The role goes beyond supervising a queue: the focus is on setting operational standards, owning the incident response process, driving the quality of investigations and handovers, and continuously improving detection and response capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on SOC experience with proven leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote setting where accuracy, discipline, and security are essential. Hands-on engineering experience with core security platforms is a big plus.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of SOC Analysts working across multiple regions in a follow-the-sun model.
Own the SOC schedule and shift rotations, including weekend coverage, ensuring continuous coverage across all time zones.
Define and enforce the shift handover process, so that open investigations, ongoing incidents, and pending actions continue seamlessly around the clock.
Act as the primary escalation point for the team and as incident lead for major security incidents, coordinating triage, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident reviews with relevant teams.
Perform hands-on triage, investigation, and threat hunting alongside the team across the security stack, including SIEM, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Service Edge (SSE), and Web Application Firewall (WAF) platforms.

Experience leading or working in a 24/7 or follow-the-sun SOC, including managing shift schedules and remote teams across time zones.
Strong experience with incident response and threat hunting, ideally with familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
Excellent understanding of network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and Zero Trust principles.
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GCIA, GCIH, GSOM, CISSP, or vendor-specific credentials are a plus.
Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and securely.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to report to management and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders during incidents.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Bonus Skills
Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including connecting SAP to cloud data platforms
Java development experience
Familiarity with data integration/ELT tools and data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of SLT, SAP Datasphere, BW and SAP BTP.

About the job
The SOC Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the organization's global follow-the-sun Security Operations Center, ensuring that security events are monitored, investigated, and responded to effectively around the clock. Based in Europe and covering the 08:00–17:00 UTC shift, the SOC Lead manages a distributed team of SOC Analysts across multiple regions and time zones.
Review the quality of investigations and incident documentation, providing structured feedback and ensuring consistent standards across shifts and regions.
Define, track, and report SOC metrics and KPIs, such as alert volumes, mean time to detect, mean time to respond, and false positive rates.
Drive the improvement of detection content together with security engineering, prioritizing the tuning of SIEM correlation rules, EDR custom detections, and WAF rules, and mapping coverage to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, incident response playbooks, and escalation matrices.
Contribute to the hiring, onboarding, and training of new SOC Analysts.
Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, application, and security engineering teams, as well as management, to resolve incidents and support day-to-day operations.
Support vulnerability management and drive continuous improvement of the organization's overall security posture.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Security Operations, including at least 1 year as a SOC Lead or in an equivalent team lead role.
Proven experience triaging alerts, investigating security incidents, and leading the response to major incidents in a production environment.
Solid working knowledge of core security technologies such as EDR, SSE, SIEM, and WAF, and of how to use them to investigate and respond to threats.
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and tuning these platforms, or writing and tuning detection content, is a big plus.
About You
You are an experienced SOC practitioner who has moved into leadership without losing your hands-on edge. You know what good triage and investigation look like, and you know how to build a team that delivers them consistently across shifts and time zones. You stay calm during major incidents, communicate clearly with both engineers and management, and make sound decisions under pressure. If you have also stood up or tuned the tools your team relies on, or written your own detections, even better. You are structured, reliable, and comfortable leading a fully remote team, and you enjoy coaching analysts, improving processes, and raising the security bar across the environment.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building the Applied AI team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Forward Deployed Engineers embed directly with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. As this practice grows, we need a founding leader to build and scale it.
As the first FDE Manager in Southern Europe, you'll own the team that sits at the frontier of enterprise AI deployment. You'll hire and develop a high-performing team of FDEs, set the technical and operational bar for customer engagements, and build the playbooks that turn one-off successes into repeatable patterns. You'll work hand-in-hand with Engagement Managers who own delivery logistics and stakeholder management, while you ensure your team is shipping quality code, growing technically, and representing Anthropic at the highest level in customer environments.
This is a player-coach role with a strong bias toward leadership. You'll stay close enough to the technical work to review architectures, debug production issues, and pair with your team when it matters — but your primary impact will come from the people you hire, the standards you set, and the culture you create. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape how Anthropic serves its most strategic customers, and your team's field insights will directly influence product direction.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from zero to one. You'll be defining what good looks like for FDE management at Anthropic — there is no existing playbook to follow.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers. Set a high bar for technical talent and customer instincts.
Conduct regular 1:1s, provide technical mentorship, and invest in the career growth of each team member. Create an environment where FDEs do the best work of their careers.
Staff and oversee customer engagements across your team's portfolio, making resource allocation decisions that balance customer needs, team development, and business priorities.
Collaborate with account teams and Engagement Managers during the pre-sales process to qualify engagements, scope work, and inform statements of work.
Review technical architectures and code produced by your FDEs, ensuring the team ships high-quality, production-ready solutions that solve real customer problems.
Stay hands-on enough to lead technical discovery sessions, prototype solutions, and debug complex issues alongside your team when needed.
Build repeatable playbooks, starter repositories, integration templates, and an internal knowledge base that captures what your team learns in the field.
Define team OKRs that tie to customer success outcomes and product adoption goals. Create operational cadences — standups, retros, engagement reviews — that keep the team aligned.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into product improvements. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning.
Travel to customer sites as needed (25-50%), particularly during engagement kickoffs and for your team's highest-priority accounts.
You may be a good fit if you have
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing role such as forward deployed engineering or consulting.
2+ years of people management experience within a services/post-sales/FDE organization with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers.
Experience building organizations from 0->1, not just inheriting an existing one.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations, including comfort navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Executive presence with the ability to move fluidly between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and hands-on debugging sessions with engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Genuine excitement about building something new and defining what great looks like for a team that doesn't yet exist.
Why this role matters
You'll be a founding leader of a team that defines how enterprises adopt and scale AI. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction, create reusable patterns for the broader customer base, and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation — all while advancing the responsible development of frontier AI systems.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€235.000
—
€295.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

