About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
You'll be joining the Solutions Engineering function as a core contributor on our pre-sales team. Your focus is squarely pre-sales — partnering with sales and our Partner Solutions Lead to run discovery, design winning solutions, and build PoCs that close deals. You'll operate within the frameworks and playbooks our Solutions Architect has established, and bring the technical depth to execute them deal by deal.
You'll partner directly with our Solutions Architect, sales team, and Implementation Manager. This is a high-impact execution role — you'll be running deals end-to-end and delivering the technical win alongside sales.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Run technical discovery with prospective customers alongside sales and our Partner Solutions Lead — map their architecture, constraints, and compliance needs to our product suite (Embed, Ramp, Earn, xStocks, CF Benchmarks)
- Surface recurring customer asks and product gaps from your deals and feed them to the Solutions Architect to inform the roadmap
- Design tailored solutions spanning our existing offerings, customizations to those offerings, bespoke integrations built on top of our platform, or hands-on work directly in the customer's codebase
- Scope and build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate technical feasibility and win the deal
- Own a clean, structured handoff to our Implementation team — delivering PoCs, solution design docs, and knowledge transfer sessions that ensure what was promised gets built
- Execute the pre-sales playbook — discovery frameworks, solution templates, PoC standards, and handoff runbooks — and contribute improvements back to the team as you learn what works
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role (solutions engineering or solutions architecture) at a B2B API or infrastructure company
- Proven track record executing the technical pre-sales motion — discovery, solution design, PoC delivery, and deal-winning
- Fluency with REST/WebSocket APIs, auth patterns (OAuth, JWT), webhook architecture, and integration debugging
- Experience designing and building complex integrations for technical buyers at fintechs, banks, or neobanks — including customizations and bespoke work
- Strong knowledge transfer skills — you know how to package a solution design so an implementation team can execute it faithfully
- Clear, structured communicator who can run a discovery call, a design review, and a handoff debrief back to back
- Experience writing RFPs and documenting solution approaches that clearly communicate how our product and our customizations will solve a customer's problem
NICE TO HAVE
- Crypto domain knowledge — trading, custody, KYC, staking, fiat ramp mechanics
- Experience with embedded finance or crypto-as-a-service products
- Experience with Coast and building out proof of concept sales demos inside Coast
- Hands-on with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) for rapid prototyping
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About The Role
As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of Fivetran+dbt Labs: building compelling narratives, driving product adoption, and shaping how our products are used and understood by our enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. Technical Product Marketing Managers at Fivetran+dbt Labs stay current on the evolving data and analytics landscape, modern data infrastructure, and emerging trends such as AI. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable digging into the details of our features and our users’ needs as they are with telling a big-picture story about where our platform and industry are headed.
This is not a Product Marketing role focused solely on executing requests from the product or sales teams. Product Marketing at Fivetran+dbt Labs is highly strategic and cross-functional, collaborating across product, marketing, GTM, customer success, and executive teams to shape the direction of our product offerings and deliver customer impact. If you are passionate about driving strategy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to transformative initiatives in the data and AI space, we’d love for you to apply.
What You’ll Do
Content Development & Messaging: Create high-impact technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including architecture diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, technical guides, and other customer-facing content. Develop thought leadership that translates complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging for technical audiences. Review and edit materials across the product portfolio to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the modern data ecosystem to inform product positioning and messaging. Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers that support adoption and expansion across key products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.
Skills We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
Data industry experience and expertise: Either hands-on work with or knowledge of data engineering with a focus on data integration, databases, data warehouses, and related technologies (e.g. SQL, dbt, python, Spark).
Technical aptitude and a desire to learn more: Knowledge of modern data infrastructure and tools, particularly in relation to data lakes and their role in analytics and storage. Has a keen interest in all things data integration and cloud destinations and a willingness to work on new product areas as they arise.
Experience working with multiple different teams: Proven experience partnering and coaching across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful results.
Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.

You’ll stay hands-on through system design, prototyping, and code while helping senior and staff engineers lead work across teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set technical direction for platform initiatives spanning multiple teams, connecting architectural decisions to product needs and business priorities.
