ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Accounting Automation Engineer to replace manual accounting work across a multi-entity, multi-country enterprise, using Claude Code and agentic AI.
You will use Claude Code and agentic AI, plus Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, to automate accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close and the wider day-to-day accounting operation. You need strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge to get the numbers right, because an automation that posts wrong entries is worse than no automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The goal is to automate the repeatable core of enterprise accounting, with human review kept only where judgment is needed.
Accounts payable
- Invoice capture and data extraction from PDFs and email, using AI where useful
- Vendor matching, coding suggestions, and 2-way/3-way PO matching
- Duplicate invoice detection and approval routing
- Payment run preparation and vendor statement reconciliation
Accounts receivable
- Invoice generation and delivery
- Cash application and bank receipt matching
- Aging reports, dunning and collections reminders
- Credit note handling and bad debt/ECL provision support
Reconciliations
- Bank and card reconciliations across all accounts and currencies
- Balance sheet account reconciliations (prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, fixed assets)
- Intercompany and subledger-to-GL reconciliations
- Exception reports that flag only the items a human needs to review
Month-end close
- Close checklist tracking and scheduled reminders
- Recurring, accrual, prepayment and amortization journals
- Depreciation runs and FX revaluation
- Trial balance checks, flux/variance analysis, and draft commentary
- Management reporting packs
General accounting operations
- Expense report and employee reimbursement checks
- Chart of accounts and master data hygiene
- Audit support: evidence collection, PBC lists, sample extraction
- Data pipelines between ERP, banks, payment platforms and spreadsheets
QUALIFICATIONS
Two things matter most, and we weigh them above everything else:
1. Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
2. Real experience with AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, backed by solid engineering basics
We accept two paths: an accountant who learned to code, or an engineer who learned accounting. Both are judged on the same practical test.
- Hands-on experience building automations with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (either is fine)
- Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, with solid engineering basics, shipping working scripts and agents
- Ability to run local scripts and schedule jobs (cron, task schedulers or CI pipelines)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, shown by ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent, or by several years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with core processes: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end close
- Comfort working with APIs and MCP servers, CSV/Excel data and basic SQL
- Care for accuracy, controls and audit trails
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments, including intercompany and consolidation
- Experience reconciling payment processor statements across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
- Experience with shared cost services that invoice group companies, including complex expense splits and automated invoice generation
- Experience with an ERP and its API (which ERP does not matter)
- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, including tool use and MCP servers
- Knowledge of VAT/GST and e-invoicing rules in several jurisdictions
- Experience with Git, testing and basic cloud deployment
- Prior experience in a finance transformation or accounting operations team
- Additional languages, where our entities operate in non-English markets
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Here are our
Company Values
and we’d love to have individuals who can be a culture add to our team!
Grow With Us
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing Robotics Data Collections team. This role will keep the footage flowing, from a stuck upload at a capture site to the dashboard screen the operations team reads every morning.
Your users are real people a few metres away: the operators and contributors recording every day. When something breaks, it's their hours, their pay, and their patience on the line, and this role exists to care about that deeply. You'll see your users face to face at capture sites, hear them in the support channels, and build with them in mind.
Every day, capture sites record hours of footage that must land safely in the cloud. When it doesn't (a stuck upload, an unreadable card, an app refusing to finish, hours that don't add up), you are the engineer who finds out why, unblocks it without losing data, and then improves the software so it explains itself next time. The work spans every surface the operation touches: a desktop app site staff use to offload and upload footage, a phone app contributors record with, web dashboards and reports, and the physical devices themselves. You'll build on some of these surfaces and debug on all of them.
You are also the engineering voice site staff hear every day. Our operations run on Slack, across time zones. Operators post a screenshot of an error and ask what it means and what to press next. The core engineering team wakes up hours later and reads what you wrote to understand what happened in the field. This role lives in that conversation, translating between confused screenshots and root causes, in both directions.
