Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an
AI Software Engineer
to design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered capabilities within the Creatio platform. This is an AI-first engineering role: you will spend most of your time designing agents, engineering prompts and context, building retrieval and evaluation pipelines, and directing AI coding agents - with solid .NET engineering as the foundation rather than the whole job.
You will join the AI teams building the
agent platform
that enables AI agents to safely perform real work in the product: call tools and APIs, read and write data, maintain context and memory, follow permissions, and escalate to humans when needed.
The team also owns the core infrastructure for evaluation, monitoring, logging, observability, and cost/performance control, ensuring AI agents are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.
This role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on AI engineering experience. You will work on enterprise-grade AI solutions, including assistants, copilots, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG-based capabilities, and agentic workflows - and you will use AI coding agents as your primary daily development workflow.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-powered product features within the Creatio platform: assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, RAG, and semantic search.
Design agent architectures - tools, memory and context strategy, orchestration, permissions, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation - and choose the right pattern for each problem (single LLM call vs. tool-using agent vs. multi-agent).
Engineer prompts, system instructions, and agent context as first-class artifacts: versioned, reviewed, and covered by evaluations.
Integrate LLM providers, MCP servers and tools, enterprise data sources, embedding pipelines, and vector/hybrid search into the platform.
Build evaluation datasets, offline and online evals, quality gates, and observability (tracing, logging, drift detection) for AI capabilities.
Monitor and improve the quality, latency, cost, reliability, and security of AI capabilities in production, including prompt and model updates.
Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks: prompt injection, data exfiltration through tools, hallucinations, over-permissioned agents, and sensitive-data leakage.
Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
Use AI coding assistants and engineering agents as the default development workflow; critically review and verify agent output; contribute reusable rules, skills, and prompts to the team.
Follow the AI landscape closely and bring new models, tools, and patterns to the team.
Requirements:
Must have:
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production: prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, context-window and cost management.
Practical understanding of agent architectures (tool loops, planner/executor, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop), MCP, and at least one agent framework or SDK.
Working knowledge of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, re-ranking, grounding and citations, and common failure modes.
Experience with AI evaluation (datasets, offline evals, LLM-as-judge), LLM observability and tracing, and AI security (prompt injection, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, Responsible AI practices).
Daily proficiency with AI coding agents: the ability to direct, review, and verify agent output rather than only write code by hand.
Solid experience with C# and .NET, API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
Experience with SQL databases, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development; Docker and basic Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and production-grade software development.
Nice to have:
Python for prototyping, data work, and evaluation scripting.
Hands-on experience with a major AI platform (Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Experience building agent-facing tools or MCP servers.
LLMOps practices: prompt and model versioning, evaluation gates in CI/CD, canary rollouts of prompt changes.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or adapter-based model customization.
Experience with Creatio or other low-code CRM platforms.
What to expect from us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a GTM DevOps Engineer to join our Business Systems team and own the reliability, automation, and delivery infrastructure behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. This role sits at the intersection of platform reliability and CI/CD engineering, ensuring that our critical business systems — including Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, and an expanding portfolio of AI-powered workloads — are deployed consistently, operate resiliently, and scale with the business.
You will partner closely with Business Systems developers, architects, and business stakeholders to build and maintain the pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and operational standards that keep our GTM systems healthy and our release cycles fast and predictable. As our team builds and deploys AI agents across GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore, you will serve as the infrastructure and deployment owner for these workloads — bringing engineering discipline to an environment where AI-generated code is increasingly entering production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership of platform uptime, and brings a software engineering mindset to business application operations — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CI/CD & RELEASE ENGINEERING
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (SFDX/Salesforce CLI), NetSuite (SuiteScript/SuiteBundler), MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform), and Workato; establish branching strategies, environment promotion standards, and release gating processes across all GTM platforms.
- Extend CI/CD practices to cover AI agent workloads deployed on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore — including containerized builds, deployment pipelines, and automated validation gates.
- Implement safe rollout patterns — including feature toggles, phased launches, automated validation, smoke tests, and rollback procedures — to reduce deployment risk on business-critical changes.
PLATFORM RELIABILITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Own SLA/SLO definitions for core GTM systems; standardize monitoring, alerting, and runbook patterns across quote-to-cash and GTM integrations, with proactive health checks and synthetic monitoring for critical flows (e.g., Salesforce ↔ NetSuite, Workato).
- Extend observability coverage to GCP Cloud Run workloads — Cloud Scheduler jobs, agent pipelines, and integration microservices — and AWS-hosted agent infrastructure.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for platform incidents and drive post-incident reviews with actionable remediation plans.
CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage sandbox, staging, and production environment lifecycles across GTM platforms — including refresh cycles, data masking, environment segmentation, and promotion standards that balance speed with reliability.
- Own cloud infrastructure for Business Systems-operated workloads on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, GCS, Artifact Registry) and AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, Bedrock AgentCore); apply IaC practices to make provisioning repeatable and auditable.
