ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

- Build our internationalization operations playbook and continuously improve it so we can scale with quality and intention

- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

You'll be responsible for:
Compliance Leadership:
Lead annual SOC 2 and HIPAA certifications, managing interfaces with external auditors and professional services.
Technical Control Design:
Partner with Engineering to harden AWS workloads (EKS, EC2, data pipelines, and more) to meet HIPAA and SOC 2 controls; perform technical security design reviews and architectural risk assessments for services handling PHI.
Policy & Risk:
Define and maintain security policies and standards; embed risk assessment activities within engineering processes, and evolve Flo's security risk management framework.
Vendor Risk Management:
Support vendor risk activities including contract reviews and security posture assessments.
Operational Excellence:
Partner with control owners to automate evidence gathering and ensure controls reduce friction rather than creating it.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary Security POC for US regulators and partners; support the wider Security team with ISO 27001/27701 alignment; report risk status to security leadership.
Tooling:
Manage and integrate GRC and compliance automation platforms to streamline monitoring and reporting.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
We’re looking for a Product Manager II to join the Growth Product team and own key areas of monetization across the WHOOP business. As WHOOP expands its membership offerings and product portfolio, this role will help define how we create and capture value across products and membership experiences — driving sustainable growth while delivering compelling experiences for members.
This is a highly analytical role at the intersection of product, growth, and business strategy. You’ll identify and size monetization opportunities, develop hypotheses about customer behavior and willingness to pay, build analytical business cases to inform roadmap prioritization, and translate those insights into product experiences and experiments. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and other Product teams to connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile app development and consumer subscription businesses with multiple product lines, combining strong quantitative skills with customer empathy and product intuition to help evolve the WHOOP business model.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for key monetization experiences, with potential areas including pricing, promotions, upsells, membership plans, product bundles, and new business model opportunities.
- Develop and prioritize the monetization roadmap using rigorous analytical business cases, balancing the size of the opportunity, customer impact, business value, level of effort, and strategic importance to determine where the team should invest.
- Own and deeply understand monetization KPIs, using quantitative analysis of customer behavior, funnel performance, unit economics, and financial outcomes to uncover opportunities and make roadmap decisions that contribute to company growth goals.
- Lead end-to-end product discovery, delivery, and iteration — partnering deeply with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to turn ambiguous monetization opportunities into scalable, high-impact customer experiences.
- Design and run a rigorous experimentation program: form explicit hypotheses, structure A/B tests, evaluate trade-offs across conversion, revenue, retention, and customer value, and translate learnings into a compounding roadmap of wins.
- Develop a deep quantitative understanding of customer behavior across the member lifecycle, using data and customer insights to identify patterns, segment opportunities, understand willingness to pay, size potential impact, and build compelling business cases for investment across multiple products and offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5+ years of product management, growth, or related experience with a demonstrated track record of shipping consumer products or experiences that produced measurable business impact.
- Strong experience developing and prioritizing product roadmaps, with demonstrated ability to build analytical business cases, quantify opportunities, evaluate competing investments, and translate insights into clear product priorities.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to independently structure complex analyses, develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, identify meaningful patterns in customer and business data, and translate those insights into product strategy and decisions.
- Experience working with consumer subscription businesses with multiple product lines, offerings, or revenue streams, ideally including direct experience developing mobile app products.
- Strong understanding of growth and monetization mechanics, with experience in areas such as pricing, promotions, upsells, subscription economics, experimentation, or business model development.
- Strong product intuition and customer empathy paired with a rigorous, data-informed mindset; able to form explicit hypotheses, validate assumptions, and connect product decisions to outcomes such as conversion, revenue, retention, lifetime value, and unit economics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical partners, articulate trade-offs clearly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.

You will be accountable for both the engineering velocity of your teams and the rigor required to operate inside a regulated medical device development environment (FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
Success in this role requires a profile with both ML and SaMD depth to evaluate your team's most important decisions, plus the people leadership skill to grow ICs, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver with both pace and rigor in a regulated environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own delivery, team health, and people outcomes across multiple workstreams within ML SaMD team
- Translate department strategy into clear quarterly plans, milestones, and success criteria; align the team on the highest-leverage work and adapt deliberately as the business evolves
- Build the team: lead hiring at scale, calibrate the bar for regulated development, and shape onboarding, leveling, and growth practices
- Develop the next layer of leadership, coach junior and seniorICs, manage performance with clarity and care, and create the conditions for people to operate above their level
- Set the standard for how regulated ML gets built at WHOOP: methodology, work quality, validation rigor, and audit readiness
- Partner directly with regulatory, quality, product, software, and firmware leaders to align on roadmap, dependencies, and submission timelines; broker trade-offs between iteration speed and regulatory rigor
- Own the risk posture for your function; anticipate execution, technical, and regulatory risks, design mitigation into the operating model, and keep senior leadership clearly informed of the most consequential decisions
- Define and own the operating model for your function; planning cadences, design reviews, decision forums, data governance, and quality gates appropriate to a SaMD context
- Build and continuously raise AI-enabled workflows that create measurable leverage across the team; for development, evaluation, documentation, traceability, and stakeholder communication
- Represent the team's work credibly to executive and cross-functional audiences with brevity, evidence, and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in ML, applied science, or software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering and/or science teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record junior and senior ICs, including hiring, performance management, and developing people who in turn raise the bar around them
- Deep familiarity with the ML development lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring, sufficient to evaluate the most important technical and methodological decisions your team makes
- Direct experience shipping algorithms or ML-enabled software in a regulated environment (Software as a Medical Device, medical device development, or comparable QMS-controlled product development under FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
- Fluency operating across regulatory, quality, and clinical stakeholders, including familiarity with V&V, traceability, change control, design history, and audit readiness in fast-moving ML programs
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy and make timely prioritization calls under uncertainty, keeping the team focused on the highest-leverage work
- Demonstrated AI-tooling sophistication: a track record of building or adopting AI-enabled workflows that materially improved team speed, quality, or decision confidence
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move fluidly between deeply technical ML/regulatory discussions and executive-level summaries of risk, trade-offs, and direction.
