Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and Web3 native — someone who proudly calls themselves a degen and is deep in the trenches of the ecosystem they're marketing to. This is a high-impact, generalist role that sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community.
You crunch data for breakfast, thrive wearing multiple hats, and move fluidly between scrappy activations and long-horizon strategy without losing momentum or quality. You translate on-chain insights into compelling narratives that help millions understand and love Trust Wallet — and if you have strong opinions on L2 wars, a wallet full of on-chain history, and can ship a campaign brief and a Dune dashboard in the same afternoon, we want to talk
What You'll Do
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand — aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels and performance channels
- Define positioning and messaging for new product features and market segments in partnership with Product and BD
- Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs — DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice - all leading to company level OKRs
- Own budget allocation across channels with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI
- Drive community engagement strategies across Discord, Telegram, and X — building loyal user cohorts, not just follower counts
- Identify and activate KOL/influencer partnerships that are credible within the Web3 ecosystem
- Collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint growth initiatives
- Work closely with Product to shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches
- Partner with internal teams to produce high-quality creative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
- Prior experience in a generalist or "full-stack" marketing role — able to move across brand, growth, content, and product marketing fluidly
- You are the user: genuinely degen, active on-chain, with a wallet history and ecosystem network to prove it
- Dune and Nansen are daily tabs; proficient in Amplitude and mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch)
- Treats every initiative as a testable experiment; hunts for signal, quick wins, and strategic bets in the numbers
- Moves between a scrappy activation and a long-horizon strategic initiative in the same day without dropping quality
Bonus Points
- Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
- Familiarity with Trust Wallet's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
- Prior work at a top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
- Experience running global marketing campaigns

Perplexity is seeking an Applied AI Architect to help our customers turn Perplexity Computer into working solutions that drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for technical, consultative professionals who have led complex software implementations and can move comfortably between customer discovery, solution design, hands-on delivery, and executive communication.
About the role
Perplexity Computer is a new class of AI system that navigates tools, interacts with applications, and completes multi-step workflows end to end. Our customers are using Computer to transform work that traditional software has not been able to address.
Applied AI Architects work directly with customers across presales, onboarding, adoption, and strategic engagements. You will uncover the real business problem, determine what Computer can credibly support, design and configure the workflow, and lead the engagement to a clear outcome.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at the intersection of solutions architecture, technical consulting, and program delivery. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success while serving as a quality filter for requests that require Product or Engineering.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery. Work with customer business leaders, technical teams, account executives, and customer success managers to understand the users, current workflow, desired outcome, constraints, and decision-makers.
- Design credible solutions. Map how people, data, tools, approvals, permissions, and decisions interact, then determine how Computer can support the workflow.
- Support complex opportunities. Partner with account executives on technical deal strategy, demos, proofs of value, architecture and security coordination, and engagement scoping.
- Drive value-backed consumption. Identify high-value, repeatable workflows; define the expected business outcomes and usage patterns; and partner with Sales and Customer Success to move customers from technical validation to sustained production use and expansion.
- Build hands-on. Configure, prototype, test, and iterate on Computer skills and workflows, including connectors, permissions, and adjacent tooling.
- Accelerate onboarding and adoption. Provide second-level technical consultation to customer success managers and deliver bounded technical work when customer needs exceed standard Customer Success coverage.
- Run strategic engagements. Establish scope, customer commitments, milestones, success criteria, working cadence, and exit criteria, then lead the work through closure.
- Improve technical escalation. Validate product and engineering needs and produce decision-ready requests with clear evidence, constraints, impact, and acceptance criteria.
- Turn every engagement into leverage. Convert repeated customer needs into reusable workflows, implementation patterns, demos, guidance, and product feedback.
What we're looking for
The strongest Applied AI Architects combine technical depth, consultative problem solving, and disciplined engagement delivery. You should be comfortable working hands-on with the product, advising customer executives, and managing the details required to deliver a successful outcome.
Must-haves
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, senior sales engineering, AI implementation, forward deployed work, technical consulting, or technical program leadership.
- Proven consultative discovery skills. You can turn an ambiguous request into a clear business problem, technical approach, and delivery plan.
- Hands-on technical fluency. You are comfortable with APIs, integrations, authentication, identity, permissions, connectors, data flows, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering complex implementations. You have managed scope, stakeholders, milestones, risk, expectations, and closure.
- Strong solution judgment. You can distinguish education, configuration, implementation, support, product, and engineering problems and recommend the right path.
- Commercial and consumption awareness. You can connect solution design and technical decisions to time to value, usage, credit consumption, customer economics, and expansion potential.
- Executive-credible communication. You can explain technical trade-offs to senior decision-makers while working effectively with practitioners and engineers.
- High agency in ambiguity. You can establish direction without waiting for perfect requirements, challenge weak assumptions, and make thoughtful decisions quickly.
- AI-native working style. You use frontier models and AI tools regularly and have developed strong intuition for what current systems can and cannot do reliably.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience deploying agents or multi-step LLM workflows in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Computer, MCP, enterprise identity, security, permissions, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience in regulated or workflow-intensive industries such as legal, financial services, healthcare, or technology.
- Prior forward deployed engineering, Applied AI, deployment strategist, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience at an AI or enterprise software company.
- A track record of turning customer implementations into reusable technical assets or product improvements.

