Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Lifecycle marketing at OKX is evolving. We're not looking for someone to run campaigns — we're looking for someone to fundamentally rethink how we engage traders across the US market on one of the world's leading crypto platforms.
This is a leadership role for a marketer who thinks in systems, not sends. Someone who is comfortable defining a US-market engagement strategy as well as getting into the work to make it happen. Reporting to the Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll help define the vision, strategy, and output of lifecycle marketing for the US. Your execution layer is AI agents, cross-functional partners, and co-operating with the broader Lifecycle marketing team. That means your ability to train, direct, brief and critique is as important as your ability to set direction.
If your default mode is execution and program management or pure strategy and handoff, this isn't the role for you. If your default mode is leading from the front, and you have the craft and judgment to shape the work through strategic problem-solving, AI-native thinking, and a relentless focus on what quality looks like to actually move users — read on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lifecycle Strategy & Vision
Define how OKX engages US users from acquisition through activation, retention, and reactivation — across segments and products. You'll set the strategic framework for the US market, working in close alignment with the Global Head of Lifecycle to ensure regional strategy ladders into global priorities. This means deeply understanding US crypto user behavior, identifying the highest-leverage moments in the lifecycle, and building programs that compound over time.
AI-Native Ways of Working
You will lead by example in embedding AI into every layer of lifecycle marketing — from ideation and content development to segmentation, testing, and analysis. Critically, this includes building and training agentic AI workflows: multi-step, autonomous systems that execute lifecycle programs at scale. You'll know the outcomes of poorly trained agents. You won't just adopt AI tools; you'll help determine which ones we build, which we leverage for each task, and how we use them to raise the ceiling on what a lean, high-performing team can deliver.
Insight-Led Decision Making
You'll be the person in the room who can translate user behavior data into a point of view — and then into a program. You'll develop a deep understanding of our user segments, their motivations, and the signals that predict engagement, conversion, and churn. Reporting and dashboards are a starting point, not the destination.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lifecycle doesn't work in isolation. You'll build genuine partnerships with Product, PMM, Data, BI, Design, Legal, and regional teams — not just as a stakeholder manager, but as a strategic voice in how OKX grows. You'll influence roadmaps, shape go-to-market planning, and ensure lifecycle has a seat at the table early.
What We Look For In You
Strategic instinct.
You've led lifecycle programs that were defined by a clear strategic thesis. You can articulate why a program is designed the way it is, what user problem it solves, and how it ladders to business outcomes.
Demonstrated AI fluency.
You actively use AI in your day-to-day work, including agentic tools and autonomous workflows. You've built or directed the development of AI-powered systems/processes and can speak specifically to how you've trained agents, trained co-workers to use them, where you've course-corrected poor outputs, and where AI genuinely creates leverage versus where it doesn't. Using AI chat tools is a baseline, not a differentiator.
A user behavior obsession.
You think about users before you think about channels. You can read engagement data and form a hypothesis. You know the difference between a segment and a persona, and you know how to use both.
Ability to execute with speed and excellence:
You can look at a lifecycle program, a campaign brief, a piece of copy, or a targeting strategy and know immediately what's working and what isn't — and articulate why. You can develop these yourself when needed. This isn't primarily an executional role, but you bring enough craft and hands-on judgment to direct AI agents and cross-functional partners with precision, and to close the gap between strategy and output without losing quality.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
OKX moves fast. The crypto landscape moves faster. You'll be expected to make smart decisions with incomplete information, move quickly, and refine as you go — not wait for perfect conditions.
Demonstrated leadership through strategic change.
You've been in situations where direction shifted — market conditions, business priorities, platform constraints — and you didn't just adapt, you led. You can point to specific moments where you reoriented a team or program mid-flight, held quality standards under pressure, and came out with momentum intact.
Global perspective, local instinct.
You've worked across multiple markets and understand that a single lifecycle strategy rarely fits all. You know how to build frameworks that scale globally while giving regional teams the flexibility to be relevant locally.
Nice to Haves
15+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated track record of building lifecycle strategies that drove measurable impact on activation, retention, or LTV — not just engagement metrics
Meaningful AI adoption in your own workflows — you should be able to speak specifically to how you use it and what it's changed
Experience with Marketing Automation tool roll outs is an advantage
Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services strongly preferred
Familiarity with CeFi/DeFi and genuine curiosity about the crypto space
Strong communication skills — you can present a strategy to a CMO and a campaign brief to a designer with equal clarity
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

