We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
Runway is growing fast, and so is the surface area of what users need to learn. We're looking for an Education Content Specialist to keep our Help Center accurate, our Academy content well-produced, and our users set up for success from day one.
You'll sit within the Experience & Enterprise Enablement team, working closely with the Education & Enablement lead to execute against a content roadmap that spans written documentation, video scripts, and self-service resources. Every feature launch will have your fingerprints on it. You're the person who makes sure users don't have to guess.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Write, update, and maintain Help Center articles across product features, billing, policies, and troubleshooting — keeping documentation accurate as the product moves fast
- Coordinate with engineering and product at launch time to ensure articles are live before features ship
- Audit existing Help Center content for accuracy and discoverability; surface recommendations based on support ticket trends and user feedback
- Create and maintain self-service content — FAQs, quick-start guides, troubleshooting flows — that reduces ticket volume and helps users help themselves
- Draft scripts for Runway Academy video tutorials, walkthroughs, and course modules
- Support production of Academy content: create supporting assets, prepare materials for recording, and help get finished content published and organized
- Build and maintain a library of templates, prompt guides, and project starters across Runway's tools
- Support production and publishing of office hours, webinars, and live Q&A sessions
- Keep Help Center documentation and Academy content consistent and cross-referenced
- Track the performance of content you've produced — article engagement, search deflection, CSAT — and flag gaps to the Education & Enablement lead
- Work with legal to ensure usage policies and terms are accurately reflected in customer-facing content
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, education content, or a similar role at a software or SaaS company
- Ability to translate complex product features into clear, user-friendly language — across articles, scripts, and guides
- Experience shipping documentation on tight timelines with cross-functional dependencies
- Comfort with help center platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar) and content management systems
- Familiarity with video content production and an instinct for how to structure and pace educational content
- Strong editorial judgment — you catch inconsistencies before they go live
- Organized and autonomous working style; you can manage a documentation backlog while staying responsive to urgent launch needs
- A bias toward action and a belief that no task is too small
- Familiarity building with LLMs to streamline and automate processes
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI or creative tools — with genuine curiosity about how they work
- Background in or passion for the creative space — video, design, animation, or related fields
- Experience using support data (ticket volume, search queries, CSAT, completion rates) to prioritize content work
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.

The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to support the general ledger, the close, and our accounting processes and controls as Baseten scales. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants full ownership of the core accounting function at a company where the entity structure, transaction volume, and reporting requirements are growing quickly.
You’ll join the corporate accounting team and take on the general ledger, vendor contract review, the close calendar, and our internal control environment as the business grows. We are focused on tightening close procedures, strengthening controls, and building reporting rigor to support the scale ahead. You’ll partner closely with FP&A, Data, and cross-functional partners to make sure the books close on time and accurately every cycle.
Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI-native companies, and we're scaling quickly - in headcount, entity structure, transaction volume, and contract complexity and volume and vendor size. If you want real ownership over a growing function on a lean team, this role offers real scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Ledger and Financial Reporting
- Own day-to-day execution of general ledger journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation as the entity structure grows
- Own recurring close areas, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and equity compensation
- Lead month-end and year-end close, setting the calendar and holding FP&A, Data, and cross-functional partners so the books close on time every cycle
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and flux analysis for accounting and finance leadership
- Identify and automate the manual, error-prone steps that slow the close down
Controls and Audit
- Partner directly with cross-functional teams and external auditors to keep internal controls tight and the company audit-ready
- Own audit deliverables, including technical accounting memos, schedules, and sample testing support
Systems and Cross-Functional Partnership
- Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of our accounting systems stack, including NetSuite and our spend management platform, and push for automation over manual workarounds
- Partner with FP&A on reporting, forecasting inputs, and variance analysis
- Support FP&A, Legal, and Procurement on the accounting implications of new entities, contracts, and programs
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years focused specifically on corporate accounting, general ledger, and close management
