✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within UTC−6 to UTC+3.
Role Summary
Oyster is hiring an Integrated Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated growth campaigns for global prospective customers, turning target accounts into pipeline and accelerating open opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, you'll partner closely with our Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, Events, Ops, and Sales teams to deliver one coherent buyer journey across every channel.
This is a role for a marketer who wants their work measured in pipeline, not page views. You’ll own Oyster’s integrated campaigns end to end. Deciding the strategy, the channel mix and the spend, and you’ll see directly how your work drives revenue. You’ll sit at the centre of Marketing and Sales, with the scope to shape how we reach companies hiring across borders.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Develop, execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Including content syndication, webinars, virtual events, email nurtures, direct mail, referral programs, and demo programs: to drive net-new pipeline and accelerate open opportunities.
- Build quarterly campaign plans that balance always-on programs with high-impact moments for the full prospect lifecycle, modeled backward from pipeline goals to determine program mix and spend.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to turn positioning into campaign messaging, offers, and content that is tested and refined based on results.
- Build campaign enablement (talk tracks, email templates, one-pagers) and align with BDRs on follow-up expectations so campaign interest converts into meetings.
- Manage timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery with ROI accountability.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement
- Partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, sales, operations and external vendors to ensure consistent, aligned campaign execution across the business.
- Optimize campaigns and refine strategies based on data-driven results, including A/B testing and performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve research, segmentation, personalization, campaign development, content distribution, analysis, and execution.
- Facilitate retrospectives and turn performance findings into optimized campaigns and repeatable playbooks.
Core Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B integrated or demand generation marketing, including substantial ownership of demand generation, integrated campaigns, growth marketing, or account-based marketing.
- A track record of building campaigns that tie directly to pipeline coverage and revenue outcomes, not just engagement metrics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven, with working knowledge of attribution and pipeline measurement.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for campaign planning, content acceleration, or workflow automation.
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, or equivalent CRM/MAP platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting strategy and results to senior stakeholders.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry helps developers identify and resolve issues in their applications. Behind our products is a complex foundation of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and services that must perform reliably at scale.
Our Platform and Infrastructure Engineering teams build and operate the systems that power Sentry. From cloud infrastructure, distributed storage, and real-time event processing to service reliability, scalability, and developer productivity, these teams provide the technical foundation that enables our products and engineering organization to grow.
We're looking for Staff Software Engineers to tackle some of Sentry's most challenging infrastructure and distributed systems problems. Depending on your experience and interests, you might work on scaling our real-time event processing systems, improving the reliability and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure, or designing and building foundational services that support our products.
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to identify important technical problems, lead solutions from design through production, and influence engineering decisions beyond your immediate team. We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving difficult problems, remain hands-on with the systems they build, and take pride in delivering meaningful technical impact.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable distributed systems that support Sentry's products and engineering teams.
- Own technically complex projects from identifying problems and defining solutions through implementation, deployment, and production operations.
- Solve challenging engineering problems involving system architecture, performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Make thoughtful architectural decisions, evaluating tradeoffs between performance, complexity, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
- Proactively identify technical challenges and opportunities for improvement, including problems without clearly defined requirements or established solutions.
- Stay hands-on with engineering, contributing production-quality code, reviewing designs, and helping resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders across teams to influence technical direction, establish engineering standards, and drive improvements.
- Share technical knowledge, mentor other engineers, and help strengthen engineering practices across the organization.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy solving difficult technical problems where the solution isn't immediately obvious.
- Like designing and building systems that operate reliably at scale.
- Thrive on taking ownership of complex engineering challenges, from initial design through production.
- Balance hands-on engineering with technical leadership and enjoy influencing decisions without formal authority.
- Think critically about architectural tradeoffs and favor pragmatic, maintainable solutions over unnecessary complexity.
- Take initiative in identifying important problems rather than waiting for projects to be assigned.
- Enjoy collaborating with talented engineers, sharing knowledge, and raising the bar for engineering quality.