5+ years of SAP SD configuration and functional solution design experience, with direct S/4HANA exposure strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and the ability to articulate S/4HANA advantages and simplification concepts.

Experience designing integrated processes across Finance, MM, IM, WM, and Procurement.

Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth PM to own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing page through to in-app and pricing. ElevenLabs drives significant paid and organic traffic across self-serve, developer, and enterprise funnels; your job is to turn more of it into subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue.
You'll own the experimentation engine end to end: uncovering opportunities through funnel and product data, building and prioritizing the testing backlog, designing and evaluating experiments, and owning the tracking and reporting that turns results into decisions. Your scope runs deeper than conversion optimization: you'll drive experiments across onboarding, activation, and pricing, and align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around one optimization roadmap.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, strategist, and operator: someone who finds revenue hiding in funnel and product data, ships a high-velocity testing program, and communicates results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline, not just conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- A track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end - hypothesis, prioritization, test design, and analysis - with measurable revenue impact
- Experience running experiments beyond the marketing site: in-product (onboarding, activation) and pricing or monetization
- Deep analytics fluency: comfortable living in product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, GA4) to diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and attribute outcomes across multi-domain journeys
- Strong statistical literacy: you know how to size tests, avoid false winners, and choose the right success metric (revenue and subscriptions over clicks)
- A cross-functional operator who can align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap
Bonus
- Working front-end web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to build test variants without waiting on engineering
- Experience optimizing PLG/self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted (demo/contact-sales) funnels
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Requirements

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social ecosystem. This is not a role for a "scheduler" waiting for instructions; we need a proactive strategist and creator who can manage the presence of 12 internal group brands and a growing list of external clients. Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the end-to-end social strategy for every account, including platform mix, cadence, and tone of voice.
Produce, schedule, and publish approximately 25 high-quality posts per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.

Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Job Type
Full-time (Remote, working full UK business hours)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing across a diverse portfolio of 12+ brands. This is the most visible role within the group, requiring a blend of technical platform mastery and confident client communication. You won’t just be clicking buttons; you will be the architect of multi-channel strategies, the expert builder of conversion tracking, and the primary point of contact for our clients. If you thrive on accountability, enjoy working across both Google and Meta, and pride yourself on being a "doer" rather than just a strategist, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management:
Build, restructure, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads.
Technical Implementation:
Set up and verify conversion tracking from scratch using Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and Conversion API (CAPI).
Account Architecture:
Design robust account structures, including precise match-type separation and bid strategy management.
Performance Reporting:
Produce monthly written reports with deep-dive commentary—explaining the "why" behind the data, not just the "what."
Client Leadership:
Lead client review calls, presenting results with transparency and confidence (even during challenging months).
Strategic Collaboration:
Brief internal design teams on creative/video needs and feed paid search insights to the SEO team to sharpen organic targeting.
Proactive Auditing:
Identify and flag underperforming accounts within 48 hours and implement fixes without needing to be prompted.
Requirements
Hands-on Expertise:
Proven experience in day-to-day Google Ads and Meta Ads management. We are looking for an execution expert, not a high-level agency overseer.
Tracking Proficiency:
Must be able to build conversion tracking and GTM setups from the ground up independently.
Communication:
Fluent spoken and written English with the ability to lead professional client meetings.
Schedule:
Full commitment to working UK business hours (GMT/BST) long-term.

Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time

About the company
Our client is a dynamic technology consultancy and systems integrator specializing in scalable digital transformation and cloud-based infrastructure. They partner with mid-market and enterprise organizations to streamline complex business processes through expert automation, CRM optimization, and custom software architecture. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, the team helps modern businesses leverage data-driven insights to accelerate growth and operational efficiency.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who is a "builder" at heart. This team works with elite B2B SaaS founders and executives, turning high-level insights into a scalable content engine. You won't just be taking orders; you will own the pipeline that translates raw founder expertise into polished, high-impact social and digital content. If you are a creative strategist who is also obsessed with workflow automation and operational discipline, this is your opportunity to build a greenfield marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Content Extraction & Creation: Review founder calls and raw transcripts to extract "gold nuggets" and transform them into short-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers, and short-form video scripts.
Workflow Management: Set up and maintain the operational tools (Slack, FeedHive, Castmagic) to ensure every piece of content is reviewed, approved, and scheduled seamlessly.
Founder Liaison: Act as the primary operational point of contact for founders to gather approvals and feedback, maintaining a professional and friendly communication style.
Social Amplification: Manage the social media tech stack, handle all posting schedules, and engage in light community management (cross-tagging and responses) to drive reach.
LinkedIn Automation: Oversee and optimize existing LinkedIn outreach and posting automation to ensure maximum brand visibility.
Email & Growth Ops: Manage the email marketing pipeline, including list curation, template management (ideally within GoHighLevel), and triggering outbound sequences.
Ad Management (Bonus): Assist with the setup and monitoring of basic ad spend to amplify top-performing content.
Requirements
GoHighLevel Mastery: Experience building out email funnels and CRM workflows within GHL.
Senior-level Experience: A proven track record of setting up and running marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services.
Pragmatic Copywriting: Ability to use AI tools for efficiency while maintaining high-quality "human" oversight and a professional tone.
Operational Excellence: 110% diligence and attention to detail; you are someone who creates processes rather than just following them.
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Salesforce and Slack.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a "friendly professional" demeanor for founder-facing interactions.
Strategic POV: Ability to look at raw content and instinctively know what will perform best on social platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
Tool Stack Knowledge:
Experience with FeedHive, Castmagic, and Apollo.
Performance Marketing:
Experience with paid social ads and A/B testing.
Creative Skills:
Basic video editing or design skills to support content teasers.
Growth Mindset:
Interest in connecting marketing efforts to direct revenue generation and sales performance.

🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Search is being rebuilt in real time. Millions of people now start with a question to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and the answer they get decides which products they try. When someone asks how to build an app, a website, or a tool for their business, Replit needs to be the answer.
We're hiring an AEO/GEO/SEO Lead to own how Replit gets discovered, across AI-generated answers and traditional search. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll define the strategy, then execute it yourself with AI-leveraged production, agency partners, and cross-functional teams behind you. You'll work daily with our Web, Growth, Brand, Content, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
The fastest-growing AI-native companies have already turned AI answers into a primary acquisition channel. Your mandate is to do the same for Replit: grow AI referral traffic into one of our largest sources of new builders, keep our traditional search presence compounding, and make Replit the platform AI assistants recommend when anyone wants to build software.
Replit moves fast. We ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part operator, part scientist of a channel that changes every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AEO/GEO Strategy Define where Replit must show up across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, for which prompts and buyer intents, and build the playbook to win those answers. Set targets, sequence the roadmap, and defend the strategy with data.
- Win Citations Across the Open Web LLMs cite what they trust: Reddit threads, YouTube videos, high-authority publications, community content, and well-structured owned pages. Build durable programs on each of these surfaces, understand the half-life of an AI citation, and keep Replit ranked as models retrain and retrieval systems shift.
- Run SEO End to End Own keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth in partnership with our Head of Web. Protect and grow search equity through a major site relaunch, and coordinate with our paid search team on keyword coverage.
- Build the Content Engine Produce and direct content designed for two readers at once: LLM crawlers and humans. Blogs, comparison pages, videos, and structured resources, created at volume with AI-assisted workflows and held to a high quality bar. The durable human work here is judgment: strategy, editorial quality, and distribution.
- Stand Up Measurement Build reporting for a channel that lacks perfect attribution: AI referral traffic, share of voice in AI answers, citation tracking, and downstream signups and revenue. Run controlled experiments, isolate what actually moves citations, and teach the rest of the company what you learn.
- Direct Agencies and Tools Own our agency and vendor relationships across search and AI visibility, plus the tool stack that powers tracking and production. Write the briefs, hold the quality bar, and decide what stays in-house.
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, content, or technical marketing (SaaS, technology, or developer-focused businesses a plus)
- Have owned a channel end to end and can walk through what you built, what moved, and the numbers behind it
- Have taught yourself a new channel or skill from zero and turned it into shipped results
- Use AI daily as a builder (automations, agents, dashboards, small apps you can show) and are forming your own point of view on how AI assistants find and cite sources
- Have working technical SEO literacy (crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture) and the appetite to go much deeper
- Write clearly and quickly, and can direct people, agencies, and AI tools to produce content that earns citations
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, don't wait for someone else to define the playbook, and dig into the details with low ego\\
Bonus Points:
- Shipped AEO/GEO work with results you can show, especially if you helped make AI answers an acquisition channel
- Earned presence on surfaces you don't own: Reddit communities, YouTube, digital PR
- Hands-on with AI visibility and citation tracking tools (Profound, Peec, Ahrefs Brand Radar, or similar)
- Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale
- You've built with Replit or other AI building tools and understand our audience firsthand
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:
💰 Competitive Salary & Equity
💹 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only)

