About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel's Enterprise sales team is built on people who are technically fluent, commercially sharp, and deeply curious about the companies they work with. As a Majors Install Base AE covering the ANZ market, you will own a curated book of named enterprise accounts and be the primary driver of net-revenue retention, expansion, and long-term platform depth. This is not a maintenance role — you will be expected to identify whitespace, accelerate adoption of Vercel's newest products, and drive meaningful growth across a portfolio of some of the most digitally ambitious companies in the region.
You will work alongside Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and cross-functional Vercel stakeholders to build strategic account plans rooted in customer outcomes — and to establish Vercel as an indispensable infrastructure partner embedded in your accounts' roadmaps for web and AI transformation.
What you'll do
Own a book of named Major Accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to grow account value and ensure strong net revenue retention
Identify and execute expansion opportunities across your portfolio — mapping whitespace, uncovering new teams or use cases, and activating Vercel's newest products (including platform API, AI SDK, and observability tooling)
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and champions across engineering, product, procurement, and the C-suite
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with each customer's business goals and Vercel's growth objectives, with hyperscalers, SIs, and agency partners embedded in the strategy from day one
Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation as measurable operational levers
Own complex commercial negotiations — renewals, ELA amendments, consumption-based expansions — and position Vercel as a long-term strategic partner
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to deliver customer outcomes and surface feedback that shapes the product roadmap
What you need
5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a demonstrated track record of success in install base, account management, or named account roles
Proven ability to drive expansion — you understand how to identify whitespace, build champions across multiple buying centres, and accelerate upsell and cross-sell motions in complex accounts
Experienced in partner-influenced or co-sell motions — you know how to activate a hyperscaler or SI relationship to deepen account penetration, not just open doors
Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO — you can flex between technical product conversations and high-level business ROI narratives
A disciplined account planner who thinks in years, sequences accounts for maximum long-term revenue, and builds executive relationships with intention
Fluent in MEDDPICC and rigorous about forecast hygiene and CRM discipline
Able to hold credible, technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership without leaning on a solutions engineer as a crutch
A value seller who leads with customer pain and business outcomes, not feature lists
Bonus if you
Have a background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML
Come with existing relationships at AWS, GCP, or Azure — or with major SI/agency partners active in the ANZ market
Have experience navigating ELAs, consumption-based commercial models, or enterprise procurement in regulated industries
Have sold into or managed accounts in media, retail, financial services, or digital-native companies — verticals where Vercel has strong traction in the ANZ market
Understand PLG-influenced sales motions — how developer adoption at the team level translates into enterprise expansion
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity
Inclusive Healthcare Package
Learn and Grow — we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills
Flexible Time Off
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed
The Australia based pay range for this role is 388,000 - 524,000 AUD OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.
We want team members to deliver excellence to our companies and members and be ready to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare services.

🌍 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN FRANCE, BELGIUM OR SPAIN 🌍
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Runner role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:
- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️
- Passionate about delivering & optimizing top notch operations: not scared to get your hands dirty to get into technical processes, making them clear and delightful for our operators and members
- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English and Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to variable situations
- It’s even better if you have experience in the insurance or the healthcare industry

If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?