- Find satisfaction in shipping meaningful improvements and seeing the impact of your work in production.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in designing, building, and operating distributed systems or infrastructure.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, Java, or a comparable language.
- Experience designing and implementing technically complex systems, with a track record of delivering meaningful engineering outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex technical projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions from design through production.
- Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Kubernetes, container orchestration, Terraform, infrastructure as code, networking, or service discovery.
- Distributed Systems: Distributed architectures, fault tolerance, consistency, replication, or high-availability systems.
- Data Infrastructure: Kafka, real-time streaming, distributed storage, OLAP/OLTP databases, or large-scale data processing.
- Infrastructure Reliability: Observability, performance optimization, capacity planning, incident response, or production operations.
- Developer Infrastructure: CI/CD systems, build and deployment infrastructure, developer environments, or internal developer platforms.
- Strong architectural judgment, with the ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and design systems for reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, collaborate effectively, and influence technical decisions across engineering teams.
- Experience improving engineering practices, sharing technical knowledge, or helping other engineers grow.
We recognize that strong engineers come from different backgrounds. You don't need experience in every technology or domain listed above. We're interested in candidates who bring meaningful technical depth, strong engineering judgment, and a track record of solving challenging problems.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $240,000 to $400,000, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE DESIGN AND RESEARCH COMMUNITY AT ALAN
Alan’s Design & Research (D&R) community is the group of designers and researchers behind everything our members see and use. Our goal is simple: build the most member-centric health experience there is, with high standards of craft and a real understanding of the people we design for.
We are growing fast, and AI is changing what is possible in the way we work. We are looking for someone who loves tooling, ops and AI to help us move faster without lowering the bar on quality.
This is a builder role where design, operations and AI meet. You will scope where AI and automation can help us build faster, scale better and catch quality issues earlier, then turn the best ideas into tools the community actually uses. Along the way, you will help us improve our rituals and best practices, and share what we learn inside and outside Alan. You are not a designer or a researcher yourself: you are the enabler that allows the community to go faster and perform better as our member base grows.
🤝 YOUR MISSIONS
You will help D&R work smarter and keep quality high as we grow, in close collaboration with the community, its lead, and the engineering, Product Ops and platform teams we work with. You will help shape our community strategy on AI and tooling, then build and run what comes out of it.
- Explore: Test new AI tools and automations, find the ones that really save time or improve quality, and share the best with the community. Work with our internal AI tooling teams to bring what’s cutting edge to design and research.
- Build: Create skills, agents and automated checks that make design and research work more efficient, reliable and of higher quality.
- Run the tooling: Maintain and upgrade the tools the community relies on, and be our point of contact with Alan’s platform and agentic teams.
- Improve how we work: Bring in better practices and rituals, push our existing rituals to the next level and help us show what we learn and achieve, inside and outside Alan.
- Own your roadmap: Identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, set clear goals, track adoption and quality, and adjust as you go.
🚀 YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF...
You are an ops-minded builder with around 4 years of experience in ops or enablement roles: design ops, tooling, automation, analytics, program management or something close. Design and research interests you, but what drives you is helping teams work better with tools, automation and better rituals.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience automating work. You have replaced repetitive tasks with automations, internal tools or AI workflows (no-code, low-code or AI tools), at work or on your own projects, and you can tell us what you built and who used it.
- Familiarity with AI tools. You have built or tested skills, agents or automations, and you care that they are reliable, not just impressive in a demo.
- Comfort working with engineers. You can build things yourself, you know when to ask for production-grade work, and you speak their language.
- Experience supporting a team or community, for example through onboarding, rituals, events or internal communications.
- Strong English communication, to collaborate with our international team. French is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in or alongside a design or research team.
- Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
Qualities we look for
- Builder and strategic mindset: you make progress with incomplete information, choose the simplest approach that works, and ship.
- Rigour: you set a baseline and a target, and improve with each iteration.
- Systems thinking: you see how people, processes, tools and data fit together.
- Judgment: you frame ambiguous problems, prioritise, and know what to drop.
- Clear communication: you keep people updated and explain your choices.
