BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Pro Verifications team decides whether a business signing up on the Pro side is who it says it is, and whether we're allowed to onboard it. That means figuring out who actually owns the business, running it against sanctions and watchlists, and doing all of it fast enough that a real customer doesn't lose patience and leave. Every Pro customer hits these systems, so slow or wrong is very visible — and the team is early, which means whoever joins gets to decide how a lot of it works instead of inheriting it.
How We Work
- We deploy constantly, almost always behind a flag, in pieces small enough to pull back fast.
- Security and compliance show up at design time, not as a gate at the end.
- Every story is tied to a metric it's meant to move — if work isn't on the board, it doesn't get staffed.
- At this level, you're expected to shape these standards, not just work inside them.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Staff Engineer on Pro Verifications, you'll own the technical direction for how verification is built here — the architecture, the patterns other engineers work inside, and the calls about what we own versus what we lean on a vendor for. You'll be hands-on across the stack, drive out entire classes of recurring failure rather than patching them one at a time, and design the fail-closed and audit behavior that keeps regulators satisfied.
This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership role for engineers who've built where being wrong has real consequences, and who want to shape a system that stays fast, safe, and defensible as it grows.
- Set the shape of the verification services and their contracts across the KYC/KYB flow.
- Decide how we abstract KYC and KYB vendors so a bad provider day doesn't turn into an outage.
- Design fail-closed behavior and audit trails that hold up under regulatory scrutiny.
- Identify the classes of failure that keep recurring and remove them for good.
- Write and drive architecture decisions (ADRs), and hold the line on security and compliance at design time, not as a late gate.
- Mentor and raise the bar for senior engineers through design reviews, code, and direct feedback.
- Be measured on whether verification gets faster, more of it decides itself, fewer decisions are wrong, and the systems stay up — and on whether the team got stronger for you being on it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Around eight years building and running production systems, with a track record of owning a domain's technical direction, not just delivering inside one.
- Deep, fluent expertise in Rust, with the versatility to work across TypeScript and React where verification meets the customer.
- You've set architecture other people build on, and it held up — you can point to specific classes of failure you designed out, not just incidents you fixed.
- You've made teams faster through patterns, tooling, or mentoring — engineers around you got better and shipped more because of calls you made.
- You've built where being wrong had real consequences: compliance, payments, security, or anywhere a bad call costs more than a rough user experience.
- Strong on distributed systems, service contracts, and secure design — you've integrated third-party APIs that couldn't be trusted, with real timeouts, retries, idempotency, circuit breakers, and backup paths that actually get tested.
- Comfortable with, or able to quickly ramp on, gRPC, Temporal, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and GitLab CI.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience with KYC, KYB, or fraud work, including integrating providers like Trulioo, Persona, or ComplyAdvantage.
- Comfort building with AI in the loop.
- Time spent in crypto, fintech, or another space regulators pay close attention to.

As a Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will help design our smart contract systems - not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them.
You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table.
You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly and safely.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence.
Responsibilities
Smart Contract System Design
: Contribute to the architecture of smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start.
Lifecycle Security & Operations:
Help ensure contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve.
Tooling & Automation:
Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users.
Collaborative Execution:
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership on high-impact blockchain projects, contributing sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals.
Requirements
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of software engineering experience.
1+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally from another DeFi protocol live on multiple chains.
Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM smart contract languages a plus — particularly Solana.
Demonstrated ability to design
systems
, not just contracts — including tooling, automation, security across the contract lifecycle, and the integration points between contracts, applications, and operational teams.
Proven results building and scaling a DeFi protocol.
Python and/or TypeScript experience preferred (for building tooling and automation).
Strong technical grasp and excellent judgment on task prioritization.
Strong emphasis on understanding the "why" behind requirements and a commitment to defining the "minimum scope."
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

Purpose of Role
As Finance Director – APAC, you will serve as the senior finance leader and strategic co-pilot to Hasbro's APAC Commercial Leadership Team. This is a broad, high-impact role that combines Sales Finance (commercial business partnering, pricing, customer P&Ls, and investment strategy) with Regional Finance (A&P and overhead stewardship, planning and consolidation) across the region.