- Deep working knowledge of US GAAP across core corporate accounting areas, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, debt and leases
- Hands-on experience owning account reconciliations and preparing monthly financial statements
- Experience owning the close calendar directly, not just contributing to a close run by someone else
- Public company or audit-ready private company experience (Big 4 or industry, with audit exposure)
- Builder mentality with a bias toward execution; comfortable operating on a lean team relative to company scale
- Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP) and a modern spend management platform
- Based in San Francisco or New York, with the ability to work in-person 3+ days per week
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed infrastructure or cloud company
- Experience supporting multi-entity or international consolidations
- Integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
- CPA
- Exposure to SOX or SOX-readiness controls work
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Field Account Development Executive at Teleport, you will own engagement with the accounts that matter most to our business in your metro. Teleport unifies identity across humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents — replacing fragmented, credential-based access with a hardware-rooted, cryptographic identity layer that scales zero trust across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll work closely with Field Marketing, Partner, Demand Gen, and the Account Executives who carry your accounts to build presence and pipeline in a single city, pairing multi-channel outbound with a heavy in-person motion across meetups, conferences, partner activations, and Teleport-hosted events. Instead of a sequence and a dial target, you'll be given a fixed book, a territory budget, an events calendar, a warm-path map, and the latitude to decide how all of it gets used. This role is ideal for a self-directed relationship builder who wants to become a field seller — someone who treats a city as a territory to be earned rather than a list to be worked.
Expect to be in the field regularly, typically a couple of evenings a week and more during conference weeks. Reaching people has never been easier; earning their trust has never been harder. That harder part is the job, and it happens face to face.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own and quarterback the development of a fixed book of named enterprise and mid-market accounts in your metro, in partnership with the AEs who carry them
- Build and defend a point of view on each account: who the buying committee is, what they care about, where the entry point is, and what the next three touches should be
- Show up. Attend and work the meetups, happy hours, conferences, partner events, and Teleport-hosted events in your territory. Become a known face in your city's infrastructure and security community
- Create reasons to engage that aren't a meeting request — event invitations, gifting, relevant third-party content, community connections, local activations
- Map warm paths into your accounts using our customer, alumni, and employee networks, and drive the referral ask to completion, including directing the AE on when and how to make it
- Run multi-channel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) against the buying committee, with real personalization rather than volume
- Work with Field Marketing on which events are worth sponsoring in your metro, and with our Partner team on co-marketing opportunities that reach your 50
- Convert in-person contact into structured next steps: AE meetings, executive conversations, technical deep dives
- Log every touch in Salesforce and Outreach so account progression is visible and creditable
- Present a monthly account review: what you've done across the 50, what worked, what you're doing next, and where you need air support
- Use our intent, buying-committee, and enrichment tooling — including AI-assisted research and account planning — to decide where to spend your week
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Based in your metro. You live in San Francisco Bay Area and can be in the field on short notice. This role is not remote-anywhere
- Experienced: 3+ years in a role where you built relationships and pipeline in a defined territory. That could be account development against enterprise or mid-market named accounts, field or event marketing, community or developer relations, partner development, or field sales. What matters is that you've worked named accounts rather than lists, and that you've done it with real people in real rooms
- A field animal: You would rather be at a happy hour with forty engineers than on your ninth call of the morning. You are comfortable walking into a room where you know nobody and leaving with three conversations worth following up
- Self-directed: You are given a goal and a budget, not a playbook. You decide what to build. You bring ideas rather than waiting for a program
- Technically curious: You can hold a credible conversation with platform, infrastructure, and security engineers about the problems they have. You don't need to be an engineer; you do need to be genuinely interested
- Relationship-first: You measure your work in trust built, not touches logged — while still logging the touches
- Tool-fluent: You are fast with modern GTM tooling and AI assistants, and you'd rather build your own leverage than file a request
- Ambitious: You want to be a field seller. This role is the on-ramp
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
Teleport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classifications protected by federal, state, or local law.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Engineering Manager for Agent Platform & UX, you will lead two teams reimagining Render's onboarding and activation experience for both humans and AI agents.
