At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement.
TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes.
Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on:
- Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans.
- Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately.
- Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs.
- Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Customer Onboarding
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed.
- Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately.
- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up.
Account Health Management
- Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
- Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks.
- Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans.
- Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups.
- Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
- Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards.
- Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows.
- Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
- Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts.
- Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples.
- Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context.
CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Technical Acumen
Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly.
AI Expertise
Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios.
Consultative Discovery
Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices.
Project & Program Management
Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs.
Data & Reporting
Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks.
Customer Engagement
Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans.
Account Ownership
Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Influence
Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations.
AI-NATIVE CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
- Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes.
- Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured.
- For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture.
INTERVIEW SIGNAL:
BE PREPARED TO WALK THROUGH HOW YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL ASSESS PRACTICAL AI CAPABILITY, INCLUDING HOW YOU APPLY AI TO WORKFLOW ANALYSIS, CUSTOMER EXECUTION, JUDGMENT, AGENTIC WORKFLOWS, AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES.

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 Founding Engineer opportunity to build a financial platform from the ground up within an already established and profitable ecosystem.
We are looking for an exceptionally strong, hands-on engineer with direct fintech experience who has previously built core banking, payments, ledger, cards, or money-movement infrastructure at an established fintech, neobank, or financial technology company.
This is not a management-first position. We need someone who still wants to architect systems, solve difficult technical problems, and write production code. You will work directly with the founders and an existing technical developer, taking significant ownership of the architecture, product, and technical direction.
As the platform scales, you will also have the opportunity to help shape and build the engineering team around you.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure, including accounts, balances, ledgers, transaction state machines, and money-movement systems.
Build KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance, permissions, limits, and approval workflows.
Design integrations with banking partners, card issuers, payment rails, FX providers, and other financial infrastructure partners.
Develop provider-independent architecture that supports multiple banking and financial providers without vendor lock-in.
Build secure, reliable APIs and financial data models capable of handling reconciliation, event processing, retries, and exception handling.
Own technical problems end-to-end, from architecture and database design through implementation and production deployment.
Work directly with the founders to translate product requirements and business constraints into scalable technical solutions.
Help establish engineering standards, technology choices, and the long-term technical direction of the platform.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Direct experience building financial infrastructure within a fintech, neobank, payments company, or similar financial technology environment.
Experience with core banking, payments, ledgers, cards, FX, reconciliation, KYC/KYB, or money movement.
Proven experience building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
Strong database architecture and data-modeling skills.
Experience with asynchronous workflows, queues, events, retries, idempotency, and transaction processing.
Strong engineering judgment and product instincts, particularly when balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and correctness.
Comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous 0→1 environment and taking significant ownership without requiring extensive direction.
Natural initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Highly hands-on and excited to continue writing production code rather than moving into a primarily managerial role.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience as a strong individual contributor, early engineer, founding engineer, or technical lead within a high-growth fintech.
Background at companies such as Revolut, Wise, Monzo, N26, Nubank, Brex, Stripe, Plaid, Airwallex, Nium, Razorpay, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, Column, Modern Treasury, or similar.
Deep understanding of financial ledgers, reconciliation, transaction processing, or money-movement architecture.
Experience integrating multiple banking, payment, card, or financial infrastructure providers.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements surrounding KYC/KYB and international financial services.
Experience building multi-currency, FX, card issuing, or cross-border payments products.
Previous experience helping build a product or engineering function from an early stage.
Benefits
💰 Milestone-based compensation
🌎 Fully remote and flexible work environment
🚀 High-impact founding role with 0→1 ownership
📈 Direct influence over architecture and technical direction
🎯 Opportunity to build on top of an already profitable platform
🛠️ Modern tech stack and provider-agnostic architecture