This is a key leadership role in Hasbro's International Commercial Markets. You will own the full finance agenda for APAC — from commercial deal-making and channel strategy through to regional planning, cost discipline, and consolidated reporting — giving you end-to-end visibility and influence over the region's financial performance.
This role is built for a bold, energetic leader who combines sharp financial acumen with commercial instincts, thrives in ambiguity and change, and is ready to build and lead a high-performing, multi-market team. Driving the region to sustainable profitability is the #1 challenge — and this role is central to achieving that.
What You'll Do:
Commercial Strategy & Decision Support (Sales Finance)
• Partner with the APAC Commercial Leadership Team to drive business performance across key markets, channels, and franchises.
• Lead pricing strategy, channel investment, profitability analysis, and customer P&L decisions.
• Act as a strategic architect — identify revenue growth opportunities and unlock margin through smart trade-offs.
Investment Planning & Regional Finance
• Partner with the Regional Head of Marketing and Head of Customer Marketing to align investment and promotional strategy.
• Lead line plan pricing recommendations across the region, supporting commercial market decision-making.
• Drive disciplined oversight of A&P and overheads across APAC.
• Lead the regional planning rhythm: weekly sales tracking, monthly business reviews, and financial performance reporting.
• Manage in-year performance processes, ensuring accurate, timely visibility of risks, opportunities, and sufficiency.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the region.
• Own regional consolidation, ensuring accurate roll-up of market-level results into the APAC view and clean handoff to Corporate Finance.
Leadership & Team Building
• Lead a combined Sales Finance and Regional Finance organization of 11 across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, and Australia, through 4 direct reports: Senior Finance Manager – Regional Finance, Senior Finance Manager – Sales Finance (Asia Markets), Finance Manager – Sales Finance (PAC & GEM), and a Finance Analyst – PAC & GEM who reports directly to the FD rather than through the PAC & GEM Finance Manager, by design.
• Build a culture of accountability, insight, and ownership — finance as co-pilot, not just scorekeeper.
• Actively coach and stretch team members; foster internal mobility and talent succession across a geographically dispersed team.
Strategic Alignment
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Franchise Teams, and Supply Chain to ensure strategic alignment.
• Bring best-practice commercial and regional finance discipline into APAC, drawing on global standards.
Reporting & Analytics
• Deliver impactful financial dashboards and management reporting to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with BI and systems teams to modernize tools and enhance forecast accuracy.
Financial Stewardship
• Drive compliance with financial policies and controls in partnership with Controllership and Corporate Finance.
• Protect the integrity of the financials while accelerating business momentum.
What We Are Looking For:
• 10–12+ years in Finance with a strong track record spanning Commercial Finance, FP&A, and business partnering.
• Experience in CPG, retail, consumer tech, or fast-paced, brand-led industries.
• Clear success leading high-performing, multi-market finance teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, pricing, customer P&Ls, A&P/overhead management, and consolidation.
• Strategic thinker who can zoom out and also dive into the detail.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at Senior Leadership level.
• Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools a plus.
• Energy. Edge. Integrity. A growth mindset.

The Opportunity
We are a bootstrapped, profitable enterprise SaaS company at $30M ARR with a clear trajectory to $100M. We have built the only 100% natively-architected platform in our ecosystem for DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security—serving Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and hospitality. Our customer base includes household-name brands, and our five-product portfolio creates significant expansion and cross-sell opportunity.
We are not looking for a CRO who will spend six months “assessing the landscape.” We need a proven operator who has personally scaled a SaaS business from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR, who understands that profitable growth is non-negotiable, and who can build and execute a revenue engine that compounds quarter over quarter. This is a company built by missionaries, not mercenaries—and we expect the same from our CRO.
The Product Portfolio
Our platform consists of five integrated product lines, all built 100% natively within the Salesforce ecosystem. This native architecture is a core competitive differentiator—no external servers, no third-party middleware, no security exposure points:
DevOps — End-to-end release management, version control, CI/CD, and automated deployments for Salesforce environments. Designed for enterprise-scale complexity with full audit trails and compliance controls.
Backup & Archive — Complete data protection with automated backup scheduling, granular recovery, and intelligent archival capabilities that help enterprises manage data lifecycle and reduce storage costs.
Trust Center (Security & Compliance) — Proactive security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance monitoring that gives regulated enterprises real-time visibility into the health and security posture of their Salesforce environments.
