Perplexity is revolutionizing how companies get work done. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and serve as the strategic bridge between our product reality and market impact. You will architect the external narrative of our products and amplify their value to inspire adoption and drive growth.
If you have a passion for creating clarity when things are messy, thrive in turning ambiguity into a definitive point of view, and want to build a world-class marketing engine that drives launches as systems rather than events, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Turn ambiguity into clarity. Transform complex product capabilities into a crisp market point of view, defining not just what we built, but who it’s for, what it replaces, and why it wins.

- Make others materially better at their jobs. Equip customer-facing teams with "talk tracks that close," handling objections and providing competitive intelligence that reflects the actual battlefield.
- Obsess over the customer and the market. Maintain a sharp, real-time view of buyer needs and alternatives, ensuring our narrative remains grounded in truth and provable value rather than empty hype.
- Measure outcomes, not just outputs. Tie messaging and launches to tangible pipeline influence, activation, and retention, running lightweight experiments to iterate fast on pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Influence without authority. Lead through alignment by pre-wiring decisions, surfacing risks early, and managing trade-offs to keep product, sales, and marketing moving in lockstep.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a high-growth technology company where you have owned end-to-end product launches.
- Proven track record of synthesizing complex technical concepts into simple, specific, and provable narratives that travel across executive, sales, and partner teams.
- Deep familiarity with the rules of traditional marketing with an interest in breaking them.
- World-class storytelling skills grounded in data, with the ability to summarize a product’s value in a single sentence and defend it with evidence.
- Extreme comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.

About Aura by Hex Trust
Aura by Hex Trust is the
private wealth business
of Hex Trust. We bring institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure - custody, trading, yield, structured products - to high net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices, delivered through a Relationship Manager–led model backed by an easy-to-use app.
The wealth opportunity in digital assets is one of the most underserved segments in the industry. HNW clients want exposure but lack a trusted, regulated, full-service partner. Aura fills that gap, combining the security and licensing of Hex Trust with the personal service private clients expect.
About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, own real institutional relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. We're scaling fast. If you want to sell into the institutional side of crypto at a firm that's actually licensed to do it, this is the place.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to revenue, paid quarterly.
As a Relationship Manager at Aura, you'll originate and grow your own book of HNW and family office clients on a fresh platform. You'll have direct access to the full Hex Trust group - institutional products, regulated infrastructure, and senior leadership - and real influence over product direction as we scale.
This is an early-stage hire. If you're an experienced wealth or sales professional looking to build something rather than inherit it, this is the seat.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients , family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased AUM, trading volume, and product adoption
Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further drive growth in AUM.
Lead prospect and client meetings, clearly articulating Hex Trust’s value proposition and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to deepen client engagement.
Work with Marketing Team to identify and support activities designed to attract and activate client base
Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance, legal, and operations.
Deliver best-in-class, white-glove service—positioning Hex Trust as a trusted partner for private clients and family offices in digital assets.
KPIs: No. of clients, Revenue, Assets on Platform, Net New Money
Requirements
5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services.
Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; digital asset familiarity required.
Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities.
Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with relevant adjustments to seniority.

You’ll work across all layers of production (agents, infrastructure, backend, frontend) to embed security-conscious design into the core of our product.
Own Cross-Cutting Systems.
Partner with product and platform teams to implement and evolve Sierra’s trust primitives: identity management, access control, auditability, and data lifecycle management. You’ll make pragmatic design trade-offs between usability, performance, and security.
Secure Agentic AI Systems.
Build controls that ensure AI agents can't leak customer data, execute unauthorized actions, or be manipulated into unintended behavior. Design runtime policy enforcement for tool use, implement safe agent sandboxing, and create boundaries that protect data while keeping agents powerful and useful.
Automate and Scale Security-Adjacent Workflows.
Create developer-friendly tooling to reduce risk and friction — whether through automating security checks in CI/CD, enforcing privacy boundaries through schema validation, or instrumenting runtime monitoring for sensitive events.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Strong Software Engineering Skills.
Experience building and maintaining production systems. You’re comfortable designing APIs, integrating with authentication or identity frameworks, and thoughtfully using AI-assisted development tools to build, test, and ship high-quality code faster without lowering the quality bar.
Security Mindset.
You think like a security engineer — considering how data flows, where it’s stored, who can access it, and how to design for least privilege and transparency.
Product and Platform Mindset.
You care about building secure scalable systems that enable, not block, innovation. You work closely with product teams to make trade-offs clear and help them move quickly without sacrificing trust.
Curiosity and Ownership.
You take ambiguous, cross-cutting problems from first principles to production and go deep when needed: tracing an authorization decision from agent intent through policy enforcement and downstream effects, or following sensitive data across model context, logs, storage, and tenant boundaries. You define the problem, align partners, ship the solution, and own it in production.
EVEN BETTER IF…
- You’ve worked on privacy, identity, trust & safety, authN/authz, or data protection systems.
- You’ve built security frameworks, libraries, or tooling that developers actually use or integrated security automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- You have exposure to AI systems or care about designing secure-by-default LLM applications.
- You think like an attacker — you naturally ask "what could go wrong?" when reviewing designs or while building systems. You've found or fixed real security issues in production systems.
- You thrive in 0→1 environments, where foundational systems have to balance speed, reliability, and trust.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

At
WooCommerce
, we’re on a mission to democratize commerce. Millions of merchants around the world build their businesses with our open-source platform, and we’re scaling how we support them.
Specifically, we’re scaling our B2B merchant acquisition efforts and are looking for a Senior Revenue Engineer to help build our Revenue Operations function largely from the ground up. This role goes beyond optimizing what exists today: it involves designing systems, processes, and data foundations that don’t yet fully exist, while ensuring they can scale thoughtfully over time.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership as a trusted operational and analytical partner, helping establish the foundations that enable clear decision-making, effective execution, and predictable growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. Your work will directly shape how we operate today and how we scale going forward.
What You’ll Do
First 90 days:
Build core dashboards, identify process/data gaps, establish remediation plans.
First 180 days:
Create capacity and territory models, map the full tech stack and integrations, define the attribution model.
First 12 months:
Achieve predictable forecasting (within ±10%) and establish a scalable enablement foundation.
Day to day, Week to week, Month to month
Systems & Data Foundation
Own vendor relationships, tools, and integrations (Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, etc.).
Establish data quality standards, access controls, and governance practices.
Build durable dashboards and ad hoc reporting that clearly answer “where are we vs. target?”
Perform ongoing process and data gap analysis, prioritizing practical improvements while keeping long-term scalability in mind.
Evaluate and implement technology or process improvements to support revenue growth.
CS & Sales Enablement
Operationalize CS function: customer health, churn prediction, renewal workflows, escalation paths, expansion playbooks.
Create rules of engagement between Sales and CS for complex GTM.
Build enablement function infrastructure (topics/process/schedule—not training delivery).
Strategic Revenue Support
Build tracking for strategic/payment partner merchants critical to NRR.
Analyze performance trends to guide strategy: win/loss, deal cycle length, seasonality, retention, segmentation bands, and customer bands.
Create capacity planning models based on pipeline velocity and customer growth.
Territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration.
Support pricing and packaging changes with data and tracking.
Support mid-funnel pipeline reviews and Sales/CS QBRs.
Identify and surface GTM and CS inefficiencies through data analysis.
Build merchant health scoring, expansion potential tracking, and red-to-green workflows.
Design reporting that gives executives visibility, managers clarity, and reps actionable insights—from pipeline health to forecasting accuracy.
You Might Be a Fit If
You’ve built RevOps from scratch
(6–8+ years of experience, including at least one 0→1 build or major foundation reset).
You’re deeply data-driven
, with a mindset of “if the data isn’t there, how do we get it?”
You’re comfortable speaking truth to power
, using data to surface trade-offs and inform decisions, even when conversations are uncomfortable.
AI is a strength, not a buzzword
—you can point to concrete examples of how you use it in your current role.
You’re hands-on technically
, with strong Salesforce experience (flows, integrations) and comfort working with data (e.g. SQL or Python), not just point-and-click tooling.
You know the RevOps tooling landscape
, and have good judgment about what actually works at scale.
You’re pragmatic and intentional
, balancing short-term fixes with longer-term system design.
You can partner as an equal with revenue leaders
, and communicate data-backed insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
What Good Looks Like
You can answer “where are we vs. Sales and CS targets?” quickly using trusted data.
Executives rely on ELT-ready dashboards that communicate complex business simply.
Core metrics (NRR, CAC, LTV, ASP, time to close, close rates) are clearly defined with documented data sources.
We are currently prioritizing candidates who reside in the Americas or Europe / Africa.
Salary range: $140,000-$200,000 USD.
Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
We are searching for high-caliber candidates with the skills and qualities to have a net positive for Automattic. Pay will reflect the potential contribution and the impact you can bring, which may, in some cases, go beyond the range stated.

