Location: Denver, Colorado, United States, AMER
From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.
Location:
Denver, CO (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Denver and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success
Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance
Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks, including running implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Identify, validate, and execute expansion opportunities across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and technical solutions
Partner with AEs to drive incremental ARR through structured expansion plays and a managed expansion pipeline
Lead technical validation of new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Replicate successful use cases across the organization to accelerate growth
Provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals process
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures aligned to customer environments, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability across implementations
Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, transformation, automation, and platform adoption
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, using stakeholder maps and multi-threaded engagement strategies
Run regular technical cadence calls, business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Contribute to Mutual Account Plans and own Mutual Success Plans, mapping whitespace opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, keeping delivery teams aligned with long-term expansion strategy
Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing the product roadmap and priorities
Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value
Help improve team processes, refine assets, and enable teammates through our knowledge-sharing loop
Thought Leadership
Contribute to and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing teams to support field and industry events
Support senior leadership in aligning field and industry requirements with the product roadmap, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing under their guidance.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer
Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion
Solid technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and a high degree of comfort presenting to diverse audiences
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and think on your feet in customer conversations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt; dbt certification is a bonus
SQL knowledge, with a working understanding of AI architecture, including LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and RAG
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or replication technologies, plus experience with ancillary tools, APIs, and managing data infrastructure
Experience with workload-based or consumption-based sales models
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns
Experience working with system integrators or technology partners
Technologies You’ll Use
Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres
Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
Products: Fivetran, dbt platform

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Swedish speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.

If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
Requirements:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
No Visa sponsorship

We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a People Tech & Analytics Lead on the People team, you will turn people data into better decisions at Mistral. You will own the roadmap for our HR technology stack, from the HRIS transformation to integrations and data architecture, and build the analytics, dashboards and models that help our leaders understand how we hire, grow, retain and reward our people, and act on what they learn.
You will do it the Mistral way: automating people processes with our own models, workflows and agents, and partnering with HR Operations, Business Partnering, Legal, Finance and IT to turn business needs into well-designed systems.
You will lead a small team, starting with a People Tech & Analytics Engineer, alongside a large team of agents running our back-end HR processes, giving a fast-growing global company the clarity to make great people decisions at speed, with a seamless employee experience from hire to retire.
What You Will Do
- Own the people-tech roadmap and the HR tech stack end to end: what we build, buy, integrate or retire, the configuration standards, workflows, roles and permissions that govern it, vendor relationships, and the data pipelines across HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance so data flows reliably between systems.
- Define the people metrics that matter and lead analysis on workforce trends, retention and organisational health, turning insight into clear recommendations and workforce planning.
- Oversee dashboards, self-serve reporting and conversational insights, so managers get answers without waiting on a spreadsheet.
- Drive people-data governance, partnering with Legal and Privacy to keep people data compliant and AI use on it lawful, transparent and proportionate.
- Own the automation and AI roadmap for people processes: build agents and workflows with Mistral's own models and APIs, set the standards for how they're designed, tested and monitored, and lead cross-functional projects from scoping to rollout.
- Manage and mentor the People Tech & Analytics Engineer, set priorities, and grow the team as needs evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech company: expert in at least one, broad in both, and comfortable building from scratch.
- A strong product mindset: you turn complex business and employee needs into intuitive, practical solutions, starting from the HR need, not the technology.
- Experience with global HR tech platforms such as HiBob, Deel or Rippling, and the integrations, data architecture and governance connecting them to ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
- Strong workflow-automation experience (n8n or similar) and a real appetite to build with our own LLMs, agents and APIs, with the judgement to know where AI helps and where it doesn't.
- Solid analytics foundations (forecasting, visualisation, modern data stack such as Snowflake or BigQuery), experience building people analytics and data governance on workforce data, and working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to employee data.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders, turning data into clear, decision-ready recommendations, and managing or mentoring technical or analytical team members, with the hands-on pragmatism to prototype and review technical work yourself.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs’ public sector business across Australia. The Public Sector Partnerships Manager will identify and build relationships with government institutions across Australia, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs’ products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across Australia — from healthcare and education to transport, federal agencies, and other public sector entities — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs’ products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company’s public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across Australia, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You’re genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You’re comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Primary requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments, including in healthcare, education, and transport.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Contacts or experience across other Five Eyes markets is a plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the Australian AI policy landscape, including general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across Australia.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.