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Analytics sits at the center of how Arcadia turns complex healthcare data into better outcomes and smarter decisions.
On the product side, that means building and owning the productized analytics engines — risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care, and more — that power Arcadia's platform company-wide, built once and delivered at scale across our entire customer base.
On the Customer Insights side, that means going deep on a specific customer's specific problem: custom data models, bespoke dashboards, advisory work, and long-running embedded programs that don't fit a one-size-fits-all product. We describe Customer Insights' work as sitting between a platform and a plan — more customized and hands-on than an off-the-shelf reporting product, more flexible and embedded in the customer's actual decisions than a traditional outsourced consulting engagement.
We're currently hiring for several closely related analyst roles across this broader Analytics organization — spanning ownership of one of Arcadia's core analytics engines, program-specific analytical development for a major state Medicaid risk-stratification initiative, a ground-up registry build for a national quality organization, versatile project and retainer delivery across our health system and payer customers, and dedicated analytics support for a major national health plan's Medicaid program. All of these roles sit at the Senior Analyst or Lead Analyst level, combine technical excellence with real influence over analytic strategy and (for some placements) product direction, and shape how Arcadia and its customers use data to improve population health outcomes, reduce costs, and enable smarter healthcare decisions.
The skills and experience below are characteristic across these roles as a set — not every requirement applies to every specific seat, and we don't expect any one candidate to bring all of it. We'll work with you during the interview process to identify which role is the best fit for your background and interests.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Ramp into your specific engagement's data model, technical stack, and stakeholder relationships — most Customer Insights engagement has real history and context to build into, not a blank slate
Learn Arcadia's core analytics platform and toolset (QuickSight, Foundry, dbt, the AWS ecosystem) as used in your engagement
Deliver your first piece of analytical work that demonstrates clear value to your engagement's stakeholders
In 6 months
Own meaningful pieces of delivery independently — whether that's a program's analytical development, a portfolio of retainer/project work, or a dedicated account's dashboarding and reporting
Be a credible, independent presence in front of the customers or partners tied to your engagement
Contribute to at least one reusable analytical asset, framework, or automation that extends beyond your immediate engagement
Begin taking on the ongoing health of your area, not just its delivery — standing up a backlog/tech-debt process, or growing into a broader backup role alongside your engagement's primary owner, depending on placement
In 12 months
Be a recognized expert in your engagement area, trusted with its most complex or ambiguous work
Actively identify and pursue opportunities for automation, scalability, and reuse across your work
Have grown into deeper ownership than where you started — full backup or co-owner on an account, sole steward of a program's tech-debt and backlog, or, for analytics-engine placements, the architect shaping that engine's roadmap toward being market-leading
What You'll Be Doing
Technical Analytical Delivery
Translate ambiguous or partially-scoped business and clinical questions into a concrete, buildable data plan, then build the underlying data model, code, and analysis on top of it
Develop and maintain analytical pipelines and reusable data assets using SQL, dbt, and Arcadia's core data platform (Foundry, AWS data lake environments)
For analytics-engine placements: serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one of Arcadia's productized analytics engines (e.g., risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care), owning it end-to-end while contributing to others
For engagements involving predictive or risk models: design and build the models, partnering with a dedicated Data Science team on training and validation — a consultative relationship, not a daily modeling partnership
Build dashboards, provider scorecards, registries,
self-service reporting tools, benchmarking views,
and other analytical deliverables (QuickSight and beyond) on top of that modeling work, as the engagement calls for it
Maintain the analytical integrity and quality of your work, flagging issues before they reach a customer or partner; for senior placements, oversee analytic quality standards and rigor across engagements more broadly, not just your own
Program and Project Management
Manage delivery — whether that's a single program's delivery calendar and decision log, or a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple customers — surfacing risks and tradeoffs before they become blocking issues
Create client-facing materials — status decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to a range of stakeholders, from highly technical counterparts to policy or business stakeholders with limited technical background
Delegate routine or repeatable work to junior analysts as your engagement grows, and help cross-train others for coverage
Lead cross-functional analytic initiatives that span multiple teams or engagements
Customer and Cross-Functional Partnership
Serve as a primary or supporting day-to-day contact for your engagement's customers or delivery partners, navigating scope and timeline conversations directly
Partner with Customer Management, Growth, Product,
Technical Operations,
and/or Engineering — depending on placement — on account strategy, product direction, or analytics roadmap; for analytics-engine placements, partner closely with product and engineering to deliver Arcadia's analytics roadmap and contribute directly to product innovation
Hold real authority at the boundaries where your work meets someone else's — able to require rework or hold a handoff that isn't ready (e.g., with a partner Data Science team), or push back on what's actually worth building with Customer Management, Growth, or Product
,
rather than defaulting to whatever's asked
Act as an internal thought leader on your area of expertise, contributing to Arcadia's broader analytics strategy and reusable methodology — and, for some placements, an external one, representing Arcadia's analytic capabilities at customer meetings, industry conferences, and in publications
Team Contribution
Mentor and develop junior analysts, building organizational capacity beyond your own individual delivery
Take ownership of your area's long-term health, not just its immediate delivery — a backlog/tech-debt log, a growing backup role on an account, or a roadmap for an analytics engine, depending on placement
Apply AI tooling as a standard part of your workflow — analysis, QA, documentation — not an occasional accelerant
Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and reusability in analytical delivery, and help build those improvements out
What You'll Bring
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise — able to translate ambiguous business or clinical requirements into a concrete data plan, then build the underlying code and analysis on top of it
Healthcare data experience — claims and/or clinical data, with value-based care familiarity
Direct customer- or partner-facing experience — comfortable scoping and presenting without close oversight
Comfortable adopting AI tooling as a standard part of an analytical workflow
For Lead-level placement: demonstrated experience leading analytical work independently, managing multiple stakeholders, and mentoring less experienced analysts
Note: our experience bar across these roles generally skews toward Lead-level expectations, even for some Senior Analyst placements — but not every skill listed here or below applies to every specific seat.
Would Love For You To Have
Experience with dbt-based analytics engine development (e.g., risk, medical economics, episodes-of-care) and partnering with product/engineering on roadmap
Dashboarding experience — QuickSight or a comparable BI tool
Enough quantitative/ML fluency to build models and hand them to a Data Science team for training
Experience with medical economics, risk algorithms, quality data, and/or episodes-of-care analytics
Statistical or biostatistics fluency — risk-adjustment, odds-ratio, or observed-to-expected benchmarking, etc.
Direct experience with clinical quality or accreditation registries
Prior experience with state Medicaid programs or similar large government health programs
Prior experience in a project-based/retainer delivery model spanning multiple customers, rather than a single dedicated account
Experience working within a prime contractor or partner structure on shared delivery
Experience presenting analytic capabilities externally — customer meetings, industry conferences, publications
Python for analysis and QA; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, Jira, and Confluence
Experience with data governance or data-product/monetization considerations
Note: this list spans skills relevant to several different roles across the Analytics organization — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process.
What You'll Get
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science
Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
The opportunity to:
Own real, high-stakes analytical work across some of Arcadia's most complex customer relationships and highest-visibility internal analytics products
Work across a genuinely varied set of problems — deep technical program ownership, versatile multi-account delivery, or company-wide analytics engines, depending on placement
Build models and analytical assets that directly shape care and coverage decisions for the members and patients they serve
Senior Analyst:
$125,000 – $145,000 a year
Lead Analyst:
$145,000 – $170,000 a year

