Director, Partner Growth & Strategy
Classification:
Exempt (Salaried)
Reports to:
SVP Business Development
Role Summary
inKind is looking for a Director of Partner Growth & Strategy to build the strategy, systems, technology, and playbooks that power our Account Management organization.
Our Account Managers own relationships with inKind's restaurant partners and play a critical commercial role—helping partners maximize their relationship with inKind, secure additional funding, add locations, renew, and grow over time. Account Managers report directly to our Regional Sales Managers, giving them strong day-to-day sales leadership, coaching, and support.
This role is designed to complement that structure.
The Director of Partner Growth & Strategy will not directly manage the Account Management team. Instead, this person will own
how Account Management works
: developing the processes, sales methodologies, technology, data, training, product improvements, and partner experiences that allow our Account Managers to become more effective and our restaurant partnerships to become more valuable over time.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of
Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Technology
.
The right person will approach Account Management not simply as a relationship-management function, but as a scalable growth engine. They will constantly ask:
What are our best Account Managers doing differently? How do we turn that into a repeatable process? What should we automate? What should we build? What data should trigger action? And how do we make every Account Manager better?
What You'll Own
Build the Account Management Operating System
Develop and continuously improve the processes, tools, and methodologies used across the Account Management organization.
Create repeatable playbooks for key partner growth motions, including:
Renewals
Additional funding
New and sister-location expansion
Partner referrals
Slow-redemption intervention
High-performing partner expansion
At-risk partner recovery
Adoption of new inKind products and offerings
Define the triggers, data, messaging, collateral, objection handling, workflows, and expected outcomes associated with each motion.
Identify what our highest-performing Account Managers do differently and turn those behaviors into repeatable practices across the organization.
Own the Partner Lifecycle
Design the ideal restaurant partner journey from initial funding through onboarding, activation, growth, additional funding, renewal, and expansion.
Determine which partner interactions should be relationship-driven, technology-enabled, or fully automated.
Build proactive, data-driven engagement strategies so Account Managers know
which partners need attention, why they need attention, and the highest-value action to take next.
Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to continuously reduce friction throughout the partner lifecycle.
Improve Account Management Sales Effectiveness
Build the sales methodology used by Account Managers to sell renewals, additional funding, additional locations, and other products.
Develop pitch frameworks, business reviews, partner-facing materials, objection-handling guides, and other tools that increase conversion.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify coaching opportunities and translate successful field tactics into organization-wide best practices.
Design training and certification programs that continually improve Account Manager commercial capabilities.
Develop structured experiments to test new messaging, offers, processes, and sales techniques—and scale what works.
Drive Technology & Automation
Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, and Operations teams to make Account Management increasingly technology-enabled and scalable.
Identify manual activities that can be automated or moved into self-service experiences.
Help develop systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks across the restaurant portfolio, including:
Partners eligible for additional funding
Upcoming renewal opportunities
Newly opened or missing locations
Changes in redemption or sales pacing
At-risk accounts
Expansion opportunities
Partners requiring intervention
Help define the vision for an Account Management "cockpit" that allows each AM to quickly understand where to focus their time and what action to take.
Help Shape the Partner Product
Serve as a structured voice of the restaurant partner within inKind.
Develop systems for capturing and categorizing partner feedback, objections, product requests, and operational friction.
Partner closely with Product leadership to translate restaurant feedback and Account Manager insights into actionable product opportunities.
Play a key role in shaping the continued development of the inKind Partner Portal and other restaurant-facing technology.
Use data to quantify partner friction and product opportunities rather than relying solely on anecdotal feedback.
Build the Measurement Framework
Develop the KPIs and reporting required to understand Account Management effectiveness and partner health.
Measure performance across areas such as:
Renewal rate
Incremental funding
Location expansion
Partner engagement
Funding eligibility and conversion
Credit pacing
Time from opportunity identification to close
Portfolio growth
Partner retention
Create visibility into performance across Account Managers, regions, partner segments, and lifecycle stages.
Use these insights to identify opportunities for improvement in people, process, product, and technology.
How You'll Work
This role will operate as the connective tissue between our Account Managers and the teams building the systems around them.
Regional Sales Managers will continue to own the day-to-day management, coaching, and commercial performance of Account Managers.
You will own the
system in which they operate
.
You will spend time with Account Managers understanding what happens in the field, with Sales leaders understanding what drives conversion, with Product understanding what we can build, with Operations understanding what we can automate, and with data identifying where the biggest opportunities exist.
Your job is to turn those insights into measurable improvements.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, we expect to see:
A clearly defined Account Management methodology and partner lifecycle
Repeatable playbooks for our major renewal and expansion motions
Better visibility into partner health and growth opportunities
Increased renewal and additional-funding conversion
Faster identification and pursuit of expansion opportunities
More consistent performance across Account Managers
Increased Account Manager capacity through automation and self-service
A stronger feedback loop between restaurant partners, Account Management, and Product
Meaningful improvements to our Partner Portal and internal Account Management technology
A culture of continuously testing, measuring, and improving how we grow existing restaurant partnerships
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines the commercial instincts of a sales leader with the systems thinking of a product or operations leader.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience building or scaling Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Partner Growth, or similar functions
Has a strong understanding of B2B sales and expansion motions
Is highly analytical and comfortable using data to diagnose problems and identify opportunities
Has experience developing sales processes, playbooks, and training
Understands CRM systems, sales automation, and workflow design
Has experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
Can translate frontline customer feedback into scalable product and process improvements
Is comfortable designing and running experiments
Has exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
Is equally comfortable talking to an Account Manager about objection handling and a Product Manager about workflow automation
Has a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, fintech, payments, marketplaces, SaaS, or other multi-location businesses is a plus.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are probably not someone who is satisfied simply managing an existing Account Management playbook.
You want to build a better one.
When one Account Manager significantly outperforms another, you want to understand
why
.
When Account Managers repeatedly perform the same manual task, you want to understand
why it isn't automated
.
When restaurant partners repeatedly raise the same objection, you want to understand whether we should
change the pitch, change the process, or change the product
.
And when something works, you want to figure out how to make it work across the entire organization.
This is an opportunity to build the infrastructure behind a rapidly growing restaurant partner network and help define how inKind manages, grows, and serves those partnerships at scale.
Who we are:
inKind connects passionate diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. inKind partners with thousands of restaurants and has millions of users who want to discover great places, dine confidently, and earn meaningful rewards.
Through the inKind app, guests earn 20% back every time they dine, turning everyday meals into something more rewarding. Your race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, veteran status, or any other protected category have no bearing on our hiring decisions.
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that inKind Cards, Inc. may share the information you provide with trusted third-party service providers, including fraud detection and application processing partners, to evaluate your application and ensure the integrity of our hiring process. Your information will be handled in accordance with our