Engineering Manager - Product
We're looking for an Engineering Manager who's both a technical leader and a product builder. You'll guide a cross-functional team (5-10 engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA) in delivering products that create real value for hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe.
What You Will Be Doing
You're a seasoned technical leader with strong engineering roots and a track record of building teams that ship products that matter. You communicate clearly with everyone – engineers, product managers, executives – and you're genuinely curious about the product, the users, the business, and how your team's work drives real impact.
You don't just manage delivery. You challenge problem framing with your PM partner, ensure the team solves the right problems, and think in terms of business outcomes, not just technical outputs. You're comfortable discussing retention and conversion funnels alongside system architecture. You help the team understand ROI and prioritize based on value and effort.
You have deep technical expertise and can still step in to unblock when needed. You balance feature delivery with technical debt, keeping scalability in mind while ensuring the team ships at pace. You make technical decisions through explicit trade-offs, not gut feelings, and help everyone understand the "why" behind choices.
You take ownership of both outcomes and people. You run meaningful 1:1s, create growth plans, and own hiring and promotions. You build engaged teams through honest feedback and coaching. You invest in making the team more productive – better tools, smarter processes, fewer bottlenecks.
You drive predictable delivery by partnering tightly with Product and Design. You communicate proactively about priorities, risks, and constraints. You encourage healthy debate and move toward "disagree and commit" when needed.
Who You Are
5+ years of software development building data-intensive production systems
Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams
Deep technical knowledge: hands-on experience with at least one of the common general-purpose languages and platforms (C#/.NET, Java/JVM, JavaScript/Node, Go), distributed architectures, databases, messaging and queueing systems.
Experience in product-led organizations, ideally with international scopeStrong business acumen – you connect engineering work to revenue, retention, and trust
Comfortable with product metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, conversion funnels)
Exceptional communication in English across all audiencesA builder's mentality: you care about shipping great products and growing great teams
Our tech stack
Backend: .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes
You'll lead teams using React, Swift/Kotlin, Python/ML frameworks, and modern QA tools
What You Will Get In Return
Make a genuine impact on the product
We're a growing fintech serving hundreds of thousands of European businesses. You'll lead a domain team with real ownership and autonomy over what you build and how you build it. This is a place for curious leaders who want to grow as technical managers, product thinkers, and people leaders.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thinks like a product builder, thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, and is passionate about creating robust, scalable financial infrastructure. You'll be part of a domain team where various engineering crafts (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, ML/AI engineers, and QA) work together to own and evolve a shared product area that delivers real value to hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe.
About You and What You'll Do:
You're pragmatic, learn quickly, and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. You communicate clearly across disciplines and genuinely enjoy the dynamics of a cross-functional team where everyone contributes to solving the same customer problems. Above all, you're curious – about the product, the users, the business, and how your technical decisions impact all three.
As a product-minded backend engineer, you don't just implement tickets. You understand the "why" behind what you're building, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to create better outcomes. You're comfortable discussing trade-offs with product managers, explaining technical constraints to business stakeholders, and collaborating with frontend and mobile engineers to design elegant end-to-end solutions.
You have deep expertise in .NET and C# with a strong appreciation for maintainable, scalable code, and distributed architectures. But more importantly, you know when to apply that expertise and when simpler solutions serve the product better. You've built data-intensive applications before and understand the concepts of working in a regulated environment.
You take ownership not just of your code, but of the outcomes. You move without being prompted, whether that's jumping into a customer issue, improving team processes, or mentoring colleagues. You're curious about adjacent domains – you might peek at the frontend code, ask questions about the ML models, or dive into analytics to understand how features perform.
Quality is non-negotiable for you. Automated testing, thorough code reviews, and security best practices are fundamental to how you work. You balance technical excellence with pragmatism, always keeping the end user and business goals in mind.
Your experience includes:
At least 5 years of professional backend development with a product engineering mindset
Excellent knowledge of .NET platform and C#
Hands-on experience architecting and evolving distributed systems in production
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers from other disciplines
Strong business acumen – you understand how your work connects to company objectives
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences
A builder's mentality: you care deeply about shipping great products, not just writing great code
Our tech stack
Backend: .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP.
You'll work alongside teams using React (Web), Swift (iOS) / Kotlin (Android), Python/ML frameworks, and modern test automation tools (Playwright, Appium).
