Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group—a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
At Revit, we believe in a future where high-end, results-driven lead generation services are accessible and adaptable to companies of all sizes and life stages. We’re a rapidly growing company (“startup” by energy but “matured company” by expertise and seniority) working with SMB clients and helping them grow through outbound campaigns.
With a team of over 20 extremely talented people on our main team and with more extensive support from other companies of Belkins’ group of companies, our 2026 goal is to double in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping high-quality across the board - from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients matching our values and value proposition.
This is not a place for everyone but if you’re looking for a World-Class culture and opportunity to grow, build your career, make an impact, then you are likely to enjoy being a part of Revit and building the future together with us!
About the role
We're looking for the first marketing person at Revit — someone who will own both our brand and our growth. You'll work directly with our Co-Founder/CEO Nick, the core team across all verticals, and the other brands in Belkins Group.
Our goal for 2027 is to grow 2x, both in monthly recurring revenue and in the number of inbound and outbound deals. Brand is a big part of how we get there, but this role is measured by pipeline and revenue.
Right now you'll be the only person in marketing at Revit. Some things you'll do yourself, some you'll hand to vendors and freelancers, and as we grow, you'll hire and build a team. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and our cold calling team, without managing them directly.
Nick recorded a short intro to the role — watch the video
What you'll do
Own the outbound pipeline:
plan and run email and LinkedIn campaigns through the Belkins platform, work with a freelance SDR on scheduling, and own the Revit Growth Program.
Lead the website and content:
refresh the website and sales deck every 6 months and own our content overall.
Grow our presence on LinkedIn:
weekly posts, social content, and the Revit Growth Newsletter from idea to send-out.
Shape the brand strategy:
choose the focus and key initiatives, and manage projects in Asana.
Build our reputation:
Clutch reviews, case studies, 4–5 one-pagers and 1–2 client interviews per quarter, together with Delivery and Sales.
Bring calling into the mix:
work with our cold calling team lead to test calls as one more pipeline channel, and align messaging, target segments, and KPIs with your campaigns.
Own the numbers:
work with Sales on ICPs and close rate and with Delivery on segments, and present marketing KPIs at our monthly camps.
What you bring
Senior B2B marketing experience in services:
you've worked on brands that sell services, not products, and you know how B2B buyers decide.
Growth you've owned:
you've been responsible for pipeline or revenue numbers and can tell us what moved them.
Brands you're proud of:
you've built or led brands you can show us.
Range with one core expertise:
you're comfortable across website, articles, case studies, SMM, and outbound, and you're especially strong in one of them.
Experience with vendors:
you've worked with agencies or freelancers to cover areas outside your expertise.
Practical use of AI:
you use AI in your work with high standards, not generically.
Taste in design and content:
you can tell good work from average and push it to the right level.
Fluent English (C1/C2):
clear writing and confident communication across teams.
Pace and ownership:
you move fast, notice problems and patterns, come up with ideas, and get long projects across the finish line without being told what to do.
Note:
this role is probably not for you if you prefer to execute someone else's plan, need a lot of coaching, or don't enjoy owning numbers and working with many teams at once.
How the process works:
Application:
a few questions about your experience and a short video about one brand you led or were closely involved in and are proud of
Interview with our
recruiter
Homework:
Nick will share a short video brief; the task focuses on KPIs and numbers
Call with
Nick (Co-Founder/CEO)
to discuss your homework and the case from your video
Final interview with
Michael (Chief Growth Officer at Belkins Group)
and
Anastasiia (Head of People)
At Belkins Group, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you’re most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.
Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.
Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.
Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.
Follow up promptly with warm leads who have requested information on our protection plans. Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference to review client needs.
УдалённоjuniorNo cold calling is required; you will only interact with warm leads who have initiated contact to request more information about our programs

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a technology company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to your home or office. Wolt works together with over 30,000 restaurant and retail partners as well as with over 60,000 courier partners across 23 countries and 129 cities. Our apps (iOS and Android) have the industry’s highest reviews, largely because of our customer-centric approach to how we build our products and operations. For example, our customer service team responds in a matter of seconds, in the customer’s own language.
We’ve raised more than €707M in financing from renowned U.S. and European-based investors, such as ICONIQ Capital, Tiger Global, DST, Prosus, KKR, Coatue, 83North, Goldman Sachs, Highland Europe and EQT Ventures & EQT Growth, among others. We've also been fortunate enough to receive some appreciation and recognition for our hard work along the way: Apple selected Wolt’s app as their Editors' Choice, Wired named the company one of the "Hottest Startups in Europe," Forbes included our CEO Miki Kuusi on its 30-under-30 in Consumer Tech list, and the Nordic Startup Awards named Wolt Company of the Year.
In 2020, the Financial Times named us Europe’s second fastest-growing company. We’re still expanding rapidly and are looking for more talented individuals to join us. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, great food, and making an impact in your city, then Wolt just might be for you.
Wolt is more than just a food and retail delivery operation – we are built upon a solid foundation of state-of-the-art technology. Our internal tooling enables us to ramp up new cities efficiently and provide excellent customer service, our own logistics platform allows us to optimize our couriers' work to get you the food you want as fast as possible, and our restaurant platform allows restaurants to offer exciting food experiences for our customers in an optimal way.
We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Group Support Service Manager to lead the Courier Support function at our Haifa site. This role will manage Team Leads and be responsible for service quality, operational performance, and the professional development of the teams within the domain.
This is a meaningful leadership role that includes leading multiple teams and managers, working closely with local and global stakeholders, and directly influencing both courier experience and site performance.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Manage, coach, and develop Team Leads within Courier Support.
Own team performance across quality, efficiency, and service metrics, including CSAT, HT, SLA, and productivity.
Build work plans, identify performance gaps, and lead data-driven improvement initiatives.
Implement management routines, performance controls, and feedback practices across managers and teams.
Lead performance improvement processes and employee development, while addressing professional and behavioral gaps when needed.
Oversee day-to-day operations, task prioritization, and resource allocation based on operational needs.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Quality, Training, Workforce Management, and Global leadership.
Lead projects and change initiatives within Courier Support while maintaining high-quality service and performance.
Foster a professional, engaged, and growth-oriented work environment for managers and agents.
Our humble expectations*
Previous experience managing teams or managers in a service, operations, or fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to lead performance, analyze data, and build effective work plans.
Strong people-management skills, including coaching, giving feedback, developing managers, and leading challenging conversations.
High level of ownership, independence, and ability to lead initiatives end to end.
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluent Hebrew and English.
Familiarity with Courier Support or Wolt systems is an advantage.
If you are a people-focused leader who can drive change, turn data into action, and deliver results on the ground, we would love to hear from you.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