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Delivery Manager at Tennr, you carry our strategic and enterprise deployments from kickoff to adoption: shipping efficiently, keeping every stakeholder oriented, and leaving customers fully enabled on our products. You will work directly with executives and operators, driving technical deliverables to completion and building conviction in Tennr across the customer organization, from the C-suite down to the hundreds of end users. You will train those users personally, hold both our team and the customer accountable to deadlines, and surface blockers early and loudly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage the timelines, issues, and risks for every deployment in your portfolio

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
Higgsfield AI is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to build and scale our global demand generation engine as we continue our rapid growth. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving pipeline creation across enterprise and self-serve motions — owning strategy and execution across digital channels, paid media, ABM, events, and partnerships, while overseeing our lifecycle marketing function to ensure a seamless journey from first touch through renewal and expansion.
You'll work closely with the head of B2B Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, and Revenue Operations in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, speed, and measurable business impact matter. You'll need to be equal parts strategist and operator: someone who sets the vision and is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute it.
What you'll do:
Own Pipeline Generation
- Develop and execute the demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline across enterprise and PLG motions.
- Build integrated campaigns spanning paid media, content, email, webinars, events, partnerships, and outbound support.
- Create scalable account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
- Optimize lead generation, conversion, and pipeline velocity across the entire funnel.
Scale Marketing Programs
- Launch and iterate campaigns quickly using data-driven experimentation.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product launches, customer stories, and industry trends into high-performing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and customer journeys across self-serve and enterprise audiences.
- Support field marketing initiatives, executive events, and industry conferences.
Measure & Optimize
- Define KPIs and build reporting around pipeline generation, attribution, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to improve lead routing, scoring, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Continuously test messaging, audiences, creative, and channels to maximize performance.
- Identify opportunities to automate and scale marketing operations.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales leadership to align campaigns with pipeline priorities and revenue goals.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive expansion and customer marketing initiatives.
- Help establish scalable demand generation processes as the company continues to grow globally.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing at a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
- Proven track record of building programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of enterprise marketing motions, ABM, and full-funnel demand generation.
- Experience managing paid acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, webinars, events, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring attribution, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
- Comfortable partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and executive leadership.
- Hands-on operator who enjoys building from scratch while thinking strategically.
- Experience with modern marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Clay, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $220,000 - $320,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