- Establish base image pinning, dependency vulnerability scanning, and supply chain security practices for containerized workloads — particularly AI-generated codebases deployed via tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Define and enforce patch management and container runtime ownership for vibe-coded and agentic workloads entering production.
SECRETS, ACCESS & SECURITY POSTURE
- Establish and enforce a consistent secrets management standard across all Business Systems workloads — GCP Secret Manager, AWS Secrets Manager, and equivalent — eliminating credential exposure via environment variables, source code, or client-side contexts.
- Define and maintain API key rotation policies in alignment with security standards (high-severity keys: quarterly; vendor keys: annually at minimum).
- Partner with Security and IT on IAM scoping, least-privilege service accounts, VPC configuration, and public/private endpoint governance for Cloud Run and Bedrock deployments.
- Maintain a centralized registry of deployed workloads — GitHub repos, deployment URLs, architecture docs, data classification, and observability dashboard links — accessible to AppSec and infrastructure teams.
AUTOMATION & TOOLING
- Build internal tooling, automation scripts, and automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, regression) to reduce toil and increase deployment confidence; continuously evaluate new tooling to improve developer experience.
- Develop or enforce GitHub repository templates for Cloud Run deployments that cover security audits, deployment configuration, API integration, and MCP server patterns — serving as a reusable foundation for AI-assisted builds.
GOVERNANCE, STANDARDS & COLLABORATION
- Define where self-service deployment and administration are appropriate versus where stronger change control and operational guardrails are required; serve as the DevOps SME, enabling developers to operate with autonomy within those boundaries.
- Document and maintain operational runbooks, architecture decision records (ADRs), and deployment standards as living artifacts.
- Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives that touch the GTM platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, sandboxes, change sets, or pipeline-based deployments)
- Experience with at least one additional GTM/ERP platform, such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato, in an operational or deployment capacity
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Copado
- Hands-on experience with GCP services — Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS — in a deployment or operations context
- Experience with AWS services in an integration or operations context — Lambda, S3, SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch; familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore or similar managed agent hosting infrastructure is a strong plus
- Experience managing containerized workloads, including image lifecycle, dependency scanning, and supply chain security practices
- Experience with incident management, on-call processes, and writing post-incident reviews
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Node.js for automation and tooling
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices
- Understanding of API-based integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven) as they apply to MuleSoft, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools
- Hands-on familiarity with secrets management across GCP Secret Manager and AWS Secrets Manager; strong grasp of security best practices in CI/CD contexts (least-privilege IAM, no hardcoded credentials, key rotation)
- Monitoring and observability tooling experience (Datadog, Splunk, Google Cloud Monitoring, CloudWatch, or similar)
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency — Terraform or CloudFormation; experience applying IaC to Cloud Run or Lambda-based workloads preferred
- Familiarity with container security practices: base image pinning, vulnerability scanning (e.g., Artifact Registry, Trivy), and dependency management for AI-generated codebases
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: Takes full accountability for platform uptime, deployment quality, and the operational health of GTM infrastructure end-to-end.
- Velocity: Operates with a bias for action — ships iteratively, reduces toil systematically, and keeps release cycles fast and predictable.
- AI & Automation mindset: Actively leverages AI-assisted tooling and automation to accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and reduce manual overhead across the GTM stack.
- Collaboration: Fluent cross-functional partner to developers, architects, Security, IT, and business stakeholders — enables autonomy without becoming a bottleneck.
- Growth: Continuously evaluates new tooling, patterns, and practices to raise the bar on platform engineering and developer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Salesforce: Core GTM CRM platform; this role owns deployment pipelines, environment management, and release reliability across orgs.
- NetSuite: ERP platform integrated into the quote-to-cash flow; managed via SuiteScript/SuiteBundler within CI/CD standards.
- MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform): Integration middleware; this role maintains deployment pipelines and observability for MuleSoft-managed flows.
- Workato: iPaaS automation platform; monitored and deployed within the broader GTM reliability framework.
- GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS): Primary cloud platform for AI agent workloads and integration microservices.
- AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, Bedrock AgentCore): Secondary cloud environment for agent hosting and integration operations.
- GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Copado: CI/CD tooling used to build, validate, and promote changes across GTM platforms.
- Terraform / CloudFormation: IaC tooling for repeatable, auditable infrastructure provisioning.
- Datadog / Splunk / Google Cloud Monitoring / CloudWatch: Observability and alerting stack across GTM and cloud workloads.

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is a specialist marketing and lead generation agency dedicated to the renewable energy sector across the UK and US markets. With over three decades of collective experience in sales and consultancy, the team focuses on bridging the gap between renewable energy providers—specialising in solar, EV charging, and carbon reduction schemes—and the customers who need their services most. They leverage a proprietary business suite and advanced marketing automation to deliver high-quality, data-driven results for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Built on a foundation of transparency and performance, this fast-growing company is an industry leader in precision targeting and automated sales pipeline management. The team thrives on innovation and a "done-for-you" service model that maximises impact for the green energy revolution. Candidates will join a collaborative, performance-oriented environment that values trust, technical expertise across Meta and Google platforms, and the mission of accelerating the global transition to sustainable energy.