Are you driven to dig deep into runtime behavior, uncover complex failures, and ensure the foundation underlying millions of developer tools stays rock-solid? Do you understand that reliability at the runtime level directly impacts how developers experience their tools every single day?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
JetBrains Runtime (JBR) is our fork of OpenJDK, used to launch all IntelliJ-based IDEs. When runtime issues occur, they affect every developer relying on our products. This role exists to ensure JBR remains stable, performant, and reliable across platforms.
You’ll take ownership of quality across JBR builds, working closely with the engineers building features like Java Chromium Embedded Framework (JCEF) and contributing to OpenJDK projects. You’ll influence how we triage, investigate, and resolve complex JVM issues, directly shaping the stability of the entire IntelliJ ecosystem.
Day to day, you will:
Analyze automated test results from regular builds to investigate Java runtime and test failures.
Conduct thorough investigations into user-reported issues to ensure accurate triage.
Analyze thread dumps and JVM crash logs to pinpoint deadlocks, freezes, and Event Dispatch Thread (EDT) responsiveness issues in the IDE.
Communicate with developers to build a deep understanding of runtime architecture and ongoing changes.
Collaborate with the support team to reproduce and resolve issues reported in public builds.
Take ownership of JetBrains Runtime quality by identifying what needs to be fixed, keeping the tracker organized, and prioritizing quality tasks.
What you’ll bring
A focus on quality and deep technical investigation over quick surface fixes.
Clear communication skills and comfort advocating for your perspective while remaining open to others.
An ownership mindset, taking responsibility for keeping issues organized and moving forward.
The curiosity to understand underlying systems and application architecture rather than treating tools as black boxes.
What you’ll need
A solid understanding of Java, AWT, Swing, and Java2D.
Hands-on experience analyzing thread dumps, JVM crash logs, or memory issues using standard JDK diagnostic tools.
The ability to read and understand tests using test frameworks like jtreg, JUnit, gtest, or ctest.
Experience reproducing complex technical issues and working with issue trackers like YouTrack, Jira, or GitHub.
Familiarity with macOS and Linux environments.
What success looks like
Success in this role means runtime issues are caught early, triaged effectively, and clear context is provided to developers so fixes happen swiftly. You’ll have established a clear view of JBR quality, unblocked internal teams, and improved overall IDE stability for millions of users.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
The Field Productivity & Enablement Lead is responsible for making our sales motion clear, practical, and repeatable. This person will help define how we sell at Baseten: how managers run the business, how reps qualify and advance deals, how sales works with FDE, product, marketing, and support, and how those expectations get turned into training and day-to-day habits.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who excels at both strategy and execution. You'll shape the system, but you won't stop at slides or frameworks. You'll build the playbooks, run the training, coach to the behaviors, and help managers ensure the process is followed consistently.
We're not looking for someone who wants to force-fit a single methodology onto the business. We're looking for someone who is fluent in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, and similar approaches, and can take the best ideas from each, adapt them to a technical sales motion, and build an approach that fits how Baseten actually sells.
You'll report to the Head of Enablement and Productivity. Frontline managers and reps are your primary customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage operating model. Define the core rhythms for frontline managers, including 1:1s, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and coaching cadences. Create clear expectations for how managers inspect deals, coach reps, and drive consistency across the team.
- Sales process and stage design. Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to define stages, exit criteria, qualification standards, and pipeline mechanics. Help turn the sales process into something managers and reps can actually use, and make sure CRM and tooling reinforce the process instead of creating workarounds.
- Cross-functional engagement. Clarify how sales engages FDE, solutions architects, product, marketing, and customer support. Define the handoffs, decision points, and joint working models that help teams support customers without confusion or duplicated effort.
- Methodology, skills, and training. Help codify the sales methodology and build the training behind it. Deliver enablement sessions, coach managers and reps, and raise the quality of qualification, deal progression, and account planning over time.
- Behavior change and adoption. Make the work stick. Measure whether the process is being used, where managers or reps are getting stuck, and what needs to change to improve ramp time, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and win rates.
REQUIREMENTS
You know what good sales execution looks like and can translate that into a system other people can follow. You can move from diagnosing a broken forecast call, to redesigning a stage framework, to standing in front of a room and teaching managers how to run a better pipeline review.
You bring credibility with sales leaders, managers, and reps because you've seen how strong sales teams operate and you know how to make process useful instead of bureaucratic. You are structured, practical, and comfortable driving change across functions.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- A former AE or sales leader who has carried a quota, managed teams, and later moved into enablement, strategy, or operations.
- A sales enablement or sales effectiveness leader with strong experience in methodology, manager training, and curriculum design.
- A RevOps or sales strategy professional with deep process rigor and a strong point of view on pipeline, qualification, and inspection.
- A management consulting or sales transformation background with experience building operating models and driving adoption in fast-growing teams.