This is an AI-first job. The operation is scaling faster than any team could answer tickets one at a time, so we don't. You'll use AI agents as a daily multiplier: to write diagnostics while you're still reading the error, to investigate many stuck uploads at once, to draft the guide while you fix the cause.
This role will start as a contractor position, with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time role after three months, depending on business needs and performance.
What it's like
Small, fast-moving team; your work shows up in the operation the same week.
A mix of support conversations, focused software days, and field days at capture sites.
AI agents are a first-class part of how the whole team works. You'll work directly with the
Day In The Life
Product engineering (40%)
Build features in the desktop and mobile apps.
Ship improvements to the desktop app site staff run every day (offloading cards, uploading, seeing what landed) and the phone app contributors record with: better flows, clearer states, fewer ways to get stuck.
Build the dashboards and reports the operation runs on.
Hours and progress reports, upload accounting, status screens: make the numbers trustworthy and the words on screen say what's actually happening.
Write software every week, with AI as your leverage,
across the desktop app (Electron), the phone app (React Native), web dashboards (React/TypeScript), and Python services and tooling. You'll routinely have AI agents write and iterate on diagnostics, tests, and features with you.
Field support & debugging (35%)
Run the daily support loop.
Be the first responder in our support channels when site staff hit upload, app, or device problems; answer in plain language, unblock them fast, and follow through until it's resolved, not just explained.
Diagnose and unblock the upload path.
When footage is stuck between a capture card and the cloud, trace where and why (device, card, app, network, cloud), get it moving again safely, and make sure nothing is lost or double-counted along the way.
Scaling the operation (15%)
Solve classes of problems, not instances.
Every question the ops team has to ask an engineer twice is a gap; turn recurring ones into self-serve screens, clearer error messages, AI-powered diagnostics, and guides operators reuse. Your goal is that the operation can grow without support growing with it.
Devices & hardware (10%)
Be hands-on with devices when the problem is physical.
Use AI-written tests to check why a camera or battery isn't behaving, open a device to inspect it, and swap parts like cameras and buttons. No soldering. You'll also help put beta hardware in operators' hands and report what breaks.
Who You Are
Deep care for the user.
The operators and contributors using what you build are people you'll know by name; their lost hour bothers you until it's found, and "works on my machine" isn't done.
Flexible, fast, and scrappy.
You'd rather ship a working fix today and improve it tomorrow than design the perfect one next week; you're comfortable when this month's job looks different from last month's.
A willing debugger and problem-solver.
You can follow data through a pipeline with many stages, form hypotheses, write quick tests (with AI's help), and follow the evidence rather than guessing, wherever the problem lives.
AI-leverage mindset.
You already use AI tools well and they multiply you; when problems repeat, your instinct is to build something that solves the whole class rather than working through them one by one. You treat the challenges of a scaling team and operation as the fun part, not the fine print.
Strong communicator, concretely.
With site operators and contributors, you answer "what does this error mean?" with what it means and what to press right now, in plain words, and you write step-by-step guides a non-technical person can follow on the first try. With the operations team and core engineers, you write down what you saw and tried, pick up a thread someone left overnight, ask good questions, and keep a problem moving across time zones until it's solved.
A collaborator across teams.
You stay patient on the fifth "it's still not working," and people finish a conversation with you knowing exactly what to do next.
Care for data integrity.
In our world, a lost or double-counted recording is someone's unpaid hours; you treat that seriously.
Self-directed.
You'll often be the only engineer on site, supported by a remote team in other time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid software fundamentals: working Python, comfort in Linux (services, logs, networking), and the ability to build app UIs
Strength in at least one of web (React/TypeScript), desktop (Electron), or mobile (React Native), and the willingness to become productive across all three and debug anything
Daily, effective use of AI coding tools and agents
Clear written English for remote, asynchronous work
Located in Metro Manila, and able to travel to capture locations regularly
Nice To Have
Experience shipping Electron or React Native apps to real users
Experience in a support-adjacent engineering role: field engineering, solutions engineering, IT for operations teams
Hardware tinkering: Raspberry Pi and single-board computers, cameras, taking devices apart; 3D printing for jigs and mounts
Familiarity with cloud storage, upload pipelines, SQL/Postgres, or fleet/IoT management

Join Twilio as a Program Manager, Carrier Operations & Governance — a tech-forward business analyst and program manager within a brand-new function built from the ground up to reshape how Twilio manages, governs, and optimizes its global telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem.