- Fluency in English.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Principal Infrastructure Engineer
More than 80 million women open Flo every month to understand their bodies and their health. Every one of those sessions runs on infrastructure we build, and the data behind it is as personal as data gets. Keeping that fast and private at this scale is the job.
Velocity runs the platform that every Flo engineer builds on: Kubernetes on AWS, the data stores behind our services, and the golden paths that let product teams ship without needing to be infrastructure experts. We treat our internal developers as our customers. You will:
Own the foundations:
Design and run the Kubernetes and data infrastructure behind 80 million monthly active users, and make it boring in the best sense.
Turn expertise into self-service:
Take what you know about running clusters and databases well, and build it into the defaults so product teams get it for free.
What You Will Do
Kubernetes at scale:
Architect and evolve our EKS estate: cluster lifecycle and upgrades, networking, autoscaling, workload isolation, and the Helm and Terraform that deploy onto it.
Data infrastructure:
Shape how our services use PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka. Set the patterns for provisioning, access, backup, failover and capacity, so teams aren't solving these problems one service at a time.
Golden paths:
Build self-service tooling and Terraform modules that give product teams autonomy without sacrificing stability or security.
Reliability:
Lead resilience work, including business continuity planning, disaster recovery testing and a sustainable on-call rotation.
Privacy at scale:
Support the infrastructure behind privacy features such as our TIME-recognised "Anonymous Mode", and keep us SOC2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified while handling some of the most sensitive data there is.
Observability:
Make sure metrics, logs and traces tell us something is wrong before our users do.
What You Bring
Experience:
Many years in infrastructure, platform, SRE or DevOps roles running high-traffic, distributed systems in production. You have operated at Principal or Staff scope, setting direction across teams as well as delivering.
Kubernetes depth:
You have run Kubernetes in production for real workloads, ideally EKS. You can explain what happens between kubectl apply and a pod serving traffic, and you have debugged it when it didn't.
Data infrastructure awareness:
You understand how PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka behave under load and when they fail: connection limits, replication lag, hot partitions, consumer lag, retention. You don't need to have been a DBA, but you know what good looks like and when to ask for help.
AWS and infrastructure as code:
Strong AWS knowledge and fluent Terraform. Coding experience in Go or Python is a plus.
Communication:
A doc-first habit, and the ability to bring distributed product teams with you.
AI first: you will have seen the impact AI automation is having on development teams and the software delivery lifecycle, and have strong ideas on how infrastructure should support it.
Bonus Points
Hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI).
Running managed data services in AWS (RDS, Aurora, MSK, DynamoDB) at scale, including migrations and major version upgrades.
Scaling consumer platforms with millions of concurrent users.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CKA or CKS.
Why Join Flo?
High impact:
Flo is used by 1 in 4 women aged 18–44 in the US, and has raised $200M to build what comes next.
Autonomy:
We hire experts and trust them to deliver.
Modern stack at scale:
EKS, Terraform, Kafka, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Sentry, serving more than 80 million people a month.
Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
£130,000
—
£150,000 GBP
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
Diversity, equity and inclusion
Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities. Read our

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission: drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs.
Our agency partner network includes automation specialists and small consultancies with most ranging from 1–50 people. They leverage n8n to help their customers automate and transform their business - they have technical skills and customer knowledge but most have limited marketing resources.
The goal for this position is to define, build and launch creative marketing programs that our agency partners can utilize to grow their business with n8n. This will include building scalable self-serve programs (one to many) as well as working with some of the larger agency partners on specific marketing programs (one to one). Here’s an overview of what this position will be responsible for:
Build the program portfolio - Drive adoption
- Work directly with the agency partner marketing managers to define the overall strategy - what playbooks, what investments, what markets etc.
- Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories and simple demand-gen playbooks.
- Make every program executable without help: clear steps, editable templates and localisable assets that work for a solo consultant and a 50-person agency, in any region.
- Drive awareness and adoption of the various marketing programs through scaled and creative communications.
Measure and multiply
- Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue — for partners and for n8n.
- Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, what to change and what to stop.
- Turn each working program into a repeatable model for the next one, and automate your own program operations with n8n where it saves time.
- Measure the overall business impact and growth from agency partner generated business.
