About Aura by Hex Trust
Aura by Hex Trust is the
private wealth business
of Hex Trust. We bring institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure - custody, trading, yield, structured products - to high net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices, delivered through a Relationship Manager–led model backed by an easy-to-use app.
The wealth opportunity in digital assets is one of the most underserved segments in the industry. HNW clients want exposure but lack a trusted, regulated, full-service partner. Aura fills that gap, combining the security and licensing of Hex Trust with the personal service private clients expect.
About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We're scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that's actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to revenue, paid quarterly.
As a Relationship Manager at Aura, you'll originate and grow your own book of HNW and family office clients on a fresh platform. You'll have direct access to the full Hex Trust group - institutional products, regulated infrastructure, and senior leadership - and real influence over product direction as we scale.
This is an early-stage hire. If you're an experienced wealth or sales professional looking to build something rather than inherit it, this is the seat.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients , family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased AUM, trading volume, and product adoption
Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further drive growth in AUM.

Work with Marketing Team to identify and support activities designed to attract and activate client base

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of large, cross-system features, platforms, or infrastructure components that span multiple teams and quarters-long timelines.
Drive technical and architectural decisions for entire domains or product areas, defining long-term strategy, surfacing major trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations.
Own end-to-end system health: Establish observability, reliability practices, performance baselines, and incident response patterns that prevent recurring issues across services.
Mentor and coach engineers, provide career guidance, technical pairing, code/design reviews.
Identify and eliminate systemic bottlenecks in development velocity, testing, deployment, or onboarding; build shared tools, frameworks, patterns, or automation adopted team-wide or org-wide.
Champion and evolve engineering standards, best practices, and conventions; influence adoption across multiple teams through clear reasoning, documentation, and leading by example.
Increase engineering leverage by enabling other teams to move faster and more safely through better architecture, shared abstractions, technical guidance, and reusable patterns."
Collaborate deeply with product, design, legal, and operations to challenge requirements, refine scopes, assess technical feasibility/risk, and ensure compliance (e.g., privacy, KYC).
Lead architecture and design discussions at the team-of-teams level; write detailed specs, RFCs, and decision records that enable async alignment and reduce future rework.
Act as a technical escalation point during major incidents, guiding resolution across domains and preventing recurrence through post-mortems and systemic fixes.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, in backend systems at scale (preferably including PHP/Laravel in high-traffic environments).
Expert-level proficiency in backend development, OOP/SOLID/design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems principles.
Proven track record designing and owning large-scale, performant, reliable backend systems (data modeling, complex schemas, PostgreSQL/MySQL optimization, Redis caching/queuing at scale).
Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), containerization, serverless, CI/CD pipelines, observability (monitoring, alerting, tracing), and incident management.
Strong leadership & influence skills: mentoring multiple engineers, driving cross-team initiatives, resolving ambiguity at org level, and building consensus through clear communication.
Excellent written & verbal English; ability to write precise technical documents, RFCs, and give constructive feedback across seniority levels.
Demonstrated impact on business/product metrics through technical leadership (e.g., reduced latency, improved uptime, accelerated delivery velocity).
Nice to Have
Experience leading migrations, platform builds, or reliability programs in high-traffic e-commerce/delivery marketplaces.
Familiarity with advanced scaling techniques (sharding, eventual consistency, CQRS, etc.).
Prior work ensuring regulatory compliance (KYC, privacy, data protection) in collaboration with non-technical teams.
Benefits

