Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote, US
Platform owns the
foundation
the company runs on: compute and deployment, reliability and on-call, CI/CD and monorepo health, developer environments, the infrastructure that model training and inference run on, and the security boundaries around all of it.
AI and agent tooling is the clearest example. You will contribute to how models are trained and served here, as well as how agents work inside our codebase: the environments they run in, the verification that makes their output trustworthy, and the review paths that keep it all legible. There is no industry standard and you’ll help form our opinions rather than inheriting one.
Our users are other engineers. Expect to spend time with all the other engineering teams, understanding their needs and building a roadmap. The scope is large, so you'll be choosing what to leave alone as much as build.
Architecture decisions here last: this is a small team covering a large surface. You'll have real room to decide things, and you'll stay close to the systems you decide about.
What you'll own
Own our platform:
GCP, Kubernetes, Temporal, the GPU fleet behind cloud export, and the deploy and rollback machinery everything ships through. You'll be in the on-call rotation, and we'll expect you to make it quieter and more actionable.
The AI enablement substrate:
GPU capacity, training and inference pipelines, and the reliability and cost of the systems serving models in production.
Cost is an engineering constraint:
infrastructure decisions have a number attached and you're expected to make smart trade-offs. As inference grows with usage, the metering and attribution behind those numbers sit with this team.
Security comes with the systems you run
: identity and access, secrets management, least-privilege boundaries, and supply-chain integrity.
Make what you build legible.
Infrastructure-as-code that explains itself. Runbooks and in-repo context written for someone jumping in to help. Observability that tells you what failed and why.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What you bring
Required:
You have 8+ years building and operating production distributed systems, or equivalent server-side engineering with a heavy infrastructure focus.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how and when to harness AI in your work.
You've run systems where failure was expensive, and your opinions about reliability and deployment come from consequences rather than reading.
You've carried a pager, commanded an incident, and rolled back before you understood why.
You use SLOs and error budgets as operating tools.
You’ve used a major cloud provider and Kubernetes in production, with infrastructure-as-code as your default.
You've owned an architecture or migration, from planning through launch, whose consequences outlived the project, and you can say what you'd do differently.
You've found important unowned work, scoped it, earned buy-in, and delivered it without being handed a spec.
You build a minimal repro, read the logs, and write targeted checks to prove a fix works instead of trusting output.
Experience that helps:
GPU and ML infrastructure:
capacity planning, training or inference pipelines, serving cost and latency. If you haven't run a GPU fleet, experience with expensive capacity-constrained systems transfers well.
Production security engineering:
IAM, secrets, supply chain, least privilege. You don't need to have held a security title, but you should have owned these boundaries for systems you ran.
Cloud cost modeling:
commitment strategy, reservations, unit economics.
CI/CD:
at monorepo scale, and developer-environment work.
Intricacies of Video:
Media, video, or GPU-backed workloads.
Small teams owning a large surface:
whether at a Series B to D company or on an internal platform team.

