THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

A QUICK RUN-DOWN OF THE JOB
We're looking for a Data Product Lead to own the direction and output of LI.FI http://LI.FI's Data team. This is partially a hands-on role with a clear focus on analytics and product thinking. You'll spend a significant portion of your time on the data yourself: deep-dive analyses, dashboards, business cases, and sharing insights that shape how we make decisions across the company. The rest of your time goes to product thinking, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and leading the team.
You'll report to our CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering closely with our Data Tech Lead who owns the technical and infrastructure side. Think of it as the PM-and-tech-lead model: you own the what and why, your tech lead partner owns the how. Together you set the roadmap and priorities for the team.
Please note: This role is remote within the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops
- Do hands-on analytics work: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations that change decisions, including data inputs for the weekly report and Monthly Business Review
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs, and align the data roadmap with product roadmaps
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria the team can deliver
- Act as the quality gate on analyses, dashboards, and datasets before they reach internal or external stakeholders
- Coach and develop the Data team, levelling up team members on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management
- Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap, making sure infrastructure work serves real business needs
WHAT MAKES A GOOD CANDIDATE
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work, with experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team
- Expert SQL: you can pull, validate, and challenge data independently, without relying on engineers
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Omni, Superset, or similar)
- Strong business and product mindset: you use data to find revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities, not just to answer questions
- Enough technical depth to be a real partner to data engineers; comfortable discussing warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite
- Strong data storytelling: you adapt the message to technical and non-technical audiences
- Crypto/DeFi domain experience: ideally in a data role at a crypto company, or demonstrable deep understanding of the space (cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and you'll need to build some of the playbook as you go
NICE TO HAVE
- Python
- dbt and dimensional modelling
- Semantic layer design and metric definition management
- AI-readiness: structuring data, metrics, and documentation so they can be reliably consumed by LLMs and agents
- ML modelling experience (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection)
- On-chain data and tooling (e.g. Dune Analytics)
- Exposure to streaming data (e.g. Kafka)
We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!
COMPANY CULTURE
- Embracing the differences
- Embrace your own differences
- Respect and welcome the unique qualities of others
- See others’ differences as an opportunity to grow
- Own it, do it
- Own tasks end-to-end
- Hold yourself to a high bar for execution
- Make bold decisions, and be accountable
- Understand your limitations and seek for help
- Fail forward
- Try - don’t be afraid to fail
- Learn - don’t make the same mistake twice
- Adapt - grow with the experience
- Have fun together
- Take the time to get to know and understand each other better
- Don’t take yourself too seriously and keep it light-hearted
- Fun should be coming from a place of love and respect
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Annual company offsites — we've explored Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and Greece together. Next stop for 2027: TBD!
- 30 days of PTO
- Flexible remote days
- Flexible working hours
- Equity participation from day 1
- Entitlement to work computer (choice of equipment)
- An annual 1,000€ personal development budget once you have worked 6+ months (pro-rated the first year)
- A one-time 1,000€ remote budget to use on coworking, office setup, etc.
If you join us as an independent contractor, you’re only entitled to the first five benefits of this list.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS
Discover the perks of being part of our vibrant team! We offer:

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re hiring a Product Manager with deep UX and interaction design expertise to build social experiences around investing and trading at Kraken.
You should be comfortable designing flows yourself, building interactive prototypes, and working through interaction details with designers and engineers. You’ll also own the product decisions: which customer problem to solve, what to ship first, and how to measure whether the experience improved.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design complete social journeys. Work through how someone discovers a person, decides to follow them, shares an idea or trade, receives a response, and returns. Connect these interactions into an experience users understand without explanation.
- Make the interaction details work. Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, and feedback. Specify what happens when a feed is empty, a post fails, content loads slowly, or someone changes their mind.
- Prototype before committing to a build. Turn ideas into interactive prototypes that communicate the intended behavior. Explore alternatives, test the uncertain parts, and give engineering clear flows, states, and acceptance criteria.
- Use psychology to improve participation. Understand why people hesitate to post, seek recognition, follow strangers, or respond to others. Translate those motivations into decisions about audience visibility, prompts, reputation, feedback, and the effort required to contribute.
- Observe users and fix what gets in their way. Run usability sessions, watch people complete tasks, and combine those observations with funnel data. Identify where people misunderstand the product, lose confidence, or abandon an action.
- Design for first use and repeated use. Make the experience useful before someone has connections. Keep sharing lightweight during an active trading session, with clear control over what becomes public. Test the twentieth interaction as carefully as the first.
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes. For each significant change, define the expected behavior and how to test it. Track task completion, abandonment, first follows, first contributions, responses, and subsequent retention. Work with data science to evaluate experiments and effects on both contributors and their audiences.
- Take the experience through launch. Choose a focused initial scope, resolve trade-offs with engineering, review the implementation against the intended design, and use post-launch evidence to decide what to improve next.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Has designed and shipped consumer social experiences. Your portfolio shows your contribution to feeds, profiles, sharing, messaging, discovery, or communities—and how the experience changed after launch.
- Has strong interaction design craft. You can explain why a flow is structured a particular way, what users will notice first, what they need to understand, and which decisions or steps can be removed.
- Can build realistic interactive prototypes. You use Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination to make behavior tangible and testable, including transitions, empty states, and failure states.
- Understands behavior through evidence. You can show where user research challenged your assumptions and changed a design.
- Can own product outcomes. You can prioritize a problem, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and explain whether an experiment produced a meaningful improvement.
- Understands the context of social finance. You account for how credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility of financial activity affect what people trust and choose to share.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.
