Reports to: General Counsel
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned product counsel to be Nex's primary legal partner to Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design, and Marketing - advising across the full product lifecycle, with particular depth in privacy and children's privacy compliance. You will own Nex's privacy program day-to-day, including COPPA compliance, camera- and AI-driven data collection practices, and consent and disclosure flows, while also advising on consumer protection, IP, emerging AI regulation, and the broader mix of legal issues that come up as we ship new hardware features, games, and Play Pass content.
This is a senior, largely independent role for someone who wants to build a product legal function from scratch rather than plug into an existing one - you'll be writing our first privacy program, our first product-review processes, and our first AI governance approach, with real opportunity to grow this into a larger function as Nex scales.
What You'll Do
Privacy & Child Safety Program Ownership
Own Nex's privacy program end-to-end: COPPA compliance, data mapping for our camera- and AI-driven product, vendor data processing agreements, and consent/disclosure flows for a product used heavily by children.
Draft, review, and maintain Nex's privacy policy, terms of service, and parental consent flows, including for new markets as we expand internationally (e.g., GDPR and other regional children's/data protection frameworks).
Advise Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety and Design on privacy-by-design principles and age-appropriate product experiences from ideation through launch.
Monitor the evolving children's privacy and online safety regulatory landscape (COPPA, state age-appropriate design laws, GDPR-K, and similar frameworks) and translate developments into actionable product guidance.
Serve as the point of contact for privacy incidents, regulatory inquiries, and data subject/parental requests, escalating appropriately to the GC and outside counsel.
Serve as the escalation point for Legal Operations and Commercial Counsel on any privacy or COPPA questions that surface in vendor, commercial, or operational contexts - they are trained to flag these to you rather than advise on them directly.
Product Counseling Across the Lifecycle
Be a trusted, embedded advisor to Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design, and Marketing - reviewing new features, hardware capabilities, and AI/motion-detection functionality for legal risk from concept through launch.
Advise on consumer protection issues relevant to Play Pass and other subscription or in-product offerings, including disclosures, auto-renewal compliance, and promotions or sweepstakes tied to product launches or marketing campaigns.
Review product user experiences, in-app disclosures, and marketing/advertising materials to mitigate legal risk while supporting the team's goals.
Provide practical guidance on emerging AI regulation as it applies to Nex's computer vision and motion-detection technology, including responsible AI development and deployment considerations.
Flag physical product safety and liability considerations that arise from hardware feature design (e.g., camera/sensor placement, physical play mechanics, choking/impact hazards for young users) to the GC and outside counsel during feature review.
Support IP strategy for product innovation: facilitate invention harvesting and patent-strategy conversations with Engineering, and advise on trademark use in-product, in partnership with Legal Operations on portfolio docketing.
Building the Function
Build the playbooks, guides, and internal training that let Product, Engineering, and Marketing self-serve on lower-risk questions and escalate the right issues early.
Design a scalable legal review process for product launches that keeps pace with Nex's release cadence without becoming a bottleneck.
Partner with Legal Operations on intake triage and template design for product-related legal requests, and with Commercial Counsel to keep licensing/partnership agreements aligned with product privacy and IP commitments.
Manage outside counsel on specialized privacy, AI regulatory, product-safety, or IP matters as needed, with Legal Operations administering the underlying vendor relationship and spend.
As Nex scales, help define whether and how this function grows - this role has a credible path to leading a larger product legal team.
What You'll Bring
J.D. and active bar membership in good standing (California or another U.S. state, as applicable).
4-7+ years of relevant legal experience, combining law firm and in-house product counseling at a technology or consumer products company.
Deep, hands-on experience with children's privacy compliance (COPPA, age-appropriate design frameworks, GDPR-K or similar) - this is the technical core of the role.
Experience advising product, engineering, and design teams throughout the full product development lifecycle, not just at launch review.
Working knowledge of consumer protection law as applied to subscriptions, promotions, and marketing claims.
Comfort advising on emerging AI/computer vision regulatory questions, even without a technical background, and genuine interest in the underlying technology.
A builder's mindset: comfortable creating playbooks, review processes, and governance frameworks from scratch rather than operating an existing one.
Excellent judgment translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal audiences under real deadlines.
Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and a low-ego, collaborative approach.
Nice to Have
Privacy certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar), or willingness to obtain one.
Experience in consumer hardware, consumer electronics, gaming, or toy/kids' products.
Experience supporting sweepstakes, contests, or promotions tied to consumer products or subscriptions.
Exposure to patent or trademark strategy in a product/engineering context.
Experience advising on international product launches and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
What Success Looks Like
Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design and Marketing have a legal partner they trust to move fast on new features and launches with confidence.
Nex has a documented, defensible privacy and children's data protection program that scales as the company grows and enters new markets.
Privacy, consumer protection, and AI regulatory issues are surfaced and resolved at the design stage, not after the fact.
Playbooks, templates, and review processes let the product organization self-serve on routine questions, freeing this role to focus on the highest-impact issues.
Nex is positioned to expand this function as the business grows, with this person as the natural lead.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced commercial attorney to lead legal support for Nex's content and partnerships ecosystem - the agreements and relationships that bring games, experiences, and brand collaborations onto the Nex Playground platform. You will be the primary legal partner to our Content, Partnerships, and Business Development teams, negotiating content and IP licensing deals, developer and publishing agreements, and strategic partnerships that grow our content catalog and platform reach. You'll also provide secondary support on our commercial vendor, retail/distribution, and hardware supply chain agreements as needed, in partnership with the GC and outside counsel.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build the playbook for a growing platform business, not just execute one that already exists.
What You'll Do
Content & Developer Agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate developer and publishing agreements for third-party studios and content creators building games and experiences for the Nex Playground platform, including revenue share, IP ownership, quality/certification requirements, and platform terms.
Structure and negotiate Play Pass content licensing and distribution agreements, balancing catalog growth with sustainable economics and IP protection.
Brand & Strategic Partnerships
Lead negotiation of brand and content licensing agreements with entertainment and children's media partners, including royalty structures, approval rights, marketing commitments, and IP/trademark compliance obligations.
Serve as the go-to legal partner to Business Development and Partnerships teams on strategic collaborations, co-marketing arrangements, and platform integrations, functioning as a strategic advisor embedded in partnership planning rather than a late-stage reviewer.
Independently lead complex, multi-party negotiations involving revenue-sharing arrangements, joint go-to-market plans, and cross-promotional commitments.
Commercial, Vendor & Hardware Support (Secondary)
Support retail, distribution, vendor, and marketing agreements as needed, partnering with Legal Operations on templates and process.
Provide secondary review and negotiation support on manufacturing, supply chain, and OEM/ODM agreements alongside the GC and outside counsel.
Partner with Product Counsel to identify commercial, product liability, regulatory, and privacy issues arising from any transaction you touch. Flag privacy/COPPA-relevant terms to Product Counsel, who owns Nex's privacy program and day-to-day privacy advisory work - you are not expected to advise on these substantively yourself.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Process
Build trusted relationships with [Content, Partnerships, Business Development, Product, and Marketing] - you'll be known as the attorney teams want in the room when a deal is taking shape, not just when paper needs signing.
Partner with Legal Operations on intake triage, template design, and CLM workflow design for content, developer, and partnership agreement types.
Manage and coordinate outside counsel on specialized or high-stakes IP, regulatory, or hardware/supply chain matters, with Legal Operations administering the underlying vendor relationship and spend.
Use AI-powered legal tools to accelerate contract review, drafting, and analysis, and help identify opportunities to further integrate AI into the team's workflows.
Contribute to Nex's broader legal function build-out over the next 18 months - templates, policies, and training - as one of the company's early in-house attorneys.
You Might Thrive in This Role If You
Hold a J.D. and active bar membership in good standing (California or another U.S. state, as applicable).
Have 7-10+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, including meaningful time supporting a content/media partnerships business.
Have direct experience negotiating publishing/content licensing deals; experience with brand/entertainment IP licensing is a strong plus.