In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring the first members of Render's Scaled Programs Customer Engineering team to help run the technical side of our scaled, digital-first customer motion. You'll support high-growth accounts without dedicated technical coverage, including our startup program cohort, through programmatic, one-to-many engagement rather than a traditional one-to-one model. The role has two halves: running scaled programs (in-app engagement, targeted outreach against expansion and churn signals, webinars) and contributing to the tools and content that power the broader Field Engineering organization (health triggers, growth and expansion opportunities based on product usage, pricing and sizing tools, POC templates, and enablement content). You'll partner closely with our Scaled Account Managers and report into Render's Field Engineering organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with Scaled AMs and Field Engineering teammates to turn expansion and churn signals (bandwidth, egress, usage patterns) into plays: AM talking points, programmatic outreach, and in-app prompts.
- Operate startup program onboarding: Intercom checklists, guided flows, and activation follow-up for high-growth AI startups.
- Partner with Support Engineering to identify recurring mistakes and best practices, then turn those insights into programs and content that reduce customer friction.
- Build and improve components of our scaled-engagement toolkit: in-app programs, outbound triggers, pricing and sizing calculators (e.g., Heroku and AWS RDS migrations to Postgres), POC templates, and reusable technical enablement.
- Run scaled customer programs: webinars, Slack community touchpoints, and pattern-based outreach across account cohorts, partnered with Scaled AMs.
- Translate recurring customer questions and technical best practices into timely in-product guidance and self-service content.
- Maintain activity tracking and feature-request data hygiene so reliable customer signals flow to the rest of Field Engineering and Product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role: customer engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or developer relations.
- Comfort operating a high-volume, one-to-many motion; you can independently execute clearly scoped programs and build systems and content rather than relying on 1:1 time.
- Strong fundamentals across cloud infrastructure: containers, deploys, autoscaling, networking, and CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of Postgres and common database migration patterns (Heroku, AWS RDS).
- AI fluency: you use AI tools daily in your own workflow, and you're comfortable advising customers building AI-native and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong written communication; you'll be a primary producer of docs, playbooks, and in-app content.
- Data-driven, able to prioritize work against team goals, and comfortable asking for context or support when ambiguity could affect the outcome.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with Intercom or a similar in-app engagement and messaging platform.
- Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that scale a team's impact beyond 1:1 work.
- Experience in a PLG or high-volume account environment.
- Prior experience with Heroku or other cloud migrations.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build the next generation of Agentic Codebases.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity
As a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity, you'll:
- Design and build the Nest.js service scaffolding that lets product teams stand up new backend services in our next-generation monorepo
- Implement paved paths, generators, and the platform primitives that make a new service work on day one rather than after a week of wiring.
- Build the seams that let new services run independently of our existing monolith.
- Own the deployment story for services and web applications on Cloudflare, and the interoperability with our existing AWS and Kubernetes estate managed through Pulumi and Argo CD.
- Lead migrations of substantial codebases into the monorepo and turn each one into a repeatable recipe rather than a bespoke effort.
- Partner directly with product teams as platform customers, treating their adoption as the measure of success and their friction as your backlog.
- Raise the leverage of the whole team by encoding what you learn into tooling, generators and agent-assisted workflows, so the next migration costs less than the last.
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.
ABOUT YOU
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building and operating backend services in production
- Demonstrated experience in backend service design defining service boundaries, contracts and data ownership, not only implementing within them
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
You'll thrive as a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity, if you:
- Have worked inside a large, heavily-coupled codebase and found the seams: extracting or bypassing functionality incrementally, behind behaviour-preserving contracts
- Are fluent in TypeScript and Node, and comfortable with edge runtimes.
- Have hands-on experience with monorepo tooling at scale (Nx, Turborepo or similar) and understand why build-graph correctness is a product concern rather than a config detail.
- Treat migration work as engineering rather than chores: you budget for the parts that fail silently, verify generated output rather than trusting a green build, and know that bug-for-bug translation beats improvement when the goal is proving nothing changed.
- Enjoy being a platform engineer with real customers — partnering with product teams, adapting the platform to how they actually work rather than requiring them to change, and measuring yourself on their adoption.
- Are comfortable working across cloud boundaries, with a considered view on where a workload belongs and what crossing between clouds costs in latency and spend.
- Communicate decisions in writing well enough that someone can pick up your work from the ticket — and are willing to say plainly when the fast answer and the right answer diverge.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Device Infrastructure Services owns the full lifecycle of hardware and operating systems across 1Password. The team is looking for the Staff Engineer who will lead its next chapter: a deliberate shift from legacy device management patterns towards devops and AI-enabled operations.
You'll be the technical leader of this team, responsible for setting the roadmap for this transformation and making sure it gets executed. This isn't a role where you hand off a roadmap and step back: you'll be in the build alongside the team, coaching engineers and raising the ceiling on what they're capable of. If you're excited by building scalable systems, shaping the strategy behind tools the whole company depends on, and bringing out the best work in the people around you, we want to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of IT and enterprise endpoint management experience, including 2+ years at a senior or staff IC level, with a track record of building and managing endpoints with Gitops practices.
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of enterprise endpoint management, deep operating system-level experience, and the ability to recognize patterns across a fleet and build fixes that prevent recurrence.
- Practical experience using AI tools to enable or accelerate IT operations and the judgment to know where AI speeds things up versus where it introduces risk.
- Proven ability to define and drive technical roadmaps, seeing around corners and balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
- Strong scripting and IaC ability (Bash, Python, and Terraform at minimum) — both writing production-quality automation yourself and reviewing others' code with a critical eye.
- Deep working knowledge of enterprise security fundamentals as they apply to endpoints: encryption, patch/vulnerability management, EDR, least-privilege enforcement, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar).
- Lead through change, collaborate effectively, and mentor engineers while maintaining a focused and impactful team environment.
What you can expect:
- Own the technical direction of our Device Infrastructure Services, the tooling and standards that keep ~2,000 endpoints compliant, configured, and secure.
- Drive the technical direction of a DevOps operating model for the fleet — config-as-code, version control, code review, and CI/CD pipelines in place of manual console changes — and drive adoption of that model across the IT team.
- Lead the adoption of responsible agentic AI across the device team, building the guardrails that decide what agents can act on autonomously and what still needs a human checkpoint.
- Act as the final escalation point for high-severity endpoint incidents, including deep machine-level diagnosis on both macOS and Windows hardware.
- Partner across IT, Security, and product teams building custom solutions and helping push their initiatives across the finish line.
- Assess and pilot new tooling (e.g., MDM platform migrations, patch management systems) and drive build-vs-buy decisions.
- Collaborate with product teams to advise on features from the perspective of a real-world enterprise device deployment, and lead Customer Zero initiatives — piloting and stress-testing our own product against our internal fleet before it reaches customers.
What success looks like:
- Establishing a clear 12-month roadmap for the transition to a GitOps-based operating model.
- Building device health metrics and remediation standards for machine security, performance, and employee experience.
- Developing our AI-assisted operations strategy, with automation milestones that balance speed, human review, security and agentic workflows.
- Supporting the unpredictable release cadence of major OS vendors, and making sure those updates land safely across the org.
- Bringing the team along with you — at 1Password, we Put People First. This role isn't just about leveling up what we can do technically, it's also about coaching the team along the way.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $143,000 USD and $207,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $122,000 CAD and $177,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
Health and wellbeing
👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs
🩺 Competitive health benefits
🏝 Generous PTO policy
Growth and future
📈 RSU program for most employees
💸 Retirement matching program

