Data-Driven Coaching: Utilize Apollo, Aircall, and CRM analytics to diagnose underperformance, review call recordings, and lead role-play sessions to improve the team's objection handling and discovery techniques. Personal Production: Lead by example by maintaining a personal pipeline and closing a minimum of one new deal per month. Pipeline Management: Monitor CRM discipline to ensure all prospects, opportunities, and agreements are accurately tracked and forecasted. Discovery & Closing Support: Join team discovery calls to assist in uncovering pain points, identifying decision-makers, and advancing prospects toward signed agreements. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or supervising a Business Development or Sales team. Proven experience in the BPO, RPO, or Direct Staffing industry is mandatory.