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Group Accountant to join our Finance team in London. Reporting to the Global Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monthly and statutory reporting and group consolidation across our global entities, and will help build the reporting, close and audit processes that carry Humanoid from high-growth startup to public-company standards. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, audit-trained accountant who wants their work to become the foundation of a global finance function.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting, Close and Consolidation
- Run the month-end and year-end close to the group close calendar, including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and payroll postings, and own full balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management reporting and support the wider reporting pack for internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, investors, lenders and auditors.
- Operate and improve the group consolidation across all entities, including intercompany reconciliation and eliminations, and multi-currency translation.
- Prepare group cash flow reporting and supporting schedules, working with FP&A and Treasury as the function grows.
Technical Accounting
- Own technical accounting assessments and prepare accounting papers and memos on judgemental areas and complex transactions.
- Develop accounting policies across revenue, inventory, R&D, leases and share-based payments as the business scales.
- Lead the accounting for inventory and manufacturing costs as we move from R&D and prototypes into production, including standard costing, cost of sales and stock provisioning.
- Support the transition of group reporting from FRS 102 to IFRS.
Statutory Reporting and Audit
- Prepare UK statutory financial statements and support local filings across our other jurisdictions alongside external advisors.
- Own the external audit process end to end, including PBC lists, auditor relationships and technical position papers.
Controls, Systems and Process
- Build and document internal controls as the group scales, ensuring we stay compliant and are ready for the reporting standards expected of a public company.
- Document processes and controls as you build them, and play a central role in our ERP build-out and finance systems integrations.
- Use AI and modern workflow tooling to accelerate the close, automate reconciliation and reporting, and find efficiencies across the function.
- Collaborate end to end across the finance team and the wider business, including tax, FP&A, finance operations, supply chain and people teams, picking up work that falls outside the standard remit as an early-stage company.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- ACA or ACCA qualified (CIMA considered), ideally audit-firm trained, with 4+ years’ relevant post-qualified or equivalent accounting experience across multi-entity, multi-currency groups, ideally including US entities.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS, with experience preparing statutory accounts, drafting technical papers and managing external audits end to end.
- Hands-on close and consolidation experience, comfortable owning journals, reconciliations, intercompany and eliminations rather than only reviewing them.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting, standard costing or cost centre reporting in a manufacturing, physical goods or high-volume environment.
- A builder’s mindset, with experience in a high-growth environment where process, controls and documentation still need to be created.
- Comfortable in a modern finance stack, using AI and automation to speed up close and reporting; ERP implementation experience (SAP, NetSuite or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed startup or scale-up, ideally hardware, robotics or deep tech, is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas to New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier: collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership: direct access to leadership, meaningful input, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Sensor Tower’s insights are trusted by more than 2,500 enterprises worldwide across tech, retail/commerce, entertainment/media, gaming, consumer packaged goods and finance.
About this role:
At Sensor Tower, we process tens of terabytes of data to power insights used by thousands of customers. We’re looking for curious, motivated engineers who want to grow their skills while helping us build fast, reliable systems that make data easy to access and understand.
You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, contribute to meaningful features from day one, and learn how large-scale systems are designed, built, and optimized in production.
If you enjoy learning, solving problems, and shipping real software that users rely on, we would love to meet you.
Our Engineering Culture
We believe that "Simplicity is a prerequisite for reliability." We are looking for engineers who align with our core values:
- Simplicity: We avoid over-engineering. We prefer the tools we already have and the most straightforward solutions over "shiny new toys."
- Quality: We write code that is a pleasure to read because we know code is written once but read many times. We don't cut corners, and we polish to a high level before shipping.
- Extreme Ownership: We don't just do the minimum. We expect you to understand the "why" behind your work and own the ultimate goal of fixing problems at their root cause, avoiding temporary band-aids.
- Prioritization: We focus relentlessly on what is important, not just what is urgent.
What you’ll do:
- Improving and building new features for an app market intelligence SaaS platform focused on the SMBs (AppMagic by Sensor Tower).
- Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, implementation, quality polish, and release.
- Work on a variety of tasks, such as parsing, data aggregation, API design, refactoring, and performance optimization.

Backend stack: Golang, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes.
What we are looking for:
- +3 years of experience with Go (if you have lesser years of experience but have meaningful github contributions and other coding samples, this will be taken into consideration).
- Strong SQL skills (Postgres/ClickHouse). You know when to rely on an ORM and when to write raw SQL, and you're comfortable writing and debugging complex queries.
- Focusing on quality by writing testable code that simplifies debugging and ensures long-term reliability.
- Ability to see the product through the user’s eyes and a passion for product excellence.
- Curiosity & drive: a proactive approach to digging into sources yourself rather than relying on second-hand information, and an eagerness to understand why a project is valuable before you start coding.
- Experience with CI/CD, docker, k8s as a plus.
- Ability to pass technical interview both in Russian & English.
- Hands-on, thoughtful use of AI tools in development.

- Create and optimize complex database queries for data analysis and modification.
- Perform code reviews, and suggest improvements to tools and processes.