🤝 Paid volunteer days
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
🌎 Remote-first work environment
*Some roles in our GTM team are currently being hired for in-person hybrid work in Toronto and Austin. These roles will specify on the posting.
You belong here.
1Password is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace that is built on trust, support and respect. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. Be yourself, find your people and share the things you love.
Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs.
Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you.

Render is seeking a foundational Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with our fastest growing and highest potential customers. Our product-led growth model has attracted a significant number of high-growth companies who have scaled their usage organically, and as they grow, it's critical that we evolve from just a self-service solution into a proactive business partner. As the primary business owner for a portfolio of Render's most important customers, you will be responsible for understanding their strategic goals, leading commercial conversations, and driving adoption and expansion. You will proactively identify and mitigate churn risks by reinforcing our value proposition against alternatives managed platform services and hyperscalers. Working in close partnership with our Customer Engineers, you will provide a holistic experience that combines deep technical guidance, knowledge/best practices sharing and ultimately securing our position as a long-term partner in their success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage a large book of ~300 commercial accounts using a 1-to-many, programmatic engagement model—delivering consistent value at scale through proactive outreach and enablement.
- Build and run scalable programs that drive adoption and expansion (e.g., onboarding journeys, product education series, lifecycle campaigns, webinars/office hours, and targeted nurture motions).
- Proactively share best practices, playbooks, and technical guidance in partnership with Customer Engineers—helping customers succeed through self-serve resources and repeatable workflows.
- Identify and prioritize accounts for targeted, higher-touch interventions using health signals and product usage data; mitigate churn risks through timely education and clear next steps.
- Own and execute contracting motions across your book, including renewals, annualization/commit motions, and standard commercial expansion—working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Legal to remove friction.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to surface customer insights and influence the programs, content, and product improvements that will most impact scaled customers.
- Track and report on program performance (adoption, retention, renewal/commit conversion, expansion) and continuously iterate based on results.
- Represent Render with authenticity, curiosity, and technical credibility in every customer interaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Has 5+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in the cloud infrastructure or developer tooling space.
- Possesses a commercial mindset with a track record of successfully managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and negotiating contracts
- Is familiar with using product usage data or analytics to identify customer health risks and expansion opportunities.
- Is a strategic thinker who can connect the dots between a customer's technical challenges and their overarching business goals.
- Excels at building rapport and trust with a wide range of stakeholders from senior engineers to C-level executives.
- Is savvy with product-led growth (PLG) environments and understands how to engage customers who initially adopted a product through a self-service motion.
- Is a builder who thrives in ambiguity. You are energized by the opportunity to shape a new function and create processes, not frustrated by the lack of standardized playbooks.
- Has a strong sense of empathy and a genuine passion for helping developers and engineering teams succeed.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Background at high-performing developer-facing hyper growth tech companies.
- Experience with hyperscalers and / or cloud platform solutions.
- Experience helping customers migrate from hyperscalers to managed platform solutions.