🌍 WHERE YOU CAN BE BASED
Location: Based in (or within commuting distance of) one of our hubs (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid or Barcelona), with the ability to work onsite twice per week. We prefer you have the right to work here.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t check every box, we’d love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We’ll be thrilled to receive your application!

And beyond.
We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our Accountant Partnerships team in France, specifically focused on building and developing relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks.
The core purpose of this role is to turn accounting firms into long-term Alan partners and advocates. You will help them recommend Alan to their clients, improve their day-to-day experience with health insurance and payroll administration, and generate qualified business opportunities for Alan’s Sales teams.
The accountant ecosystem represents a significant growth opportunity for Alan. France has approximately 22,000 accounting firms supporting around 3.5 million companies, and Alan’s existing Accountant Partnership channel has already generated significant ARR through a relatively small number of partners.
The team is now entering a new phase of development. We are hiring new Partnership Manager to help build a scalable, high-performing partner network and contribute to Alan’s ambition to make Accountant Partnerships a strategic growth channel.
Here is how your key outcomes will look like:
1. Build and grow a strong partner network: Identify, prioritise and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms and networks.
2. Drive partnerships from discussion to activation: Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch, ensuring that Alan creates value for both accountants and their clients.
3. Activate partners and generate business opportunities: Build engagement plans, support partner enablement and work closely with Sales to turn recommendations into qualified opportunities.
4. Help scale the Accountant Partnerships model: Manage partner performance, share insights with internal teams and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, tools and processes.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong partnership and commercial skills with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex and evolving B2B ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing partnerships from initial contact to activation and long-term development. They should enjoy working autonomously in an environment where there is still a lot to build.
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management or customer success in a B2B environment
- Experience managing partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing to activation and ongoing relationship management
- Experience managing a portfolio of partners, ideally in a fast-growing company
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A data-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and prioritise opportunities
- The ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and the ability to work autonomously
- Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English
Experience working directly with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software or insurance companies would be a strong plus.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with B2B distribution partnerships, where a third party recommends or distributes a solution to its own customers. Experience limited to technology integrations, co-marketing or visibility partnerships would be less relevant for this role.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Everything else is a plus. We care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.
- Flexible office with hybrid setup. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only).
- Transport. Generous transit benefit
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE NOT ROLES.
After reading this job description, if you feel like you don’t have all the necessary prerequisites but that it matches where you are now or what you'd like to grow into in your next position, we encourage you to apply!
Not everybody will enter our recruitment process, but all, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.

📈 FINANCE COMMUNITY AT ALAN
Finance & Strategy exists to enable better decisions, faster, at every level of the company, in a regulated, diverse and ever changing business.
We succeed when ambitious goals become credible plans, when strategic bets are grounded in financial reality, and when the entire company (not just Finance!) speaks the language of performance.
We set the right ambition, we monitor whether we're getting there, and we raise our hand when something needs to change.
We are not record-keepers. We are builders, partners, and challengers. We are looking for people who want to build, support decision making processes and challenge the status quo.

- Monitor Alan’s financial and operational performance to understand the value drivers, the opportunities, adjustments to bring to our plan. This implies a strong link with Finance production to build and automate monthly deep-dives
- Steer performance through framing and implementing high-impact initiatives (e.g. procurement tool, pricing) and driving some punctual explorations (e.g. M&A, transformative partnerships, competitive intelligence)
- Contribute to our investors relations and financing. This includes preparing Board meetings, fundraising, external communications.
To support the above, you will build, improve, maintain best-in-class tools for financial planning and performance monitoring, hand-in-hand with the Data, Business and Finance teams. This includes BP, monitoring dashboards, selection and implementation of third party tools where relevant.
You will also work closely with the Finance Operations teams, notably to produce and interpret our monthly financial performance, and on specific projects.
⚙️ QUALIFICATIONS ⚙️
Must have
- >1y experience in Management consulting or Investment Banking or similar experience at a top tech scale up
- Excellence in Financial modeling
- Excellent fluency in both English and French.

- Business (Sales, Operations, Insurance)
- Data (support in defining metrics to build & monitor)
