✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA or AMER regions.
You’ll join Oyster as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer: Go-to-Market, reporting to the AI Director and partnering closely with GTM leadership.
Your mandate goes beyond automating individual tasks. You’ll help make Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations AI native. This means rethinking how people work with AI, where agents can take on operational work, and where human judgement creates the most value to build a more effective AI enabled GTM organization.
You’ll be part of a connected group of Senior AI Solutions Engineers transforming different departments across Oyster. Together, you’ll establish shared standards, reuse successful approaches, and ensure Oyster’s AI transformation is coordinated rather than siloed.
This is a senior, hands on role. You’ll independently identify high value opportunities, decide where AI should and should not be used, and lead complex solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable business impact.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Make GTM AI native
Reimagine how GTM teams work with AI. Move teams from manually operating tools and workflows toward humans orchestrating AI powered ways of working, with human judgement where it matters.
Shape the AI roadmap
Partner with GTM leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high impact transformation opportunities.
Lead solutions from start to finish
Own complex initiatives from an ambiguous problem through design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
Build best in class AI agents and solutions
Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
Apply sound judgement
Balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and human oversight. Recognize when AI is not the right solution.
Drive AI adoption and self sufficiency
Partner with GTM leaders, managers, and champions to embed AI into everyday work. Help teams move beyond consuming AI outputs toward confidently creating reusable prompts, workflows, and AI powered ways of working.
Own solutions beyond launch
Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after release. Continuously improve solutions based on real usage and outcomes rather than treating launch as completion.
Connect the organization and raise capability
Build trust with GTM leadership, share reusable patterns with AI Solutions Engineers supporting other departments, mentor colleagues, and help teams develop the skills and confidence to operate effectively in an AI enabled environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience, supported by broader experience delivering complex solutions in GTM Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, systems integration, or a related field.
- A track record of redesigning workflows or operating models, rather than only automating isolated tasks.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross functional initiatives from an ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
- Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
- Strong hands on experience designing, building, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong judgement about where AI can create value, where processes need deeper redesign, and where automation should not be used.
- Ability to influence functional leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and align technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- A track record of mentoring others, sharing expertise, and raising standards across a team.
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or similar GTM platforms.
- JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.
- Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
Location: Romania

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

This is an end-to-end ownership role. You'll identify opportunities, shape strategy, influence product and engineering roadmaps, partner with data science to improve detection models, and work closely with Finance and Payments to protect revenue while enabling sustainable growth.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems using data, technology, and cross-functional leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

Use data to understand fraud trends, uncover new opportunities, and measure impact.
Partner closely with Data Science to improve fraud models, optimise decisioning, and reduce false positives.
Develop executive reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into business performance and emerging risks.
Leading Cross-Functional Execution
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Fraud Operations, Payments, and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives.
Influence roadmaps, align stakeholders, and ensure our fraud capabilities continue to scale with the business.
Represent Payments Risk across senior leadership discussions and drive alignment on priorities and investment decisions.
Improve our Payments Ecosystem
Partner with payment providers, acquirers, and card networks to improve payment performance, optimise dispute outcomes, and maintain compliance with scheme requirements.
Continuously improve operational processes through automation, tooling, and scalable controls.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and enjoys solving complex business problems.
You'll likely have experience in payments, fraud, fintech, marketplaces, financial services, or another fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You'll bring:
Experience owning complex fraud, payments, risk, or trust & safety initiatives with measurable commercial impact.
Strong analytical skills, including SQL and data-driven problem solving.

The ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Experience with payment fraud, chargebacks, promotions abuse, or card payment ecosystems is highly desirable.
You'll thrive here if you...