adjoe is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven track record owning a regional event program end to end. You come from a senior event/field marketing background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment. You have owned a full regional program, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes, rather than executing against someone else's plan. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, US, you will build the US event strategy together with leadership and lead its hands-on execution, ensuring events drive business growth and strengthen adjoe's brand positioning in the market.
- Events are a pipeline engine, and you own that outcome. This role is pivotal in driving meaningful pipeline across both of adjoe's lines of business: supply, where app publishers monetize and scale with Playtime and Arcade, and demand, where advertisers grow with adjoe Ads. You align regularly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure events ladder up to strategic priorities, and you track performance and follow up with internal teams so that pipeline and lead goals are genuinely owned and delivered rather than assumed.
- You lead execution across a range of event types and audiences. You build and evolve the US event roadmap in close collaboration with leadership, choosing the right formats, audiences, and channels to drive measurable results. That spans industry trade shows and conferences where adjoe needs presence and share of voice, owned events that put our brand and perspective at the center, and executive hospitality events built to move specific accounts and relationships forward. You ensure flawless execution across all of them, from logistics and branding to experience design and post-event impact reporting, and you are as comfortable running the floor plan as you are presenting the roadmap to leadership.
- You negotiate and build partnerships with confidence. You serve as the primary point of contact for key conference and co-marketing partnerships, managing negotiations, sponsorship agreements, and long-term opportunities as the owner of those relationships. You manage and optimize the US events budget, making high-impact decisions on where and how to invest for maximum ROI. Externally, you act as a senior voice for the brand, building lasting relationships with conference organizers, local networks, and industry peers that compound in value year over year.
- You are metrics-driven and turn data into action. You set success criteria before an event and track ROI across the full lifecycle, evaluating performance rather than activity. You use what the numbers tell you to reallocate spend, retire formats that don't return, and independently optimize processes and results without waiting to be asked.
- You think in systems. You build scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows that improve event quality, efficiency, and attendee experience across teams and regions. You manage complex projects and relationships calmly when timelines are tight or priorities shift, you communicate strategy and expectations clearly across functions, and you lead with ownership and clarity, making things happen and keeping stakeholders informed as you go.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
At adjoe, we’re designing the organization behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile. The initiatives you build, the talent you develop, and the culture you shape will directly influence how adjoe scales globally.
- Go Big. Own programs that have real impact on how 250+ people across 7 offices join, grow, and perform.
- Move Fast. Operate in a high-velocity environment where you design, test, and iterate on people programs with the same mindset as a product team.
- Be Direct. Work in a culture where feedback is honest, collaboration is real, and your ideas get heard.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
Niger submitted a request to Gavi for support in optimizing Cold Chain Equipment (CCEOP). This submission includes a renewal and equipment allocation plan at the operational level over five years, from 2017 to 2021.
With UNICEF’s support, Niger updated the inventory of cold chain equipment in May 2017. The update revealed gaps in geographic coverage, storage capacity, and conservation capacity both at district levels and service delivery points, including Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and health posts (HP). The platform will enable the country to improve its supply chain and cold chain by increasing coverage with certified refrigerators and contribute to efforts to strengthen vaccination coverage and equity.
The Directorate of Immunization (DI) is responsible for implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) across its five components. DI must guarantee the supply and quality of vaccines up to the last mile of the supply chain, to ensure continuity of vaccination services. Vaccines are biological products requiring the availability and functionality of cold chain equipment (CCE) to ensure their effectiveness. Niger has adopted a policy promoting the use of new technologies, including solar-powered refrigerators, refrigerators with cooling jackets, and freezers for which this CCEOP support request was submitted to Gavi in October 2016.
The updated inventory documented that at the service delivery level, 3,767 structures were recorded, including 1,361 Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and 2,409 other service delivery structures (health posts, clinics, and hospitals) that provide vaccination services. Among these structures, 2,491 (66%) have equipment, including 1,322 CSIs (35%) and 1,169 other structures (31%). Furthermore, a total of 1,279 structures (34%) has no cold chain equipment (refrigerator), including 39 CSIs (1%) and 1,240 other structures (33%).
Of the total 4,046 cold chain equipment units:
2,899 (72%) are solar refrigerators,
950 (23%) are electric
197 (5%) are gas-powered.
Among these, 279 units (7%) must be discarded due to obsolescence or irreparable complex failures.

