Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix does not have a dedicated brand owner at group level today. We need someone who can set brand strategy for the group, hold the organisation to it, and personally run the work that brings it to life. This is not a strategist role with execution handed off to others. This is also not a job purely about ATL campaigns. You will cover a broad set of responsibilities in a hands on way, with a small team around you. You will have a very large amount of influence on the direction of our services and need to be comfortable working with product and marketing teams.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Brand strategy and positioning for the group across product, marketing, operations. Strategy is kept current as the market and the business change.
- Brand in the product, partnering with product and product marketing so brand shows up consistently in onboarding, in-product moments and lifecycle messaging.
- Product vision contributions including a brand perspective for roadmap and product strategy conversations.
- ATL strategy, planned and produced together with the in-house creative studio.
- End-to-end ATL campaigns, run autonomously from brief through concept, production, media and measurement.
- Brand research, initiated and run on your own initiative, so positioning and creative decisions rest on real customer and market data.
- Brand accountability, holding every team that touches the customer to our brand values, positioning and look & feel.
- Brand systems: The context, guidelines, examples that are consumed by AI agents by the rest of the company so they can be on-brand.
YOUR PROFILE
- You feel like the following applies to you: You have high standards and can switch off your ego, you have high agency, you followup & follow through, you are a self-starter, you improve yourself proactively, you want to learn, you are an excellent communicator across very diverse groups of people, you are analytical and can explain both your logic and your intuition. If most of these do not apply to you then you will not enjoy this role. If most do and you are not sure: Apply.
- 5+ years in brand, hands-on - you've made and run projects yourself, not just briefed people who did.
- A strong, current read on the market and category, with a record of turning that into decisions, built through real partnership with product and marketing as a peer
- German, native or fully fluent, comfortable working in English
- Built for a small team, self-directed, and you do a large share of the work yourself rather than only directing it.
- Direct and candid, with strong opinions loosely held, you say what you think, back it with reasoning, and change your mind when the evidence says so, without needing to be right
- You have interest in service design and how services provided by people and software come together in delightful user experiences.
- Sharp creative judgment and comfortable using AI across your workflow - research, drafting, production, with craft and taste always leading, never replaced by the tool; you know how AI is reshaping brand work and use it to get more out of a small team, not just to work faster
- A balance of rigor (data, measurement) with instinct, customer empathy and creative taste, earned somewhere you had to prove brand's value to product and performance teams, not just brand peers
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and paid social is one of the fastest ways we reach new businesses. This role owns the day-to-day of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads: building campaigns, getting them live, and tuning them once they’re running. You’ll help set where budget flows, drive what we test next, and decide what gets killed. You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team with the creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role in which you’ll be uniquely positioned to contribute to Ramp’s growth by helping operate some of our fastest-growing demand generation channels.

- Help operate our paid Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok programs, including hands-on campaign setup, targeting, budgets, tracking, QA, reporting, and daily optimization.
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations for creative, targeting, and testing.
- Own smaller campaigns and product launches end to end, from stakeholder alignment and briefing through build, deployment post-launch analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, product marketers, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to market.
- Develop structured testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats, and placements
- Maintain strong operational standards across naming conventions, documentation, measurement, and campaign governance.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Grow into channel planning and broader paid acquisition strategy.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- A strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization
- Experience working across both creative testing and media execution
- Experience building repeatable campaign templates, operating systems, and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, actionable decisions
- Strong project management skills and confidence owning initiatives from brief through launch
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when building, trafficking, and QAing campaigns
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're hiring a strategist to join the Policy Campaigns team within Anthropic's Public Policy team. The Policy Campaigns team turns the company's policy priorities into active campaigns: research and polling, messaging, coalitions, paid media, and external execution. We're hiring a strategist to develop and execute paid media campaign strategy, manage agencies, and measure the success of our advocacy campaigns in the US and in priority markets abroad.
This is a strategy and program management role. You'll decide what a campaign needs to accomplish, who needs to hear from us, which messages and tactics will move them, and then implement accordingly. Anthropic works on many policy issues at once, across many markets, and you'll need to understand the full set of issues and find the right cross-cutting approaches to advance our goals. You'll direct the agencies that produce and place the work, and bring Policy, Communications, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Legal to agreement on tight legislative timelines.
The role also carries a substantial project management load. You'll run several campaigns at once, across time zones and agencies, and keep each one on schedule and on budget. You'll report to the Head of Policy Campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Design paid and digital campaign strategies for legislative and policy goals, including objectives, audiences, messaging, tactics, phasing, and budget
Develop campaign messaging and tactics with the Campaigns team, executives, Public Affairs, and Communications, and make sure paid media carries the core message
Spot where a campaign could conflict with Anthropic's other policy, commercial, or international priorities, and resolve those tensions before launch
Direct creative and media-buying agencies: set strategy and briefs, scopes and budgets, hold timelines, and hold the work to a high standard
Run several campaigns at once across time zones and agencies: own the timelines, workplans, budgets, and status reporting, and keep partners in the US and abroad aligned
Build rapid response capabilities with Policy, Marketing, Legal, and Communications so campaigns can respond quickly in changing environments
Set success measures before launch, report results plainly, and adjust strategy based on what works
Work cross-functionally to find the stories and moments that make policy arguments concrete for policymakers and opinion formers
Minimum qualifications
Experience running digital content and paid media for a corporate affairs team, political campaign, advocacy organization, public affairs firm, or issue campaign, including owning a media budget
Experience managing creative and media-buying agencies, including briefs, scopes, budgets, and performance reviews
Experience running campaigns aimed at policymakers, key opinion formers, or other influential audiences
Experience managing several campaigns or projects at once, with multiple agencies and stakeholders in different time zones
Experience building campaign reporting in spreadsheets or dashboards
Preferred qualifications
Experience managing state or federal legislative campaigns
Experience running campaigns inside a large organization or coalition with competing priorities
Working knowledge of AI safety and technology policy issues
Experience running campaigns in markets outside the US
Hands-on familiarity with ad platforms and targeting, such as Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic buying