Data Seeding — Intelligent test data management that enables enterprises to create realistic, anonymized datasets for sandbox and development environments without exposing production data.
DevOps for Veeva — Purpose-built release management for life sciences organizations running Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform, addressing the unique regulatory and validation requirements of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
The company has also integrated AI-powered capabilities into the platform, enabling intelligent automation across the DevOps lifecycle. The multi-product portfolio creates a powerful land-and-expand motion: the average deal size is increasing, and the cross-sell opportunity across the five product lines is substantial and largely untapped.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
Own the full revenue number: new business, expansion, renewal, and retention across all segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, and emerging PLG).
Design and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale from $30M to $100M ARR within 3–4 years while maintaining profitability.
Build and operationalize a quarterly planning cadence with bottoms-up forecasting, pipeline coverage models, and segment-level unit economics tracking.
Establish minimum deal size thresholds and systematically prune low-value accounts that dilute team capacity and drag down margins.
Drive cross-sell and upsell motions across the five-product portfolio, increasing average contract value and multi-product adoption rates.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
Build a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine spanning outbound prospecting, content marketing, digital campaigns, events, partner referrals, and product-led growth.
Own pipeline coverage ratios and ensure 3–4x pipeline-to-quota coverage at all times across segments.
Implement rigorous pipeline inspection and deal management processes with weekly forecasting reviews, stage-gate criteria, and data-driven coaching.
Personally engage in strategic pipeline development for enterprise accounts, including executive-to-executive relationship building.
Product-Led Growth & Innovation
Design and execute a PLG motion that creates a self-service entry point into the platform, converting free or low-cost users into enterprise contracts.
Build the instrumentation, analytics, and product-sales handoff processes required to identify and convert PLG-qualified leads into sales-assisted opportunities.
Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that differentiate the company from competitors relying on traditional sales motions, including community-led growth and ecosystem-based strategies.
Enterprise Sales & Large Deal Execution
Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 accounts, particularly in regulated industries with complex procurement and compliance requirements.
Penetrate large enterprise accounts through multi-threaded relationships, executive sponsorship, and value-based selling that ties platform outcomes to business-critical KPIs.
Build and manage a structured enterprise deal process including discovery frameworks, mutual close plans, executive business reviews, and competitive displacement playbooks.
Develop an account-based strategy for the top 50 target accounts with dedicated pursuit plans, relationship maps, and executive engagement cadences.
Customer Retention & Expansion
Drive gross revenue retention from current levels to 92%+ through proactive customer health monitoring, risk identification, and executive intervention processes.
Own the net revenue retention number, targeting 110%+ through systematic expansion and cross-sell into the installed base.
Establish executive-level relationships with top accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnership positioning.
Implement a structured customer lifecycle management process from onboarding through renewal, with clear ownership, milestones, and escalation paths.
Global Team Leadership
Lead and scale a global revenue organization encompassing Sales (Enterprise and Mid-Market), Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field Marketing), Business Development (SDR/BDR), Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, transparent metrics, and a low-tolerance approach to underperformance—while maintaining a supportive, coaching-oriented environment for top performers.
Recruit, develop, and retain A-level talent across all revenue functions, with a particular emphasis on hiring missionaries who demonstrate ownership mentality and independent judgment.
Manage distributed teams across time zones with disciplined operating rhythms, clear communication protocols, and consistent performance management.
Unit Economics & Profitable Growth
Maintain and improve unit economics as the company scales: CAC payback under 18 months, LTV-to-CAC ratio above 3x, and gross margins consistent with best-in-class SaaS benchmarks.
Make resource allocation decisions based on data, not instinct—investing in segments, channels, and motions that demonstrate efficient returns and pulling back from those that do not.
Provide the CEO and board with clear, honest reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, retention trends, and forward-looking indicators.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS company from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR as CRO, VP of Sales, or equivalent revenue leadership role.
Direct, personal experience closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent large enterprise customers.
Experience leading a global, multi-functional revenue organization including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with 50+ total team members.
Demonstrated ability to build and operate a demand generation engine that produces predictable, inspectable pipeline across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of modern SaaS unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, GRR, and NRR—with evidence of running a profitable or capital-efficient operation.