One team owns the experience a person sees the first time they come to Render: signup, onboarding, activation, and what drives them to adopt more of the platform. The other team builds the equivalent experience for agents, which reach Render through APIs rather than the UI, integrating with providers like Codex, Claude, and Cursor so agents can use Render the way humans do. You'll take an already-forming org through its next stage of growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow two teams, UX (human onboarding and activation) and Agent Platform (the equivalent experience for agents via programmatic interfaces like the MCP, CLI, API, SDK, and Blueprints)
- Own the roadmap for Render's self-serve user journey, from first touch through activation, initial monetization, usage expansion, new feature adoption, and PQL graduation
- Drive the agent-facing side of the platform: build the API-driven experience that lets agents integrate with and operate on Render
- Partner with the dedicated product and design partners on both teams to align roadmap with customer, growth, and platform needs
- Hire and develop engineers to support planned team growth, while keeping both teams' identities and focus areas clear as they scale
- Make key architectural and product decisions, balancing long-term platform investment against iterative improvements to onboarding and activation
- Build a strong performance management and career development practice for a team that already includes senior ICs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong people leadership - the top priority for this role
- Hands-on enough to review code, prototype, and contribute directly when it helps the team
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with adaptability and a growth mindset
- Proven experience building and scaling more than one team, ideally growing a group from a handful of engineers into a larger org
- Experience managing and developing senior (IC5+) engineers, including hiring and performance management
- Ability to partner closely with product and design without needing to fill those functions yourself
- Strong product instincts, with the ability to connect engineering investment to growth and activation outcomes
- Background from a startup preferred, though experience at a larger company can work too. What matters is the ability to operate at pace
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior growth-focused engineering experience (onboarding, activation, funnel optimization)
- Experience building developer- or agent-facing product experiences, and integrating with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude, or Cursor
- Background in developer platforms or DevTools
- Experience helping a team split or reorganize as it scales into multiple teams
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. About The Role
As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of Fivetran+dbt Labs: building compelling narratives, driving product adoption, and shaping how our products are used and understood by our enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. Technical Product Marketing Managers at Fivetran+dbt Labs stay current on the evolving data and analytics landscape, modern data infrastructure, and emerging trends such as AI. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable digging into the details of our features and our users’ needs as they are with telling a big-picture story about where our platform and industry are headed.
This is not a Product Marketing role focused solely on executing requests from the product or sales teams. Product Marketing at Fivetran+dbt Labs is highly strategic and cross-functional, collaborating across product, marketing, GTM, customer success, and executive teams to shape the direction of our product offerings and deliver customer impact. If you are passionate about driving strategy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to transformative initiatives in the data and AI space, we’d love for you to apply.
What You’ll Do
Content Development & Messaging: Create high-impact technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including architecture diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, technical guides, and other customer-facing content. Develop thought leadership that translates complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging for technical audiences. Review and edit materials across the product portfolio to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the modern data ecosystem to inform product positioning and messaging. Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers that support adoption and expansion across key products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.
Skills We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
Data industry experience and expertise: Either hands-on work with or knowledge of data engineering with a focus on data integration, databases, data warehouses, and related technologies (e.g. SQL, dbt, python, Spark).
Technical aptitude and a desire to learn more: Knowledge of modern data infrastructure and tools, particularly in relation to data lakes and their role in analytics and storage. Has a keen interest in all things data integration and cloud destinations and a willingness to work on new product areas as they arise.
Experience working with multiple different teams: Proven experience partnering and coaching across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful results.
Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
An understanding of our target customers: The ability to gain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of data engineers, data scientists, data architects, and technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Stay hands-on where your contribution matters most, writing code, building prototypes, and helping teams resolve difficult implementation problems.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to prioritize platform investments and sequence work across teams.
- Guide major architectural decisions and help teams resolve disagreements with clear reasoning and evidence.
- Mentor senior and staff engineers, strengthening their technical judgment and ability to lead across team boundaries.
HOW YOU WORK
- You bring structure to ambiguous problems and help teams agree on what to solve first.
- You pair architectural judgment with hands-on engineering and ownership through delivery.
- You build alignment across teams, challenge assumptions, and make decisions when priorities compete.
