Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor’s strategies, and consumer/user audience across mobile, web, and gaming. Sensor Tower’s insights are trusted by more than 2,500 enterprises worldwide across tech, retail/commerce, entertainment/media, gaming, consumer packaged goods and finance.
About this role:
At Sensor Tower, we process tens of terabytes of data to power insights used by thousands of customers. We’re looking for curious, motivated engineers who want to grow their skills while helping us build fast, reliable systems that make data easy to access and understand.
You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, contribute to meaningful features from day one, and learn how large-scale systems are designed, built, and optimized in production.
If you enjoy learning, solving problems, and shipping real software that users rely on, we would love to meet you.
Our Engineering Culture
We believe that "Simplicity is a prerequisite for reliability." We are looking for engineers who align with our core values:
- Simplicity: We avoid over-engineering. We prefer the tools we already have and the most straightforward solutions over "shiny new toys."
- Quality: We write code that is a pleasure to read because we know code is written once but read many times. We don't cut corners, and we polish to a high level before shipping.
- Extreme Ownership: We don't just do the minimum. We expect you to understand the "why" behind your work and own the ultimate goal of fixing problems at their root cause, avoiding temporary band-aids.
- Prioritization: We focus relentlessly on what is important, not just what is urgent.
What you’ll do:
- Improving and building new features for an app market intelligence SaaS platform focused on the SMBs (AppMagic by Sensor Tower).
- Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, implementation, quality polish, and release.
- Work on a variety of tasks, such as parsing, data aggregation, API design, refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Create and optimize complex database queries for data analysis and modification.
- Perform code reviews, and suggest improvements to tools and processes.
Backend stack: Golang, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes.
What we are looking for:
- +3 years of experience with Go (if you have lesser years of experience but have meaningful github contributions and other coding samples, this will be taken into consideration).
- Strong SQL skills (Postgres/ClickHouse). You know when to rely on an ORM and when to write raw SQL, and you're comfortable writing and debugging complex queries.
- Focusing on quality by writing testable code that simplifies debugging and ensures long-term reliability.
- Ability to see the product through the user’s eyes and a passion for product excellence.
- Curiosity & drive: a proactive approach to digging into sources yourself rather than relying on second-hand information, and an eagerness to understand why a project is valuable before you start coding.
- Experience with CI/CD, docker, k8s as a plus.
- Ability to pass technical interview both in Russian & English.
- Hands-on, thoughtful use of AI tools in development.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to sit at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and generative media. This is not a brand systems or campaign concepting role — it's a high-volume, output-driven design role. You'll own the visual execution of paid and performance marketing across video, motion, and static formats, producing assets that are on-brand, well art directed and built to convert. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people first encounter and engage with Runway's products. That means producing scroll-stopping video ads, designing static and animated assets for paid social and display, and using generative tools — including Runway's own — as a core part of how you work. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, and creative teams, and you'll be measured on craft, throughput, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats — paid social, display, YouTube and beyond
- Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets that are on-brand and well art directed — not just technically functional
- Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery, working from briefs or generating your own directions when needed
- Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly and compellingly
- Partner with the Product Marketing and growth team to develop integrated ad concepts where copy and design work together
- Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing — adapting formats, hooks and visual treatments based on performance data
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints without letting assets feel templated or stale
- Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market launches, translating new product capabilities into visual stories that resonate with target audiences
- Hands-on experience designing for the major paid channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) with fluency in each platform's native specs, aspect ratios and ad formats, and a real point of view on what works where.
- Own updates to GTM assets and templates, keeping them current and on-brand across campaigns. Bring hands-on experience building and automating deck design systems, so our presentations stay consistent without manual rework each time.
- Contribute to a growing library of on-brand design components, motion templates and generative prompting strategies that raise the team's overall output velocity
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a tech or consumer company
- A portfolio that shows range across video ads, motion graphics and static performance creative — with clear evidence of craft and art direction judgment, not just execution
- Strong motion design skills — you're fluent in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent, and can produce polished animated and video assets independently
- Solid graphic design fundamentals — typography, layout, color — applied to high-converting ad formats, not just editorial or brand work
- Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools with an art director's eye — you know how to prompt, iterate and finish work that looks intentional
- Comfort with performance data — you can look at creative metrics and know what visual changes to make next
- Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing quality
- Experience working closely with growth marketers and product teams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in AI, creative tools or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
The Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product group of around 60 highly driven professionals with an ambitious mission: building top-tier ad network services. Our primary goal is to leverage Voodoo's massive first-party data ecosystem to optimize and scale monetization. We are in a rapid growth phase, expanding into new ventures such as opening to external inventory, penetrating the external advertiser market, and driving social network monetization following our recent acquisition of BeReal. To support this incredible trajectory and promising early results, we are scaling our team.