About the Role
Join Alvys, an early-stage company transforming the $800B US freight industry. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll build and operate key parts of our cloud-native SaaS platform—spanning backend services, frontend applications, and cross-cutting system components. You will own features end-to-end, partner closely with engineering, product, and design, and help advance both the technical foundations and user experience of our products.
Industry Insight
Transportation logistics is massive, fragmented, and still largely underserved by modern software. You’ll be helping define the future of how freight moves by contributing to automation, operational intelligence, and workflow modernization at scale.
About Alvys
Alvys is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that powers modern transportation operations. We combine deep industry knowledge with strong technical execution to bring clarity, automation, and reliability to one of the world’s most essential industries.
Our Principles
Engineering Principles:
Build for Real-World Impact
— Our users rely on Alvys to solve real problems, not abstract ones. Every feature we ship is designed to reduce friction, increase efficiency, and drive tangible results for the people moving freight every day.
Extreme Ownership and Empowerment
— Ownership extends beyond building—it means being accountable for quality, reliability, and customer impact. If it's in production, it's yours—bugs, uptime, and results.
Technology Debt is Strategic, Not Accidental
— Technical debt is a strategic choice, not an oversight. We incur it deliberately when it unlocks speed, learning, or market advantage. Our architecture remains clean, maintainable, and scalable as we grow.
Simplicity Scales; Complexity Costs
— Logistics is inherently complex, but our technology shouldn't be. We prioritize simplicity in our architecture, leveraging modularity and well-defined service boundaries to reduce cognitive load.
Radical Transparency
— We democratize data and make it accessible across all functions to drive alignment and decision-making. Transparency also means feedback—we systematize constructive feedback loops to ensure growth.
Engineering Culture:
Move Fast, Learn Fast
— Speed is our advantage, but we move fast intentionally. We bias for action, assume positive intent, and treat every mistake as a learning opportunity.
Own the Outcome
— Every engineer owns outcomes, not tickets. We take responsibility end-to-end—identifying problems, delivering solutions, and ensuring they last.
Engineering-Led, Customer-Driven
— Engineering leads by shaping technical strategy, but never in isolation. Designers, PMs, and Engineers share context and decisions, keeping customer outcomes at the center.
Pragmatism Over Purism
— Elegant code matters, but business impact matters more. We choose solutions that scale, are maintainable, and solve real customer problems—not theoretical ones.
People Over Heroics
— We don't reward burnout or always-on behavior. Sustainability is a feature, not a luxury. If someone needs to slow down, unplug, or take care of life outside work—that's expected.
Tech Stack
Backend:
.NET/C#, CosmosDB, Cognitive Search, Azure Services

TypeScript, Angular, React, Dart/Flutter

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Build AI-powered developer experience that makes engineers enabled.
You’ll join our Developer Experience team, united by the mission of “Engineers can do their work quickly, easily, comfortably, and safely.” You’ll be part of a team spanning the US and India that turns ambiguous goals into shippable projects that meaningfully improve developer throughput and reliability.
Your team owns AI experiences, remote and local dev environments, builds and CI, deploys, testing, and verification. You’ll work on a relatively broad scope within a well-resourced team.
This role is based in Hyderabad, India. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- You build an AI harness to auto-resolve bugs reported for the Notion app. This is high-leverage work for the engineering org and requires solid engineering to improve resolution accuracy.
- You improve CI and build reliability so engineers get early feedback when changes break CI. We’re committed to a 5-minute CI time and are already on track.
- You improve developer features for our in-house, AI-first remote development environments - helping shape the future of software engineering.
- You execute a shared roadmap with our US engineering team to increase developer satisfaction and enablement, informed by our DevEx survey.
- You collaborate with engineers across the company to deliver an industry-leading developer experience, working deeply with tools like the TypeScript language server, lint tooling, and the Notion CLI to improve developers’ day-to-day experience.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Over 10 years of experience with strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of turning ambiguous goals into well-scoped, shippable milestones.
- Leadership: Can create technical roadmap and has a strong ability to plan and execute very large projects. Motivate the team for the goal.
- Enjoys learning new technologies and has demonstrated innovation through past work.
- Thrive in ambiguity and can solve business problems through technology.
- Ownership: Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for the success of the project and the team.
- Collaboration: Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to partner with cross-functional teams and engineering teams across time zones.
- Experience building or operating developer tooling (CI/CD, infrastructure workflows, internal platforms) with a focus on reliability, observability, and developer trust.
- Comfortable with creating with AI agents and hardening them: defining guardrails, adding evaluation/testing, and iterating based on real workflow feedback.
- Comfortable with creating with agentic workflows: pros-cons of code based orchestration; cost analysis; scalability issues; very long running workflows; verification/ralph loops.
- Systems-level debugging and performance thinking; you can identify bottlenecks, choose pragmatic fixes, and avoid accidental complexity.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