Job Summary
We are looking for an elite Media Buyer to take full ownership of ad performance across a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. This is not a "maintenance" role—we need a performance-driven specialist who understands high-ticket lead generation and the nuances of the home services vertical. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections while managing the end-to-end client relationship. As the company scales, this role is designed to evolve into a leadership position where you will oversee junior media buyers and shape the agency’s internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of 10+ active client accounts.
Build, test, and iterate on high-converting lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked call structures.
Own the client relationship directly, leading weekly strategy calls and reporting on performance with clarity and confidence.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Collaborate with the founder to develop and test aggressive ad creatives, hooks, and messaging.
Proactively identify underperforming metrics and implement fixes before they impact the client’s bottom line.
Document and systematize media buying processes to ensure scalability for future hires.
Requirements
Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
Specific expertise in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and how to optimize for lead quality rather than just volume.
Extreme ownership mentality: you are someone who flags opportunities and solves problems without being asked.
Mastery of performance metrics, including the ability to maintain a minimum 2x ROAS (at 30% profit margins) for clients.
Highly structured testing methodology with a focus on data-driven experimentation over ad-hoc changes.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead client-facing calls independently.
Ability to work within or have significant overlap with EST/CST business hours.
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking for local service businesses.
Deep knowledge of funnel building software and landing page optimization.
Benefits
💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network
🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement
💰 Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we’ll match you with options that fit your goals
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City, Austin
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
You'll own paid acquisition at Vercel across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, with one goal driving the work: scalable, profitable customer acquisition for our self-serve and enterprise motions.
This role is built for an analytical, AI-native growth marketer who cares about results, testing velocity, and scale. We want someone who has already wired AI into how they work, building agents, automations, and workflows that let them operate like a much larger team. You'll bring operational rigor to how we launch and scale campaigns, own the systems that make us faster, and turn our acquisition engine into a compounding growth loop. The work sits between strategy and execution, in close partnership with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Creative, Data, and Marketing Operations, so the right message reaches the right developer or buyer in the right channel.
What you'll do
Paid acquisition end to end across Google Search and YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, driving signups, activations, and pipeline
Multi-million-dollar annual paid media spend, where you beat ROAS and CAC targets and lower CAC over time
AI-driven operating leverage, building agents, automations, and AI-assisted workflows that compress campaign turnaround and scale creative production
Creative and audience testing, where you systematically find (and sometimes design) winning creative and audience segments, using AI to generate and iterate variants at high velocity
Measurement and attribution, building funnel reports and cohort analyses with Analytics, and owning event-based tracking, pixels, and conversion APIs so the data stays clean
Performance reporting, where you surface actionable insights and clear recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence
Cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Creative, and Marketing Operations on targeting, messaging, and down-funnel conversion
What you need
5+ years running and scaling paid performance campaigns at high-growth B2B SaaS, developer tools, or consumer tech companies
Demonstrated AI-native habits, where you reach for AI by default and have built agents, automations, or workflows that changed how you operate (if you've automated parts of your own job, that's a strong signal)
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Search and YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads, with TikTok Ads or programmatic as a bonus
A track record managing $1M to $5M+ in annual paid media budgets and beating ROAS and CAC goals
Fluency in data and analytics, storytelling with campaign data, and testing and evaluating audience performance
Strong copywriting instincts and taste in performance creative, and ability to scale taste with AI
Clear written and verbal communication that lands with both technical developers and enterprise buyers
A bias for action - you can just ship things.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $188,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. With that, you know where these tools can help and where human judgment still is required. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it. This ownership looks like us not saying "[AI tool of choice] built this", but "I built this with [AI tool of choice]."
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Agent Architecture: What primitives do we need to build agents that are steerable and verifiable, but also conversational and empathetic? How do we future-proof this as LLMs evolve?
- Retrieval: How do we ground answers in a customer’s knowledge base? How do we use retrieved context conversationally, handling cases where the answer is unclear or needs clarification from the user?
- Evals: How do we measure an agent’s quality? How do empower our customers to improve agent quality?
- Voice: How do we make our chat agents “just work” over the phone? How do we deliver lifelike conversations at low latency?
- Simulation & Benchmarking: How can we craft a simulation platform to test AI agents against every real-world scenario imaginable? (See 𝜏-Bench https://sierra.ai/blog/benchmarking-ai-agents)
- Content Management: How do we create intuitive, no-code tools that allow anyone to guide and test AI agents?
- Agent Development Lifecycle: How do we adapt traditional software development methodologies to accommodate AI agents’ non-deterministic behavior, natural language interactions, and reliance on large language models? (See Sierra’s ADLC https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle)
- Generative Agent Development: How do we accelerate agent creation using generative tools like Cursor and Claude Code? Can we build self-improving systems based on real-world interactions, customer-driven feedback, and self-play?
