Location: Dublin, IE About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's EMEA Startups team works with the companies building AI-native products on Claude, from Seed through Series B and beyond. The Growth Account Executive owns a portfolio of startups that are already building on Claude and is responsible for growing that relationship: deepening Claude's role in the customer's product, structuring the commercial agreements that support their scale, and defending the account as the competitive landscape shifts. This is a consultative role. Native AI companies move fast, change direction often, and make decisions on technical merit. Earning a seat at the table means building real relationships with founders and technical leaders, understanding their product and roadmap as well as they do, and helping them build on the frontier — bringing them the latest models and capabilities early, showing them what's possible, and turning that into adoption. Commercial outcomes follow from that trust. You work closely with our Applied AI (AAI) team, who bring deep technical partnership to our highest-potential accounts, but you are expected to understand what each customer is building and identify the next use case yourself. Helping customers build on the frontier is part of this job, not something you hand off. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of high-potential AI-native startups across EMEA, with full accountability for revenue growth and retention Build long-term, trusted relationships with founders, CTOs and technical leads, acting as their advisor on how to build with Claude Help customers build on the frontier: bring new model releases and capabilities to them early, work through where they apply, and drive adoption into the core of the product Develop use cases: understand each customer's product and roadmap, identify where Claude can go deeper, and make it happen Structure, size and time usage-based commitments, including multi-surface agreements across the Claude API, Claude Code and Claude for Work Navigate competitive pressure, including aggressive discounting, with a clear point of view on value rather than price Partner with the Applied AI team on technical strategy for your accounts and coordinate their involvement where it creates the most leverage Build and maintain relationships across the EMEA VC and accelerator ecosystem to source and qualify pipeline Bring structured feedback from your portfolio to Product and Go-to-Market leadership You may be a good fit if you have 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in consumption or usage-based sales at a cloud provider, infrastructure, data platform or developer tools company A track record of expanding existing accounts: you have carried a growth or expansion number and understand how commits, credits and usage curves work A consultative selling style, with evidence that customers treat you as an advisor rather than a vendor Experience selling to early- and growth-stage startups and comfort with the pace and informality of founder-led companies Enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with a CTO about APIs, model selection and AI product architecture, and to recognise where a new capability fits Existing relationships in the European startup, VC or accelerator ecosystem Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus Strong candidates often have Time inside a startup, not just selling to them Hands-on experience building with LLMs, even on side projects A history of describing wins by what the customer built rather than the size of the deal The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: €155.000 — €205.000 EUR Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Germany Workplace: Hybrid WHY INTEGRATIONS ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE Your work puts Langfuse into developers’ hands. Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month, and for many developers the first thing they touch is an integration — a few lines of code that connect their favorite framework to Langfuse. When that experience is seamless, they’re wow’ed. When it’s not, we might have lost them. You’ll own that critical first impression across 40+ framework integrations. You’ll live at the frontier of LLM application development. The AI framework ecosystem moves fast — new agent frameworks, orchestration libraries, and model providers emerge every week. You’ll be among the first to instrument them, giving you unmatched exposure to how cutting-edge AI applications are built. The developers you serve are some of the most ambitious software engineers in the world, and working closely with them will make you an expert on LLM engineering yourself. Everything you build is open source and immediately visible. All Langfuse integrations are MIT-licensed. When you ship a new integration or improve an existing one, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they’ll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build and maintain framework integrations. Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You’ll own these integrations end-to-end — from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance as frameworks evolve. When a new framework gains traction, you’ll be among the first to instrument it. - Design new integration patterns for emerging frameworks. When a framework or a new agent orchestrator appears, you’ll evaluate it, design the right instrumentation approach (callback handler, decorator, OTEL auto-instrumentation, or a combination), build the integration, write the docs, and ship it. You’ll develop strong opinions on what makes a great integration experience. - Contribute to the core SDKs. While integrations are your primary focus, your work will surface needs in our Python and TypeScript SDKs. You’ll contribute improvements to the core SDK when your integration work demands it — whether that’s a new hook point, better context propagation, or performance optimizations. - Write documentation and integration guides. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new integration, the guide ships with it. You’ll own the integration docs, quickstart tutorials, cookbooks, and migration paths that help developers get started in minutes. - Be a voice in the developer community. You’ll engage with framework communities, respond to integration-related GitHub issues, write blog posts about new integrations, and be present in our Slack/Discord channels. You’ll build relationships with framework maintainers and represent Langfuse in the broader AI developer ecosystem. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Passionate about the LLM ecosystem. You’ve built real applications with frameworks like LangChain, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, or similar — or you have a deep willingness to go deep and get your hands dirty with every major framework in the space. You’re excited about this ecosystem, not just familiar with it. - Strong in Python and/or TypeScript. You write clean, reliable code. You don’t need to be a systems-level performance expert, but you care about code quality and understand that integrations run inside other people’s production systems. - Product-minded engineer. You think about the developer who’s going to use your integration at 11pm trying to ship a feature. You obsess over the getting-started experience: how many lines of code does it take? Is the error message helpful? Does the docs example actually work? - Self-directed and motivated. You know how to develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it. You don’t wait for detailed specs — you investigate the framework, talk to users, and propose the right approach. - Excited about open source and developer community. You genuinely enjoy talking to developers about their integration challenges, writing clear documentation, and contributing to open source projects. - Thrives in a small, accountable team. Your output is visible and matters. You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks. CS or quantitative degree preferred, but not required. We care far more about what you’ve built and your hunger to learn. BONUS POINTS - Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation - Contributions to popular open source projects, SDKs, or developer tools - Experience building developer tooling, CLIs, or client libraries - Former founder or early startup experience - Active presence in AI/ML developer communities (blog posts, talks, open source) No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply. PROJECTS YOU COULD OWN - Build and ship a Langfuse integration for an emerging agent framework (e.g., OpenClaw, new OTEL-based instrumentation) - Design the integration pattern for a new category of AI tools (e.g., voice agents via LiveKit/Pipecat) - Create comprehensive quickstart cookbooks that get developers from zero to traced in under 5 minutes - Work with the OpenTelemetry community to improve GenAI semantic conventions - Maintain and upgrade our most popular integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK) as those frameworks ship breaking changes PERKS - Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. - Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. - Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. - Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. - A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. - Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites. With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started. Role overview We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Chief of Staff to report directly to the CRO. The CRO owns Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's global revenue organisation (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations and Pricing) across all regions. As the CRO's right hand, you will extend their reach, speed up decision-making, and make sure the Commercial leadership team is aligned and delivering against its revenue targets. This is not a back-office role. You will act as the CRO's delegate on key approvals, work on live deals and pricing decisions, resolve the cross-functional blockers that slow down revenue, and contribute to the planning and operating rhythm of a global commercial organisation. You'll be a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CRO and their leadership team. You'll be expected to challenge them, not just support them, and to move comfortably from a board-level narrative to a merchant pricing decision on the same day. Remit and Responsibilities - As a thought partner and sounding board to the CRO, pressure-test ideas, bring an independent point of view, and turn strategy into clear, owned actions. - Represent the CRO in internal forums and make decisions on their behalf when needed, including during absences. - Work with revenue leaders on deal strategy for our largest new and existing merchants, and set up executive engagement to open or speed up opportunities. - Stay close to the global pipeline and forecast, hold revenue leaders accountable for their numbers, inputs and follow-ups, and flag risks and opportunities early. - Own the CRO's leadership cadence (leadership team meetings, business reviews and decision forums), making sure each one has a clear purpose, clear decisions and accountable owners. - Act as the CRO's delegate for key approvals across the Commercial organisation, including pricing, offers and job requisitions. Apply agreed frameworks consistently, challenge where needed, and know when to escalate. - Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance on annual and quarterly planning, including targets, headcount and capacity planning, budgets and OKRs. - Drive the governance and prioritisation of the Commercial-wide hiring plan, partnering with Revenue Operations on capacity planning and with Talent Acquisition, People and Finance to keep hiring aligned with revenue priorities and budget as we scale. - Design and run the Commercial Leadership Summit and other leadership offsites, from agenda and content through to follow-up and accountability. - Be part of the Commercial organisation's main link to Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and People leadership. - Pick up the issues the Commercial team faces day to day, frame them clearly, get the right people in the room and push for a decision, especially where senior leaders are not yet aligned. - Work with Operations, Legal and Compliance on initiatives to reduce time to revenue for new merchants. - Own high-priority strategic initiatives from start to finish, usually with a clear revenue or efficiency target and several teams involved. - Keep challenging how the Commercial organisation works, and simplify processes, governance and tools to increase productivity, including through AI and automation. - Prepare the CRO for all key meetings and presentations, including exec and