POWER A WORLD OF TRUST
Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.
Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode Technologies is a leader in identity verification, offering innovative, AI-driven solutions tailored to diverse industry needs — from financial services to social media and marketplaces. Our platform is designed to maximize user conversion while minimizing fraud, through a multi-layered approach that includes proprietary AI, deepfake detection, and efficient user re-engagement tools. With close to 99% accuracy in facial recognition tied directly to official document issuance systems, and enterprise partnerships with Citibank, HSBC, Amazon, and Chime, Incode stands apart. With over $250M raised from General Atlantic and SoftBank, we're driving the future of digital trust — and we need a builder-minded Total Rewards leader who can design world-class reward programs from the ground up and own every detail of their execution.
The Impact You'll Make
Incode's Total Rewards function is at an inflection point. Over the past year we moved from a stock-option-only program to a new equity framework that blends time-based options with performance RSUs tied to ARR milestones, launched equity plans in new jurisdictions, expanded our market data, and scoped a job-architecture and leveling project ahead of the next compensation cycle. What we have not had is a single leader who owns all of it end to end.
As Vice President, Total Rewards, you will own compensation, equity, benefits and rewards operations for Incoders across the US, LATAM and EMEA. You'll be the executive the CEO, the Board and the leadership team turn to on pay decisions — from a Regional VP's offer in Mexico City to board member grants — and you'll build the governance, systems and team that make those decisions consistent, data-backed and fast.
This is a build-and-run role. You set the strategy — and you roll up your sleeves during the comp cycle.
What You'll Own & Drive
Rewards Strategy & Governance
— Define and steward Incode's compensation philosophy, market positioning and pay mix by region. Build the approval matrix, offer guidelines and exception process so decisions are consistent and quick. Serve as authorized signatory for promotions, salary increases, compensation adjustments and bonus confirmations.
Job Architecture & Leveling
— Lead the job-architecture and leveling project with our external compensation advisors and People Partners, and land it before the next compensation cycle: job families, levels, salary structures and career frameworks, with the metrics that show it worked.
Compensation Cycles
— Run the annual compensation and performance-linked increase cycle end to end with Finance and People Partners: budget by organization, band updates, manager recommendation frameworks, calibration support, letters and communications. Design and administer bonus and MBO plans with Finance.
Equity
— Own the equity program: new-hire, promotion, refresh and performance grants; the options-to-RSU framework and vesting design; board and advisor grants; and coordination with Finance, Legal and outside counsel on board resolutions, 409A valuations, the cap table and international plan compliance. Lead equity education for managers and employees.
Executive & Offer Compensation
— Partner with the CEO, CBOO and Talent Acquisition on executive and GM packages (base and variable mix, equity structure, sign-on and clawback terms), and support the Board's compensation committee on executive pay and benchmarking.
Global Benefits
— Set the benefits strategy by region with an impact-versus-cost lens; manage brokers, renewals and leave policies across countries so that what we offer in Mexico City, Belgrade and San Francisco each feels like Incode.
Sales Compensation Partnership
— Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations on sales and customer-success variable plan design, quota-setting methodology, pay mix and payout governance, bringing market data and plan-design discipline.
M&A Integration
— Lead rewards harmonization for acquisitions, including equity plan assumption, leveling alignment and benefits integration.
Tooling & AI
— Build an AI-enabled Total Rewards function: market benchmarking, pay-equity monitoring, comp-cycle operations and compensation communication, with clear guardrails on data privacy, accuracy and where human judgment stays non-negotiable. Own the TR tool stack and market data sources.
Team
— Lead and grow the Total Rewards team. Raise the bar on rigor, turnaround and documentation so that today's ad-hoc requests become repeatable processes.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
You build and you run
— You're comfortable owning the day-to-day with a lean team while building the structure that lets it scale.
You speak finance
— You build the models yourself, understand burn and dilution, and earn credibility with the CFO and the Board.
You bring executive presence — and pace
— You work with a CEO who moves fast. You make clear recommendations, protect internal equity, and know when to flex.
You operate at every altitude
— Board grants in the morning, a Regional VP's offer in Mexico City in the afternoon. The shift energizes you rather than frustrates you.
You're AI-forward
— You use AI tools in your own work and have a point of view on where they belong in Total Rewards.
Your Background
Experience
— 12+ years in compensation and total rewards, including 4+ years leading the function for a complex, multi-country employer such as a large technology or professional-services firm, with hands-on ownership of compensation cycles, equity programs and benefits. You have run the function with rigor at scale and want to build it at a company of Incode's stage.
Equity expertise
— Deep expertise in options and RSUs, refresh and performance-grant design, 409A and cap-table coordination, board grants and international equity plans. You have led an options-to-RSU transition or a comparable program change.
Global compensation
— Experience across the US and at least one of LATAM or EMEA. Mexico experience and Spanish are strong advantages.
Certification
— CCP, GRP or CEP certification is a plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience at an identity verification, cybersecurity, KYC/AML, or data company.
Consulting background in total rewards or executive compensation.
Why Incode?
Be part of a mission-driven company at the intersection of AI, identity, and trust.
Work alongside a world-class team backed by General Atlantic and SoftBank.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform. 10M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on it every day. Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime and Vector Search run on one platform: the same compute, disks, network and control plane, in each region we operate.