Understand partnership economics: how revenue share and attribution work, and how to structure incentives that align interests between Nex and its content and brand partners.
Are comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with little existing precedent. You are proactive, independent, and energized by building rather than maintaining.
Communicate with clarity and business judgment, tailoring advice to enable responsible, fast-moving growth, and are comfortable presenting partnership strategy to business leaders.
Demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-changing situations, and can distinguish real risk from theoretical risk.
Are willing and able to flex into commercial, vendor, or hardware-adjacent agreements when the business needs it, even though that's not the core of the role.
Bring genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they're reshaping commercial legal practice.
Nice to Have
Experience at a gaming or consumer content/media company. Experience negotiating with entertainment studios, media brands, or children's content licensors.
Working knowledge of children's privacy frameworks (e.g., COPPA) or international data privacy regimes as applied in a commercial/platform context.
Some exposure to hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain agreements - helpful for the secondary scope of this role, though not the primary focus.
Familiarity with CLM systems (Spotdraft, Ironclad, or similar) from a heavy end-user or template-owner perspective.
What Success Looks Like
[Content, Partnerships, and Business Development] teams have a legal partner they trust to move deals forward quickly and with confidence.
Developer, content, and brand partner agreements are negotiated efficiently, with clear risk framing and business-enabling solutions.
Brand and licensing partnerships are structured to protect Nex's IP and reputation while still closing quickly.
Privacy and platform compliance issues are surfaced early and routed to Product Counsel, not resolved after the fact.
Templates and negotiation playbooks scale with the business so Legal doesn't become a bottleneck as Nex's content and partnership ecosystem grows.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About GiveDirectly in the DRC
GiveDirectly DRC was established in 2018 to enable cash transfers to poor and rural populations via mobile phones, thereby promoting food security, poverty reduction, and financial inclusion. We aimed to demonstrate the operational feasibility and cost-effectiveness of transferring large volumes of money digitally in one of the world's least developed countries. Since its inception four years ago, GiveDirectly DRC has used mobile phones to transfer over $14 million to more than 65,000 beneficiaries in four provinces: South Kivu, North Kivu, Ituri, and Kinshasa.
GiveDirectly's activities in the DRC have expanded to include, among other things: compelling proofs of concept for mobile-based cash transfers; and the implementation of innovative technologies to target disadvantaged urban populations in Kinshasa, in collaboration with the DRC's social protection agency, the DRC Social Fund. The delivery of contactless cash to beneficiaries in Beni and Bunia affected by the economic consequences of COVID-19. You will be joining Give Directly DRC at an exciting time in its history, as we are establishing and hope to launch several new programs and strengthen our partnership with the DRC government.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Operations (DRC), you'll build and lead the operational backbone behind GiveDirectly's programs in the country. You'll direct the support services team end-to-end — HR, logistics, procurement, and administration — while managing a team of managers. You'll design a procurement strategy that keeps goods and services flowing efficiently and reliably across provinces, own fleet and logistics management as the program scales, and manage the operational budget with an eye for efficiency. You'll also support the Country Director on HR strategy — recruitment, training, and performance — and design the systems needed for a much larger footprint across provinces, from procurement to digital tools that improve scalability.