board meetings, All-hands meetings, business reviews, customer meetings and external speaking engagements. This covers pre-reads, briefings, presentations, speaker notes and follow-ups. Desired Background, Core Competencies - You have 5+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, strategy consulting, commercial or revenue strategy, or business management, ideally including time in a high-growth tech, fintech or payments company. - Strong commercial instinct: you understand how revenue is built through pipeline, pricing, unit economics and forecasting, and you're comfortable getting into the details of a deal. - Sound judgement to exercise delegated authority on approvals, balancing commercial speed with discipline and knowing when to escalate. - A proven track record of influencing senior leaders without formal authority, including handling disagreement between them and getting to a clear outcome. - Excellent structured thinking and communication: you can reduce complex, ambiguous problems to a clear recommendation and write in a way that's ready for executives. - Critical thinker who is confident with data and financial models and uses them to support decisions. - Excellent project and programme management skills, with the ability to switch contexts without losing focus. - Discretion when handling confidential people, commercial and financial information. - A low-ego, high-ownership mindset: you're as comfortable doing the work yourself as you are orchestrating others. Additional Information Bring all of you to work We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one. Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands. We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here. Share user feedback with internal product teams to shape future tool improvements. What you’ll bring A systematic and structured, but flexible approach to troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues. A clear, direct communication style that explains technical details in ways others can understand. Comfort working independently across distributed teams and time zones. Curiosity about how different build systems, VCS providers, and clouds operate together. An inclination to leave documentation and systems better than you found them. What you’ll need Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills. The ability to work aligned with American time zones. Practical experience troubleshooting web servers and applications (such as Tomcat and Java-based environments). A working knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL). Hands-on experience with version control tools and hosting platforms (such as Git or Perforce, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Familiarity with build automation tools (such as Gradle, Maven, or .NET build systems). An understanding of containerized environments or cloud infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure). What success looks like Success in this role means resolving complex support cases efficiently while maintaining clear communication with developers. You build trust by accurately diagnosing underlying infrastructure or application bugs rather than addressing symptoms alone. Over time, your contributions to the knowledge base reduce repeat issues, and your feedback helps product teams make TeamCity more resilient. #LI-DNI This range reflects the employer’s good-faith estimate of the base salary it reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of posting. About The Opportunity OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This is a post-trade and brokerage systems product role — you will own the layer that sits between our users and the securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation. We have strong crypto product and engineering talent. What this role brings is depth in brokerage architecture and securities market structure: how these systems are built, why they are built that way, and what breaks at scale. You will be the internal authority on that, and your judgment will shape decisions that are expensive to reverse. What You’ll Be Doing Own the brokerage core — order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation. Shape account, custody and clearing architecture , along with the operating model required to run it. Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end , in both conventional and on-chain form. Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist with those of a 24/7 digital asset market. Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early , before they become blockers. Set the standard for rigour — write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury. What We Look For In You Domain Depth 5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management. We strongly prefer candidates from internet and licensed brokerages — Futu, Tiger, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Longbridge — as well as clearing firms and brokerage infrastructure providers. Architectural perspective. You have a clear view of where responsibility belongs across the order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers, and of what goes wrong downstream when a boundary is drawn in the wrong place. Depth across the order and execution path. Order types and parameters, state machine design, idempotency across an external execution boundary, cancel/replace and partial-fill semantics, timeout and exception recovery. This is the core craft of the role. End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path — clearing and settlement, corporate actions and asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or position and cash reconciliation. Commercial and historical perspective. You understand how a brokerage actually earns, how each revenue line constrains the systems beneath it, and why the industry made the structural choices it did. Ways of Working Strong technical intuition. You are comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers. You do not need to be a developer, but you think with the rigour of one. You design for the exceptions — the halted symbol, the timed-out counterparty, the partial fill, the corporate action mid-flight — not just the order that goes through. You run programs, not just write specs. You produce rigorous PRDs independently, drive alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through post-launch review. You write precisely , and can make complex mechanics legible to technical and non-technical audiences alike. High agency. You are comfortable taking an open question all the way to a shipped, reconciled system, and making calls with incomplete information. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center. Nice-To-Haves Product experience with margin financing or securities lending. Exposure to tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement. Experience integrating with broker-dealer or clearing APIs, as either the integrator or the provider. Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks — SEC/FINRA, MiFID II, or equivalent. A track record of launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero. Fluency in English to support communication with global product and business stakeholders. Genuine curiosity about what happens when securities markets meet 24/7 markets. Location: Metn, Lebanon Head of AI Transformation The Company Toters is an on-demand e-commerce and delivery platform that enables customers to get anything in their city with the highest level of convenience. Technology is at the heart of everything we do. Our product and engineering teams work every day to build experiences that make customers' lives easier while continuously improving internal systems to deliver faster and at the best cost. If you're excited about working in a high-growth startup environment and want to be part of a team shaping the future of how people shop in the Middle East, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role Are you ready to make AI leverage a company's defining competitive advantage? As a Head of AI Transformation at Toters, you'll transform how we build software, unlock every function to build with AI, and compound our proprietary data and intelligence into product and business outcomes. The role sits above day-to-day line management and is accountable for outcomes, cross-org alignment, and unblocking. You'll own direction, standards, and outcomes, while delivery is co-owned with our platform and area teams. In this role, you will: Your mandate spans four workstreams. AI-native software development Own the strategy and operating model for AI across planning, development, review, testing, and release. Take our internal AI development harness to maturity across every engineering team, and define reusable AI workflows for our main types of engineering work. Own AI governance: guardrails, code review policy (including reducing human review load where AI review quality supports it), validation standards for AI-generated code, and cost and usage visibility per team. Deliver velocity with safety, measured by cycle time, review load, defect trends, and cost per unit of output. Everyone is an AI builder. Grow our internal AI building platform beyond engineering, activating domain experts across Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial as builders. Shape a Forward-Deployed Engineering function that finds high-value opportunities across the business and lands them as working AI solutions. Build a compounding intelligence layer of shared context, prompts, patterns, and learnings that makes every new build faster than the last. Drive adoption, measured by live use cases, functions actively building, and time from idea to working tool. AI-native internal tooling Make the AI-native path the default for building internal and admin tools, with the traditional engineering queue as the exception. Partner with our admin platform and Design System teams so AI-built tools compose with shared foundations rather than fragmenting them. Free up engineering capacity, measured by engineer-hours per month, moved from low-complexity internal requests to strategic work. AI-powered customer features Enable product teams to ship customer-facing AI features, partnering with our Applied AI platform on personalization, semantic search and recommendations, fraud intelligence, and intelligent spend. Set the bar for production AI: evals, guardrails, degradation paths, and measurable business attribution for every AI feature. Deliver shipped product impact: AI features live across multiple product domains with attributable gains in conversion, retention, or efficiency. Across all workstreams Drive alignment with engineering, product, and business leaders, and clear the blockers that slow adoption. Act as Toters' technical reference on AI, guiding architecture decisions and evaluating tools, models, and vendors. Mentor engineers and builders across the company to raise AI fluency and engineering excellence. Report progress, trade-offs, and results clearly to leadership. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of software engineering experience, including several years setting technical direction across multiple teams at Staff or Principal level. Hands-on experience building and shipping production LLM systems: retrieval, agents and tool use, evals, and guardrails. Deep, daily experience with AI-assisted development tools, and a track record of driving their adoption across engineering teams. Strong system design and backend foundations, with the depth to review architecture across services, data, and infrastructure. Experience defining engineering standards, governance, or operating models and getting them adopted at organization level. A data-driven approach to measuring engineering productivity and business impact (e.g., DORA metrics, A/B testing). Proven ability to influence without authority across engineering, product, and business functions. Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain AI trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to Have Production ML experience in personalization, search and recommendations, or fraud detection. Experience enabling non-engineers to build with AI or low-code tools. Experience managing LLM cost, usage, and vendor strategy at scale. Experience as a Tech Lead Manager or leading a small engineering team. Familiarity with PHP (Laravel), PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS. Previous experience with food delivery, e-commerce, or on-demand platforms. Public work on AI engineering: talks, writing, or open-source contributions. Why Toters? Define how a high-growth company builds with AI, with company-wide scope and direct backing from leadership. Flexible work environment with hybrid-friendly roles. Opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and shape technical strategy. Collaborate with talented engineers while growing your career.