- Identify and lead changes addressing system bottlenecks, reliability risks, and architectural constraints.
- Own cross-team initiatives from problem definition and design through implementation, rollout, and evaluation.
- Make tradeoffs across reliability, performance, cost, operational complexity, and delivery speed.

- Partner with engineering and product leaders to prioritize platform investments and sequence work across teams.
- Guide major architectural decisions and help teams resolve disagreements with clear reasoning and evidence.
- Mentor senior and staff engineers, strengthening their technical judgment and ability to lead across team boundaries.
HOW YOU WORK

- You build alignment across teams, challenge assumptions, and make decisions when priorities compete.
- You favor simple, maintainable designs and understand when added complexity is necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience setting technical direction across multiple engineering teams, aligning engineering and product leaders on architectural decisions, priorities, and tradeoffs.
- Track record of leading complex, cross-team initiatives from problem definition through production delivery, with measurable improvements in reliability, scalability, performance, or engineering productivity.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience architecting, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep experience designing and operating production systems in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP, with ownership of architectural decisions and their operational outcomes.
- Strong hands-on software engineering skills, including writing production code and building prototypes to validate architectural approaches.
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas, with working knowledge across others:
- Cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code, such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Event streaming and real-time processing systems, such as Kafka, Flink, or Beam.
- Distributed storage and data systems, including OLAP/OLTP databases, blob storage, and caching.
- Ability to explain complex technical tradeoffs, build alignment across teams and senior leadership, and resolve architectural disagreements.
- Experience mentoring senior and staff engineers, strengthening their architectural judgment, and developing technical leadership across teams.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based either within EMEA or Americas.
As a GTM Engineer you'll be the technical operator behind Oyster's revenue engine. You'll build, connect, and automate the software systems that drive pipeline. Turning high-level commercial strategy into workflows that run reliably, without anyone even touching them.
Sitting in Revenue Operations, you'll work alongside GTM Teams. Our GTM stack spans a CRM, enrichment and data providers, outbound tooling, our marketing automation platform, the data warehouse, and Oyster's own product APIs. Your job is to make that a coherent system rather than a pile of disconnected tools: clean data flowing to the right place, leads scored and routed in seconds, and reps working from information they can trust.
AI is a key part of the toolkit - you'll use it across the end-to-end funnel to automate and boost workflows, for things like prospect research at volume, personalisation, and buying-signal detection. Where a traditional ops hire would build a rules-based scoring model, you'll build an agent that reads a prospect's careers page, funding history, and hiring footprint and hands a rep a research brief worth acting on.
The foundation is a strong combination of commercial processes, systems and data - that's where the work lives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and routing logic, sync patterns between systems, and the contracts between them.
- Integrate systems end to end: CRM (Salesforce), enrichment providers (Clay, Zoominfo), outbound and sequencing platforms (Nooks, Salesloft), marketing automation (Hubspot), the data warehouse, and Oyster's product APIs (using APIs, webhooks, and scripts rather than waiting for a native connector)
- Ship AI-driven GTM workflows - prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines that automate prospect research, personalised outreach, and real-time buying-signal alerts and more.
- Optimise our commercial processes. It’s not only about installing Tech & AI, it is also about taking ownership and evolving the ways we generate revenue.
- Build automated data waterfalls that pull, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data into the CRM, so reps work from data they can trust.
- Work in a system that's already live. Reverse-engineer existing processes and the reasoning behind them, identify what to keep versus replace, and land changes through a migration plan that keeps pipeline, reporting, and day-to-day selling intact throughout.
- Instrument what you build: define the metric each workflow is supposed to move, measure it, and evaluate output quality so automations stay trustworthy as they scale.
- Keep the stack maintainable and compliant - sensible data handling, monitoring and alerting on the pipelines or agents you build, documented workflows, and no single points of failure that live only in your head.
- Partner with GTM to translate commercial goals into technical solutions, and be honest about which ideas are worth building.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, growth engineering, or marketing/sales engineering role, or a software engineering background you've deliberately pointed at revenue problems.
