategy in coordination with outside counsel, including filing strategy, office actions, and portfolio maintenance across many jurisdictions
Lead trademark and domain enforcement end to end: assess potential infringements, select the right enforcement mechanism, work with outside counsel as necessary, and drive matters to resolution
Help oversee our online brand protection program, working with our external vendor and IP Legal Specialist to action infringements and impersonations at scale
Manage domain portfolio strategy, including acquisitions, disputes, and recovery
Respond to inbound trademark demands and support trademark-related litigation
Counsel marketing, product, and go-to-market teams on brand usage and naming, translating IP risk into practical guidance

Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
Have substantial trademark and domain practice experience spanning clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.