Supabase's hardest problems live in that platform. We run millions of databases, and the count compounds each quarter. Our customers range from a developer on a free project to a regulated enterprise that routes traffic through PrivateLink https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/privatelink and puts us through a security review before it signs. Reliability, capacity, cost, security and the enterprise features that close deals all come back to the same primitives. We're hiring a Product Lead to own them and build the product team behind them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You lead product for the platform under every Supabase product: compute, disks, networking, the API gateway, capacity and regions. You also own what enterprises build and buy on top of it: read replicas https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/read-replicas, custom domains https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/custom-domains, PrivateLink, Bring Your Own Cloud, and the security and compliance controls they need before they sign. You report to the Head of Product, set direction for the platform, and work alongside the leads for our other product lines. You lead the platform's product managers, including our infrastructure product lead, and you hire and develop the PMs who grow the team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- You build and lead the platform product team. You decide how to split the area, hire the PMs who own the rest of it, and coach them to own their roadmaps end to end. You set the bar for their work.
- You decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Each quarter you choose between enterprise unlocks that open new markets, cost and performance wins for the long tail of projects, and new capabilities that change what Supabase can run. The priorities are yours, and so is defending them.
- You own reliability and security as product surfaces. You set service levels that track what customers experience and hold teams to them. You decide which security and compliance commitments we make to enterprises, and you show customers what it takes to run millions of databases.
- You talk to customers across the full spectrum: developers running one small project, startups whose bill is mostly compute and disk, enterprise architects running a network or security review, and partners building on Supabase.
- You run the platform's planning. Your PMs write problem statements, requirements and launch metrics before engineering starts. After each launch, you check whether it moved enterprise deal velocity, project economics or platform reliability.
- You keep engineering, design and leadership aligned. The platform sits under each Supabase product, region and customer tier. You write down what's coming, why, and in what order, and you raise dependencies before they block anyone.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure, or have founded a company in this space. You can read an architecture doc and hold your own in a design discussion.
- Have built and led a team of product managers. You've hired PMs, grown them into owners of their own areas, and made the hard call when someone wasn't working out. You've led leads who run their own teams. You did it while the product grew from something you could hold in your head to a business where capacity, regions and cost set the limits.
- Have shipped cloud infrastructure as a product. You owned at least one of compute, networking, storage, or multi-region and multi-tenant systems yourself, at a cloud, infrastructure or PaaS company. You can judge the tradeoffs: instance sizing and capacity, disk and storage economics, scale-to-zero versus always-on, single-tenant versus shared, and the gap between "works in one region" and "works in twenty." Knowing how enterprises buy and security-review infrastructure (PrivateLink, BYOC, compliance, procurement) is a bonus.
- Move fast and use AI to do it. You'd rather ship something imperfect and learn from it. You hand AI the slow parts of the job (research, drafting, synthesising feedback) and spend your time on judgment calls.
- Build with what you own. You stand up a read replica, put a custom domain in front of a project, route traffic through PrivateLink and deploy onto BYOC. Your opinions come from using the product.
- Work async by default. We're fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As part of our growing Data Science & Analytics team, you will play an instrumental role in Anthropic's mission of building safe and beneficial AI — this time by driving data-informed decisions across the commercial customer lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of fast-moving sales operations and rigorous statistical analysis. You will work across multiple segments and products, partnering with analytics engineers, fellow data scientists, and go-to-market leadership to turn complex commercial data into actionable strategy.
You will own measurement and analysis for new logo acquisition through activation, expansion, and retention for a rapidly scaling, consumption-based AI platform. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing data science function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Define key metrics, build measurement frameworks, and maintain core reporting to evaluate GTM success across segments and products
Analyze commercial and user data to surface actionable insights, size opportunities, and influence roadmaps and go-to-market strategy
Develop hypotheses and apply rigorous causal inference methods — controlled experiments, synthetic controls — to make clear, actionable recommendations
Investigate anomalies, conduct root cause analyses, and provide data-driven guidance on priorities and decisions
Build statistical models, optimization frameworks, and simulations to support and automate commercial decision-making processes
Present analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including GTM leadership
Establish foundational data practices and help scale analytics infrastructure to support rapid product and commercial iteration
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing, particularly in high-scale technical environments
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and business audiences
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — comfortable creating structure and driving progress where neither yet exists
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
A strong track record in multi-segment, multi-product B2B sales or commercial analytics, especially with consumption-based revenue models
Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools in the AI/ML ecosystem
Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission of developing safe and beneficial AI