This is a role for someone who can build systems as readily as they can lead people, and who's energized by both strategic design and the operational details that make it real on the ground.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the DRC support services team end-to-end — HR, logistics, procurement, administration, and office management — including direct oversight of managers
Develop and drive a procurement strategy ensuring efficient, compliant, and resilient sourcing across provinces, and own fleet and logistics management as the program scales
Manage the operational budget, forecasting and driving efficiency across procurement, logistics, and administrative spend
Support the Country Director on HR strategy — recruitment, training, performance management, and talent density — through oversight of the HR function
Design systems and processes to support a much larger footprint across provinces, anticipating future needs and identifying AI and digital opportunities to improve scalability
Coach and develop support services managers to build operational excellence beyond individual contribution
Maintain a compliance and operational risk register, and lead internal spot checks, audit preparedness, and action plans in partnership with Finance and Internal Audit
Own donor reporting, budget tracking, and donor visit coordination, and serve as the primary point of contact between the Country Office and GSS on operational and compliance matters
Own the Operational Knowledge Base and lead onboarding, training, and localization of materials as the team grows
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (management, administration, finance, or related); a master's degree is an asset
Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management, with a track record of transforming informal systems into structured, compliant, and scalable ones, including direct oversight of managers
Strong financial and budget management skills, with experience managing an operational budget
Proven experience maintaining a risk register and working closely with internal/external audit functions
Experience developing and coaching managers, with comfort delegating execution while retaining accountability for results
Strong digital fluency, with experience using and training teams on multiple platforms (Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Guru, Slack)
Familiarity with international NGO standards and donor compliance frameworks
Experience navigating the DRC's complex legal environment, including labor law and immigration requirements
Strong alignment with
GiveDirectly's values
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate fluently in English and French with high level stakeholders
Professional proficiency in French and English required; knowledge of Congolese Swahili and/or Lingala is an asset

Base Salary:

As Senior Manager, Programs (DRC), you'll help bring GiveDirectly's programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo to life — owning their end-to-end execution, from operational design to on-the-ground delivery. You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving: designing systems that work, catching risks before they escalate, and using data to drive continuous improvement. You'll also lead people, managing a team of managers and field staff, while partnering closely with the Program Director and Country Director to shape what comes next. It's a role for someone who's energized by both the big picture and the operational details that make it real.
What You’ll Do:
Develop detailed project management plans for all our programs and drive them through successful end-to-end execution
Design operational models for new programs — including targeting, payments, and customer service — and define, monitor, and report on key operational and efficiency indicators
Identify operational vulnerabilities, such as fraud or reputational risk, and implement mitigation solutions aligned with the risk framework set by the Program Director
Analyze program-level data to diagnose the causes of underperformance and drive continuous quality improvement
Partner with Tech and Data teams to design surveys and ensure data integrity in Salesforce
Directly manage a team of managers, with oversight of field teams and call centre at multiple levels
Support the Program Director and Country Director in scoping new programs, including operational feasibility and risk assessment.
Manage partner relationships with key operational partners with oversight of scoping, contracting and ensuring the terms of our agreements are respected.
Develop materials for engagement with donors and other external stakeholders in order to represent our work externally.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience managing and implementing programs within international NGOs or a comparable operational environment; experience in cash or money transfer programming is an asset
Work experience in the DRC, or strong knowledge of the DRC context, is highly desirable
Experience in team management, including recruitment, team building, and development
Strong analytical thinking, with a proven ability to use data to identify problems and improve programs
Experience using technology and digital tools to drive results and operational innovation
Proven instinct for risk management and creative problem-solving in complex operational environments
A high degree of autonomy and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fragile, rapidly changing environment
Strong alignment with
GiveDirectly's values
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate fluently in English and French with high level stakeholders
Professional proficiency in French and English required; knowledge of Congolese Swahili and/or Lingala is an asset

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
ALAN IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL BRAND EVENT MANAGER TO TURN EVENTS INTO A DISTINCTIVE, SCALABLE EXPRESSION OF THE ALAN BRAND. THE ROLE COMBINES EVENT STRATEGY, BRAND EXPERIENCE, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, COMMERCIAL UNDERSTANDING, AND COMMUNITY BUILDING.
You will own Alan’s yearly flagship event, building on the success of Alan 10, and help make it an even stronger moment for brand, community, customers, prospects, partners, and the wider healthcare ecosystem. Beyond the flagship event, you will build the operating system that enables commercial and local teams to run high-quality events repeatedly and consistently.
It is a senior individual-contributor role that owns the global event system and makes other teams more autonomous and effective.
You will lead the global strategy and execution of Alan’s major Brand events, while owning the execution of local Brand events in France. You will create the playbooks, standards, templates, and measurement frameworks that allow teams across markets to deliver high-quality events without reinventing the wheel each time.
You will also contribute to the Brand team’s global community-event strategy, identifying the formats and moments that can make Alan more visible, credible, and memorable to the communities we want to influence.
