About the job
The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious
Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones

About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Director of Autonomy at Humanoid, you will lead the team that teaches our bipedal platform to perform locomanipulation tasks in homes and service environments: tidying a room, loading and unloading a dishwasher, putting groceries away, folding laundry, and similar tasks. The output of your team is capabilities that run reliably on real robots and pass our evals, not papers or one-off demos. This is a player-coach role: you own the roadmap, hiring, and delivery, while also training policies, curating data, and debugging failures on the robot yourself. That hands-on work is how you lead: it's how you find what slows the team down and fix it for everyone.
This role sits at the intersection of applied deep learning, robotics, and people leadership, working closely with the Controls team on whole-body teleoperation and combining RL controllers with learned policies, and with the Core Technology team on foundation model pre-training for five-finger dexterity and RL methods. If you have hands-on experience with real robot hardware, a track record in applied deep learning, and have led engineers doing this kind of work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Own The Capability Roadmap: Work with product to identify use-case priority, choose the execution strategy, define the evals, and deliver on the agreed timeline.
- Lead The Team: Hire, develop, and manage a team of robot learning engineers; set engineering and experimental standards; run day-to-day prioritization.
- Co-Own The System 0/1 Interface: Agree with the Controls team on what the policy commands (end-effector targets, root velocity, pelvis height, foot targets, hand joint targets), debug failures across that boundary, and push requirements into the whole-body control roadmap.
- Partner On Data Strategy: Specify what good data looks like for bipedal locomanipulation with data collection and external acquisition organizations, ensure diversity and coverage, iterate on operator instructions, and supervise collection on the biped.
- Drive Sim-To-Real Transfer: Work with the Simulation team to set up RL training on the digital twin for bipedal tasks, then iterate on reward and simulation quality to ensure transfer to the real world.
- Shape Base Model Development: Feed bipedal requirements — embodiment coverage in the pretraining mixture, action representations, latency budgets — into the VLA Core Technology team's base model development, and adopt new base models as they land.
- Inform Hardware Design: Interface with the Hardware Design team so findings about hands, arms, and legs on the current generation are reflected in future designs.
- Report On Progress: Communicate progress to leadership in terms of capabilities working on the robot, eval results, and failure analysis.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years working on robots (industry or research) with shipped artifacts to show for it, including learned manipulation or locomanipulation policies deployed on real hardware.
- Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers doing applied robot learning, including hiring and people management, with capabilities delivered to a deadline.
- Hands-on today: you've trained and debugged policies within the last year and intend to keep doing so, and can curate data, post-train a policy, and diagnose failures without delegating that work.
- Experience post-training VLA-class policies (autoregressive, diffusion, or flow-matching based) via behavior cloning and/or RL.
- Solid understanding of the modern teleoperation and low-level control stack — whole-body control, inverse kinematics, RL locomotion controllers — and the ability to tell whether a failure lives in the policy, the controller, or the data.
- Familiarity with deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing and state management, distributed training, PyTorch or JAX.
- Strong grounding in modern software engineering practices, with the ability to document experiments clearly and communicate trade-offs crisply to engineers and leadership.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-fingered dexterous hands: teleoperation and retargeting, tactile sensing, in-hand manipulation.
- Experience with legged platforms: bipedal locomotion, whole-body control, humanoid teleoperation.
- Experience applying RL to robotics problems in simulation or on real robots.
- Familiarity with Physical Intelligence (π) models, NVIDIA GR00T, or similar open VLA frameworks.
- Publications at top-tier robotics or deep learning conferences (CoRL, RSS, ICRA, NeurIPS) or equivalent open-source contributions.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $300,000-$450,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how experience maps to our internal leveling.

We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to build partnerships that help developers make more money and create new growth opportunities for RevenueCat.
You’ll understand how RevenueCat and other products fit together, identify opportunities that matter to customers, and own the work to make those partnerships valuable - from the initial business case and partner agreement through launch, adoption, and growth.
The work could range from helping more developers adopt web payments with Stripe, to helping app teams put subscription data to work through OneSignal, to creating a new distribution relationship with a developer platform.
You’ll join a small Partnerships team with the scope to decide which opportunities we pursue, how we develop them, and where we should do less. That means going deep with a focused set of existing partners while proactively finding the next relationships RevenueCat needs.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Partnerships Lead. You’ll own the partnership and commercial work, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem. Identify where partnerships can solve customer problems or open new growth opportunities. Own the priorities across the ecosystem, deciding which relationships to build, deepen, or keep lower-touch.
- Create new product partnerships. Identify customer needs and market opportunities, build the business case, engage the right partners, and negotiate commitments. Own the relationship from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Create a scalable route for partners to build with RevenueCat. Establish how we evaluate inbound opportunities and work with Product to provide the guidance, onboarding, and support companies need to develop integrations without a high-touch partnership.
- Turn our most important integrations into meaningful partnerships. Own and execute plans with priority partners that go beyond the integration itself, from customer adoption and education to co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other creative GTM motions suited to the opportunity each partnership creates.
- Measure the impact of the ecosystem. Define and report the metrics that show which partnerships are creating value and where we should invest next.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first month, you’ll:
- Get deeply familiar with RevenueCat’s product, customers, integrations, and the teams you’ll work with.
- Meet existing partners and begin taking ownership of day-to-day relationships.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own a focused set of priority partnerships, with clear recommendations on where to invest and where to do less.
- Have joint plans, success measures, and initial performance baselines for priority relationships.
- Bring your first integration business cases and a qualified pipeline of new partner opportunities to the team.
- Complete your first side quest.
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Have launched partner-specific GTM initiatives and demonstrated progress against agreed adoption, customer, or commercial measures.
- Have converted priority new opportunities into signed agreements or partnerships, moving toward launch.
- Have influenced integration investment through customer evidence and business cases developed with Product.
- Have a working process for evaluating inbound requests and supporting lower-touch integration partners.
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvements against your initial baselines, including integration adoption, customer outcomes, and RevenueCat pipeline or revenue where relevant.
- Have sourced, signed, and launched new partnerships that expand what customers can achieve with RevenueCat or how developers discover and adopt it.
- Have scaled the GTM approaches that work, adapted them to different partners, and reduced investment in activities that aren’t delivering.
- Have established a repeatable way to evaluate, launch, and support partnerships without every opportunity depending on high-touch involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You have 4+ years of partnerships experience, including ownership of product, integration, technology or platform partnerships, and experience in a startup or scale-up. Your work has involved actual product collaboration, not solely referral, reseller, or co-marketing relationships.
- You’ve created opportunities, not just inherited relationships. You can point to partnerships you identified, built the internal case for, secured, and launched, and explain what they changed for customers or the business.
- You can get into the detail of an integration. You can read API and SDK documentation, explain how products and data flows fit together, and identify important requirements or constraints before involving technical specialists.
- You know how to drive value after launch. You’ve designed creative, partner-specific GTM strategies and can explain the audience, why you chose the approach, and what changed as a result. Your experience goes beyond coordinating isolated campaigns or launch announcements.
- You’ve helped build or significantly improve a product or technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why
- You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.
IDEALLY, YOU ALSO
- Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or a related technical ecosystem.
- Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate products.
- Experiment with products, APIs, or developer and AI tools to understand opportunities firsthand.
- Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend
