Are excited to explore how systems are designed and operate, from infrastructure to UI

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re seeking an Intermediate Developer with a full-stack or backend-focused background to join our Enterprise Tenants and Policies team,
This team focuses on the B2B side of our Enterprise Password Manager. We build features that help large organizations manage 1Password at scale. Our team focuses on multi-tenancy and linked accounts, policies that give businesses control over how 1Password operates across their organizations, and intuitive admin experiences for managing groups, teams, and other configurations. As we continue moving from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture, you’ll help evolve our policy services and build enterprise features that work across multiple services and codebases.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python)
- A drive for and proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards
- You enjoy solving moderately complex problems and have demonstrated an ability to propose effective solutions
- You enjoy communicating and collaborating, with experience working effectively across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners
- You’re passionate about testing methodologies and debugging techniques that ensure high-quality code
- You’re comfortable working across multiple services and collaborating with other teams to deliver complete, impactful solutions
Bonus points for:
- Experience with DevOps practices while also contributing to application development
- Experience working with Kubernetes and infrastructure configuration
- Experience working with microservices or distributed systems
- Experience building frontends with TypeScript and React
- Exposure to security, enterprise, or admin-focused products
What you can expect:
- Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing enterprise features
- Build features that support multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and the admin console experience
- Contribute to the team’s transition from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases
- Coordinate with partner teams working in areas such as authentication and authorization, insights, and managed service providers
- Work with your teammates and project manager to communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and solve technical problems in a scalable and realistic way
- Contribute to design and architecture documents, helping ensure solutions are thoughtfully planned and deliver their intended impact
- Mentor junior and new team members by helping them understand team expectations, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and engaging in pair programming sessions
- Participate in planning by identifying major tasks and breaking down, estimating, and planning work
- Write comprehensive tests during various stages of the development cycle, ensuring code functions as expected
- Review code for others to maintain high code quality, share knowledge within the team, and support a safe environment for giving and receiving feedback
- Generate and review documentation on code and development processes to ensure scalability
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and development best practices
- Be available for on-call rotational work to ensure uninterrupted support and resolve emergencies

Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
As Fin becomes mission-critical for our most strategic customers, we’re growing our team of Forward Deployed Engineers to help bridge the gap between customer needs and product innovation. These roles can be based out of our San Francisco or Chicago offices.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with strategic customers, partnering closely with our R&D and Go-to-Market teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll go beyond implementation - helping shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions and ensure Fin delivers real, measurable business outcomes in complex, real-world environments.

Contribute to the evolution of Forward Deployed Engineering by codifying best practices and sharing insights from customer engagements to help the team scale and grow.
What skills do I need?
A strong engineering background and experience building software with real-world usage. Experience building a SaaS product is a plus, but not a requirement.
Interest in AI and machine learning, and the ability to quickly build an understanding of novel problems, capabilities and architectures - including their trade-offs and limitations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate organisational boundaries and bring people together to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby. It doesn’t need to be a language we use today - great people learn quickly and can introduce us to better ways of working.
The ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and a clear focus on business goals and outcomes.
Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss the same topics with engineers and non-technical audiences, adapting the depth and detail as needed.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers to build strong relationships and deeply understand their needs.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
Product marketers at Canonical sit between product and the market. They take deeply technical open source products and decide what they mean to a user and a buyer; which problem they solve, who should care, why we win, and what it should cost. That work shows up as positioning and messaging, launch plans, competitive intelligence, global campaigns, and the enablement that helps sales tell a coherent story.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership rather than a brief. You will pick up a portfolio area, form your own point of view on the market, and defend it with evidence. We expect product marketers to talk to customers and community members directly, and to bring opinions to product and sales rather than waiting to be told what to say.
We have a bias for action, focus effort on the most impactful activities, and take ownership of our results. We work across long buying cycles, balance storytelling with data, design experiments, track outcomes, and iterate rapidly to find what works.
Location: This role is remote for anyone based in EMEA.
The role entails
You will own product marketing for one of our product areas, from the market thesis through to the assets that sales and campaigns run on. You will be accountable for whether the story lands, whether launches convert, and whether the sales team can repeat the message without you in the room.
You will:
Own positioning, messaging, and the narrative hierarchy for your product area, and keep it consistent from the website through to the sales deck
Lead product launches end to end with tiering, timeline, cross-functional plan, assets, and post-launch reporting
Build and maintain the competitive picture for your area: who we lose to, why, and what we say about it
Support building the enablement that sales actually uses: battlecards, discovery questions, objection handling, demo narratives
Run structured customer and community research, including win-loss, to keep the messaging grounded in real language rather than internal assumptions
Partner with demand generation, content, web, and events to turn positioning into campaigns that move pipeline
Raise the standard of the craft around you through review, mentoring, and shared frameworks
What we are looking for in you
Strong written and verbal communication in English
An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
Proven product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or open source
A track record of owning positioning and messaging for a product or portfolio, not just executing someone else's
Evidence of launches you led that changed a business outcome such as adoption, pipeline, or win rate
The technical curiosity to hold your own with product managers and engineers and to understand the product beyond the datasheet
Comfort using data to test a hypothesis, evaluate a campaign, and change your mind
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing without formal authority
Excellent storytelling skills applied to technical solutions, for both developer and executive audiences
Skill at managing complex, cross-functional projects with several dependencies and a fixed date
Fast adaptation to change and to new technology in marketing
Proactive, outcome-driven, and confident operating independently at a global scale
Nice-to-have skills
Experience marketing to developers, or in infrastructure, security, or IoT categories
Familiarity with open source communities and commercial open source business models
Experience across both product-led and sales-led motions, and with the handover between them
Public speaking, webinars, or conference presence in a technical field
Experience mentoring or leading other product marketers
What we offer you
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. In addition to the benefits above, certain roles are also eligible for additional benefits and rewards including annual bonuses and sales incentives based on revenue or utilization. Our compensation philosophy is to ensure equity right across our global workforce.
In addition to a competitive base pay, we provide all team members with additional benefits, which reflect our values and ideals. Please note that additional benefits may apply depending on the work location and, for more information on these, please ask your Talent Partner.

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Builder
who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives:
understand → shape → build → ship → measure → iterate
This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed.
You won’t receive a perfectly specified backlog. You’ll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Merchant Experience team
🧩
We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura.
The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams.
We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with
no dedicated Product Manager by design
.
Engineers are expected to contribute beyond implementation: understanding problems, shaping opportunities, making product and technical decisions, shipping solutions and checking their outcomes.
Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster, we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on
what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it
.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.

Location: Santa Clara, CA
Workplace: onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.