Requirements
Must-have
- Partner marketing at scale: You've built one-to-many programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, and can show adoption numbers
- Self-service program design: You've packaged marketing so non-marketers can run it (kits, templates, playbooks) and know what makes them get used rather than downloaded
- Small-business empathy: You understand how small consultancies work and design for their limited time, budget and marketing know-how
- Outcome-driven measurement: You measure execution and pipeline, not asset views, and you're comfortable stopping a program that isn't working
- Bias for action: You're happy as a first hire with limited design and development support; you ship a pilot quickly and improve it with real data
- Global mindset: You've run programs across several regions and segments, and know how to localise without rebuilding from scratch
Nice-to-have
- Strategic partner programs: You've also built custom marketing programs with large partners that ran over several months or quarters
- Channel or ecosystem background: You've worked on an agency, solutions-partner or reseller program at a software company
- Hands-on with automation: You've built workflows yourself — in n8n or similar tools — and can talk shop with technical partners
- Local events: You've designed field events or workshops that others delivered
- Languages: You work professionally in a language beyond English

Quantitative Analyst Intern - Digital Assets Market Making (HFT) - Brussels
Since 2017, Keyrock has been a change-maker in digital assets. We're a global, remote-first team of 200+ people across 40+ nationalities, with hubs in Brussels, London, Paris and New York.
We provide liquidity across 80+ centralized and decentralized exchanges - a position cemented by our Series C, led by SC Ventures. Today we run a full spectrum of capital markets businesses across centralized and on-chain venues: market making, high-frequency trading, options, OTC, DeFi trading desks, advisory, and asset management.
We're building toward the agentic investment banking capabilities for the era of digital finance. A proprietary agentic layer runs the mechanics of the market, so our people can focus on the work code cannot do: the deal, the relationship, and the judgement.
We're not just envisioning the future of finance - we're building it.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our internship programme gives early-career talent the opportunity to build practical skills, contribute to meaningful projects and learn alongside experienced colleagues in digital finance.
Typically lasting six months and based in our Brussels office (London possible), each internship includes hands-on experience, clear learning goals and dedicated guidance and regular feedback. We look for curiosity, relevant foundational skills, deep, active interest and passion for digital assets and the potential to grow exponentially with us - you don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Where performance, business needs and available opportunities align, an internship may lead to a permanent role, though this is not guaranteed.
We are looking for 3-4 high-caliber Quantitative Analyst Interns to sit within our Strategic Market Making (CeFi and DeFi), Credit and Corporate Development desks/teams (see other openings on our career page for details).
Application deadline: 30 November 2026
Start date: 1 March 2027
Selection process:
- Interview with Talent Acquisition representative
- Interview with Hiring Manager
- Recruitment Challenge
The role
About Strategic Market Making Desk
Our Strategic Proprietary Market Making team researches and deploys systematic trading strategies across centralized digital asset venues. We study how order-book dynamics, fragmented liquidity, exchange design and participant behaviour shape pricing, execution and risk.
As a Quantitative Analyst Intern within the HFT track, you will work alongside quantitative researchers, traders and engineers to analyse market and trading data, test hypotheses through backtesting and simulation, and build tools that improve strategy performance and risk visibility. You will investigate how fair value, liquidity, latency, queue position, fees and adverse selection affect real-world execution across venues.
This is a technical and applied internship. We are looking for someone who combines strong quantitative reasoning and coding skills with a detailed understanding of electronic markets. You should be curious about how exchanges work beneath the interface and able to connect market microstructure to trading outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Quantitative Analyst (HFT)
- Analyse multi-venue top-of-book and depth data, trades, orders, fills and cancels to study liquidity, price discovery and execution quality.
- Build and validate latency-aware, event-driven backtests with explicit assumptions around maker/taker execution, queue position, fill probability, fees and cancellations.
- Measure spread capture, forward markouts, fees and adverse selection, and investigate how execution quality changes across venues, instruments and market regimes.
- Build reusable Python tools and data pipelines using modern columnar analysis and SQL for strategy research, performance attribution and monitoring.
- Study cross-venue price discovery, lead–lag relationships, fair-value construction and spot–perpetual basis while accounting for data staleness, instrument design and settlement-currency differences.
- Support live strategies through PnL, inventory and exposure analysis, post-trade review and investigation of unexpected performance.