Country Manager South Korea - Luxury Customer Experience
for our Seoul office.
About CXG:
Founded in 2006, CXG is a global customer experience company uniquely positioned at the intersection of data-driven retail performance, customer experience transformation, and operational execution across 200+ luxury brands worldwide.
The mission of our 270 collaborators is to help brands transform customer and employee experiences through tailored insights, strategy, and implementation.
We are passionate about delivering impacts.
Our clients include the world’s most admired luxury houses, and our solutions combine research, technology, and human expertise to elevate every customer interaction.
Role Overview:
As Country Manager for South Korea, you will be the senior local leader and will hold full accountability for the country’s P&L, commercial growth, client satisfaction, team performance, operational execution, and the quality and profitability of locally delivered projects.
Reporting to our CXG Chief Customer Officer, you will act as the main point of contact for all local matters and will have authority over a team of five people.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to work closely with clients, local teams and our global teams, personally drive business development, make day-to-day operational decisions, and intervene directly when commercial or delivery performance requires support.
You will lead the South Korea team across Customer Success and Operations (in partnership with the Chief of Operational Excellence), ensuring clear priorities, effective collaboration, appropriate resourcing, and consistent execution.
What you will be doing:
1. Country Leadership, Team Management and Accountability
Lead the South Korea team with energy, clarity, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership.
Set clear responsibilities and decision-making authority across the local organization, while remaining close enough to the business to identify issues early and remove obstacles quickly.
Manage, coach, empower, and hold local team members accountable for their scope of work, and promote a consultative, solution-oriented and commercially proactive mindset.
Set clear individual and collective objectives, with a particular focus on client growth, project quality, operational excellence, profitability, and execution discipline.