Vercel's Enterprise sales team is built on people who are technically fluent, commercially sharp, and deeply curious about the companies they sell into. As a Majors AE covering some of the key ANZ market, you will own a curated book of named enterprise accounts and be the primary driver of net-new revenue and platform expansion. You will work alongside Solutions Engineers, Partner Manager, and cross-functional Vercel stakeholders to bring Vercel's platform into some of the most digitally ambitious and transformational companies in the region.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and execute multi-year account plans across a curated set of named Major Accounts, with hyperscaler’s, SIs, and agency partners embedded in the strategy from day one
Drive net-new revenue through outbound ownership, rigorous discovery, executive alignment, and multi-threaded deal execution spanning engineering, product, procurement, legal, and the C-suite
Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation as measurable operational levers
Own complex commercial negotiations and establish Vercel as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner embedded in your accounts' roadmaps for web and AI transformation
What you need
5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a demonstrated track record of closing six and seven-figure deals in major or strategic accounts
Experienced in partner-influenced or co-sell motions — you know how to activate a hyperscaler or SI/ISV relationship to open doors and accelerate deals, not just name-drop them
Fluent in English and local language requirements based on the territory you’re focused on;
Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO
A disciplined account planner who thinks in years, builds executive relationships from scratch, and sequences complex accounts to maximize long-term revenue
Fluent in MEDDPICC and rigorous about forecast hygiene and CRM discipline
Able to hold credible, technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership — without leaning on a solutions engineer as a crutch
A value seller who leads with business outcomes and customer pain, not feature lists
Bonus if you
Have a background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML
Come with existing relationships at AWS, GCP, Azure, or major SI/ISV players active in the ANZ market
Have experience navigating ELAs, global framework agreements, or enterprise procurement in regulated industries
Have sold into media, retail, financial services, or digital-native companies — verticals where Vercel has strong traction in the ANZ market
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The Australia based pay range for this role is 388,000 - 524,000 AUD OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. About the team
The Technical Success team ensures safe and effective deployment of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises, acting as trusted advisors to maximize value from models and products. The Ecosystem team builds and scales third-party integrations around ChatGPT and Codex, working across product, engineering, partnerships, safety, legal, policy, and go-to-market to create useful, trustworthy, and technically sound integrations.
About the role
The Applied Deployment Engineer will build and deepen ChatGPT integrations with third-party messaging platforms, focusing initially on partner work and future opportunities with other messaging apps globally. This hands-on, partner-facing engineering role involves working closely with external product and engineering teams to improve integrations, expand capabilities like image generation, increase retention, and translate partner needs into OpenAI’s product and engineering roadmap. The role requires daily coding, making changes across platform or monorepo surfaces, and balancing technical discovery, product tradeoffs, prototyping, debugging, and executive communication. It suits a product-minded engineer with excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and ability to work across cultures, time zones, and organizations. The role is based in the San Francisco office with a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
— Partner with messenger app product and engineering teams to design ChatGPT-powered experiences fitting chat, group, contact, and app-tab surfaces.
— Deepen existing partner integrations focusing on user experience, retention, reliability, and features.
— Build prototypes, integration guides, reference flows, and launch checklists to help partners move from concept to production.
— Debug API, latency, authentication, quota, quality, and user-experience issues across partner and OpenAI systems.
— Translate privacy, trust, login, and data-handling requirements into clear technical constraints and implementation plans.
— Collaborate with product, engineering, design, partnerships, legal, policy, and support teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and maintainable partner launches.
— Capture repeatable patterns from messenger integrations and create reusable playbooks for future partners.
— Travel periodically to meet international partners during key integration, launch, and post-launch milestones.
Requirements
— Strong software engineering background with daily coding enjoyment.
— Experience building or deploying API integrations with external partners, understanding client, backend, auth, privacy, reliability, and UX constraints.
— Strong product sense and design judgment for consumer-facing experiences.
— Ability to concretize ambiguous product ideas without over-specifying partner internals.
— Clear communication with engineers, product leaders, executives, and business stakeholders.
— Comfortable debugging distributed systems and narrowing performance or reliability issues into actionable hypotheses.
— Deep care about user trust, privacy, and product quality, especially in sensitive communication contexts.
— Ability to balance urgency with judgment and maintain launch momentum without skipping important details.
Preferred qualifications
— Experience with B2C consumer, social, or messaging products.
— Experience working with international partners or in cross-cultural product and engineering environments.
— Familiarity with OAuth/login flows, API rate limits, webviews, mobile release cycles, and partner launch operations.
— Experience with AI product launches, developer platforms, or API-first products.
— Prior customer-facing or partner-facing engineering experience, especially in startups or smaller companies.
— Ability to collaborate across APAC time zones and travel internationally quarterly, sometimes for up to two weeks around major launch milestones.