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Lead a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit.

Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers, helping them to achieve the next level.

Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.
Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.
People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
Excellent UX judgment: Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences.
Standout Qualities:
Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area
Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows.

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). You don't need deep experience with all of these, but to understand what they do, how they fit together, and be willing to build with and across them. A strong understanding of enterprise data models and workflows is essential.
Broad Functional Understanding -
Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders across diverse domains and quickly understand their unique needs.
End-to-End Ownership -
Track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving to measurable outcomes independently.
Product Mindset -
Ability to scope MVPs, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver iteratively. In addition, consider adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Preferred requirements
Experience with GitLab platform and CI/CD workflows
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or Theory of Constraints thinking
Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Workato) alongside custom development
Previous startup or high-growth company experience
Experience mentoring or leading technical projects with junior engineers
About the team
You will join the Enterprise Technology & AI team. We're the backbone of the organisation, driving transformation in how GitLab team members make decisions, operate at scale, and deliver results for our customers.
We believe the best AI solutions start with understanding the system, not the technology. We value people who think in constraints and flow, who build with conviction, and who never stop learning. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous setting, guided by GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

Job Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. This isn’t a support role; it is a leadership position where you will bridge the gap between clients and our production team, and build the processes that will define our future. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.

High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).

About the Company
Our client is a results-driven AI marketing agency that specializes in local lead generation for high-stakes professional service firms, including legal, medical, and home services industries. Founded in 2014, the team bridges the gap between engineering discipline and strategic marketing to help local businesses outrank national brands. They provide an integrated suite of services, including AI-driven search engine optimization, adaptive PPC management, and sophisticated digital transformation tools designed to turn discovery into high-intent bookings and calls.
Operating as a forward-thinking scale-up, the company focuses on "Midnight AI" systems that optimize visibility across Google Maps, organic search, and emerging AI recommendation engines. The culture is built on transparency, measurable outcomes, and a calm, disciplined approach to innovation. By joining this collaborative team, you will work at the intersection of traditional search and the new era of AI-driven marketing, delivering high-impact growth for clients who rely on steady inbound lead flow to thrive.
Job Summary
This company is a performance marketing agency building the "Agency of the Future" by leveraging AI to dominate the Answer Engine era. While traditional agencies are focused solely on Google rankings, this team ensures clients are cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We are looking for a high-performing closer to lead our revenue function. You will sell directly to business owners and managing partners of firms generating $1M+ in annual revenue. This is a role for a strategic thinker who understands that modern businesses need high-margin, AI-driven solutions rather than outdated agency deliverables.

Managing and coaching a front-end appointment setter, listening to call recordings daily to identify drop-off points and running live role-play sessions.
Handling complex objections regarding ROI and differentiation without the use of a script.
Conducting daily video syncs with leadership to review pipeline health and priorities.
Providing consistent End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Week (EOW) reports on revenue closed, close rates, and setter performance.
Scaling the performance of the sales function as the agency grows, with a target of $20,000+ in new contracts closed per month.
Requirements
+2 years of experience closing high-ticket services in a digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of selling directly to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries (Law, Medical, Home Services).
Ability to speak fluently about revenue, leads, and ROI rather than just "deliverables."
Experience managing or coaching appointment setters to improve top-of-funnel health.
High level of self-discipline and the ability to operate in a remote, founder-led startup environment without micromanagement.
Availability to cover core US hours (8am–7pm CST) to support prospects from EST to PST.
Benefits
💰 Competitive base retainer plus uncapped commission
🌎 Fully remote work environment
📈 Compounding commission structure on multi-month contracts
🚀 Opportunity to lead the sales function of an AI-first agency
🎯 High-growth potential with total compensation realistic targets of $11k–$14k/mo by month 6