You’ll equip local teams with the right local approach and assets, and support them as they adapt and run events in their markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Own Alan’s yearly flagship event
- Participate in the definition of the event’s purpose, audience, positioning, narrative, and success criteria.
- Build the event roadmap, budget, and production plan.
- Manage agencies, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate content, creative, production, guest management, press, influencers, Sales, and local market teams.
- Design a high-quality guest experience before, during, and after the event.
- Connect invitations, registration, CRM tracking, attendance, and follow-up.
- Run rehearsals, speaker preparation, run-of-show management, and on-site execution.
2. Build Alan’s recurring event playbook
- Define the main event formats and their intended purposes, such as owned events, executive dinners, round tables, speaking opportunities, trade shows, and partner events.
- Create practical templates for briefs, timelines, budgets, approvals, execution, production, and follow-up.
- Help define the role of commercial teams before, during, and after the event.
- Create reusable content, event assets, checklists, and quality standards.
3. Support local teams on local events
- Help local teams choose the right format and define the desired outcome.
- Review briefs and plans, provide feedback, and raise the quality bar.
- Identify successful local formats that could be scaled globally.
4. Help shape and execute Alan’s community-event strategy
- Contribute with the Brand team to the Community building strategy
- Design recurring event franchises and formats.
- Build partnerships with relevant organizations, experts, customers, and opinion leaders.
- Run test-and-learn initiatives that can start locally and scale globally.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience delivering events end to end, ideally in a Brand, B2B marketing or agency environment.
- A track record of creating original event concepts and formats, not only executing a brief.
- Strong editorial judgement: the right angle, speakers and content to make an event memorable.
- Brand creativity: a clear point of view on how an event expresses a brand.
- Experience running complex events with multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and speakers (including profiles with special logistics and security needs).
- Strong production skills: planning, budgeting, vendor and risk management, rehearsals and on-site delivery.
- Experience building repeatable processes, playbooks or templates.
- A strong understanding of how events drive brand, community and commercial outcomes, and comfort with CRM, registration, lead capture and follow-up.
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, PR, Creative and local market teams.
- Fluent in French
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, and willing to travel across international markets.

You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, world-class customer service isn’t an afterthought, it’s at the heart of everything we do. We’ve built our reputation on delivering fast, thoughtful, and high-quality support, and we’ve done that by investing deeply in our own technology. Rather than just reacting to problems, we aim to solve them before our customers and partners even notice. Behind the scenes, that means building systems that scale globally, handle real-world complexity, and empower support teams to do their very best work.
This is where the Multilingual Intelligence & Resolution Automation (MIRA) team comes in. The team is on a mission to make customer support truly borderless. We’re building intelligent, AI-powered systems used across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo, including a real-time translation engine that supports seamless conversations across 20+ languages. Processing hundreds of requests per minute and powered by modern cloud infrastructure and state-of-the-art LLMs, this system enables borderless support and helps create experiences that feel natural, human, and native, no matter where you are in the world. And we’re only just getting started.
What you’ll be doing
Design, build, and operate scalable backend services powering real-time, customer-facing systems
Develop and evolve AI-powered translation capabilities using LLMs in production
Help build the tooling and infrastructure needed to evaluate models across quality, latency, and cost
Collaborate closely with product, applied science, frontend, and platform teams to turn complex support problems into robust user-facing systems
Take ownership of technical decisions and help shape the architecture and future direction of the system
Improve the performance, reliability, and operational readiness of services handling real production traffic
Continuously explore better ways of working, including leveraging AI tools to improve development workflows
Our humble expectations
You have strong backend development skills in Python or Go (interest in other tech is highly appreciated)
You actively leverage modern AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar) to enhance your productivity, code quality, and day-to-day development workflow.
You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), observability tools (such as DataDog), and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
You're a pragmatic problem-solver with a growth mindset, eager to step outside your comfort zone and continuously learn.
You're comfortable working with real-world data and its nuances.
You have solid experience designing, building, and integrating quality software (microservices) at scale within a complex domain.
