WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
You'll own the full sales cycle—prospecting to close—for enterprise and Global 2000 organisations across the UK and Benelux in financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, and enterprise software. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale.
This is a territory with significant scope to build. You'll shape how we cover Benelux, work closely with our partner ecosystem to extend reach, and take Cohere deeper into UK and Northern European enterprise. Pipeline generation sits with you. This is a hunter role for someone who takes pride in building their own book rather than working leads handed to them.
This is a highly autonomous role demanding ownership of multi-million-dollar territories. You'll navigate intricate decision-making processes, educate C-suite stakeholders, and position Cohere as a strategic AI partner. Your insights will directly shape our product evolution, helping us prioritise features that drive enterprise adoption.
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across the UK and Benelux via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Support coverage of adjacent Northern European accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Position Cohere's private, on-premise and in-country deployment options against the data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements of UK and European enterprise buyers, including the EU AI Act
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Cohere's Product and Engineering teams on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, enterprise software
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Fluency with MEDDPICC - you qualify rigorously, can speak to metrics, economic buyer, decision criteria and process, champion and competition on any deal in your book, and keep that detail current in CRM so the forecast holds up to scrutiny
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with UK and European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist, comfortable building your own approach rather than working to a pre-set one
- Highly organized - this is a high activity role involving multiple team members and you are responsible for keeping everyone on track
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
- Willingness to travel across the UK, Benelux and elsewhere in Northern Europe as required
- Existing right to work in the UK

