: At the intersection of technology and human potential, we are pushing the boundaries of what is possible, crafting a future where innovation and human capabilities merge in powerful, unprecedented ways.
Why Join Us?
Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.
Location: Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
At Wealthsimple, we're interested in humans and money — and the complicated ways humans feel about money. Our goal in the creative department is to be a part of that conversation in meaningful ways that are completely innovative and new. We have a deep aversion to making things that already exist and to ads that feel like ads.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director, Art Director to help us create innovative, human and ridiculously entertaining work. In this role you will often work as a team with a copywriter partner, but you’ll also collaborate with designers, writers, marketers and engineers across the org. You will be responsible for all aspects of creative development and production on integrated brand campaigns and projects large and small, and you will be leading creative voice in some of our biggest brand moments.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be a highly conceptual thinker with strong storytelling and design skills.
- Develop big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production.
- Own large and small brand projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at once.
- Be a maker-owner, but also a director-delegator, and find the right balance between those two roles for each project.
- Provide art direction on visual design for integrated brand campaigns and projects of various scales and types – from film, social, digital, to interactive experiences.
- Be a creative and strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problems.
- Use AI in a variety of ways. Whether it’s moving ideas into functional prototypes, drafts, mockups or animatics that can be evaluated more quickly, or developing and refining AI workflows for internally created assets.
- Present work in a clear, passionate and dynamic way, championing the creative and vision to internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with outside production partners when necessary.
Skills You Bring
- 6-10+ years of experience as an Art Director (agency experience preferred, but not necessary).
- Ability to concept and art direct, developing storyboards, comps or animatics without assistance from the Design team
- Extensive experience with integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery
- Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and print
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to be a hands-on creative delivering comps, layouts, and assets across all media types as well as give direction to studio designers where applicable
- Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools.
- A truly collaborative creative approach.
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner
- Travel for production when necessary.

About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Account Executive, to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
You will be the first person at Praktika whose whole job is selling to companies. You run the full cycle yourself: find the account, open it, run the demo, set up the trial, answer the security questionnaire, price it, close it, then go back for the other sites in the same group. No SDR feeds you. No solutions engineer joins your calls.
The languages matter as much as the selling. Our buyers are local HR and training managers at sites where the working language is English and daily life is not. They buy in their own language. You will work primarily in Spanish or French, with English internally.
You report to the CRO.
We are hiring a full-cycle Account Executive rather than an SDR or a BDR on purpose. At this volume, splitting prospecting from closing creates a handoff that costs more than it saves. One person who owns a deal from first touch to signature will learn faster and close more than two people passing leads between them. We will revisit that once inbound volume makes your time the bottleneck. What you'll do
What you will own
Pipeline.
Work the inbound queue in hours rather than days, and build outbound into the markets where we have customers but no coverage. Around half your pipeline should be self-sourced by month six.
The full cycle.
Discovery, demo, trial setup, seat sizing, pricing, security review, contract, signature. You complete security questionnaires yourself, from a canonical answer sheet we maintain.
Expansion.
Most of our accounts are one site of a larger group. Winning the second and third site of a company already paying us is the highest-yield motion we have, and it is a formal part of your number.
CRM discipline.
Attio is the system of record. Deal value, seat count and stage current on every deal. Our data quality today is poor and you are the person who fixes it.
Market feedback.
You will be the only person hearing objections daily. We expect you to tell us what is breaking and what to build.
Who we are looking for
Professional fluency in French or Spanish, plus English.
Three or more years closing B2B software full cycle, with a median deal size under $20,000.
Evidence of 25 or more deals closed in a single year.
You built your own pipeline.
Strong signals
You have sold to HR, L&D or operations buyers.
You have worked somewhere small enough that you also wrote the sequences, built the list and argued about the pricing page.
You have sold into Latin America from Europe and know what that does to a calendar.
You have worked alongside a self-serve funnel and understand that some deals should never get a call.
Please skip this role if any of the following describes you.
You have only sold six-figure contracts on six-month cycles.
Your last three years came with an SDR, a solutions engineer and a deal desk.
You want a named account list handed to you.
You want to manage people within a year. This role has no reports and will not have any for some time.
You need a defined process. You will be writing it.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work—but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.

About us
Paired
is a
global staffing and recruiting agency
that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job
opportunities for professionals around the world
.
About the Company
Our client is an
established toys and games brand
coming off one of the most successful sport-related backyard game products in its category, and they're just getting started. They're now becoming a full sports, toys and games company, aiming to grow from zero to one million customers over the next three years.
Their products are loud, physical, competitive and made to be filmed.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Video Editor who makes footage hit
to work remotely with their team. This isn't about trimming dead air, adding captions and calling it done. You'll take a raw clip of a ball smashing into a target and turn it into something people watch four times before they scroll.
That means effects, motion graphics and transitions that actually land, sound design on every hit, whoosh and impact, and pacing so tight there's never a reason to look away.
You'll edit in two styles:
high-end cinematic edits
for brand and hero content, and
fast, punchy direct response edits
built to sell in ads. If you can do both, we want to talk. If you're elite at one, we still want to talk.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Paid ads:
Turn creator footage and product clips into scroll-stopping ads for Meta and Instagram, built around strong hooks and clear selling points.
Organic social:
Create Reels, TikToks and Shorts with energy that matches the products.
Effects and motion:
Add on-screen text, tracking, speed ramps, impact frames, shakes, graphics and anything else that makes a moment pop.
Sound design:
Put SFX on every action, sync cuts to the beat, and choose music that drives the edit instead of just sitting under it.
Hero and launch content:
Produce high-end edits for new product drops and seasonal campaigns.
Variations:
Cut multiple hooks and versions of winning edits so the team can test fast.
Requirements
A portfolio that makes us stop. Nothing else matters as much as this.
Proven experience editing ads for real DTC physical product brands. We want to see work that actually ran and sold something.
Mastery of effects, transitions and sound design, not just cutting and captions.
A feel for short form: you know what makes someone stop, watch, rewatch and share.
Range across cinematic and direct response styles, or world class in one of them.
Fast turnaround without dropping the standard.
Organized and reliable: you label and store files properly, hit deadlines and give updates without being chased.
Bonus:
Experience editing for sports, gaming or toy brands.
Benefits
Competitive pay of up to $50 USD per hour. Where you land depends on your experience and portfolio.
Part-time role with flexible hours.
Ongoing work with real room to grow. For the right editor, there's a constant flow of work as the brand launches new products.
Creative ownership over how the brand's products look and sound on screen, as part of a company in a high-growth phase.
100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
Collaborate with creators and an ambitious e-commerce team.

to join their content team, producing high-quality images and short-form video reels for social media. You'll work across a range of industry-standard tools to deliver polished, engaging content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