- Evaluate liquidity-program economics by balancing execution quality, market share, fees and incentives, and work with traders and engineers to translate research into robust production improvements.
- Present findings clearly, including assumptions, limitations, risks and recommended next steps.
WHO YOU ARE/KEY REQUIREMENTS - QUANTITATIVE ANALYST (HFT)
- Quantitative and coding foundations: You are pursuing or recently completed a degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, quantitative finance or a related field. You are proficient in Python for data analysis, ideally including Polars or similar columnar tools, and comfortable with SQL, Git and command-line workflows. Experience with ClickHouse or another analytical database is valuable.
- Electronic market structure: You understand limit order books, order types, maker/taker mechanics, matching and priority rules, spreads, market depth and how trades move prices.
- Execution awareness: You can reason about the order lifecycle from signal to acknowledgement and fill, including exchange APIs, latency, queue position, partial fills, cancellations, fees, slippage and adverse selection.
- Digital asset markets: You understand key differences between spot and perpetual futures, including basis, funding, leverage, liquidation risk, settlement currencies and residual exposure.
- Quantitative reasoning: You are comfortable with probability, statistics, time-series analysis and evaluating noisy results without overstating significance.
- Hands-on curiosity: Ideally, you have built or analysed something yourself—such as an order-book study, trading bot, exchange connector, backtest, execution simulator or market-data pipeline.
- Trading judgement: You naturally question whether an apparent edge survives latency, fees, market impact, changing liquidity and real execution constraints.
- Ownership and communication: You can structure an ambiguous problem, test assumptions and communicate findings and limitations clearly in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with exchange WebSocket/REST APIs and asynchronous market-data pipelines
- Exposure to Rust or another systems programming language
- Experience with tick/order-book data, event-driven simulation or execution modelling
- A technical project demonstrating sustained interest in systematic trading or market microstructure
Our offer
- A 6 month paid internship at world-renowned digital assets company with accommodation provided for entirety or part of it
- The opportunity to learn about digital assets and blockchain from a 30,000 ft view of the entire ecosystem
- Working from one of Brussels newest, nicest and most advanced office spaces
- A global, collaborative and tech-driven environment.
- Autonomy & Impact - our flat structure means you can contribute your ideas from day one and help shape the foundation that will power Keyrock’s future business.
- Culture of Excellence - we value nimbleness, drive for success, owner mentality and collaboration.
- Opportunity to leave your mark and start your career in one of the most reputable companies in the digital assets world
- We are envisioning for the internship to be based pre-dominantly in Brussels. It is possible for a selected candidate to be based in London, UK, provided at least 1-2 months onboarding period would be spent in Brussels together with the rest of the interns cohort.
Our recruitment philosophy
We value self-awareness and powerful communication skills in our recruitment process. We seek fiercely passionate people who understand themselves and their career goals. We're after those with the right skills and a conscious choice to join our field. The perfect fit? A crypto enthusiast who’s driven, collaborative, acts with ownership and delivers solid, scalable outcomes.
As an employer we are committed to building a positive and collaborative work environment. We welcome employees of all backgrounds, and hire, reward and promote entirely based on merit and performance.
Due to the nature of our business and external requirements, we perform background checks on all potential employees, passing which is a prerequisite to join Keyrock.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ ALAN PRECISION: WHY THIS EXISTS
Your body knows before you do. The signals are there years before symptoms. And yet, in 2026, the system around us isn't catching them.
50% of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers) are preventable with lifestyle changes, and we're not capturing them. Western countries have seen healthspan flatline for years, meaning we live longer, but not better. 46% of Europeans report mental health issues. The kind of deep, personalised health reading that could change this has been reserved for the few who could afford a 3,000€ check-up, and built for filing reports rather than changing lives.
We don't accept that.
Alan Precision is our bet on advanced prevention as the new norm of care. We combine biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context, read it all as a connected system with AI supervised by physicians, and turn the result into a personalised protocol the member actually executes across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and supplementation. Then we retest, learn, and adapt. Health is a moving target. We move with it.
Our ambition: make Alan Precision the reference for advanced prevention in Europe by 2030.
