WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Writing about releases, features and updates for our blog, guides and newsletters;
- Translating product context into language users actually understand;
- Working cross-functionally — inside CX, and with the product and marketing teams;
- Shaping how Higgsfield sounds: the words we use about ourselves, how we're read, how we're remembered.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- English C1+ — the language you think in, not the one you translate into;
- Real craft with text in English and Russian: you write from scratch, edit for different audiences, and feel rhythm. You can write simply and you can write densely. You understand structure and know how words move people;
- A nitpicker, in the best sense: you see a weak sentence and can't leave it. You notice where a paragraph sags, where an analogy doesn't hold, where cutting three words makes it stronger;
- A-player mindset: ownership, speed, taste, and genuine interest in AI;
- Comfort with the pace — releases ship weekly and the writing has to keep up.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience writing for a tech, SaaS or AI product;
- Background in product documentation, developer content or technical writing;
- Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and the tools creators actually use;
- Experience working alongside product teams rather than downstream from them.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to one day a week on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope

- 3+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.

- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:

- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog

And beyond.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Employee experience — own the pre-boarding and onboarding operations end to end, and continuously improve the process so every new Alaner's first weeks feel smooth and well-supported.
- People operations — get hands-on with the fundamentals of HR and be the first point of contact for Alaners navigating day-to-day requests.
- Individual situations — shadow, then gradually own simple individual situations, learning how to guide leads and coaches through sensitive conversations with care and structure.
- Learning and development — coordinate and improve our training programmes for leads and coaches, help measure their real-world impact, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Automation and AI — spot what is still manual and should not be, then build the automations to fix it. We use Claude and Dust — you will too.
- Data and reporting — track key People metrics, turn them into clear insights, and make sure the team always knows what is working and what is not.
- Documentation — write and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation so Alaners can self-serve and leads can act with confidence without always needing to ask.
PERKS AND BENEFITS
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Delightful healthcare insurance. Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% of the contribution covered by Alan for you and your family, for permanent contracts only.
- Transport. Country-specific commuter benefits.
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible Training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.

MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (900+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Operations Specialists to own device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and the daily IT experience of every Alaner, while contributing to build projects that remove operational toil.
IT at Alan is more than just a helpdesk. Operations and support ('Run') take roughly 60% of your time initially, while the rest goes toward owning project-based initiatives ('Build') tailored to your experience level.
As you ramp up alongside senior engineers, your focus will naturally shift toward more build-focused work with wider impact.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. We staff people according to their strengths and interests, and it evolves over time.
SCOPE
🛟 SUPPORT & ONCALL
- Own L1/L2 oncall for 900+ Alaners across 5+ countries, with a clear escalation path to engineers
- Triage, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately
- Document recurring issues and reduce ticket volume through self-service
💻 DEVICE LIFECYCLE & ENDPOINT COMPLIANCE
- Own the full device lifecycle: procurement, zero-touch enrollment (Apple Business Manager, Kandji), repair, retrieval
- Maintain role-based Kandji blueprints and least-privilege configurations
- Contribute to device compliance across all countries (MDM, EDR, FileVault) and to audit evidence
- Own the physical side: laptop locker, hardware inventory, office equipment
- Take over day-to-day device operations as we bring them back in-house from our outsourced provider
🔑 IDENTITY, ACCESS & SAAS PLATFORMS
- Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, across both automated and manually-managed tools
- Administer Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, licences and access reviews
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and procurement on your scope
⚙️ BUILD
- Own a build project end-to-end, with a more experienced engineer to pair with and learn from
- Examples from the current roadmap: rebuilding the onboarding intake, the meeting room audiovisual equipment and room-booking revamp, the IT playbook for new offices, ISO 27001 / ACPR evidence collection
- Ship automation and self-service tooling that measurably reduces IT toil
MILESTONES
First 2 months
- Join IT oncall rotation (helpdesk) with buddy/shadowing support
- Discover Alan's processes, stack (Kandji, Apple Business Manager), SaaS ecosystem, and identity tools (Google Workspace, SSO, Alan Home)
- Handle most typical IT operations issues autonomously (equipment, SaaS access, account provisioning)
First 6 months
- Handle IT oncall shifts autonomously, solving most problems that do not require engineer input
- Own onboarding/offboarding workflows end-to-end
- Have wide knowledge of Alan's processes, equipment, and tools
- Ship a first project
First year
- Be regarded as an expert on at least one topic beyond the oncall rotation (e.g. MDM, SaaS admin, compliance documentation)
- Contribute on device compliance improvements (MDM, EDR, FileVault) across all countries
- Ship automation or self-service projects that measurably reduce IT toil, with limited guidance
- Lead small to medium IT projects end-to-end
3 years
- Fully autonomous on the User Experience & Platform workstreams
- Lead medium to high-complexity IT projects end-to-end
- Mentor newer team members, reduce bus factor through documentation, automation and knowledge sharing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 1-3 years in IT operations (or strong internship / student association background in a tech environment): device management (MDM, ideally Kandji), SaaS administration, basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
- Operational reflexes: can triage issues, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately. Has oncall or production support experience
- Automation & AI appetite: scripting basics (Python, Bash) or low-code, and an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
- Documentation mindset: writes clear, structured documentation
- Learning velocity: Picks up new tools and processes quickly.
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Written-First Communication: Clear, effective written communicator who instinctively documents workflows, shares knowledge transparently, and thrives in an asynchronous work culture.
- Empathetic Problem-Solving: Balanced user-first service mindset with operational pragmatism—delighting colleagues while diagnosing root causes rather than applying band-aid fixes.
- Autonomous Growth: Self-directed problem solver who takes early project ownership, learns rapidly alongside senior engineers, and actively seeks feedback to level up.
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- macOS fluency: comfortable troubleshooting macOS, understands the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
- Experience with Kandji specifically
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS), even just awareness
- SaaS vendor management and/or license administration
- Interest in automation and coding (even from college/school projects)
- Experience in a fast-growing, multi-country tech company

The Senior Product Manager for Content owns this layer of transformation, ensuring that raw supplier data becomes structured, high-quality, and decision-ready content that improves conversion, reduces user friction, and enables scalable global growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Management for Content Value Stream:
Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision, and roadmap across all ETG products to deliver measurable business impact and user value.
Own the end-to-end content processing pipeline: Supplier data → Matching → Enrichment → Rates processing → User experience.
Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent execution against shared goals.
Product Discovery & Impact Ownership:
Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities, driving measurable revenue growth, based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction.
Leverage quantitative data and user research (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) to identify root causes and high-impact problems.
Size and prioritize opportunities, focusing on high-leverage bets.
Delivery & Development Management:
Partner with Development and ML/DS Team Lead to prioritize roadmap and manage backlog.
Co-own delivery execution: define clear scope and acceptance criteria, ensure alignment across product, engineering, ML, and analytics.
Drive predictable delivery: commit to timelines, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Remove blockers and align cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery velocity.
Team Leadership:
Manage Product Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring strong ownership, execution quality, and alignment with business goals.
Set clear goals and success metrics (FNBC, content quality, coverage, efficiency) and hold the team accountable for results.
Drive performance management: regular feedback, performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and developing team members’ skills and career growth.
