You will manage a high volume of document reviews and iterative revisions , requiring exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Contract Review & Preparation Review B2B commercial contracts received from clients. Identify risk clauses, inconsistencies, ambiguous wording, and errors in commercial contracts. Prepare structured comments and suggested revisions. Support multiple negotiation and revision cycles. Ensure documents are fully prepared before final executive review. Waiver Document Analysis Review conditional and unconditional waivers. Flag risks and recommend approval or required corrections. Legal Operations & Workflow Coordination Manage document review workflows in ClickUp or similar systems. Requirements Must Have: Degree in Law. 5+ years of experience in contract review, legal support/paralegal work, or legal operations, including experience working independently as an individual contributor. Experience reviewing B2B contracts and commercial documentation. Experience handling difficult negotiations and standing firm on the company's interests. Experience supporting external lawyers/outside counsel. Familiarity with legal frameworks and contract practices across multiple jurisdictions. Fluent English and Russian (C1 minimum required). Strong analytical and structured thinking, with exceptional attention to detail. Practical experience using AI tools for contract and document analysis, including the ability to write own prompts for contract-related work.
