We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ROLE SUMMARY
As our Account Executive for the Nordics Public Sector, based in Sweden, you will be instrumental in shaping Mistral AI's adoption across government, healthcare, education, and other public-sector institutions throughout Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
You will own the full deal cycle end-to-end — from strategic prospecting and the first intro call through to closing, deployment, and expansion — working in close partnership with our dedicated implementation specialists, technical and legal teams.
This is a unique opportunity to bring sovereign, high-performance, and cost-efficient AI to the institutions that shape everyday life in the Nordics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Territory & lead development
- Own the Nordics public-sector territory and build a multi-year, account-based plan covering central and local government, agencies, healthcare, and higher education across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
- Drive strategic outbound and qualified inbound outreach to public-sector buyers and the consultancies/integrators that influence their decisions.
- Convert inbound demand where upselling, framework agreements, or bespoke contracts can be achieved.
Public-sector procurement & value validation
- Guide customers through Proof of Concept (POC) phases, ensuring a smooth and successful evaluation, including alignment with security, compliance, and sovereignty requirements typical of Nordic public tenders.
- Navigate procurement frameworks and translate successful POCs into long-term, revenue-generating framework or call-off agreements.
- Translate Mistral's value proposition into public-sector outcomes: efficiency, transparency, cost control, language coverage, data residency and ethical AI.
Deal management & closing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert leads into valued, long-term public-sector customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for all external stakeholders — coordinating customer engineering, product, commercial, procurement and C-level stakeholders on both operational and executive levels.
- Lead customer negotiation end-to-end, in partnership with our legal and implementation specialist teams, including framework contracts, data-processing agreements and public-sector compliance requirements.
Executive engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and Director-level executives across government agencies, regions/municipalities, hospitals, and universities — as well as heads of innovation, AI and digitalization.
- Understand their specific policy, regulatory, and operational challenges, and position Mistral's platform as an integral part of their strategic digitalization and AI initiatives.
Technical aptitude
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical intricacies of our products and articulate their value to both technical and non-technical public-sector audiences.
- Work side-by-side with our implementation team to ensure customer questions, concerns, and challenges are handled during pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment — including reference architectures for sovereign deployments.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to address security, data-residency and integration inquiries
Training & enablement
- Empower internal teams with the knowledge, win-loss insights and market feedback gathered in customer conversations to drive product roadmap priorities and go-to-market alignment for the public sector.
- Contribute to building reusable playbooks, references and case studies that accelerate public-sector adoption across the Nordics and broader Europe.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise sales or consultative selling, ideally selling a highly complex, technical product to large organizations.
- Public-sector track record: demonstrable experience selling to or partnering with Nordic governments, agencies, regions/municipalities, healthcare, or higher-education institutions — including familiarity with public procurement processes and frameworks.
- Nordics market knowledge: strong existing network and cultural fluency across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
- Significant work experience within the AI ecosystem or a related data/infrastructure/cloud field.
- Experience at a successful, fast-growing startup — ideally in deep-tech.
- Strong technical skills to navigate quickly evolving products and steer technical discussions confidently.
- Excellent academics: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent English and fluent Swedish; additional Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) are a strong plus. Other European languages welcome.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills — with the credibility to engage both technical teams and senior public-sector decision-makers.
- Comfortable operating in a low-ego, fast-moving, and highly collaborative environment; a self-starter comfortable working remote-first with regular travel across the Nordics and to Mistral hubs.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐THE PRODUCT LEAD ROLE ⭐
The Product Lead for Armenia will drive Alan's product strategy and execution in supporting the transformation of healthcare in Armenia. 📈KEY OUTCOMES📈
1. Develop and execute a product strategy that serves both the government's public health objectives and the members' experience, supporting our targets in terms of coverage rollout, member satisfaction, and operational reliability under the concession's contractual commitments.
2. Lead product crews to deliver product enhancements and new features, demonstrating effective leadership and prioritization across parallel workstreams with shared dependencies.
3. Collaborate with global product areas to ensure the Armenian system benefits from global innovations, adapting them as necessary to fit the B2G model and local healthcare context.
4. Partner with the local operations team, government relations, customer care, and the national health IT platform to align product development with operational readiness and regulatory expectations.
5. Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product strategy and measure the impact of product changes on member access, operational efficiency, and government trust.
6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
⭐IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?⭐
️
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT AT ALAN IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 10 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy) with a track record of delivering complex systems at scale.
- A history of working on software products that delight users in a fast-paced environment from ideation to release.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally involving B2G, public sector, or regulated environments where the end user and the paying entity are different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies under high uncertainty and political sensitivity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders ranging from engineers to government officials.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Armenian is a strong plus.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or government services is a plus, but not required.
