Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: — Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professionalism. — Utilize web-based tools to efficiently resolve inquiries ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. — Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to various questions, issues, and concerns. — Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. — Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. — Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. — Respond to requests for assistance and possible processing payments. — Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. — Provide feedback on call issues. — Upsell if required. Requirements: — High School Diploma or equivalent. — Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. — Must be 18 years of age or older. — Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. — Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems. — Customer service and/or sales experience preferred. — College degree preferred but not required. — Internet requirements include a dedicated workspace near a router supporting a hardwired Ethernet connection with minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections are not allowed. — Proof of internet speed is required. — Key competencies include commitment to process excellence, collaboration skills, outstanding communication and analytical skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, open-mindedness to feedback and evolving policies, critical thinking, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Conditions: — Remote work is restricted to residents of Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Florida. — The position is full-time. — Employment is based in Tennessee, and hires must reside within Tennessee.