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

This role is fully remote but must overlap with an East Africa timezone by at least 3 hours.
We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
About this role
Individual Giving has set an objective to double new donor acquisition in 2027 and expand our awareness through brand ads for key segments. Paid media is the biggest lever we have to get there, and as Growth Manager, Paid Media, you'll own delivery of this important priority. To help get us there, GiveDirectly is planning to expand its spend on paid media.
We are looking for someone who will be a strong cultural fit—curious, keen not to follow industry standards but to look for disproportionately high-leverage opportunities, keen to constantly learn and adjust, and comfortable launching a paid program without agency support. This role would suit someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to pivot and change tactics based on data and changing circumstances.
Reporting to our Director of Individual Giving, you’ll manage all paid acquisition for Individual Giving across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, and also work closely with the VP of Marketing to manage all upper-funnel media buys (e.g., newsletters, podcasts, etc.) for both the Individual Giving and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for executing our paid media program end to end, including negotiating and managing contracts, creating ads, capturing screenshots for documentation, publishing campaigns, and monitoring performance. You will also build our tracking and attribution systems and use that data to grow both one-time and monthly giving. To do so, we are looking for a strong individual contributor who is comfortable executing within the platforms without a big team or agency.
The Individual Giving team is responsible for generating revenue across donors with an annual gift below $50k. To do so, the Individual Giving team executes compelling public fundraising campaigns, drives creative donor-facing content, and tests new marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our donor base and raising awareness of direct cash transfers. You’ll join a small but high-performing team that runs several campaigns at once and works with a lot of independence. You’ll partner with Brand and Marketing colleagues each campaign cycle to ensure integrated marketing across all public-facing materials.
Level:
Manager (we are willing to hire at Senior Manager for more experienced candidates)
Reports To:
Director of Individual Giving
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1–2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits
What you’ll bring:
3–5+ years in growth or performance marketing with a proven track record running paid media to a conversion or revenue target, in-house or agency, across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Non-profit experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience managing a paid media budget of at least US$5M a year with a track record of strong performance measurement, with the discipline to trust your own data over platform recommendations and the judgment to know when to scale a channel, cut it, or admit it isn't working—pause and reset.
A genuine test-and-learn habit: you design multivariable testing across creative, audience, messaging, and landing pages, using these insights to scale the program.
Strong written communication, the ability to own creative direction of ads (from conception and drafting through launch), and experience with or a strong eye for graphic design (Figma, Canva). You’ll work with content creation teams for bigger projects, but initial ideation and direction should come from you.
Strong, succinct communication, and the ability to work productively with a Brand and Marketing team focused on brand awareness.
Alignment with
GiveDirectly’s values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity.
Experience with tracking and attribution to ensure detailed reports are shared with senior management.
Bonus skills:
Experience with our tech stack (WordPress, Salesforce, PostHog, Google Analytics, Tableau, Zendesk, Ahrefs) or similar tools.
Experience with paid ads with a non-profit of a similar size or an agency supporting non-profits.
What you’ll do
Own paid media strategy and performance to execute growth and brand goals
Develop and execute the paid digital fundraising strategy that acquires new donors, grows revenue, and strengthens long-term supporter value across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging platforms (approx. 50% of time).
Run top-of-funnel brand ads, from placement and contracting to creative direction and development, including podcasts, OOH, and connected TV (approx. 30% of time).
Manage and optimize paid investment daily, monitoring spend, pacing, cost per acquisition, and conversion, and reallocating budget as performance dictates.
Run a continuous test-and-learn program across audiences, creative messaging, channels, landing pages, and donation experiences, and turn results into decisions rather than reports.
Make key and strategic recommendations to the Director of Individual Giving and VP of Marketing on where budget spend should be allocated based on performance data.
Grow one-time and monthly giving through paid
Run acquisition and conversion campaigns for both one-time and monthly giving, testing paid tactics to grow the recurring program—the fastest-growing part of our portfolio.
Optimize the digital supporter journey so paid campaigns connect cleanly to landing pages, donation forms, email, and CRM, maximizing conversion and retention.
Analyze acquisition, conversion, revenue, and retention trends by segment to inform where the next dollar goes.
Measurement & Reporting
Stand up standardized paid-channel attribution and UTM tracking so acquisition spend is evaluable outside the ad platforms.
Build and maintain performance dashboards that connect campaign, website, and CRM data into a single view of what each channel returns.
Develop a forecasting model that projects cost per acquisition and revenue by channel, so budget increases are decisions rather than bets.
Report to senior management on budget and paid campaign performance on a bi-weekly basis.
This role might not be for you if
You are used to relying on an agency for recommendations or ad builds in the platforms themselves.
You do not have experience/familiarity with both upper-funnel and direct conversion paid advertising.
You are not comfortable managing projects from A–Z, including ideation, planning, launching, testing, iterating, and evaluating.
What success looks like in 12–18 months
A clear, measurable contribution to the 2027 goal of doubling new donor acquisition, with a 50–70% share of new monthly donors acquired through paid.
The Google Ad Grant is fully deployed against upper-funnel objectives, in compliance, and contributing measurable qualified traffic.
A documented acquisition model forecasts cost per acquisition and revenue by channel accurately enough to justify a materially larger paid budget.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATES AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: This role is part of Ramp’s UK-based overnight coverage strategy. Team members will work a set 40-hour/week schedule designed to support customer needs outside US business hours. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and rotating holiday coverage, depending on business needs.
- Hours Expected: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Work shifts will span between 6:30 AM–3:30 PM BST, and your shift will likely include a weekend day (either Sun–Thu or Tues-Sat). Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- This is a fast-changing environment: Ramp’s product and customer needs evolve quickly. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and a willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and product surfaces continuously.
- You’ll help build this function: This is not just a support role within an existing system. This team is being built as part of Ramp’s broader international CX strategy, so strong operators will have the opportunity to shape processes, team culture, and how overnight coverage works as the function scales.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.
Right to Work: All candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. We will require evidence of your right to work as part of the recruitment process in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp needs a highly organized operator to make immigration and mobility work feel clear, responsive, and scalable. This role will spend roughly half its time coordinating active cases and employee communications in tandem with an external counsel program with embedded services, and half building the workflows, dashboards, AI tools, and operational infrastructure that reduce manual work.
The Associate will operate within established policies, escalate legal or non-standard issues promptly, and streamline operations for scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CASE COORDINATION AND EMPLOYEE SERVICE (~50%)
- Coordinate active immigration, work-authorization, relocation, and business-travel cases with employees, external counsel, vendors, and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate case trackers, deadlines, required documents, status updates, and handoffs from intake through completion.
- Give employees timely, compassionate, plain-language process updates; route legal questions, pathway decisions, and exceptions to counsel or the Lead.
- Surface cases at risk early and ensure the right owner has a clear next action.
- Support our external counsel’s embedded services by providing dependable operational support, case updates, and guidance within approved policies.
WORKFLOW, AI, AND OPERATIONS (~50%)
- Build and maintain centralized workflows, intake forms, templates, knowledge resources, and AI-enabled tools that streamline routine work.
- Own the immigration and mobility case tracker and dashboard: data quality, reporting, aging cases, key dates, operational metrics, and risk visibility.
- Turn recurring employee and stakeholder questions into approved self-service content and consistent communication templates.
- Test and document tools and automations with appropriate privacy, data-quality, and human-escalation controls.
- Identify recurring friction in cases, handoffs, and vendor interactions; bring specific improvement recommendations to the Lead.
PROGRAM AND VENDOR SUPPORT
- Prepare case trends, SLA performance, employee feedback, and unresolved risks for vendor/counsel meetings and QBRs.