Own the full P&L of the South Korea business, with clear accountability for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, cash collection, forecasting, and overall profitability.
Personally lead an ambitious and hands-on business development strategy, actively originating, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities rather than relying primarily on regionally or globally generated leads.
Develop and maintain a strong network of senior decision-makers in South Korea and establish CXG as a trusted strategic partner to both Korean and international brands.
Activate and expand local opportunities with international brands for which CXG already holds regional or global relationships, building the local trust and executive engagement required to generate additional business.
Identify and win new logos, including Korean premium and luxury brands, international brands operating in South Korea, and companies within CXG’s priority industries.
Develop CXG’s presence in priority sectors in South Korea, including luxury and premium retail, automotive, hospitality, and other relevant client ecosystems.
Build a healthy and diversified pipeline combining growth from existing accounts, new logos, new solutions, cross-practice opportunities, and multi-year engagements.
Balance short-term revenue generation with the development of sustainable, profitable client relationships and a strong long-term position for CXG in South Korea.
Establish clear local ownership of business development, ensuring that Customer Success Managers proactively generate qualified opportunities and expand their accounts.
Set and monitor clear commercial objectives and performance indicators for the local team, with named ownership and disciplined follow-up for each opportunity.
Track market performance and provide clear, consistent reporting to the Chief Customer Officer and other relevant global stakeholders.
Lead the annual budgeting and regular reforecasting processes, take corrective action when results deviate from plan, and ensure financial decisions support both growth and profitability.
Maintain a disciplined and transparent pipeline, with reliable forecasting, clear ownership of opportunities, realistic probabilities, and consistent follow-up through to conversion.
3. Project Delivery and Quality
Own the quality, timeliness, scope, and profitability of all locally delivered projects, ensuring that commitments made to clients are realistic and consistently met.
Oversee delivery governance, including project reviews, resource planning, quality controls, margin monitoring, risk identification, and clear escalation paths.
Review the performance of key or at-risk projects, challenge delivery plans when required, and intervene directly to resolve issues affecting quality, deadlines, client satisfaction, or profitability.
Act as the senior local escalation point for clients and ensure that concerns are addressed quickly, transparently, and with clear ownership.
Guide the team in designing impactful client solutions by leveraging CXG’s full range of practices, methodologies, data, and expertise.
Ensure that Customer Experience Evaluation and other measurement solutions provide a strong foundation for client relationships while systematically identifying opportunities to broaden and deepen those relationships.
Ensure that proposals and client conversations clearly articulate CXG’s differentiation: deep luxury and premium expertise, a global delivery model, proprietary experience data and benchmarks, an integrated view of customer and employee experience, and in-house teams in each market.
Promote CXG’s thought leadership, reputation, and visibility in the South Korean market.
Deliver impactful client presentations and ensure the team communicates with clear content, a confident and professional presence, and an engaging tone of voice.
4. Operational Governance and Office Management
Coordinate closely with regional and global Operations teams to ensure operational excellence, appropriate capacity, and effective development and engagement of the local evaluator community.
Oversee the overall management of the South Korea office and key administrative processes, including receivables, supplier and vendor coordination, office maintenance, and the timely payment of local bills and services.

Demonstrated accountability for a P&L, including revenue growth, margin management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and corrective action.
A strong track record of personally originating, developing, and winning new B2B business in South Korea, supported by a relevant network of senior local decision-makers.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high standards of client service, project delivery, quality, and operational execution.
Deep understanding of the premium and luxury market and the business dynamics shaping client priorities.
Strong knowledge of the South Korean market, business culture, and local client expectations.
An established network within the luxury, premium retail, automotive, hospitality, consulting, or other relevant B2B sectors in South Korea.
Proven success in performance management, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.
Strong financial, commercial, operational, and strategic acumen.
A hands-on, resilient, and entrepreneurial leadership style, with the ability and willingness to move between strategy, sales, client management, project oversight, and operational problem-solving.
Effective and polished presentation skills, with a persuasive, diplomatic, and engaging communication style.
A strong consulting mindset, sound judgement, and the ability to make decisions and remain accountable for their commercial, operational, and people impact.
Why join us?
This is a strong opportunity for a driven and business-savvy leader to take full ownership of a country operation while remaining close to clients, teams, projects, and the market.

