About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, financing, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we’re licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we’re one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We’re well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You’ll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We’re scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that’s actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Position Summary
This is a senior originator seat owning Hex Trust’s institutional financing book. You will scale our lending book by sourcing both sides of the market: institutional borrowers (funds, market makers, prop desks, treasuries, corporates) and lenders (family offices, HNW, balance sheets, and institutional liquidity providers) and structuring the trades that connect them.
The role is P&L-accountable from day one: origination, structuring, pricing, and ongoing counterparty coverage. You will own the financing book end-to-end and work hand-in-hand with risk, legal, and product to build a scalable, capital-efficient lending business across digital assets.
We expect the person in this seat to grow the desk into a meaningful contributor to Hex Trust’s revenue mix and, over time, to build and lead a financing team underneath them.
Duties & Responsibilities
Originate and execute institutional crypto lending, borrowing, and financing transactions — collateralized loans, margin financing, repo-style structures, basis and yield-enhancement trades.
Build and scale the lending book: grow assets under loan, optimise utilisation, and expand the spread Hex Trust earns across the financing stack.
Develop and own borrower relationships across hedge funds, market makers, OTC desks, prop trading firms, miners, and corporate treasuries.
Work closely with the institutional sales team to strengthen relationships with existing clients and push/cross-sell financing products.
Structure, price, and negotiate commercial and credit terms in partnership with risk, credit, treasury, and legal; own term sheets through to execution.
Partner with risk and operations on counterparty onboarding, margining frameworks, collateral management, and exposure monitoring.
Maintain financing pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy; produce weekly pipeline, activity, and revenue reporting for management within Hex Trust.
Represent Hex Trust at industry conferences, client events, and on panels; act as a public face of the Hex Trust team
Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in institutional financing, securities lending, prime brokerage, repo, or crypto lending — at a bank, broker-dealer, prime broker, or crypto-native lender.
Proven track record originating and growing a lending book is required.
Existing network of institutional borrowers and lenders that can be activated from day one.
Deep understanding of collateralized lending mechanics: LTVs, margining, haircuts, liquidation, rehypothecation, tri-party structures, and credit risk — including hands-on familiarity with risk/collateral dashboards such as Haruko.
Strong commercial and structuring instincts; able to price risk, negotiate term sheets, and close complex transactions.
Credit-aware and risk-disciplined; comfortable working closely with risk, and legal on borrowing/lending decisions.
Crypto-native, or a TradFi financing professional with a demonstrated bridge into digital assets. Comfortable discussing custody, collateral segregation, on-chain settlement, and stablecoin mechanics.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus
Highly comfortable with AI tools (Claude or similar) and modern workflows; uses them to move faster on origination and analysis.
Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai onsite or 100% remote; full-time position.

Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Strategy Lead at OnePay, you'll act as a right hand to leadership - helping define where we should play and why. You'll spot where the industry is going, translate that into clear business and product priorities, and build the frameworks that guide what we build, buy, or partner for.
If you're someone who has strong instincts about the future of fintech and the ability to turn ambiguity into crisp strategic direction, this role is built for that.
You will:
- Spot where fintech, AI, and consumer behavior are headed - and turn that into concrete strategic bets and product priorities, and shape them into clear testable experiments
- Develop evaluation frameworks, build business cases / financial modeling, and define the prioritization criteria that determine what OnePay builds, buys, or partners for
- Create clear, compelling narratives for leadership, including board-level work
- Own competitive intelligence - synthesize trends, competitor moves and regulatory signals into strategic recommendations for the executive team
- Lead high visibility strategic initiatives end-to-end, including scoping, execution and measuremen, coordinating across cross functional teams
- Help position OnePay externally through industry POVs, research, and key conversations
- Use AI aggressively to move faster, think broader, and produce high-quality output
YOU BRING
- 7–10+ years of experience across consulting, product / corporate strategy, or venture capital; with at least 3-4 years in fintech, AI or consumer tech
- Consulting background (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar)
- Strong product intuition - you can evaluate ideas critically and frame clear go/no-go recommendations
- Experience advising on or defining strategy for 0→1 products - not necessarily building them
- A clear point of view on where fintech is going
- Excellent problem structuring and communication skills
- High ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, constantly changing environments
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