What we offer
A chance to build something that truly matters, technology that enables people to connect and solve problems across languages and borders
The opportunity to work with AI and LLMs in real, high-impact production use cases
Being part of a global engineering organization of 2000+ people, we aim to build none other than the best-in-the-world engineering team here.
You’ll get to work in a company culture where we take ownership beyond the obvious, do common things uncommonly well, we think big but stay humble, do right by people, we treat others kindly and justly, recognise that if we don’t learn, we won’t stay still but fall behind, and keep in mind that Luke was Yoda’s greatest achievement.
Join us for an exciting journey of creating technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to the neighbourhoods of the world!

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Forward Deployed Engineers at Sentry help our largest customers get real value from Sentry, from integrating the SDK to making sure the right alerts and issues reach the right people at the right time. This role is a Senior Solutions Engineer who goes further: you'll help us build Sentry's forward deployed motion.
That means working shoulder to shoulder with our most important customers, often inside their codebases and workflows, instead of advising from the outside. When a customer's problem needs more than a best-practices doc, such as a custom integration, a tricky instrumentation setup, or a working prototype, you'll build it with them, then turn what you learn into repeatable patterns for the rest of the team.
Forward deployed work is new here and you will have a part in building this arm. You'll start with the core Solutions Engineering work and take on more hands-on deployment work as customers pull you into it, helping define what this motion looks like at Sentry. The goal is simple: reduce time to value. The outcomes we care about:
- Developers can quickly find and resolve slowdowns and errors in their applications.
- Customers get to value faster, and the lessons from each deployment make the product better for everyone.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn customer goals into a plan. Understand customers' pain points and objectives, then act as their trusted advisor, translating them into implementation plans, workshops, and best practices that show clear business value.
- Get Sentry set up, in the code. With the customer's permission, work in their codebase like a member of their engineering team, delivering the pull requests that fully set up Sentry so data is flowing from day one.
- Instrument what matters most. Add custom telemetry for a customer's most critical user journeys and build the dashboards and alerts that go with it.
- Lead migrations. Move customers off their existing observability tools by setting up their Sentry organization and delivering PRs that introduce Sentry and remove the old solution.
- Work like a trusted contractor. Stay within the scope and access you've been given, take extra care in live environments, test thoroughly, and ship pull requests that customer engineers are glad to merge. Embed with their teams, including on site, when it helps.
- Build the motion. Turn one-off deployments into repeatable playbooks and tooling, help define how forward deployed engagements are scoped and measured, and bring what you learn back to Product and Engineering.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather sit with a customer's engineers and fix the problem in their code than write them a recommendation
- Enjoy talking about technology and interfacing with engineers and engineering leaders.
- Appreciate working in a dynamic environment, on a variety of projects with customers from lots of different industries.
- Love flexing your creative brain by developing solutions, resources, and content from scratch (scripts, code samples, demos, sales-consumable collateral/documents, etc.).
- Have a fast-paced, results-driven mindset.
- Love developer tools, open-source, and/or all things software development life cycle!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience, with some mixture being Software Engineering and Solutions Engineering/Implementation
- Hands-on experience working with programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, Mobile Native (iOS and/or Android), etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility in front of engineers and engineering leaders
- Problem solver, knowledgable, and can-doer
- Bonus: experience with observability, APM, or error monitoring tools, including migrating customers from another vendor, or helping build a forward deployed or customer engineering function
The total compensation range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $190,000 to $230,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We believe powerful AI can compress a century of scientific progress into a decade. Claude Science is a big part of building toward that future.
Claude Science
is an AI workbench that gives researchers a single environment for work that today spans dozens of disconnected tools — literature, specialized databases, scientific computing, analysis, and publication-ready outputs. Claude Science already renders protein structures, genome tracks, and chemical structures natively, and coordinates multi-agent workflows with built-in review for citation and calculation errors — and we’re just getting started. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now: you’ll shape both the product and the architecture in a category no one has defined yet.
You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the end-to-end researcher experience, partners directly with our internal research team to push model capabilities into production, and carries real ownership over what we ship next.