Love solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and partners every day.
From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo’s growth at scale.

setup, typically 3 days in the office.
Get to know our
Engineering
team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
About the Team
The Core BI team builds and operates the services, integrations and automation that power business intelligence across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. Our platforms help analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers and business teams discover trusted data and make informed decisions at scale.
We combine software engineering, platform ownership, and a strong user focus to make BI tooling reliable, secure, scalable and self-service. The team supports the current BI ecosystem while helping shape a more integrated experience across the DoorDash group.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Core BI team, you will build and operate the backend services, APIs and infrastructure our BI platforms run on. This is a hands-on software and platform engineering role: services and integrations, identity and access automation, observability, reliability and developer experience. BI is the domain you serve (primarily Looker and Sigma, and the systems around them), but the problems are backend and platform problems.
You will own problems from discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and operational support. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers and business teams to turn recurring user needs into durable, self-service capabilities. If you're energized by solving technical problems with data and comfortable being deeply embedded across several domains, this role is for you!
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Design, build, test, deploy and operate the backend services, APIs and automation that the BI platforms across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt depend on
Automate the platform lifecycle end to end (provisioning, metadata, permissions, migrations, archival and validation) so administration stops being manual work
Build the integrations between BI platforms and the wider ecosystem: warehouses, identity providers, orchestration, CI/CD and internal developer tooling
Improve the availability, observability, performance, scalability and security of the systems you own, and carry them in production
Use AI tooling as part of how you engineer, and where it fits, build LLM-backed capabilities held to the same reliability and governance bar as anything else we ship
Raise the engineering bar on the team, from service design and code review to testing, CI/CD and documentation, and improve the developer experience for everyone building on the platform
We’re excited about you because…
3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production backend, platform or infrastructure systems
Readable, maintainable, well-tested code in Python, plus comfort with SQL and a working understanding of data modelling and warehousing concepts
Experience building and owning APIs, integrations or automation in production, with sound judgement on service boundaries, authentication, data contracts and failure modes
Hands-on with CI/CD, containers and Kubernetes, observability, debugging and incident response, and you expect to operate what you build
Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, agentic workflows, AI-assisted development) as part of how you engineer, and judgement about where they help and where they do not
End-to-end ownership of ambiguous problems, clear communication with technical and non-technical teams, and comfort self-organising in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Nice to Have
Experience owning or integrating with BI platforms such as Looker, Sigma or comparable tools, and familiarity with semantic layers such as LookML or dbt
Experience automating identity and access through Okta, SCIM or role-based access controls, or building multi-tenant platforms across brands and regions
Experience shipping LLM-backed features to real users (retrieval, grounding and evaluation), or with MCP, agent frameworks or tool-calling in production

WHY BACKEND ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work will have an outsized impact.
Langfuse ingests terabytes of AI tracing data per day. When a Fortune 50 company instruments their application with Langfuse, they hit the infrastructure you built. Everything you ship is open source and immediately visible.
The core of your role is making Langfuse fast and affordable at scale: owning the ingestion pipeline, optimizing ClickHouse data models and queries so dashboards load instantly, and building the backend abstractions that let product engineers ship data-heavy features without reinventing the plumbing each time.
You will also make sure Langfuse runs everywhere. You’ll operate Langfuse Cloud across multiple production environments, and make self-hosting effortless. You will support a single Docker Compose setup to enterprise-grade Helm chart deployment.
You won’t be solving these problems alone. Langfuse is now part of ClickHouse, which means the people who built the database you’re optimizing are one channel away. Few backend roles give you that kind of access to the internals of your core datastore.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own and optimize our ingestion pipeline: Langfuse ingests massive volumes of tracing data through a pipeline that flows from our API to ClickHouse. You'll work on throughput, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency at every stage of this pipeline.
- Make ClickHouse fast: our tracing data lives in ClickHouse. You'll design schemas, optimize merge strategies, tune batch inserts, write and review analytical queries that power dashboards and the UI. You'll become an expert on ClickHouse internals — and you'll have the ClickHouse database engineering team one channel away.
- Build new infrastructure-heavy features: things like LLM-as-a-Judge (where we post-process large volumes of ingested data asynchronously), alerting at scale, client-code execution, or batch dataset operations. Build the foundation and, if you like, dip your toes into the frontend for those.
- Test with real data in production: when evaluating a new ClickHouse schema, migration, or query optimization, you'll run load tests against production data to validate that changes actually improve things. We don't guess at performance. We prototype new table designs, run them in parallel on real traffic, and compare before committing.
- Scale for what's next: we're growing fast and new product directions like complex long-running agent observability and real-time evaluation push the infrastructure in new ways. You'll be thinking ahead about what breaks at 10x scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong backend engineer who gets excited about database internals, query optimization, and distributed systems
- You get excited when working with a ton of data
- Experience with analytical databases, data pipelines, or high-throughput event processing. ClickHouse experience is a big plus but not required
- You organize yourself. You have strong opinions about what to build and how to ship it
- Comfortable reading and writing TypeScript (our backend) and SQL
- Interest in open source software and genuine enjoyment talking to users about their scaling challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with ClickHouse, other OLAP databases, or observability infrastructure
- Former founder
- Background in building data-intensive systems at scale

- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.

About the Team
The Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio spans the connected workflows that carry a resident from referral through care delivery to payment: including, acute and payer care collaboration on the National Care Collaboration Network and Audacious platforms, Secure Conversations across our customer segments, practitioner EHR solutions, SNF admissions and managed care workflows, and SNF revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization.
The Outbound Product Management team within this portfolio is the bridge between strategic customer relationships, go-to-market execution, and product direction. The team is remote and hybrid across the US and Canada, and works shoulder to shoulder with inbound Product Management, Engineering, and every GTM function.
Position Summary:
This role owns product delivery and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, carrying accountability for how validated offerings reach the market and convert into adoption, revenue, and reference customers. The VP defines and drives end-to-end go-to-market strategy across the portfolio, co-owns roadmap and investment decisions with inbound Product Management, and owns the commercial model — pricing, packaging, and monetization — for new and AI-enabled capabilities.
The VP leads the portfolio's Outbound Product Management function, building and developing the team that runs launch, enablement, and early adoption. They represent PointClickCare’s product function externally as a market figurehead with SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute customers and across the industry, and internally as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Product Management and the GTM leadership team.
Success is measured in growth outcomes: revenue and adoption attainment against portfolio targets, speed from launch to first reference customer, and the repeatable sales motions that turn early wins into scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy & Portfolio Growth:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. Define the growth thesis for each product line, set adoption and revenue targets with Sales and Revenue Operations, and drive cross-functional accountability for attainment.
Commercial Model & Monetization:
Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enabled capabilities, including usage-based pricing, tiered access, and enterprise licensing. Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Operations on scalable models that protect margin.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Partner with inbound Product Management leaders to shape portfolio direction, translating customer feedback, competitive signals, and adoption data into roadmap and investment recommendations. Serve as the commercial voice in portfolio planning and trade-off decisions.
Executive Customer Engagement & Market Leadership:
Build executive relationships across strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute accounts. Lead beta and co-development programs that generate real-world proof points, and represent PointClickCare with customers, industry bodies, and analysts.
Organizational Leadership & Talent Development:
Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams. Hire, coach, and develop talent, establish operating cadence and standards aligned with the product development lifecycle and go-to-market model, and foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Portfolio Performance & Market Insight:
Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs. Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and thought leadership, and partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to support responsible deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above.
Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution.
Proven success building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization, with fluency in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services.
Experience leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through organizational change.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using qualitative and quantitative signals to set priorities and make defensible trade-offs.
Ability to travel regularly to strategic customer sites and industry events, with occasional travel to PointClickCare offices.
Preferred Experience:
Background in post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration models.
Experience taking AI-enabled products to market, including generative AI, large language model, and agentic capabilities.
Familiarity with interoperability, care transitions, and referral and authorization workflows.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We're looking for a
Product Analyst
to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.
This role goes beyond reporting numbers. We expect Product Analysts to understand
why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should consider doing next
— turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Our Work Style:
Tech Stack:
SQL (GBQ), Python, Tableau, Amplitude, Airflow
Work Mode:
Hybrid – 2 days in office
Your Impact:
Discover and Evaluate Product Opportunities
Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Assess and Measure Product Impact
Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.
Run Experiments and Product Research
Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.
Turn Data into Product Insights
Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
Build Analytics for Scale
Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.
Partner with Product Teams
Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.
Use AI to Work Smarter
Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.
Your Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering insights and recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.
Upper-Intermediate or better English