About the job
This isn't a role that inherits an existing playbook — it's a role that writes one. Twilio is building a highly visible, cross-functional operations & governance team dedicated to optimizing its telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem. Reporting into leadership that maintains regular cadences with Twilio's CEO, CFO, CRO, and Audit Committee, you will serve as the primary owner of critical end-to-end improvements spanning multiple areas of the business, and build internal operating models that unlock new levels of operational maturity and rigor.
In this role, you will bring together, understand, and implement the policies, processes, systems, tools, and controls necessary to build a world-class operating environment. You will own the creation and stand-up of the team operating model, cadences, and runbooks while taking direct ownership of the team's internal Run-the-Business (RTB) engine.
If you thrive in high-visibility environments, love designing systems from first principles, and want to own program execution end-to-end, this opportunity is built for you.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead program execution across four core pillars:
Cross-Functional Governance & Leadership
Drive Visible Governance Programs:
Serve as the core Program Manager for a highly visible, cross-functional governance initiative spanning multiple areas of the business - including building and operationalizing programs from diagnosis, design, implementation, and change management
Maintain Executive Visibility:
Package and present operational narratives, risks, and performance metrics to cross-functional leadership, feeding into C-suite and Audit Committee reviews.
Implement Core Infrastructure:
Lead end-to-end process improvements across carrier operations — understanding, synthesizing, and deploying cohesive policies, workflows, systems/tools, and data-driven controls.
Operating Model, Enablement & Team Infrastructure
Build Team Foundations:
Design and stand up the new Carrier Operations & Governance operating model, operational cadences, and internal team structures.
Author Runbooks & Standards:
Author, maintain, and roll out standard operational runbooks, supply policies, and Rules of Engagement (ROEs) for internal stakeholders and carrier partners.
Design Enablement & Change Management:
Design and create comprehensive enablement programs, training materials, and frameworks to accelerate organizational transformation — actively shifting teams from relationship- and assumption-driven decision-making to a rigorously governed, data-informed operating model.
Insights & Reporting
Business Intelligence:
Leverage quantitative research, machine learning models, performance monitoring, and scalable data foundations that enable fast, economically sound insights.
Data & Reporting Quality:
Execute analytical requests from IRSG, Legal, Finance, and GTM stakeholders, delivering accurate data pulls, ad-hoc analyses, and structured summaries. Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting pipelines.
Design Enablement & Change Management:
Design and create comprehensive enablement programs, training materials, and frameworks to accelerate organizational transformation — actively shifting teams from relationship- and assumption-driven decision-making to a rigorously governed, data-informed operating model.
Drive Team RTB Engine:
Own and manage the day-to-day Run-the-Business (RTB) cadence at the team level, ensuring operational momentum and accountability.
Facilitate Operational Rhythms:
Facilitate regular operational forums, including team OKR tracking, and deal approval workflows.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar.
We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage.
You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win.
This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the vertical portfolio strategy. Build the business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order that determine where Ramp invests and where it does not.
- Own the vertical business number. Define the scorecard for each priority vertical: pipeline, win rate, attach, workflow adoption, product activation, channel performance, and customer proof.
- Become the market expert. Understand the financial workflows, buying dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology ecosystems, and competitive landscape of each priority industry.
- Influence the product roadmap. Translate market evidence into clear product requirements and help Product distinguish table stakes from differentiators.
- Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives. Package Ramp's cards, expenses, accounts payable, procurement, banking, treasury, travel, and accounting automation around the jobs each vertical needs to get done.
- Own GTM strategy end to end. Define the ICP, audience, positioning, claims, proof, channel strategy, launch plan, sales motion, and adoption plan for each priority vertical.