Role Summary

Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships
to lead the strategy, orchestration, execution, and overall outcomes of some of the company's most important strategic partnerships.
This is a senior leadership role operating at the intersection of
business strategy, product, technology, financial services, operations, and go-to-market execution
. You will work closely with executive leadership and senior external partners to translate complex partnership opportunities into scalable programs that deliver measurable commercial and customer impact.
You will own the partnership operating model from strategic alignment and solution design through implementation, launch, adoption, optimization, and expansion. This includes establishing governance, aligning executive stakeholders, driving cross-functional accountability, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring that partnerships deliver against their strategic and financial objectives.
This is not a traditional partnership-management or program-management position. The Senior Director will be expected to understand the underlying economics and strategic value of each partnership, influence product and commercial strategy, challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions across teams without relying on direct authority.
You will bring structure to complexity while maintaining the speed and entrepreneurial mindset required in a rapidly scaling organization.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Partnership Leadership
Own the strategy, operating model, and overall execution of major strategic partnerships from initial planning through launch, optimization, and expansion.
Translate executive commitments, commercial objectives, and partnership agreements into actionable strategies, roadmaps, workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
Serve as a senior relationship leader for key external partners, building trusted relationships with executives and functional leaders.
Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business model, strategic priorities, customer proposition, organizational structure, and decision-making processes.
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships into new products, customer experiences, channels, markets, or commercial models.
Ensure partnership activity remains aligned with inKind's broader company, product, consumer, restaurant, and growth strategies.
Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the central strategic connector across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Operations, Support, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security.
Establish clear ownership and accountability across complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations.
Create executive governance structures that enable fast decision-making, transparent escalation, and clear accountability.
Lead executive steering meetings, strategic reviews, partnership planning sessions, and critical decision forums.
Surface competing priorities, organizational constraints, and strategic tradeoffs early and drive stakeholders toward clear decisions.
Influence senior leaders across inKind and partner organizations without requiring direct reporting authority.
Partnership Strategy & Commercial Performance
Develop a comprehensive understanding of partnership economics, contractual commitments, strategic value, customer outcomes, and long-term growth potential.
Partner with Finance, Data, Product, Marketing, and commercial leadership to establish clear business cases and success measures.
Define and track KPIs across areas such as customer acquisition, activation, engagement, transaction volume, revenue, restaurant impact, retention, and partnership ROI.
Evaluate performance against business cases and identify opportunities to improve economics, adoption, customer experience, and strategic value.
Identify new opportunities within existing relationships and help develop proposals for partnership expansion.
Provide executive leadership with clear recommendations regarding investment, prioritization, resource allocation, and future partnership opportunities.
Product, Technology & Integration Strategy
Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to translate partnership objectives into scalable product and technical strategies.
Ensure external commitments are appropriately balanced against product priorities, technical architecture, scalability, and long-term platform strategy.
Provide senior-level coordination across integrations, APIs, data flows, customer experiences, security requirements, testing, and release planning.
Facilitate decisions when commercial objectives, customer requirements, technical constraints, or partner expectations compete.
Ensure privacy, security, regulatory, compliance, and data requirements are incorporated into partnership strategy from the outset.
Help identify opportunities to build reusable capabilities rather than one-off solutions as the strategic-partnership portfolio grows.
Go-to-Market, Launch & Organizational Readiness
Oversee integrated go-to-market strategies spanning positioning, customer communications, channels, partner enablement, internal training, launch activities, and ongoing engagement.
Ensure partner and inKind teams are aligned on target audiences, customer journeys, offer mechanics, messaging, launch timing, operational readiness, and measures of success.
Establish clear launch-readiness standards across product, technology, operations, customer support, marketing, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
Ensure organizational dependencies and readiness risks are identified and addressed before major launches or milestones.
Lead post-launch executive reviews and ensure performance insights translate into prioritized improvements.

Governance, Risk & Decision-Making
Establish governance frameworks appropriate for complex, high-value partnerships.
Maintain executive visibility into major risks, dependencies, decisions, commercial implications, and strategic opportunities.
Proactively identify operational, technical, financial, contractual, compliance, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Ensure material issues are escalated early with clear context, options, implications, and recommended paths forward.
Drive disciplined decision-making around changes in scope, investment, timing, requirements, and ownership.
Build relationships that allow difficult conversations and competing priorities to be resolved constructively and quickly.
Building the Strategic Partnerships Capability
Help define how inKind evaluates, launches, governs, and scales strategic partnerships as the organization grows.
Build repeatable frameworks, operating models, governance structures, and performance measurement approaches.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness across partnership development and execution.
Establish standards for partnership planning, executive reporting, launch readiness, performance reviews, and retrospectives.
Mentor and develop program, partnership, and cross-functional leaders involved in strategic initiatives.
Help determine future organizational and capability needs as the strategic-partnership portfolio expands.

A strong communicator:
You can simplify complex information into clear decisions, recommendations, and actions.

Strong commercial acumen with experience understanding business models, partnership economics, financial implications, and ROI.
Experience establishing governance models and influencing senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Strong understanding of product development, technical integrations, data flows, APIs, launch readiness, and operational dependencies.
Demonstrated ability to translate data and performance metrics into executive-level recommendations and business decisions.

Successfully led major partnership launches or milestones against defined customer, commercial, technical, and operational outcomes.
Established executive-level reporting that provides clear visibility into performance, economics, risks, opportunities, and required decisions.
Demonstrated measurable progress against adoption, engagement, revenue, customer, restaurant, and strategic objectives.

Built repeatable frameworks that make future strategic partnerships faster and more scalable to execute.