- (As a plus) Ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate efforts across different geographical locations.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
We are building Alan's Care function in Saudi Arabia, and you will be the person who makes sure every member trusts Alan when they need us most. You'll build the function from zero: process, tooling, quality bar, then scale it, while handling the conversations that matter most yourself.
Founding the function
- Handle directly the member contacts that stay in-house: admin requests, escalations, complex cases.
- Write the scripts, guidelines, and documentation that make Care work in Saudi from day one.
- Shape the operating model on the ground together with the GM Saudi and the global Care community: opening hours, shift coverage, tooling setup (Intercom and others), and how traffic splits between in-house and externalized support.
What success looks like: a documented, working Care operation that can pass regulatory scrutiny and handle real member conversations from launch.
Owning quality on externalized support
- Own the quality bar for everything we externalize: review calls and tickets in Arabic, coach our outsourcing partner's agents, and close the loop between what members experience and what we improve.
What success looks like: externalized conversations meet Alan's quality bar, and gaps get caught and fixed before they become member complaints.
Owning regulatory accountability
- Own the complaint-handling policy and the regulatory SLAs on complaints.
- Prepare the documentation and readiness for the Insurance Authority inspection.
What success looks like: Alan passes Insurance Authority inspection with a clear, accountable answer on every complaint-handling question asked.
You won't be building this alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team on process design, tooling, forecasting, and planning, the same team behind our Care launches in France, Belgium, and Canada. You bring the on-the-ground execution and Arabic-language expertise; they bring the playbooks and cross-market experience.
👀 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a founding operator. You've built an operational function from scratch before, or you're ready to do it for the first time with real ownership.
- You are hands-on in ambiguity. You're happy to answer tickets yourself on day one while designing the system in parallel. Some decisions on coverage model and tooling are still being finalized, and you'll help make them.
- You are AI-first. You're excited to work on automation and tooling, not just process.
- You lead with ownership and directness. You hold an outsourcing partner accountable to a quality bar without hesitation.
- You are genuinely energized by great customer experience. When a member is frustrated, you don't just close the ticket, you make sure they walk away feeling cared for.
- You understand the member's stakes. Ideally, you've seen pre-authorization, claims, or member frustration points up close, in health insurance, health services, or a comparable regulated environment.
⭐️ REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Must-haves
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Both are mandatory: Arabic for the QA work on Arabic-language conversations, English for collaboration with the global Care community and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity: building the system and doing the work at the same time.
- Strong ownership and directness, including holding an external partner accountable to a quality bar.
- Genuine interest in AI-first tooling and automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Health insurance, health services, or financial services background; understanding of pre-authorization, claims, and member frustration points in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience building or scaling an operational/support function from scratch.
- Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (Insurance Authority requirements).
Level target: B1-C1 on Alan's level grid.
⭐ WHAT WE OFFER
- A world-class team to lean on: you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team, and the full team's playbooks from launching Care in France, Belgium, and Canada.
- Real ownership and impact from day one, on a function you build yourself.
- As the team scales, this role has the potential to grow into leading a local team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Acceleration team’s mission is to make Perplexity the best place to build and ship software with AI agents. We build the infrastructure that engineers and agents rely on, and develop new ways for agents to write, test, review, and ship code. Our work helps teams move from an idea to production faster, without compromising quality or reliability.
We own the end-to-end development experience at Perplexity, from the environment where code is written to the systems that ship it to production. That includes local and cloud coding environments, build and test infrastructure, code review, and release management. We’re also building autonomous software development systems, where agents take on increasingly complex engineering work with explicit evaluation, verification, and safety controls. We own both the infrastructure these systems depend on and the workflows that make them useful.
As an AI Acceleration Engineer, you’ll turn emerging agent capabilities into dependable systems used across Perplexity. You’ll work directly with engineers to understand where development slows down, experiment with new approaches, and take promising ideas through to production. This role combines systems engineering, developer experience, and hands-on agent development, with a direct measure of success: helping teams spend less time on delivery overhead and more time building products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver the highest-impact opportunities to accelerate how Perplexity builds and ships software with AI.
- Work directly with engineering and business teams to understand their workflows, constraints, and bottlenecks, and build solutions that address how they actually work.
- Build and operate the infrastructure that engineers and agents depend on, including development environments, build and test systems, code review, and release tooling.
- Make our codebases, systems, and internal knowledge easier for agents to navigate, understand, and use through better tooling, interfaces, documentation, and context.
- Take agent-driven workflows from prototype to production, building the evaluations, verification, and controls needed to delegate increasingly complex engineering work safely.