- Lead market-facing programs. Represent Ramp in the industry through webinars, customer sessions, partner moments, field events, advisory groups, and executive conversations where domain credibility matters.
- Make Sales better at winning. Build workflow-based pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, competitive guidance, and demos that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of Ramp products.
- Run the operating cadence. Bring Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance into one readout: what is moving, what is stuck, what we learned, and what changes next.
- Build the customer and partner feedback loop. Develop trusted relationships with finance leaders, operators, ERP and implementation partners, associations, and sellers closest to the market.
- Create the verticalization playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking a vertical from market signal to product requirements, GTM package, measurable growth motion, and scaled investment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, growth, sales strategy, or another strategic GTM function, including significant ownership of product or industry outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for a specific industry or workflow-heavy market. You should arrive with a strong point of view on verticalization.
- Deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Construction or A&E software, accounting and ERP workflows, nonprofits, public sector, procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, competitive, market, and funnel evidence.
- Experience owning integrated B2B campaigns from audience definition and brief through execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong data literacy. You can interpret pipeline, conversion, win rate, attach, adoption, and channel performance and turn the findings into a decision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a business case for executives, a product narrative for the market, and a sales play that works in a customer meeting.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a vertical SaaS company serving construction, accounting, nonprofits, government, or another operationally complex industry.
- Direct experience with construction ERPs or accounting platforms such as Sage, Trimble, Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
- Experience marketing a multi-product platform rather than a single point solution.
- Existing relationships with finance leaders, industry operators, implementation partners, associations, or technology partners in a priority vertical.
- Experience building a new PMM or industry-marketing function from the ground up.

Reports To:
Pod Lead
What Is a Pod?
inKind operates through Pods: small, autonomous teams that own a business outcome from idea to impact.
Pods bring together Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Growth, and commercial expertise to find opportunities, build solutions, launch quickly, and measure results.
There are no traditional handoffs. The Pod owns the outcome.
Examples of problems a Pod might own include:
Increasing active users, engagement, and retention
Improving restaurant discovery and personalization
Helping restaurant partners acquire customers and grow revenue
Improving restaurant onboarding and activation
Building new AI-powered experiences
Testing new products, incentives, and growth opportunities
The Role
This is not a traditional Product Manager role.
We're looking for builders and operators who can work across Product, Engineering, Data, Growth, AI, and commercial strategy.
You'll identify opportunities, get into the data, shape solutions, work directly with engineers, launch products, and determine whether they actually worked.
You're not here to manage a backlog. You're here to solve important problems.
What We're Looking For
We want people with experience across several of these areas:
Product:
Finding problems, shaping solutions, and shipping products.
0 → 1:
Taking ideas from ambiguity to launch.
Technical:
Working deeply with Engineering and understanding technical tradeoffs.
Data:
Using data to find opportunities, make decisions, and measure impact.
Growth:
Acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and experimentation.
Commercial:
Understanding revenue, ROI, unit economics, and business models.
B2C + B2B:
Understanding both consumer behavior and business/partner needs.
AI:
Using AI to prototype, automate, analyze, and build faster.
You don't need to be an expert in everything. But traditional PM experience alone isn't enough.
What You'll Do
Own a Pod objective and take responsibility for moving the metrics behind it.
Turn broad business problems into clear priorities and executable plans.
Decide what matters most and keep the Pod focused on the highest-impact work.
Bring the right people together and drive decisions when there isn't an obvious answer.
Spot blockers, risks, and opportunities early—and do something about them.
Challenge assumptions and push the team toward simpler, faster solutions.
Stay close to customers and partners to understand what actually needs solving.
Measure what happens after launch and determine what to scale, change, or stop.
Step outside your functional lane when that's what the outcome requires.
Create momentum and own the result.
Why inKind?
You'll operate across Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Growth, B2C, B2B, and commercial strategy with unusually broad ownership.
We're looking for people who want to build, experiment, understand the whole business, and own measurable results.