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within Eastern Canada. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
As an Account Executive you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts to drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8-12+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprises negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus.
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences
Additional Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the enterprise landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of Fortune 2000 operations.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. Art Director, Brand & Marketing Design
About the Role
Finom is building a brand that European entrepreneurs recognise and trust, and right now the visual side of that brand needs an owner.
We are looking for an Art Director to lead our Marketing Design team and take ownership of Finom's visual identity end to end. Not marketing design in isolation: the brand system itself, the guidelines behind it, and how consistently it shows up everywhere Finom appears.
You are joining at a genuine inflection point. Finom is growing fast, helping entrepreneurs around Europe take their businesses to the next level. We have over 200k users with ambition for millions more. Meanwhile, our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, the only business banking app above 4.7.
Our ambition brings with it a unique set of challenges. Your job will be twofold: raise the creative bar, and build the system that lets a team deliver at volume without the quality dropping.
Your first months will be as much about diagnosis as creation: auditing the existing identity, understanding where the current team and workflows are working or falling short, and putting the foundations in place for what comes next. From there, you'll help determine and lead the next evolution of Finom's visual identity.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will direct and mentor, and you will also design, setting the visual benchmark yourself, not just reviewing other people's work against it. You will work in close partnership with our VP of Product Design, so that the brand reads as one across marketing, product, and the entire brand experience.
Finom is building an AI-native production pipeline, and we want a creative leader who is already fluent in it. Not someone curious about AI, someone who has shipped with it and can design the workflows, quality gates and brand guardrails that make AI output genuinely good rather than merely fast.
What You Will Be Doing
• Own Finom's visual identity (the brand system, guidelines, design systems and documentation) and drive consistent adoption across every team and touchpoint, including teams that produce assets outside your own
• Set and hold the creative bar. Shape visual direction across channels and make consistency and quality non-negotiable
• Lead and develop the existing Marketing Design team, assess its capabilities and future shape, and determine where additional permanent, freelance or AI-enabled capacity is needed
• Define the design requirements for intake, briefing, prioritisation, SLAs and review, working with Brand Operations and Marketing Operations to turn them into scalable processes
• Design and direct high-quality visual and motion assets that bring the brand to life, personally setting the benchmark for the wider team
• Build the AI-native production pipeline: define where AI accelerates the work, where it doesn't, and what quality and brand-integrity gates it has to pass. Create the templates, systems and tools that let both designers and AI workflows execute independently
• Provide creative direction at the front of significant projects (the creative kickoff, the concept, the narrative) rather than reviewing work once it's already been produced
• Direct the creation of mood boards, design references, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate creative intent
• Partner with Marketing, Product, copywriters and strategists to develop campaigns across digital-first channels (social, web, video), with the ability to stretch into ATL where the moment calls for it
• Own projects from concept through delivery, and run multiple parallel workstreams without letting standards slip
• Build and present creative work to senior stakeholders, articulating rationale clearly enough to guide decisions
• Manage a flexible pool of freelance and external creative partners to absorb peaks in demand
• Act as guardian of the visual identity while continuously pushing where the brand can be braver
Who You Are
• A genuinely strong designer. Other designers respect your work and want to learn from you; that's the bar, and it isn't optional for this role
• Strong design taste, and able to articulate how it impacts the business. You can tell excellent from generic and explain precisely why, in terms a non-designer can act on
• A builder of process as much as a maker of work. You believe high volume and high quality are compatible, and you have the systems thinking to prove it
• Customer-obsessed in how you approach brand: your creative decisions trace back to what the audience actually responds to, not to internal taste
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Finom is moving fast, the setup is being built as you go, and you find that energising rather than exhausting
• A generous leader who elevates people, gives direct feedback, and turns good work into exceptional work
• Confident with senior stakeholders without becoming a bottleneck for them
Must-Haves
• 8+ years as a graphic or brand designer, ideally in fast-moving, brand-led environments
• 4+ years as a design leader with direct responsibility for a team of three or more
• Experience building customer-facing technology brands or consumer digital products at scale. Your portfolio should show how strong visual craft works alongside usability, clarity and commercial objectives
• A track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products or businesses, including ownership of key visual directions
• A standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital and social formats
• Clear examples of work where you led or directed other creatives
• Demonstrated AI design fluency, with evidence of AI-native production rather than occasional AI assistance: workflows you built, quality standards you set, output you shipped
• Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, tools and guidelines that let other teams execute independently
• Expertise across Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to define efficient workflows and standards for a team
• A portfolio of shipped brand assets: campaign visuals, social graphics, presentation decks, event materials, marketing collateral
• Excellent communication skills and the judgement to influence at a senior level
• Fluent English
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience with sponsorship, partnership or event-led brand work at scale
• Motion design depth, or experience directing motion specialists
• Experience partnering closely with a product design function on a shared brand system
• Experience building and managing a freelance or external creative network

- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.

EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Building innovative multimodal experiences: Spearhead cross-cutting initiatives, partnering with the voice and Experience SDK teams to bring to life embedded voice mode in mobile apps. This brand new product allows users to talk, tap and text with our agents all in a single view — unlocking communication through rich visualizations, and accuracy in input collection with chat, with the ease and efficiency of voice.
- Shipping complex booking experiences: Build personalized booking flows, including leveraging Google Maps APIs to support searching for properties via an embedded map view, developing a recommendation engine based on past reservations and orchestrating seamless payment collection to complete the full booking lifecycle.
- Abstracting complex systems into packages: Modernize legacy reservations systems by creating Sierra packages that optimize querying and updating trips for customers across the board. You’ll be challenged to think deeply about how to orchestrate each step of these workflows to maximize efficiency while upholding reliability and accuracy.
- Improving the capabilities of our built in integrations: Expand platform extensibility by introducing new capabilities to our existing integrations. An example is extending our MCP integrations to support MCP UI, which allows customers to dynamically host their custom UI resources on our embedded chat windows.

- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. ABOUT THE RETAIL TEAM
- The Retail team on Agent Engineering supports some of the largest and most storied consumer brands in the world – including Gap, Wayfair, Sonos, and ADT. Together, we’re reinventing what commerce looks like in this new, AI-first era. Our customers rely on us to not only deliver novel experiences, but also host hundreds of millions of shopper and vendor interactions across web, app, phone, and in-store channels every year.
- Our team supports our customers’ customers in the moments that matter – whether that's guiding a shopper to the right product during a limited drop or a Black Friday surge, locating a package that never arrived, or troubleshooting an appliance that stopped working. Always true to each brand’s voice, we create seamless experiences that resolve issues, drive revenue, increase lifetime value, and build lasting loyalty.
- Our team supports our customers' customers in the moments that matter most, from product discovery and checkout to order tracking and troubleshooting. Always true to each brand’s voice, we create seamless experiences that resolve issues, drive revenue, increase lifetime value, and build lasting loyalty.
- Every engineer on the Retail Team is a product-led thinker; every PM on Retail is also tinkering and developing tangible prototypes; and every strategist on Retail is capable of owning an agent end to end. As a part of this team, you'll set the standard on what it means to go beyond your role, and help build the groundwork for the retail industry in the future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Abstracting complex commerce systems into packages: Modernize the sprawl of order management, fulfillment, returns, and warranty systems behind the large retailer ecosystem by creating scalable packages that optimize looking up and updating orders for customers – from Shopify storefronts to decades-old homegrown Order Management System (OMS) and claims platforms.
- Shipping the full discovery-to-checkout lifecycle: Build personalized shopping flows that carry a shopper from a vague idea to a completed order. This includes everything from building a recommendation engine that combines transcript-aware planning, structured filters, and semantic and keyword search to payment and order placement.
- Building production-grade agents at a truly global scale: Sierra’s retail agents serve some of the world’s largest global brands, handling traffic at unprecedented volumes during the busiest times of the year and across all geographic locales. You will be building at the frontier of enterprise applied AI.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.

Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you'll also contribute to how we enable customers and shape best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Onboard and activate new clients, and educate them on how to get the most out of Peec AI to improve their visibility in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance to identify AI search opportunities across platforms, and turn your findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for and co-lead advisory sessions with brands and agencies, working alongside senior strategists to build GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Support clients on day-to-day GEO questions, from strategic guidance to hands-on execution
- Manage a portfolio of clients, keeping a close eye on usage and account health, and flag churn risks or expansion opportunities to the team
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to improve activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement materials
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, whether at an agency, in-house, or at a SaaS company
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO basics, content strategy, and search intent, plus curiosity about how organic performance drives business outcomes
- Comfort working directly with clients: you can present findings clearly and are eager to build your consulting skills
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from "10 blue links" to generative search, and motivation to learn fast at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience at a top-tier SEO agency or supporting client-facing SEO projects
- Initial experience with AI search, or experimenting with how brands show up in AI assistants
- Exposure to building SEO playbooks, content strategies, or reporting for clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in German
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
