RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead product planning and design for the company's white-label app store platform, enabling clients to rapidly build and operate their own branded app marketplaces on a shared platform infrastructure — covering core modules including the end-user app store, developer console, and operations backend.
2. Own the configurable product design of the white-label app store, including brand theming, page layout, content structure, operational rules, and role-based permissions — improving platform reusability and project delivery efficiency.

6. Design developer platform capabilities including developer onboarding, app submission and review, version management, data dashboards, and settlement/revenue sharing modules.
7. Work with operations teams to design featured collections, campaign pages, and resource slot scheduling — supporting key app distribution initiatives and growth targets.
8. Partner with the monetization team on capabilities such as advertising, in-app purchase revenue sharing, and subscription services — exploring platform monetization models.
9. Track developments in the app store landscape, Android ecosystem, and overseas distribution markets; continuously refine product strategy in line with business growth.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields preferred.
2. 5–8 years of product management experience in internet products; experience with platform products, app stores, content distribution platforms, open platforms, or SaaS platforms preferred.
3. Proven experience designing complex backend systems or platform-type products; ability to independently lead product planning and delivery across multiple user roles and modules.
4. Strong familiarity with core app distribution flows, including app review, search ranking, recommendation mechanisms, chart strategies, and growth conversion.

6. Strong requirements analysis and abstraction skills; able to balance client-specific customization needs against scalable platform solutions.
7. Strong cross-functional communication and project execution skills; able to drive delivery in collaboration with engineering, QA, operations, and business teams.

9. Solid English reading and writing proficiency; experience with overseas markets or multilingual products preferred.
Bonus Points
1. Experience with Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Xiaomi App Store, or similar platforms.
2. Experience with the Android ecosystem, SDK platforms, or open platform products.
3. Experience with advertising platforms, monetization products, or growth products.
4. Experience with products targeting overseas markets, multiple regions, or multilingual user bases.
5. Familiarity with app review processes, compliance requirements, or security risk management.

We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to work independently across cultures and time zones, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo products.

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of products within the Ondo platform — spanning tokenized equities, fixed income, and investment strategies. You will own product lines end to end: setting direction, translating market and customer needs into clear product proposals, and driving execution across Engineering, Design, BD, Strategy, and Operations. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — you will need to understand both the financial products you are building and the technical systems that power them. The ideal candidate brings genuine care for the product, deep familiarity with capital markets structure and participants, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
Own one or more product lines within the Ondo platform (e.g., tokenized equities, treasuries, or investment strategies), driving roadmap prioritization and delivery end to end
Lead customer and partner discovery to surface high-value opportunities across tokenized securities, structured products, and related asset classes
Translate ambiguous market and stakeholder needs into structured PRDs with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Assess feasibility and complexity of new features and product lines in collaboration with Engineering and Solutions Engineering
Build business cases rooted in ROI, risk, and strategic alignment, and secure cross-functional buy-in for go decisions
Represent Ondo credibly with external stakeholders — institutional partners, issuers, distributors — and serve as the product point of contact in those discussions
Define delivery milestones, manage execution to production, and instrument post-launch reviews to iterate based on results
Maintain a prioritized pipeline of product opportunities that continuously feeds the roadmap
Contribute to overall product strategy by bringing capital markets insight, competitive analysis, and ecosystem signal to internal discussions
Requirements
5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience, including end-to-end ownership of shipped products
Meaningful exposure to capital markets — equities, fixed income, funds, or structured products — whether through TradFi roles, fintech, or working closely with institutional clients and partners
Prior experience in a blockchain or crypto-native environment, or working on tokenization, digital assets, or DeFi products
Understanding of how financial products are structured, distributed, and regulated, and the ability to engage credibly with institutional counterparties
Strong customer research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to turn insights into crisp product decisions
Proven track record turning ambiguous requirements into shipped products with measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills for both external and internal audiences, including logical writing and executive-ready documentation
Solid analytical skills and comfort defining success metrics and using data to guide prioritization and iteration
High ownership, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones
Nice to have
Experience working alongside Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales on product-adjacent initiatives
Familiarity with brokerage, exchange, or market-making operations and the systems that support them
Exposure to frontend or UX practices sufficient to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom

About the Role
As a Senior Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will own the design of our smart contract
systems
- not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them.
You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table.
You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly
and
safely.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence.
Responsibilities
Smart Contract System Design:
Architect entire smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start.
Lifecycle Security & Operations:
Own contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve.
Tooling & Automation:
Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users.
Technical Leadership:
Serve as tech lead and subject matter expert for blockchain projects, guiding the engineering team toward high-impact, scalable solutions and making sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals.
Requirements
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally from another DeFi protocol live on multiple chains.
Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM smart contract languages a plus — particularly Solana.
Demonstrated ability to design
systems
, not just contracts — including tooling, automation, security across the contract lifecycle, and the integration points between contracts, applications, and operational teams.
Proven results building and scaling a DeFi protocol.
Python and/or TypeScript experience preferred (for building tooling and automation).
Strong technical grasp and excellent judgment on task prioritization.
Strong emphasis on understanding the "why" behind requirements and a commitment to defining the "minimum scope."
What we offer
•Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly.
Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

What The Role Is
As a
Staff Engineer
at Babylist, you own some of our hardest domains and decide where they go. Millions of families depend on what we build. Agents write most of the code now. So the hard part is yours: what to build, how it should work and whether what shipped was right. You're still in the code for the genuinely hard problems. Agents handle the volume. You spend your time on the parts that need a person. We're building well beyond the registry now: the financial side of raising a kid, maternal health made simpler and more human, the education new parents are looking for and the community around them. The hard problems run across all of it, plus the platform underneath and the AI we already ship to families.
You'll own a big piece of the product, but you won't be boxed into it. The roadmap is open. You have a say in which bets we make, and you pick what you take on next.
What You'll Own
A Staff Engineer here sets direction. You own a domain: a product surface, a platform area or a capability that cuts across several teams. You set where it's going over the next year or two, sequence the bets that get there and make the technical and product calls along the way. You're still in the code. We don't have architects who've stopped building. If you stepped away, multiple teams would feel it. Your influence shows up in the systems and the work other teams choose to build on. You don't need direct reports to have that reach. It comes from what you build.
In practice, you:
Take a fuzzy business problem from the first sketch through to production, and stay on the hook for whether it actually helped customers.
Build the platform or tooling other teams adopt by choice, and own it as it scales.
Make the architecture calls that span teams and the ones that are expensive to reverse.
Set the standard for how your domain builds with AI. Decide what good looks like, build the patterns and evals that get agents there and catch the output that's confidently wrong before it ships.
Partner with product, design and data as a peer, shaping what's worth building from the start.
Coach Senior engineers through the hard calls, the ambiguous ones as much as the technical ones.
A few problems people at this level are working on right now:
Resolving one customer across registry, shop and health, plus the friends and family buying for them, so personalization works everywhere without each team rebuilding it.
Designing the knowledge system our coding agents reliably load, and working out how much context actually helps before it starts to hurt.
Building Early Investor, our new family finance product, from scratch, on a deadline that can't move.
Who You Are
You've shipped production systems for enough years to have earned strong opinions, and you hold them loosely. You can pick up an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture. You've already changed how a team builds with AI, and the new way stuck. Most Staff engineers lean one of two ways, and both do well here. Some point their depth at the systems everyone runs on: the platforms, the reliability and security bar, the harnesses that make AI produce good code. Others point it at the customer: framing the problem with PMs as peers, owning a journey end to end, deciding what to build and learning whether it worked. You don't have to be both. You do have to be excellent at one and fluent in the other.
A few things that tend to be true of people who thrive here:
You measure yourself by impact: a customer outcome, or a system a dozen teams come to depend on.
You're curious: you spot problems before they're filed and push your own ideas until they ship.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a US-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is $233,500 to $290,700, plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly $280,200 to $348,840. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome.
The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.
The Stack

Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster.
Benefits
Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision
A 401(k) match
Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program
Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year
A remote-work stipend
Mental-health and wellness support
A Few Things To Know
We record and transcribe interviews to evaluate candidates, in line with applicable privacy laws.
We expect you to use AI in your work and we welcome it in the process, but what you submit and say should reflect your own thinking.
If you have a family member or close relationship with a Babylist employee, let your recruiter know.
Official outreach only ever comes from an @babylist.com address