⭐ THE FOUNDING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Alan Precision is live, with fast week-over-week growth. Now we need to turn a new category into a habit: hundreds of thousands of customers in the coming years, and a measurable impact on their health. You will be the first growth and go-to-market person on the crew, accountable for two numbers: how many members subscribe to Precision, and how many stay, retest and renew.
The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company.
It is a unique playground. You get the means of one of France's biggest scale-ups (1M+ members reachable from day one, an ecosystem of products like Mo, Play and Clinic, and a brand carried by ambassadors like Kylian Mbappé) with the culture and pace of a fast-growing startup: small crew, short loops, everything still to invent.
🔭 SCOPE: THREE GO-TO-MARKET ENGINES
1. Direct-to-member: turn Alan's 1M+ members into Precision subscribers.
Offering paid services that members subscribe to by themselves inside Alan is a pretty new go-to-market for us, and you invent it.
- Build the CRM and lifecycle engine: segments, triggers, sequences, in-app moments.
- Use product data to decide who to push Precision to, when and where: which actions, traits or life moments make it relevant, and which do not.
- Position Precision inside the surfaces of other product crews (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop), with their teams and push the right message at the right time.
- Own recurrence: activation after the first check-up, retests, renewals, reactivation. Acquisition without retention does not count.
2. B2B: get Alan's client companies to offer Precision to their employees.
Almost everything is to define: business model, offer format, pricing logic, sales motion.
- Work with our B2B Marketing team to understand the constraints of our Sales and Account Management teams, give them the right pitch and materials, and set the right targets with them.
- Meet HR buyers yourself to learn what makes them pay.
3. Beyond Alan: take Precision to the open market.
Once the internal engine runs:
- Apply the full B2C health and e-commerce playbook to acquire users that are not insured by Alan
- Your levers will be numerous, across paid acquisition, influence, partnerships, brand.
Across all three:
- Create demand in a market that is still being created. Talk to members every week, define the value proposition and the messages that make people want advanced prevention, and push for the product changes that go with them.
- Build a brand people want, and explain it simply. Make advanced prevention desirable and easy to understand, with our Brand team, without overpromising.
- Say what can be said. Health communication is regulated: medical biology, health claims, influencer rules, use of health data for targeting. You work with our medical and legal teams and turn these constraints into sharper, more credible messages.
- Measure and decide. Funnels, cohorts, holdouts, channel performance. Pick the next bet, cut what does not work, share what we learned.
- Own it end to end. From the idea of a strategy to the campaign live in production: you design it, write it, build it, ship it and iterate on it yourself. Sharp copywriting is a core part of the job.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in French and English.
- You have grown a B2C product from its early days. Ideally as the first growth or go-to-market person, on a subscription in health, wellbeing or e-commerce. You can tell us which channels you picked, which ones you cut, and why.
- A creative Swiss army knife who prioritises. You can do a bit of everything and you find channels and angles nobody has thought of yet. You know the job is to pick the right one, execute it, measure it and move to the next.
- Lifecycle and CRM at scale. Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze or equivalent: segmentation, behavioural triggers, in-app moments.
- Analytical rigour. You read a funnel, build a cohort, set up a holdout and call a result. You measure success in subscribers, retention and revenue.
- Hands-on, and a great writer. You love taking an idea all the way to production yourself: the strategy, the copy, the campaign, the dashboard. You write well and fast, and you turn a complex medical topic into a clear, desirable promise.
- Customer-obsessed. You talk to members every week and you are just as comfortable in front of an HR director.
- Fluent with AI. You build with AI every day: assets, copy variants, segments, analyses and even building your own tools. You use it to go faster, and you keep your judgment on what ships.
- Driven by health, and rigorous about it. Health matters to you, and when something blocks, you find a way. You make people want to act with messages that hold up in front of a physician.
Nice to haves
- Experience with regulated health communication (claims, health data, medical services).
- B2B2C, employee benefits or HR tech.
- Paid acquisition and influencer marketing in B2C.
- Pricing and packaging of subscription offers.
- You own your own health: Whoop, Oura, blood tests, supplements are no secret for you.

Own delivery outcomes across your team’s portfolio, including implementations, migrations, advisory services, and statement of work engagements.
Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and step in directly or escalate when needed to keep customer work on track.
Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to plan, scope, resource, and support successful services engagements.

Proven ability to navigate customer escalations, balance competing priorities, and drive clear outcomes in complex situations.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects.

On the
Professional Services