About the role
We’re looking for a Head of Risk to lead the Risk team and own Aave Labs’ risk-governance framework across its contributions to the Aave Protocol and its products. You’ll coordinate with external risk service providers, set and monitor risk parameters, and provide final internal Risk sign-off on collateral onboarding, material protocol-risk recommendations, and product or strategy launches and material changes. This is a leadership role that requires deep protocol knowledge, strong accountability, and the judgment to make high-stakes decisions.
You’ll lead the Risk team and work closely with embedded quantitative, product and engineering specialists, as well as external risk providers to ensure Aave’s risk posture remains best-in-class as the protocol scales into new markets and asset classes. Review whether product and engineering controls adequately implement approved risk requirements, with explicit ownership of gaps, exceptions and incident response
Establish standards for external risk providers and data dependencies, including methodology, independence, conflicts, data quality, performance and fallback arrangements
Own the governance, approval thresholds and escalation process for protocol-risk parameters; oversee monitoring and review material change recommendations
Approve and sign off on collateral onboarding decisions and risk assessments
Review liquidation performance and recommend improvements to liquidation mechanisms
Lead risk governance processes and present risk analyses to the DAO
Monitor market structure changes and their implications for protocol risk
Take accountability for the quality, independence and timeliness of Risk’s assessments, ensuring residual risks, decision owners and escalation paths are explicit and drive a culture of ownership within the team
Let’s connect if you have:
5+ years of experience in risk management, with a strong preference for DeFi or crypto-native experience
Proven experience leading and managing a risk team
Deep understanding of the Aave Protocol: its markets, governance, parameters, and risk dynamics

Experience governing risk for composable DeFi products or pooled strategies, including external protocol, liquidity, oracle, counterparty, execution and operational dependencies
Experience working with or managing external risk service providers
Strong sense of accountability and ownership. You take responsibility for outcomes and hold your team to the same standard
Excellent judgment under uncertainty. You’re comfortable making consequential decisions with imperfect information
Strong communication skills for governance proposals, risk reports, and stakeholder alignment
Nice to haves:
Previous experience working directly with DeFi governance processes
Background in traditional finance risk management (portfolio, credit, or market risk)
Familiarity with risk tooling and simulation platforms used in DeFi

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Remote (Europe only, from GMT to GMT+2 to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
HOW WE WORK
We move fast on hard problems in a nascent market with no set playbook: navigating uncertainty is part of the job. You'll be challenged: anyone can question work and decisions must be justified. We keep a high bar and match it with high support: we help each other unblock and share context openly, with low ego. More about our values: morpho.org/jobs http://morpho.org/jobs.
ROLE
The mission of this role is to build and own the backend systems that power Morpho's consumer-facing products: reliable, performant APIs and data pipelines that serve accurate financial data to users at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop backend features using TypeScript and Node to deliver clear product outcomes for the Morpho Consumer team.
- Design and evolve APIs (REST, GraphQL, …) and data models to expose accurate, secure financial data to the frontend with sub-second response times.
- Operate and improve PostgreSQL-backed data pipelines to ensure performance, reliability, and availability as transaction volumes grow.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and product to scope, ship, and iterate on end-to-end features across the Consumer product.
- Identify and implement architecture improvements: improving data processing, caching, and API layer design to simplify systems and reduce operational burden.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain a high-quality user experience.
- Write clear, concise documentation and async updates to keep stakeholders aligned across time zones.

LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
HOW WE WORK
We move fast on hard problems in a nascent market with no set playbook: navigating uncertainty is part of the job. You'll be challenged: anyone can question work and decisions must be justified. We keep a high bar and match it with high support: we help each other unblock and share context openly, with low ego. More about our values: morpho.org/jobs http://morpho.org/jobs.
ROLE
The mission of this role is to own the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of Morpho's product suite, spanning React frontends, GraphQL APIs, and on-chain data systems, ensuring the platform scales reliably as Morpho grows beyond $10B in TVL, while actively raising the technical bar across the engineering team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and own end-to-end delivery of DeFi products with billions in TVL, from React/Next.js frontends through GraphQL/REST APIs to blockchain data indexers, ensuring sub-second response times for users.
- Design and implement the API and SDK strategy enabling hundreds of integrators to build on Morpho's infrastructure, including versioning patterns, developer experience standards, and real-time streaming systems.
- Build and optimize high-performance data systems processing millions of on-chain events across 15+ blockchains, using intelligent caching and query optimization to maintain reliability at scale.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and establish coding standards that raise the technical capability of 5-10 engineers across product teams.
- Own observability and incident response across the stack, using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Sentry to ensure reliability for users and integrators.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

IN 1 YEAR
Owns technical architecture for an entire product vertical, with proven reliability and performance metrics. Recognized as the technical authority for fullstack architecture decisions across the organization.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 8-10+ years building fullstack applications at scale, with demonstrated impact on business metrics.
- Proven track record architecting high-availability systems handling millions of requests daily.
- Deep TypeScript expertise across client and server: React/Next.js, GraphQL (Apollo Server), Node.js, and typed contract interactions (viem).
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining on-chain data indexers (Ponder, Subsquid, or similar) and working knowledge of EVM event structures.

We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR. Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there.
About the role
🤓
Finance at SeQura has evolved to building the infrastructure that powers forward-looking, insight-driven decisions. We are looking for builders, not classic FP&A profiles: people who have worked hands-on with AI tools, structured real databases, understand the business deeply, and get energy from turning messy manual processes into clean, automated ones. If you are excited by the idea of building an AI-first finance data platform for forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision-making, this role is for you.
What challenges you'll be solving
🚀
Build the financial data backbone of SeQura.
Help design, build, and maintain the single source of financial truth across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics; the data layer that everything else relies on.
Build tools, not reports.
Use AI (Claude), automation, and our data stack to create the models, pipelines, and tools that replace manual work and make insight available in real time.
Proactively find and kill inefficiency.
Proactively hunt down slow, manual, or fragile processes and re-engineer them. Own the problem end to end from spotting it to shipping the fix that sticks.
Partner with the business.
Work as a true finance partner through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, but with the goal of building the systems that make this faster and sharper every cycle.
Move to continuous, driver-based planning.
Help shift to rolling, driver-based forecasts and dynamic scenario analysis, powered by the infrastructure you build.
Turn data into decisions.
Prepare Board-, leadership-, and investor-ready materials that turn complex data into clear recommendations and build the tooling that makes producing them near-automatic.
Raise the bar on the stack.
Drive adoption of our finance and analytics tools (AI, Abacum, BI, automation, anomaly detection) to improve scalability, reduce manual work, and increase trust in analytics. Proactively identifying opportunities to automate before being asked to do so.
Help build a real-time decision engine.
Contribute to a Strategic Finance function that runs on ownership, automation, and analytical rigor, not manual reporting.

23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops or seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.
Urban mobility by using your own bike with Kleta.
Free access to healthy, organic, and sustainable fruits.
Moreover, we offer a
Wellness Program
that embraces a holistic approach by covering 6 areas (occupational, physical, financial, emotional, social, and environmental consciousness). Each area will include various activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.
What you’ll need 🤝
Genuinely curious and relentless; someone who actively questions existing processes, experiments with new tools (including AI), and has a track record of finding better ways to do things without being asked. We're not looking for someone who waits for permission to improve.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a similarly analytical role in a high-growth fintech, SaaS, lending, or other complex environment.
Proven ability to build and run driver-based financial models across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics.
Strong bias for action, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure, decisions, and adopted solutions.
Systems thinker with strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear business insight.
Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, not just awareness, but genuine integration into how you work. Someone who has already replaced manual tasks with automation and who keeps looking for the next one.
Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with NetSuite, Abacum, and Embat is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
We kindly ask that you submit your
CV in English,
as it is the official language of our community.