Our north star is accelerating scientific progress — across biology, chemistry, physics, and beyond — from early discovery through real-world application, by an order of magnitude. This work supports programs like Anthropic’s
AI for Science Program
and
our rare disease research grants
.
What you'll do
Ship fast against a roadmap you help shape: this is a product in a category no one has defined yet, and the highest-leverage problems are still unclaimed
Interface directly with working scientists — academic labs, industry R&D teams, and research institutes — during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities
Partner with product and design to turn how scientists actually work — from hypothesis to analysis to publication — into shipped product
Work closely with research to make the models better at science: shaping evals, surfacing failure modes, and feeding what users hit in the real world back into model development
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on
Have built AI products and know what it takes to turn model capabilities into applications people actually use
Are comfortable working directly with technical domain experts and translating what you learn
Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority
Strong candidates may also have
Background in chemistry, biology, physics, or another science
Experience working with research teams to improve domain-specific model capabilities, including evaluation frameworks
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Product engineering at Descript means owning outcomes, not just tickets — you'll take a problem from a rough idea to a shipped, measured result, working closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering along the way. We organize around a few teams, each responsible for a distinct part of the product:
Editor:
owns our video editor. Help make traditionally complex video-editing workflows simpler, craft cutting-edge AI into practical creative tools, and build on our vision of turning a text-editor for video into a tool that puts video in everyone's communication toolkit.
Growth & Monetization:
owns onboarding and activation, growth loops and in-product experiments, plans and pricing, checkout, billing, and AI credits. Help turn visitors into customers and customers into revenue.
Media:
owns upload, transcription, diarization, alignment, drive-wide search, playback, rendering, and export (including the engine we're rewriting in Rust 🦀). Help make media fast to bring in, easy to find, instant to play, and reliable to export.
Agent:
owns Underlord, Descript’s AI co-editor. Build the representations, tools, harness, evals, and feedback loops that let it reason about video projects, make edits, and check its work. Help people and agents collaborate naturally, whether in the editor or through our API and MCP.
Identity & Access (aka TACO):
owns login, authentication and authorization, account settings, and project organization, plus the enterprise layer of workspaces, SSO/SCIM, governance, and audit logs. Help individuals become teams, and teams scale into enterprises, with the trust and security to go all in.
Regardless of your team you’ll have the opportunity to design thoughtful full-stack systems that work reliably and deliver value to new and existing users.
What You’ll Do
Own meaningful product surfaces end to end.
Take problems from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance. Improve core Editor workflows, shape the self-serve journey from signup through renewal, or help make Underlord more sentient.
Shape the product, not just the implementation.
Partner with Product and Design to propose better interactions, expose constraints, choose the right metrics, and find simpler paths to user outcomes.
Build ambitious full-stack systems with care.
Create responsive, reliable experiences. Stretch from TypeScript and React to NodeJS and Temporal to first and third party integrations to get the job done.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What You Bring
Required:
You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products, including end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how to better harness AI in your work.
You’ve owned features/experiments end to end, from planning through launch, and leveraged analytics and metrics to evaluate impact.
You orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking thoughtful questions to both your teammates and agents.
You care about how software feels and notice when the technically correct result is still wrong for the user.
You create clarity in ambiguous work and can navigate (and simplify!) significant product and technical complexity.
You validate your work rigorously through focused reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence rather than trusting that the output looks right.
Experience that helps:
Similar Products:
Work on an editor, media product, creative tool, or payment system (like Stripe).
Our Stack:
TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, and SQL. But we obviously live in a post stack world. We just rewrote our media engine in Rust. None of us knows Rust.
Crafting with AI:
Building an agent or experimenting with media-generation models.
Experimentation/Analytics Experience:
We like people who know how to measure their success through experimentation and product analytics.
Intricacies of Video:
Shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats.
Descript is a startup. We're especially interested in working with engineers who use the product and are aligned with our mission. To that end, we promise to review any application that includes a share link to a Descript video. The video can be about anything - your career, a favorite game or movie, a discarded audition tape for Love Island. If you take the time to make something in Descript, we'll commit to having a human watch it and review your application. 🤝
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $200,000-$275,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Handle objections with sound judgment and earn the right to a next conversation.