About Utorg
Founded in 2019, Utorg builds the infrastructure behind stablecoin payments: on/off-ramps, self-custodial wallets, and crypto cards. Over 2 million users across 130+ countries already buy, hold, and spend crypto through our app. On the B2B side, the same rails power 2,100+ platforms, with $2.4B+ moved to date.
Fully MiCA-authorized across the EEA. PCI DSS Level 2 certified. Backed by Dragonfly, TA Ventures, and Hypra.
We are an international team of young and ambitious professionals united by a passion for innovation and a belief in the decentralized world. And now, we are looking for a
Head of Crypto Vertical
who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3.
Mission:
Build and scale the crypto business line (crypto card, non-custodial wallet, trading) into an autonomous, high-growth vertical.
Own the P&L
and drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable, regulation-aware growth.
What you will do:
P&L ownership
for the crypto vertical: budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin management.
Partnerships & BD:
identify, negotiate, and close strategic deals (issuers/processors, liquidity, payroll/HR SaaS, neobanks, exchanges, aggregators, merchants).
Market & regulation:
track competitors, user behavior, and rules (
KYC/AML/MiCA, card schemes, on/off-ramps
) and turn insights into action.
Team:
own the hiring plan and
build a lean business team from zero
(growth/performance, BD/partnerships, ops/support). Set clear responsibilities and KPIs, coach for performance, and make tough calls when someone doesn’t deliver.
Cross-functional leadership:
align Product, Legal/Compliance, Ops, Data, and Marketing around clear commercial targets and SLAs.
Reporting:
present plans, numbers, and decisions to founders/execs.
First 3–6 months (hands-on):
You’ll run ops yourself,
set up the initial processes
(pipelines, SLAs, weekly KPIs, monthly P&L), and
hire the core business team
(growth, BD, ops).
You’ll
launch acquisition channels
(target
LTV/CAC ≥ 3
in one priority segment) along with the CMO and
close the first 2–3 strategic B2B/B2B2C deals
.
Once ops are stable, you shift even more time to scaling and strategy.
Requirements:
5+ years
in fintech/crypto/payments/banking with GM / Head of BizDev / Head of Business-type ownership.
Proven
P&L
delivery on revenue, profit, margin, and volume targets.
Hands-on launching/scaling
crypto payments/wallets/cards/trading
(B2C and B2B/B2B2C).
Strong command of
unit economics
(CAC, LTV, ARPU, margin, payback), pricing, and portfolio prioritization.
Deep
partnerships/BD
track record: sourcing, negotiating, contracting, integrating, and making deals perform.
Solid grasp of
KYC/AML/MiCA
, card-scheme, and on/off-ramp constraints; productive work with Legal/Compliance.
Strong analytical skills (SQL/BI a plus) and clear executive communication in English.
What this role is not:
This is
not
a classic product manager or chief product officer role.
What we offer:
Established yet dynamic environment
: We’re a well-rooted fintech company with several profitable products and structured business units. Historically strong in B2B2C across Europe, we’re now doubling down on building and scaling a consumer-facing crypto vertical
Real traction, not just vision
: Our non-custodial wallet and crypto card are already live with confirmed product-market fit in multiple segments (with strong revenue and 6-month retention metrics). Crypto IBAN is in development, and trading is at the concept stage. There's still untapped potential in segments we haven’t entered yet.
Ownership and autonomy
: This role is essentially a mini-CEO position. You’ll have full P&L ownership, a direct line to the founders, and the mandate to build a standalone business unit with a 2+ year strategic horizon. You'll shape product offerings, growth strategy, and go-to-market channels.
Hands-on early stage, high leverage long-term
: In the first 3–6 months, you’ll build the business team (growth/BD/ops), establish processes (pipeline, SLA, KPI, P&L), and drive predictable growth via performance marketing, brand, sales, and strategic partnerships. From there, it’s all about scale and long-term impact.
Resources and support where it matters
: You’ll get the budget and resources aligned with your roadmap, autonomy in decision-making, and influence over a broader fintech product portfolio (wallet, card, IBAN, trading) in one of the most promising markets: crypto in the EU.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Strategic accounts at Baseten are the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world. These are the teams defining the future of what AI products and services look like. These accounts can scale rapidly from one token to billions of tokens in a matter of weeks. This role owns these relationships, working directly with founders and engineering leaders on mission-critical and large-scale-AI problems in production—and shaping what we build next.
This is a highly technical sale. You’ll trade opinions on the latest open-source model releases, run fast and nuanced evaluations alongside customer engineering teams, and often pulling in SMEs from applied research to infrastructure engineers to win. You’ll bring tight sales fundamentals and process discipline, while maintaining flexibility and creativity in how you run each cycle.
This role is pioneering what sales looks like at the bleeding-edge of technology sales. This is a front row seat to the most consequential decisions made at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence. There is no faster place to learn and make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a focused portfolio of high-growth, strategic AI-native accounts end to end — from technical evaluation and initial workload landing through expansion as inference usage scales.
- Lead technical evaluations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through close. Bring strong sales fundamentals and process discipline, while staying flexible and creative in how you run each sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and technical leaders, becoming a credible partner on model, infrastructure, and inference decisions.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across applied research, engineering, and leadership to win technical evaluations and solve customer problems.
- Bring customer signal back to product, shaping roadmap priorities through the needs and patterns you see in the field.
- Stay close after close: help customers expand from an initial workload into additional use cases across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience in infrastructure, developer tools, data, or another consumption business, with a record of closing complex technical deals.
- Proven net-new experience selling complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong sales fundamentals across discovery, multi-threading, champion-building, and deal momentum.
- Genuine curiosity for open-source models and the AI infrastructure landscape. You follow model releases and can hold your own with engineers.
- Highly dynamic: comfortable when a deal goes off-script, able to meet customers where they are, and willing to change your approach without losing rigor.
- Strong technical project management: you can run a thorough evaluation across multiple workstreams and create clarity and direction for Baseten to win..
- Proven ability to sell internally, earning engineering time, aligning leadership, and getting cross-functional teams to move
- Scrappy, low-ego, collaborative operator. You run toward ambiguous problems, create structure where none exists, and earn internal support without relying on rigid swim lanes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