Python skills for data analysis
Experience with Amplitude
Experience with advanced analytical methods such as regression, clustering, or causal inference
Experience with product discovery or opportunity assessment
Experience building AI-enabled analytical workflows, automations, or reusable AI solutions.

**О команде**
=============
==========
VLM-as-a-judge**
* понимание принципов работы Transformers, diffusion- и мультимодальных моделей и основных задач: T2I, Image Editing, T2V, Audio, Video-Audio.;
* понимание типовых ограничений, ошибок и артефактов моделей; способность разбираться в причинах ошибок и способах их проверки.
**Способность проектировать оценку качества моделей**:
* декомпозировать качество на измеримые критерии и проектировать тестовые сценарии, промпты и выборки.
* выбирать корректный подход к оценке: human evaluation, автоматические метрики, LLM/VLM-as-a-judge, а также подходящие модели для сравнения;
* проверять валидность метрик и уметь проектировать оценку для новых задач и модальностей, где ещё нет готовой методологии.
**Навыки работы с LLM и VLM:**
* prompt engineering, structured output, tool calling и работа с контекстом и ограничениями моделей;
* построение и валидация LLM/VLM-as-a-judge, включая проверку автоматической оценки относительно человеческой;
* понимание нестабильности, bias и галлюцинаций моделей; умение подбирать модель под конкретную исследовательскую задачу.
**Понимание AI-агентов и агентных систем**:
* понимать, чем агент отличается от обычного вызова LLM;
* знать основные компоненты агентной системы: роли, инструменты, контекст, память и оркестрация;
* понимать, когда агентный подход действительно полезен, а когда создаёт лишнюю сложность;
* уметь оценивать надёжность и ограничения агентных решений.
**Умение проводить технический и научный ресерч**:
* находить и критически разбирать актуальные статьи, бенчмарки, модели и реализации;
* сравнивать решения с актуальными подходами и оценивать достоверность результатов;
* переводить ресерч в конкретные идеи для тестирования и развития внутренних подходов.
**Будет плюсом**
================
**Умение работать с агентами и субагентами**:
* декомпозировать задачи между агентами, задавая им чёткие роли и зоны ответственности;
* управлять контекстом и изоляцией субагентов, организовывать проверку результатов;
* собирать результаты нескольких агентов в единое решение и критически оценивать их выводы.
**Навыки вайбкодинга и AI-assisted coding**:
* уверенно работать с Codex, Claude Code и другими coding-агентами
* проверять и дорабатывать сгенерированный код, использовать агентов для тестирования;
* понимать архитектуру создаваемого решения
**Продуктовое мышление**:
* связывать тестирование с реальными пользовательскими сценариями и понимать, какие ошибки критичны для продукта;
* приоритизировать направления проверки и переводить результаты оценки в рекомендации для разработки;
* понимать влияние результатов на релиз и дальнейшее развитие модели.
**Дополнительный релевантный опыт**:
* оценка Image, Video, Audio и мультимодальных моделей; разработка собственных бенчмарков и методологий;
* работа с асессорами, большими массивами пользовательских запросов и построение аналитических пайплайнов/отчётов;
* понимание GPU-инфраструктуры и инференса; практический опыт построения multi-agent систем.

Work with control owners to develop practical corrective actions and monitor remediation to ensure that identified issues are addressed effectively and on time.
Apply data analytics and other technology-enabled techniques to improve audit coverage, efficiency, and insight.