The Models team is a core element of the targeting performance. It leverages machine learning and a strong business understanding to directly impact the product's financial performance. It's composed of mostly senior Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists/ML Engineers that iterate together on finding and building the next performing iteration.
This role can be either Paris or Helsinki based and done in a hybrid setup.
ROLE
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Models team. You will be joining a dedicated squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers focused on building and maintaining the ML training infrastructure that powers our ad-targeting models from data preprocessing through model deployment to production monitoring.
In this role, you will be leading the following topics:
- Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release. This includes feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with ever-evolving business and machine learning needs. Optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost (e.g. spot instance strategies, efficient data loading, preprocessed artifact reuse).
- Data Scientists Enablement: Enable Data Scientists to iterate faster by providing reusable, well-tested pipeline components (transformers, dataloaders, training utilities) and reviewing their contributions to shared code. Extend dataset capabilities: integrating new data sources, scaling feature windows, and increasing training data volumes without breaking pipeline constraints.
- Deep Learning Development: Contribute to deep learning development: GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
- ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain reproducibility and consistency across the ML lifecycle: versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.
- Scalability & Reliability: Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability — node pools, resource monitoring, CI/CD migrations. Participate in weekly rotation to triage and resolve alerts from Airflow, dbt, and related systems.
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with rapid decision-making processes. You will collaborate daily with back-end developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship & Team Culture: You will actively contribute to our engineering culture, share knowledge, and ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow in their role.
PROFILE
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who deeply understands both the ML training lifecycle and the specific challenges of putting machine learning models into production at scale.
- 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or a similar role
- End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code: preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- Training Mechanics: Comfortable implementing training mechanics where needed (custom steps/metrics, dataloading patterns, performance-conscious preprocessing), not only notebook-level prototyping
- ML Frameworks: Practical experience training and evaluating models with scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch for deep learning
- Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing memory usage during data preprocessing and model training
- Experiment Management: Hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking, and reproducible training (configs, seeds, versioning)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with scalability, reliability, and security topics
- ML Production Awareness: Understanding of the challenges involved in running ML models in production (familiar with topics such as feature store, training-serving skew, etc.)
- Model Serving: Experience with model serving infrastructure (real-time or batch inference, latency/throughput optimization) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English

*Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We’re building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we’re growing our support team to ensure we can continue to provide delightful experiences for our users every day.
We're looking for creatives at heart that can pick up new tools fast, hold up under high ticket volume without losing quality and identify solutions vs. just clearing the queue. If that's you, read on!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work through a high volume of inbound support tickets across Free, Standard, Pro and Unlimited plans with speed and accuracy
- Handle escalations from our AI support layer with sharp judgement on what needs a human and what doesn't
- Identify patterns across tickets and proactively surface them to the product team- not just reporting, but also offering thoughtful recommendations based on what you're seeing
- Help identify opportunities to maintain or build self-service content: help docs, short-form videos, FAQs, etc.
- Engage with the Runway community on Discord and other forums
- Contribute directly to process improvements and automation, including building things yourself when the opportunity is there
- Triage complex technical issues for escalation to Enterprise support
- Live troubleshoot within the Runway platform as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You're already comfortable in tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk (or similar), Google Workspace and AI platforms
- Strong written communication: clear, direct, and thoughtful at volume
- A learn-by-failing mentality, when you hit something unfamiliar, you have an experimental mindset
- Natural curiosity about how products work, why users get confused, and what could be done better
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment- high ownership and high autonomy
- Data driven mindset: you notice patterns and know how to communicate them
- 1-3 years in customer support, operations, or technical role
- Expertise and/or interest in the creative space, AI or both
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful people in this role don't just keep up- they set the pace. They move through 60, 80, even 100+ tickets in a day without letting quality slip. They're reading the queue, not just clearing it. They notice what keeps surfacing and do something about it, a message to product, a doc, sometimes something they built themselves. They show up with ideas no one asked for yet.