- Improve delivery speed and software quality together. Measure the impact of your work on development time, review effort, and production reliability, and use those results to guide what comes next.
- Evaluate emerging models, tools, and approaches through hands-on experimentation. Turn the evidence into clear technical decisions, and drive adoption of the technologies that prove useful.
- Use AI extensively in your own engineering work, share what works, and help colleagues adopt effective practices. Partner with engineering leadership and recruiting to strengthen how we hire and develop engineers who work effectively with AI.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with substantial work in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer productivity in technically complex environments.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI models and coding tools, with practical judgment about where they perform well, where they fail, and how to verify their output.
- Strong proficiency in one of the languages – Python, Go or Rust, along with the willingness to learn other languages as the work requires.
- Broad familiarity with the systems used by AI product and applied research teams, including cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML tooling. You don’t need deep expertise in every layer, but you should understand how they fit together.
- An ability to understand how engineers and researchers across disciplines work, paired with curiosity about the needs of business and operations teams. You build tools around users’ actual workflows and constraints.
- A drive to make codebases, systems, and processes easier to understand, operate, and change. You look for ways to replace brittle workflows and implicit knowledge with clear interfaces and reliable automation.
- Sound technical judgment about when to experiment, when to commit, and when to ship a pragmatic solution. You can balance immediate delivery with investments that make future work faster and more reliable.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Ramp, people are the single biggest lever on our trajectory, and the bar for who joins this team gets higher every quarter, not lower. We are hiring our first dedicated Recruiter for GTM Expansion, based in London: someone who can map a market, identify the operators who will outperform their peers and run a full-cycle process that wins them.
The UK is the immediate mandate. You will partner with local and US-based leaders to turn an ambitious growth plan into a real commercial team, from first conversation through offer close. You will also help us build the recruiting approach, market knowledge and candidate networks that support Ramp's expansion into new GTM markets over time.
The recruiters who do this best combine craft on the front end, research, identification and calibration, with execution on the back end, closing, candidate experience and pipeline discipline. We are looking for both.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM Expansion hiring, starting with UK roles across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success.
• Build a sharp point of view on the UK market and future expansion markets: the companies producing strong talent, the people who outperform their peers and the communities that matter.
• Use research, data and AI as part of your everyday craft to identify and qualify exceptional candidates. We expect a written market point of view, not just a slate of profiles.
• Run thoughtful, personalised outreach grounded in the candidate's actual background, commercial motion or recent work. We care more about quality, replies and conversion than send volume.
• Partner with GTM leaders to turn ambitious hiring plans into a clear profile, credible process and realistic compensation strategy. Surface hard market truth early and push back constructively when needed.
• Own the candidate experience from first conversation through offer close: fast follow-up, clear communication, strong process discipline and a tailored closing plan for the candidates we most want.
• Build real presence for Ramp in London through the right relationships, referrals and targeted community activity. The point is pipeline and credibility, not events for their own sake.
• Work tightly with the wider GTM Recruiting team on calibration, sourcing support, insight and operating rhythm, while bringing strong local judgment.
• Help improve how Ramp recruits for expansion by capturing what works in the UK and applying it thoughtfully as we enter new markets.
WHAT YOU NEED
• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company where quality and pace both mattered.
• Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent market and a credible local network, or clear evidence that you can build one quickly.
• A track record of finding and closing exceptional people, not simply running inherited processes. You can point to candidates you identified who became strong hires.
• Excellent sourcing and research instincts. You can explain why someone is genuinely differentiated, not only that they have the right title at the right company.
• Experience hiring across several GTM functions, such as AEs, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success or RevOps.
• Strong candidate-closing judgment. You listen closely, understand what each candidate is weighing and can build conviction against serious alternatives.
• The confidence to influence senior leaders, challenge a mis-scoped search and make a hiring process better without creating unnecessary friction.
• Comfort using data to understand funnel health, diagnose problems and hold an honest conversation about what needs to change.
• High ownership. You book the next step while you have the candidate, chase what is stuck and do not wait for a detailed brief to get useful work moving.
• Specific, sharp written communication. Your outreach and candidate updates should never feel template-driven.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience recruiting for a fintech, SaaS, infrastructure or similarly complex B2B product.
• Experience joining a company as the first recruiter in a new geography, or helping to scale an international business.
• Experience building an AI-augmented recruiting research workflow.
WHY THIS ROLE
You will have unusual ownership over one of Ramp's most important growth priorities, with the support of an established Talent team rather than the isolation of a one-person recruiting function. The work is practical and high impact: build the UK commercial team, help leaders make better hiring decisions and raise the bar for how Ramp recruits as it enters new markets.