Experience implementing or scaling a product-led growth motion alongside traditional enterprise sales.
Track record of improving gross revenue retention to 90%+ and net revenue retention to 110%+ at scale.
Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) with complex compliance and security requirements.
Minimum 15 years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CRO or equivalent role.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent enterprise platform ecosystems.
Background in DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer tools with an understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and adopt platform solutions.
Experience at a bootstrapped or capital-efficient company (not solely venture-backed hypergrowth environments where profitability was not a constraint).
Familiarity with multi-product portfolio selling and the orchestration of cross-sell and land-and-expand motions.
Experience building and leveraging executive communities or advisory boards as a strategic GTM channel.
History of competitive displacement wins against well-funded or market-leading competitors.
This role is not for everyone. It is for someone who has done this before—not someone who believes they can figure it out. It is for someone who runs toward problems, not away from them. Someone who holds themselves to a higher standard than anyone else could impose. Someone who understands that in a bootstrapped, profitable company, every decision carries real weight and every dollar matters.
If you are that person, we want to hear from you.
Benefits
Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and company equity
Daily coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunity
Remote-first team!
Be part of a global, mission-driven team
Learn from top leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales
Work on exciting challenges in a rapidly growing industry
Unlimited Flex Time Off Plan + All Major holidays
Compensation & Structure
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structured to reward performance:
Competitive base salary reflecting the CRO-level scope and enterprise SaaS benchmarks.
Significant performance-based variable compensation tied to bookings, retention, and profitability targets—not vanity metrics.
Equity participation with meaningful upside tied to the $30M-to-$100M growth trajectory.
Clear quarterly milestone structure with transparent measurement and payout criteria.

An overview of this role
As Director, Social Media, you'll lead GitLab's global social media strategy and help people understand how GitLab is co-creating the future of software development. The role shapes how GitLab shows up across social channels, connecting our company, product, and employer stories, to build meaningful engagement with customers, users, contributors, candidates, and industry audiences. Expect to set clear priorities, guide execution, and use insights to strengthen GitLab's voice and business impact. You'll own the outcomes of GitLab's social function — strategy, budget, team development, tooling, and results — and serve as GitLab's senior-most voice on social strategy with executive stakeholders.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and stay close enough to the work to write, build, and ship alongside the team. Two Social Media Managers report to the head of corporate communication and work with you on a dotted-line basis. You'll set their strategic direction, raise the editorial and craft bar, and develop them as practitioners, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development in partnership with their manager. Influence matters in this role, which is why it calls for someone who has already led and grown social practitioners.
What you’ll do
Own the performance of GitLab's social function and its contribution to marketing and business goals.
Lead GitLab's global organic social media strategy, channel plans, and editorial priorities.
Own GitLab's YouTube strategy end to end — channel architecture, programming and series development, long- and short-form video, packaging (titles, thumbnails, metadata), search and recommendation optimization, and subscriber and watch-time growth.
Partner with Growth Marketing on paid social, including briefing creative, aligning organic and paid on shared audiences and messaging, informing boosting and amplification decisions, and connecting paid performance back to organic strategy.
Develop clear, audience-focused campaigns that support company, product, brand, and talent goals.
Guide content planning and publishing across social channels while maintaining a consistent GitLab voice.
Own the social media budget, tooling stack, and agency, freelance, and production partner relationships.
Partner with teams across Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and other functions to plan and deliver social programs.
Build processes that support effective collaboration in GitLab's all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Use social listening, audience insights, and performance data to improve content and inform broader marketing decisions.
Lead the measurement framework for social — KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence — and report performance and learnings to marketing and executive leadership.
Partner with DevRel on community engagement to help GitLab participate in relevant industry conversations with a clear, useful point of view.
Build and run creator, influencer, and advocacy programs, including developer creators, GitLab community contributors, and team member advocacy.
Own GitLab's employee advocacy program — grow participation across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Talent, equip team members with content worth sharing, and measure reach, engagement, and contribution to brand and talent goals. Partner with Communications and Talent Acquisition on enablement, and manage the advocacy platform and its adoption.
Support executive and expert social presence, partnering with Communications to help GitLab leaders and technical experts show up credibly on social, including constructive conversations with C-suite executives about proposed content.
