About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is the runtime control plane for the AI software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC). Thousands of engineering organizations, including more than a quarter of the Fortune 500, use LaunchDarkly to ship, measure, and control every change that reaches production, whether it is written by people or by AI. Feature management built the company. The next chapter is bigger: as the cost of writing code falls and the volume of change outpaces human review, the constraint is moving from writing software to controlling it. LaunchDarkly is building the critical infrastructure for the AI-SDLC. Customers build their own software factories. We build the rails they run on.
We are hiring the leader of Product Management for LaunchDarkly. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the product management organization end to end: the people, operating system, roadmap commitments, and commercial outcomes across every product pillar. You will sit at the technology leadership table as the Product Management peer to the heads of Engineering and Product Design.
The CPO sets the company’s product vision and strategic direction. You will build and run the product organization that turns that direction into a coherent portfolio, shipped outcomes, customer adoption, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on operating role for a product leader who knows how to build the machine, make the tradeoffs, and finish the work.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product leadership.
Serve as the product counterpart to Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Resolve cross-functional tradeoffs, establish shared commitments, and ensure LaunchDarkly presents one coherent product strategy to customers and the market.
Build and lead the product management organization.
Design the organization intentionally, allocate resources effectively, maintain a high talent bar, build succession plans, and establish clear ownership for every product surface a customer or sales representative may ask about.
Own the product operating system.
Establish the cadence that turns strategy into shipped software and met goals, including quarterly commitments, leadership reviews, squad-level inspection, launch briefs, new product introduction (NPI), and the product-to-field handoff. Make execution predictable enough that the executive team does not have to ask whether something shipped.
Drive roadmap delivery across every product pillar.
Lead execution across Enterprise, Foundation, Observability, Experimentation, Agent Control, Automation, and the platform beneath them. Build a culture of doing what we say we are going to do.
Create portfolio discipline without slowing the company down.
Ensure new bets enter the portfolio through explicit decisions rather than hallway conversations, while preserving the flexibility to respond to market changes. Marketing dates should be commitments the product organization can confidently support.
Drive finishing.
A product is not done when version one ships; it is done when the team has iterated based on learning. A launch is not done when it ships; it is done when the field is amplifying it. A process is not done when it is written; it is done when it creates leverage for the team.
Own packaging execution and commercial outcomes.
Lead how pricing and packaging land in the product and in the field so every representative can sell the full platform and every pillar contributes to its commercial goals.
Stay close to customers and the field.
Spend time with the largest customers and most demanding evaluators, translate what you learn into product decisions, and build a process that brings customer and field insight into the roadmap at scale.
Use AI to increase product and engineering leverage.
Help the organization adopt AI-assisted development and product practices in ways that increase delivery speed while maintaining quality and judgment.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year:
The organization is complete. The leadership model is in place, product lines have the right pillar leadership, spans and layers are intentional, decision rights are clear, succession risks are understood, and the organization can continue to scale.
Delivery increases every quarter. Shipped output per team rises quarter over quarter as AI-assisted development compounds, with quality holding.
The operating system runs without the CPO driving it. Reviews, check-ins, launch briefs, and NPI happen on cadence and at a consistent bar.
The portfolio is staffed. Every initiative in flight has an explicit staffing decision and plan behind it.
The numbers move. Activation, attach, activity, and expansion targets for each pillar respond to the organization’s inputs.
The team is stronger than you found it. Product managers have more leverage, complementary strengths are valued over a uniform mold, and every hire raises the bar.
About You:
You are direct, decisive, and high-agency. You identify a problem, propose a fix, and act unless someone tells you not to.
You are a relentless simplifier, not a caretaker. When you find friction, your instinct is to remove process rather than add it. You know how to run a company of this size like a small company that ships.
You are a builder of people and move quickly on people problems. Product leaders who have worked for you say you made them better and would work for you again. You raise the bar clearly, promote based on evidence, and do not allow known performance problems to persist.
You are comfortable challenging a strategy and turning it into a sequenced portfolio. You can tell the story of an idea you pushed back on, how you used evidence to make the call, and how you maintained the relationship.
You write clearly and make decisions. You use written argument to create alignment, expect strong writing from your team, and end meetings with a decision.
You are customer-oriented and commercially grounded. You can move from a conversation with a developer or data scientist to a discussion with an executive buyer or sales leader without losing the thread.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including 7+ years leading Product Managers and product leaders across a multi-product B2B platform
.
Experience leading Product Management at the VP, SVP, or equivalent level across a multi-product B2B platform.
Experience leading a product management organization of 20 or more product managers at a company with approximately $100M to $500M in revenue.
A track record of building and developing a product organization, rather than simply inheriting one.
Demonstrated ability to turn company strategy into a reliable operating system that delivers roadmap commitments and measurable business outcomes.
Experience working with a founder or visionary executive and converting a high volume of ideas into a sequenced, resourced portfolio.
Experience building products for engineering organizations and selling to CTOs, platform leaders, and data science teams.
Strong commercial fluency, including experience owning or materially influencing pricing, packaging, attach, expansion, and go-to-market execution.
Experience balancing enterprise and self-serve motions, including an understanding of what drives a large enterprise expansion and what creates value for a developer on a free plan.
Practical experience using AI agents in your own work and applying AI-native approaches to product management or software development. You should have clear opinions about how AI changes product management, supported by things you have shipped.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and improve delivery speed without compromising product quality.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
Over 30,000 Canadian businesses already trust Wealthsimple Business to spend, invest, and help their employees save, all in one place. But most Canadian SMBs still don't know we offer business banking at all. Our team owns the growth engine that closes that gap: getting Wealthsimple Business in front of the millions of small businesses in Canada who haven't heard of it yet, and building the pipeline that lets us compete directly for a market that isn't ours yet. We work closely with the broader Marketing org but stay focused on this segment specifically. This isn't general brand awareness — it's demand for a product category most SMBs haven't considered us for.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own net-new customer acquisition for the SMB segment: running the paid and experimental channels that create demand where none currently exists. This is a build-from-scratch role in a real sense. The acquisition engine for this segment doesn't exist yet, so you'll be defining it, testing what moves the needle, and scaling what works, rather than optimizing something already in motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own SMB-specific acquisition: explore and test across channel types, paid media, partnerships, content, community, and anything else that could move the needle. No one's handing you a channel mix. Figuring that out is the job
- Run the team's growth experimentation cadence: CAC/LTV analysis and funnel experiments that turn into repeatable, scalable campaigns, not one-off tests, measured through to pipeline handed to Sales
- Test positioning and messaging that gets this segment to notice us for the first time
- Own growth-motivated webinars and other programs aimed at reaching new audiences, not nurturing ones we already have
- Partner with the Demand Gen Specialist so acquisition experiments feed nurture, and nurture insights inform where acquisition effort goes next
- Embed AI into your day-to-day, creative and copy iteration, audience research, campaign experimentation, to move faster and test more
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6+ years in growth or performance marketing, with a track record of generating demand and measuring it through to downstream pipeline value
- Experience building and running growth experiments: channel tests, funnel optimization, CAC/LTV analysis. You don't just execute a media plan someone else designed
- Comfort operating in a segment or product with limited brand awareness. You understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative have to work differently when you're introducing a category to someone who doesn't know it exists yet, not comparing features for someone who already does
- Experience running net-new-audience programs (webinars, partnerships, co-marketing) aimed at reaching new audiences, not nurturing existing ones
- An analytical mindset: you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend what to do next, not just report on results
- Clear written communication: able to translate test results and positioning ideas into something a cross-functional team can act on
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work: building lead enrichment workflows, generating and testing creative at scale, or surfacing insights from data faster. You treat AI as a core part of how you work
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.
- Experience marketing specifically to small and medium-sized businesses, understanding how SMB buyers discover, evaluate, and choose financial products
WHO YOU ARE
- You're motivated by ambiguity and building from scratch, not maintaining an existing channel
- You think like an owner. You don't wait to be told which experiment to run next
- You're comfortable being judged on outcomes you can't fully control yet, because the category itself is new
- You partner well. You know acquisition and nurture only work if the handoff between them is good
- You're competitive in a healthy way. "Let's go win this" is a mindset, not just a talking point
- You're as comfortable in the numbers as you are in the creative. This role needs both