- You favor simple, maintainable designs and understand when added complexity is necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience setting technical direction across multiple engineering teams, aligning engineering and product leaders on architectural decisions, priorities, and tradeoffs.
- Track record of leading complex, cross-team initiatives from problem definition through production delivery, with measurable improvements in reliability, scalability, performance, or engineering productivity.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience architecting, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep experience designing and operating production systems in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP, with ownership of architectural decisions and their operational outcomes.
- Strong hands-on software engineering skills, including writing production code and building prototypes to validate architectural approaches.
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas, with working knowledge across others:
- Cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code, such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Event streaming and real-time processing systems, such as Kafka, Flink, or Beam.
- Distributed storage and data systems, including OLAP/OLTP databases, blob storage, and caching.
- Ability to explain complex technical tradeoffs, build alignment across teams and senior leadership, and resolve architectural disagreements.
- Experience mentoring senior and staff engineers, strengthening their architectural judgment, and developing technical leadership across teams.
The base salary range Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $260,000 to $400,000, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 20% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. • Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Sales leadership on pricing strategy, influencing roadmap and go-to-market decisions and representing pricing in executive forums.
• Lead the most complex, high-stakes, cross-org pricing initiatives end to end — navigating ambiguity, aligning competing stakeholders, and setting precedent for how future pricing programs are run.
• Track executive pricing deliverables and commitments end to end, including commitments made to the CEO.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout execution.
• Manage pricing-related sales escalations and the cross-functional coordination required to resolve them.
• Lead pricing analyses and business requests, turning data into recommendations that inform pricing decisions.
• Report on pricing outcomes — such as closed-lost-due-to-pricing and overall pricing impact — and translate results into forward-looking recommendations.
Skills We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS and with consumption based pricing.
• A track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting on commitments to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Looker).
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we’re reimagining how teams think and create together. The Design and Research team brings clarity to complexity, shaping experiences that help people collaborate, ideate, and solve problems visually. We partner deeply with engineering, product, and research to invent the next generation of collaborative work combining craft, systems thinking, and bold exploration.
YOUR MISSION
As a Lead Product Designer focused on Growth, you’ll define how Mural earns user trust at the moments that matter most when someone first encounters the product's value, decides to go deeper, or chooses to stay.
This is end to end growth journey ownership. It's about designing the logic of how Mural grows: the moments where clarity converts, where friction is a design failure, and where the line between growth and product quality either holds or breaks. You'll work across discovery, activation, and pricing surfaces, onboarding paths, upgrade flows, lifecycle touchpoints, and in-product nudges. Most importantly, you'll orchestrate how those surfaces work together and set the standard for how growth design is practiced at Mural.
You'll succeed if you can bring full journey thinking, rigor and craft to a domain that often defaults to shortcuts and if you can help a cross-functional team understand what good growth design actually looks like.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES (INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR WORK):
- Define high-quality, user-centered discovery, activation, and monetization experiences across problem to success flows, upgrade flows, pricing surfaces, and lifecycle touchpoints — setting patterns that scale across the platform.
- Work from concept to production, delivering thoughtful UX, polished visual design, and vibe coded prototypes that help the organization understand direction, risk, and value.
- Use behavioral data as a primary design input: interpret funnel metrics, experiment results, and user signals to inform design decisions, not just validate them.
- Design and lead experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion funnels — from hypothesis formation through read-out, in close partnership with product and data science.
- Establish reusable growth patterns in Mural's design system that balance clarity, persuasion, and long-term user trust.
- Partner with engineers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of flows and components.
COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES (PRACTICE LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT):
- Directly manage one to three designers on the growth surface: run regular 1:1s, set goals, give performance feedback, and support their career growth.
- Balance IC output with people leadership — this is a hands-on management role, not a full-time management track. Expect the majority of your time to remain in design work.
- Model how to hold craft and commercial intent simultaneously — showing peers what it looks like to design for conversion without compromising user trust.
- Mentor designers working on growth-adjacent surfaces, developing their instincts around hierarchy, motivation, friction, and funnel thinking.