- Clear, proven examples of solutions you've implemented that drove measurable pipeline impact. We'll ask you to walk us through them: what you built, why, and what moved as a result. Specifics matter more than scale
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack. You've architected a CRM rather than just administered one: navigating existing processes to own the re-configuration of objects and fields, lifecycle stages, routing and territory logic, and the sync patterns that keep multiple systems consistent. Salesforce or HubSpot, plus enrichment providers, outbound and sequencing tools, marketing automation, and platforms such as Clay.
- You build custom integrations, and can wire up a tool nobody at the company has used before from the docs alone.
- Experience owning production workflows: error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and alerting.
- Working experience using AI/LLMs in a GTM or automation context - prompt and context engineering, and strong judgement to know where a model beats a rule and where it doesn't
- Commercial instinct. You understand funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics well enough to spot which automation is worth building and which is a distraction
- A bias toward shipping. You prototype quickly, put things in front of real users, and iterate rather than designing in the abstract.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
The Field Engineering team works closely with our Presales Solution Engineering team, as well as Product and Marketing, to ensure the SE's have the tools, collateral, enablement and experts they need to close business. If you've ever served in a Technical Presales role for a software company, you know just how much knowledge you are expected to have, demos you need to show, workshops you need to execute on, etc. The Field Engineering team maintains the backend systems, content creation and deep subject matter expertise that enables the Solution Engineering team to scale and focus on direct customer selling, community building, learning, and other adoption and revenue-focused activities. As a Staff Field Engineer, you are viewed by Sales and FE leadership as being in the top 20% of the field team, operating with little to no supervision on the company's most strategic engagements and serving as a mentor to Senior Field Engineers and Solution Engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Advise on and support some of Grafana's most strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution Engineers and Observability Architects on the company's most complex technical challenges with no supervision.
Serve as a company-recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one area of the Grafana Platform, and deep knowledge across multiple Grafana technologies, building new reference architectures from scratch and overcoming competitive objections in the field
Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling value based stories to help the sales team technically close deals.
Own end-to-end creation and curation of technical training content (workshops, how-to guides, demo scripts) for one or more product areas, and establish a repeatable content review cadence in partnership with Enablement and Product Management to keep materials aligned with the product roadmap
Architect, engineer, and maintain a live production environment that supports demo, workshop, and POV infrastructure at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and uptime.
Act as a key influencer in product direction, helping key customers adopt newer technologies, and represent Field Engineering in Product planning cycles to surface enablement gaps and shape investment priorities
Serve as a presenter for Strategic Marketing events (presentations, panels, webinars, conferences, blogs) as an ambassador for Grafana
Provide technical guidance for a specific product area to Solution Engineers, Observability Architects and customers, and present best practices to customers
Help update and improve product documentation, and contribute back to the organization through white papers, blogs, and product direction input
Mentor Senior and Staff Solution Engineers and Field Engineers
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Minimum of 8+ years of related technical experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Field Engineer role (or equivalent), serving as a SRE, Developer, Architect and/or successful presales Solution Architect. OSS development experience is a plus.
Excellent understanding of Grafana and associated technologies, with recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) depth in at least one area of the Grafana Platform; deep working knowledge across multiple technologies in the Observability space (e.g. Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, etc.)
Expert-level knowledge in at least one adjacent domain (e.g. IoT, AI/ML) beyond the core observability stack, and demonstrated domain knowledge across the broader Grafana Ecosystem
Has created and maintained at least one product training asset (workshop, guide, or structured content) that has been adopted by the broader technical field organization
Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to produce and maintain field-facing enablement content and influence roadmap priorities
Comfortable with at least one modern programming language, and a strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle, including debugging and investigation
Working familiarity with Linux, including common tools
Practical experience using AI tools to generate and review code and to accelerate day-to-day tasks, while retaining full ownership of final decisions and quality criteria for the resulting work
Able to architect a modern application on one of the primary cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP), including IaC tools such as Terraform, understanding the tradeoffs between build vs. buy, and the technologies that make up that architecture such as Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, Microservices and more
Proven track record building and delivering strategic technical content (workshops, demos, decks, webinars, videos) for technical audiences, including complex POVs and content that overcomes competitive objections
Deep understanding of the sales process, with the ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges in complex, strategic sales cycles