- Partner with Account Executives on account planning, sequencing, and opportunity creation.
- Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, personalization, and workflow efficiency; validate outputs before using them.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and use performance data to improve outreach quality.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.
- If transitioning from a non-sales background, a demonstrated record of exceptional performance in that field, supported by specific outcomes.
- Experience prioritizing accounts, engaging senior or complex buyers, and tailoring outreach to customer context.
- Strong written and verbal communication: concise, customer-focused, and specific.
- Strong discovery and objection-handling fundamentals.
- Commercial judgment: form a point of view, explain tradeoffs, and adapt based on new information.
- A builder mindset: identify improvements, create repeatable systems, and learn from results.
- Practical AI fluency and sound judgment using tools to improve quality and speed.
- A data-driven approach to performance: diagnose results, seek feedback, and change behavior.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career and taking on the scope of a Mid-Market SDR role.

Anthropic’s Infrastructure organization is responsible for the systems that train our models, serve our products, and support our engineering teams. That includes datacenter operations, capacity planning across cloud providers and our own facilities, accelerator cluster management, production serving infrastructure, developer tooling, data pipelines, and networking. It’s a lot of surface area, and the demands on it are growing fast.
We’re hiring a TPM leader to own program management across this whole ecosystem from compute provisioning through to production workloads. We’re bringing up new datacenters, scaling multi-cloud compute across AWS, GCP, and Azure, managing datacenter construction, and building the software infrastructure to keep pace. The team is growing very quickly, and we’re looking for a senior leader with experience at scale to build and scale this team to support Anthropic’s rapid growth. You’ll report to the Head of TPM, partnering closely with various engineering leaders on technical strategy, roadmapping, and aligning TPM support where it is most impactful.
You’ll personally drive 2–3 critical programs while leading your teamin parallel. This is a role where you need to be comfortable doing the work yourself before you can hand it off.
What you'll do:
IC Program Leadership
Own and drive 2–3 of the highest-priority programs across infrastructure while you build the team
Run the actual programs—datacenter bring-up timelines, capacity scaling plans, infrastructure migrations, cross-team reliability efforts, or whatever the most pressing needs are
Build the processes and playbooks as you go—figure out what works by doing it, then codify it for the team
Earn credibility with engineering leads through solid execution, not just strategy
Team Building & Development
Set the standard for what good TPM work looks like in this domain through your own output
Coach and develop TPMs
Transition programs to your team as you hire
Grow the team with excellent TPMs by defining roles, writing JDs, sourcing candidates, and closing hires
Planning & Prioritization
Work with various engineering leads to identify work that would most benefit from TPM support
Make real tradeoffs about what to staff vs. what to skip given limited TPM capacity during the build phase
Maintain portfolio-level visibility across programs—status, risks, dependencies, blockers
Represent the team in planning cycles and leadership reviews
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate across Infrastructure and partner teams (Research, Product, Security, Finance, Legal) on programs that span organizational boundaries
Drive alignment on programs that cross the hardware/software line—e.g., capacity plans that feed into training schedules, or efficiency work that spans accelerator kernels and serving systems
Own executive communication on program status, risks, and resource needs
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 7+ years directly managing TPMs and ideally some experience leading larger TPM organizations
Have built a team or function from scratch before—you know the difference between hiring for a defined role vs. figuring out what the roles should be
Have scaled TPM teams to support rapidly-growing, fast-moving company environments
Have worked across physical and software infrastructure—datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tooling. You don’t need to be deep in all of it, but you need to be conversant enough to ask the right questions and spot the real risks.
Have run large-scale compute or infrastructure programs—capacity planning, cluster deployments, datacenter build-outs, cloud migrations, or similar
Can communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership without losing the important details
Are good at context-switching between doing the work and managing people, and don’t see the IC work as beneath you
Are comfortable making staffing and prioritization decisions without perfect information
Deadline to apply:
None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$565,000 USD
Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