Apply AI tools thoughtfully across the social workflow to help GitLab model what an AI-native marketing team looks like.
Prepare for and guide responses to sensitive or fast-moving issues in partnership with the appropriate teams.
What you’ll bring
10+ years in social media, including at least 5 years leading social strategy for a global brand at the senior manager level or above, and accountable for the function's results.
Experience owning a social function end to end, including strategy, budget, headcount, tooling, and results as the accountable leader.
Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional programs, with clear ownership of and accountability for outcomes.
Depth in YouTube strategy, including owning and growing a brand or business channel, and can speak to programming decisions, video formats, packaging, and the metrics that actually move a channel.
Hands-on experience growing LinkedIn and X as primary channels, with judgment about what content, format, and cadence work on each.
Experience with paid social programs and how organic and paid social reinforce each other, including creative for paid, audience strategy, and interpreting paid performance data.
Experience connecting social media programs to broader brand, communications, product, or business priorities.
Strong editorial judgment and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
Fluency with short-form and long-form video as core social formats, including working with production partners and creators.
Experience defining a measurement framework for social, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence, and presenting performance, learnings, and recommendations to executive leadership on a standing basis.
Experience building or scaling an employee advocacy program, including driving adoption across multiple functions, sustaining participation beyond launch, and reporting attributed reach and business contribution
Fluency with an enterprise social stack for publishing, listening, and advocacy. Ours is Sprout Social, Meltwater, and EveryoneSocial.
Experience running social programs across multiple regions and languages, and judgment about what to localize versus centralize.
Skill in managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions in fast-moving situations.
A collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
Passion about GitLab's mission and the future of software development, open source, artificial intelligence, and DevSecOps.
About the team
This role is part of GitLab's Marketing organization and works across teams to present a clear, consistent company voice on social media. The team collaborates asynchronously with partners across regions and functions, balancing planned campaigns with timely engagement. About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're hiring a Principal Backend Engineer to lead the engineering team behind Push, Aave Labs' regulated, non-custodial on-ramp and off-ramp.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role spanning the systems that connect banking and open-banking partners, identity and compliance controls, payment processing, blockchain settlement, customer wallets, and the applications through which customers access Push.
You'll set the technical direction for a high-stakes financial product where correctness, security, auditability, and operational resilience directly affect customer funds and regulatory obligations. Alongside designing and building critical systems, you'll provide day-to-day leadership to the engineering team, create clarity from product and regulatory requirements, and ensure the team can deliver safely at pace.
How you can make an impact:
Own the technical direction and architecture for Push across backend services, external integrations, data flows, and onchain settlement
Translate product, regulatory, and operational requirements into a clear engineering roadmap, well-scoped projects, and sound technical decisions
Design and build resilient services for on-ramp and off-ramp transaction lifecycles, including payment initiation, status tracking, settlement, exception handling, and customer notifications
Lead integrations with open-banking, payments, identity, compliance, and blockchain infrastructure providers
Define secure boundaries between fiat systems, non-custodial wallets, and onchain execution, ensuring sensitive data, permissions, and signing-related flows are handled appropriately
Set and uphold standards for secure development, architecture review, testing, observability, incident response, deployment, and sustainable on-call ownership
Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Security, Operations, Finance, and application engineers
Remain hands-on in the codebase, particularly for complex architecture, high-risk changes, and critical production issues
Let's connect if you have:
8+ years of backend engineering experience, including senior technical leadership of production systems and teams
Experience designing distributed, event-driven systems that move or account for real money, with a strong understanding of failure modes and operational risk
Experience with regulated financial products and understanding how to balance compliance and regulatory requirements with product features and goals
Strong backend programming skills. Production experience with Rust is highly desirable; deep experience with Go, Java, C++ can substitute
Strong knowledge of API design, PostgreSQL or another relational database, messaging systems, and service-to-service integration patterns
Experience in regulated fintech, payments, banking, digital assets, or another environment requiring auditability, controls, and high availability
Excellent system-design judgement, including migration strategy, build-versus-buy decisions, security boundaries, and the long-term operational cost of architecture choices
A track record of leading engineers through ambiguous, high-impact work while remaining close to implementation and production operations
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT | LATAM
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.
- A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices.
- A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage.
- An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