The Role
The Integration Manager is a core member of the IMO and a key part of how Nebius integrates its acquisitions in practice. Working closely with the Senior Integration Manager and Head of IMO, this role takes genuine end-to-end ownership of integration workstreams across M&A programmes and corporate initiatives, from pre-close planning through Day 1 and into post-close execution. The role sits at the intersection of planning, governance, and cross-functional delivery, and requires someone who can hold multiple moving parts together without losing sight of the overall integration outcome. The right candidate brings strong programme management instincts, a natural ability to build relationships across functions, and the discipline to drive workstreams forward independently in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workstream Ownership
Lead integration planning and drive execution across assigned workstreams from pre-close through Day 1 and into post-close, keeping dependencies visible and workstreams moving.
Ensure Day 1 readiness across all assigned workstreams, with critical actions tracked and owners accountable ahead of close.
Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Technology, and other functions to maintain cross-functional alignment, holding teams accountable to integration milestones.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, with mitigation plans in place and escalations made early where needed.
Governance & Reporting
Own workstream governance: RAID logs, decision tracking, meeting cadence, and holding the right people accountable for delivery.
Prepare decision-ready materials, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums including SteerCo.
Flag risks to workstream milestones or integration assumptions early, with a clear view on impact and a proposed path forward.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong working relationships with functional leads and senior stakeholders within assigned workstreams, acting as a credible and reliable point of contact for integrations.
Drive change management and cultural integration in partnership with HR and Communications, helping build genuine connections between Nebius and acquired teams.
IMO Contribution
Contribute to improving integration frameworks, processes, and tools, bringing lessons from each workstream into how the IMO operates.
Take on structural corporate initiatives including entity changes, migrations, and reorganisations as a core part of the IMO's remit.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Must-Have

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a Global Marketing & Events Specialist to join our Eyewear vertical and help us grow our presence across Europe and beyond.
seQura Eyewear works directly with independent opticians, optical chains and buying groups, helping them sell more and connect better with their customers, through technology, content and brand strategy. We’re in active international expansion, with a strong presence in Europe and our sights set on the US market in 2027.
This is a role for someone who thrives on making things happen. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead, taking ownership of the execution across three key areas: international trade shows and events, marketing campaigns and B2B support, and content and growth initiatives. You won’t be a spectator; from the start, you’ll be coordinating real projects, managing real providers and contributing to a vertical that’s moving fast.
You don’t need to have done everything. We’re looking for someone who is curious, organised, proactive and comfortable working in an international, fast-moving environment. We’ll give you the context, the trust and the room to grow.
📍
Location & ways of working
: This role is based in Barcelona and follows our hybrid working model, typically 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. This is not a remote position, so please apply only if you are currently based in Barcelona or willing to relocate and can commit to this hybrid setup.
What challenges you'll be solving
🚀
Events & trade shows:
Support the organisation and coordination of international optical trade shows (OPTI, MIDO, Vision Expo Las Vegas, Silmo PARIS and others).
Coordinate with stand builders, materials suppliers and logistics providers to ensure a high-quality presence.
Contribute creative and innovative ideas for how we show up at each event.
Progressively take on more ownership of events as you build experience and confidence.
Marketing execution & B2B support:
Take ownership of marketing execution: coordinate design teams, agencies and external providers to deliver on time and to brief.
Support independent opticians, chains and buying groups with marketing materials, messaging guidance and in-store visibility.
Learn to write thorough creative briefs and manage their execution end to end.
Propose ideas to improve acquisition and channel visibility.
Content & growth:
Propose content and copy ideas for different channels, social media, blog, web, lead magnets, case studies, and coordinate their production.
Create light content autonomously when needed: posts, copies, message adaptations.
Track campaign performance and provide basic data analysis to inform decisions.
What you'll need
🤝
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events or project management: agency or in-house.
Fluent in English and Spanish: real working level, not just CV-level.
Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and meeting real deadlines.
Someone with ownership: you identify what needs to move and you move it, without waiting to be told.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to propose content with your own point of view.
Nice to have
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI or others) to work more efficiently.
Experience in event organisation, trade shows or brand activations.
Knowledge of the optical, retail or health sector.
Portuguese, Italian or French.
Basic understanding of digital campaign analytics (Meta Ads, Google Analytics or similar).
What we offer
😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
A role with real ownership from day one: you’ll see the impact of your work in real stores and real markets.
Presence at leading international eyewear trade shows: MIDO Milan, Vision Expo Las Vegas, Silmo PARIS and more.
A small, fast-moving team where you learn by doing, not by watching.
An environment that embraces AI as a working tool, not a buzzword.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops and seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.
Urban mobility support via Kleta.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