- Contribute to how the team understands growth design as a discipline: a principled approach to earning user commitment.
- Champion the relationship between growth quality and product quality, helping leadership understand when they align and when they're in tension.
- Partner with research, data science, and product to elevate experimentation quality across the organization.
HYBRID RESPONSIBILITIES (BOTH PLAYER & COACH):
- Reframe problems at the funnel level helping teams understand where value is earned or lost and why.
- Lead workshops or working sessions that bring clarity to pricing, packaging, onboarding, and upgrade moment opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, research, and data science to define success metrics, shape experiment hypotheses, and interpret outcomes.
- Advocate for user trust as a growth asset, not an obstacle to conversion — and model how design holds that line.
DESIGN & RESEARCH TEAM CONTRIBUTION:
- Share growth approaches for designing discovery, onboarding, and identity flows with peers through critique and collaboration.
- Partner with research, data, and product teams to elevate experimentation quality and improve how Mural understands user value signals.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence, especially in areas where growth and monetization intersect with core product experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, productivity tools, collaboration software, or product-led growth environments.
- 2+ years of managing other designers
- A track record of leading growth, monetization, or conversion-focused design work — not just contributing to it.
- Deep fluency in funnel thinking: you understand acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion as a connected system, not isolated moments.
- Strong data instincts: you can read behavioral data, interpret experiment results, and use both to sharpen design decisions.
- Exceptional craft: visual clarity, spacing, motion, and interaction polish are second nature.
- Systems thinking: you understand how decisions cascade across surfaces, journeys, and user relationships over time.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers, even informally — you know how to raise the quality of work around you.
- Strong communication skills that help cross-functional partners make smart, user-centered decisions.
- Comfort operating in spaces where patterns don’t yet exist and playbooks need to be written.
ALSO GREAT IF YOU BRING
- Experience with pricing architecture, packaging strategy, or monetization model design.
- Deep experience mapping and designing activation journeys — the full arc from first action to genuine value realization.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools and vibe coding to prototype growth flows, simulate behavioral nudges, and stress-test funnel logic in motion — treating code as a design material for rapid exploration.
- Background in organic acquisition or activation funnels at scale.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted experiences or contextual intelligence in growth flows.
- Experience working with data science teams on experimentation frameworks or causal inference.
- History of shaping 0→1 growth systems or redesigning broken acquisition or retention loops.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE MURAL
You’ll help shape how millions of people discover value in Mural, understand what the product can do for them, and make confident choices about their journey. You’ll design experiences that balance business goals with user trust, clarity, and delight. You’ll collaborate with thoughtful partners who care about evidence, craft, and outcomes.
At Mural, we “drink our own champagne” and use our product daily to collaborate, ideate, and prototype together. This role is Canada Remote. Your design work will shape how millions of people around the world collaborate.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma we believe design doesn’t end in a file or with your designer - it includes everything that goes into the product you ship: the production code that ties it all together, the systems and developer tools that make that code reliable, the context you provide to our AI agents, and the documentation that keeps everyone on the same page.
The Roundtripping Area at Figma is redefining how Designers, PMs and Engineers collaborate. We are responsible for agentic workflows enabling ideation and prototyping on production codebases as well as accelerating the journey from design to code. In 2023, we launched Dev Mode, a suite of features that give developers everything they need to navigate design files and transform designs into code. In 2025, we introduced Figma’s MCP, accelerating how ideas get to production. Looking to the future, we aim to further reduce the barriers between design to code and code to design allowing ideation, prototyping and productionalising to happen seamlessly where it most makes sense.
Our Roundtripping team is expanding, and we’re hiring AI Product Engineers across multiple levels in the UK. We’re looking for people who have built generative AI products and are eager to lead AI efforts end-to-end, from early ideas to production.
Join us in shaping the future of AI at Figma.

3+ years of leading large scale engineering projects with high impact
Working with user facing LLM and agentic product features
Experience curating and developing eval sets and LLMs as judges
Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
High velocity and a focus on user impact