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.
Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.

We also welcome any feedback on how we can better accommodate candidates with accessibility needs.
AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Amazon brings Ledger to a broader audience of crypto-curious buyers on every continent, making it a key growth driver for the business. The Marketplaces team owns the Amazon channel end to end, from catalogue and inventory management to ads campaign management. You’ll lead our ads performance and bring a builder’s mindset to the whole channel: using data and AI to scale what works and automate our Amazon processes, from ads to operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Amazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue, not just efficient spend; use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand our audiences and buyers and measure what our ads really bring.
- Process automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets.
- Data & reporting: collaborate closely with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Promotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.
- Tooling & partner evaluation: continuously benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners (audiences analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.) to identify the best stack for scale.
- Cross functional collaboration: work closely with the operations/catalog team, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis, or, with a strong analytical mindset (Amazon Ads experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong appetite for AI is a must, with dashboards, reportings or automated processes you’ve built using AI tools
- Comfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English; the role is based in Paris, and English is a prerequisite for both social and work life in our office
Nice to have:
- Hands on experience with Amazon Ads console / Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Interest in Web3/crypto
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.

About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to reach the right buyers on LinkedIn and beyond. You’re equally comfortable planning a full-funnel, account-based program and strategizing the creative that brings it to life. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our Google programs and run paid media across Search, YouTube, Display, DOOH, and LLMs.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales and Demand Gen goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Social Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own Google as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, build, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll work directly with Sales and Demand Gen, so you’ll see how your campaigns turn into pipeline.
- You’ll run a broad mix of channels, from Search and YouTube to DOOH and LLMs.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize ads for Google (Search/YouTube), Display, DOOH, and LLMs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build search campaigns end-to-end, including keyword strategy, match types, negative keywords, bidding, ad copy, audiences, and assets.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, UTMs, and keywords before anything goes live.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing search campaigns within Google Ads, ideally with a focus in lead generation

- Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Swiss consumer and retail sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- Well-connected in the Swiss consumer and retail landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Switzerland, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience.
This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform.

Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
About the role
Advertising is one of OLX's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI.
This role reports to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms
Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video
Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience
Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth
Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust
AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft
Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship
Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context
Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences
Multi-market experience across different regulatory and commercial environments
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