Success is measured by accurate and timely close deliverables, well-supported reconciliations, prompt exception resolution, dependable cross-functional communication, and adherence to established controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Close and Operational Accounting
- Prepare and support assigned month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, true-ups, journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, balance-sheet substantiation, and flux or variance analysis.
- Prepare journal-entry support and submissions, including account and cost-center coding; monitor approval, posting, and rejection status and coordinate timely follow-up with authorized employees.

- Support lease, fixed-asset, construction-in-progress, and related infrastructure accounting as assigned, including data capture, schedule maintenance, modifications, and period-end entries.
Contract, Invoice, and Data Validation
- Maintain complete and accurate contract and pricing records across new agreements, amendments, credits, delivery or drawdown changes, extensions, and terminations.
- Translate commercial terms into accounting inputs and operating workflows and ensure relevant changes are reflected in recurring accounting processes.
- Validate vendor invoices and operational data against rates, usage, commitments, delivery, resource attributes, and accounting mappings.
- Investigate exceptions, document root causes and resolutions, track open items and bottlenecks, and coordinate follow-up through completion.
Controls, Audit, and Issue Resolution
- Follow established accounting policies, standard operating procedures, close calendars, review requirements, and approval workflows.
- Execute control procedures over source data and workpapers, including completeness and accuracy checks, evidence retention, and reviewer-ready documentation.
- Respond to audit and control requests by assembling tie-outs, schedules, explanations, and source evidence.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve accounting and operational blockers.
- Communicate requirements, status, outstanding items, and accounting implications clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Escalate unusual contracts, accounting judgments, control exceptions, or access requests with clear context and recommended next steps.
Process Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring data-quality issues, process delays, and control gaps, and surface trends and recommended improvements to the appropriate team lead.
- Write clear requirements, test system or process changes, and validate downstream accounting outputs before operational use.
- Improve recurring workflows through standardization, documentation, automation, and tooling; maintain clear procedures and handoffs.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis and documentation, and support scalable and agentic workflows while following data-security and review requirements.
- Help maintain consistent execution as systems, accounting requirements, and workflows evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a related finance function, including hands-on operational accounting.
- Strong month-end and quarter-end close experience involving accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and workpaper preparation.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, with the judgment to recognize and escalate matters requiring technical accounting review.
- Experience interpreting contracts, invoices, and large operational datasets and translating them into accurate accounting outcomes.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills and experience using an ERP or comparable finance system.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, clear documentation habits, and the ability to independently manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, external vendors, and time zones.
PREFERRED
- Operational accounting experience in a technology, cloud-computing, or infrastructure environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and lease-accounting, fixed-asset, or similar finance systems.
- CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Exposure to cloud and compute costs, lease accounting, fixed assets, construction in progress, or related infrastructure arrangements.
- Familiarity with SQL, GitHub, issue-tracking tools, or similar technical tools used to investigate data and process issues.
- Experience in audit-ready, high-growth, or control-focused operating environments.

Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly.

Support Hasbro’s global digital roadmap across Direct-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business channels.

Oversee configuration, enhancements, and testing activities, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for OTC initiatives.

Partner with Finance, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Procurement to deliver fully integrated end-to-end OTC processes.

Maintain process documentation, training materials, and functional specifications.
Contribute to IT governance, ensuring consistent development practices, quality standards, and methodology adherence.
What You Bring
5+ years of SAP SD configuration and functional solution design experience, with direct S/4HANA exposure strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and the ability to articulate S/4HANA advantages and simplification concepts.