About the Role
The Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager sits at the intersection of B2B marketing strategy and performance analytics. You sit within GTM Strategy & Planning and act as the right hand to the VP of Growth - helping the team decide where to spend their next dollar, setting marketing-level targets in partnership with Finance, and making recommendations of how to maximize the revenue yield from demand.
The marketing team you’ll be supporting owns the digital/technical marketing channels that are heavily reliant on data-driven decisions and insights. The team’s outcomes support both the sales-led business and our PLG motion, and we make decisions around lead routing between the two businesses so that we maximize revenue yield.
This is a high visibility role with direct exposure to marketing leadership. We're looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, has the business judgment to challenge assumptions, and can move fast without sacrificing rigor. You translate performance data into investment decisions and defend those decisions to senior stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, Denver, Austin, or New York City offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including one to two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Target Setting and Impact Measurement
Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including channel-level targets and budget allocation driven by a documented planning model
Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix
Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by channel, and marketing efficiency ratios
Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions
Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel conversion issues and proactively surface recommendations
Executive reporting & Cross-functional Alignment
Support the weekly and monthly business review process: prepare data and partner with leadership to build a narrative that converts data into actionable insights
Drive alignment on ICP across product marketing, product, sales, and marketing so targeting, messaging, and investment point at the same accounts
Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target
Maintain the coverage, conversion, and velocity assumptions the model runs on, and reconcile them with Field Ops and Finance
Experimentation and Optimization
Analyze marketing experiments (landing pages, email sequences, ad creative, offers) to drive continuous improvement
Partner with our Head of PLG Revenue to identify friction in the self serve funnel and recommend interventions
Design experiments that help optimize the marketing spend and pipeline ROI
Capacity & headcount planning
Own capacity and headcount planning for the Growth marketing organization, tying resourcing to targets and coverage requirements
Model the trade-offs between headcount, program spend, and pipeline output to inform investment and org decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations
Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders, including a VP
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where definitions, targets, and operating models are still evolving, and the ability to balance speed with rigor
Understanding of B2B SaaS performance metrics: pipeline, ACV, conversion rates, velocity, marketing-sourced vs. influenced pipeline, and attribution concepts
Comfortable with SQL, Excel/google sheets and BI/visualization tools like Looker to move quickly through data
Working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, opportunity data), marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), and ad platforms (Demandbase, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, chatgpt Ads, etc)
Bonus Skills
Python or R proficiency for statistical analysis, automation, or building lightweight models
Experience with multi-touch attribution platforms (Bizible/Marketo)
Exposure to experiment design, significance testing, or applied statistics in a marketing context
Experience with predictive modeling: LTV estimation, propensity scoring, or cohort analysis applied to marketing audiences
Familiarity with the modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Looker)
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software industries

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both

ABOUT THE ROLE
How we build software is changing. Designers are building tools and agents, prototyping in code, and shipping directly into the product. More people can create software than ever before. That makes design judgment more important, not less.
We’re looking for a Design Systems Lead to build that judgment into the foundations of Ramp.
This is not just about maintaining a component library. It’s about making it possible for designers, engineers, and agents to build experiences that look, feel, and work like Ramp—without a designer driving every decision or the design systems team reviewing every change.
You’re a designer first, with the technical depth to guide architecture and get into the code. You have exceptional taste and strong opinions about typography, hierarchy, interaction, and motion. Just as importantly, you know how to turn that judgment into patterns, tools, and guidance that make everyone else’s work better.
You’re deeply curious about AI and already using it to change how you work. You build, experiment, inspect the results, and push past the demo. You can imagine a different way of building software—and lead a team toward it.
This role is for you if you’re excited by:
- Making great design reproducible. Raise the quality of Ramp’s product and encode what makes it good, so people and agents can produce coherent, usable experiences by default. The system should make excellent work easier, not make every experience look the same.
- Reimagining what a design system can be. Build beyond components and tokens into composition, interaction patterns, agent guidance, and evaluations. Connect exploration and production so the fastest way to build is also a path to great quality.
- Leading a team that multiplies everyone else’s impact. Create clear direction, ambitious goals, and a caring yet demanding environment. Inspire curiosity, develop people, and stay close enough to the work to help make it exceptional.
The opportunity is to raise the floor for everyone building at Ramp, while giving designers more room to make the most important experiences extraordinary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and develop the design systems team. Set clear priorities, ownership, and goals. Give direct, timely feedback, hold people accountable, and help them do the best work of their careers.
- Own the system’s vision and direction. Decide what to preserve, evolve, simplify, or replace based on what builders and customers need. Turn that direction into focused work the team can deliver.
- Elevate Ramp’s visual and interaction design. Raise the bar for typography, hierarchy, density, motion, responsive behavior, accessibility, and the states beyond the happy path.
- Make design judgment usable by people and agents. Translate principles into reusable patterns, reference experiences, composition rules, and guidance that produce better work without you in the room.
- Guide technical architecture with engineering. Shape everything from components and tokens to how agents discover guidance, compose interfaces, and check their work. Make sound tradeoffs between flexibility, coherence, performance, and ease of use.
- Stay hands-on. Build prototypes, work in code, and get into implementation details to test ideas, unblock the team, and understand where the system breaks down.
- Define and measure quality. Build repeatable evaluations grounded in real tasks. Measure whether builders can ship better work faster, with less rework—not just whether they use the tools.
- Improve the path from idea to shipped experience. Partner with engineering and AI teams on workflows that support fast exploration, useful iteration, and appropriate production safeguards.
- Earn adoption. Work alongside product teams, listen closely, teach through examples, and turn recurring questions and exceptions into improvements to the system.
- Keep the team moving forward. Experiment as models and tools evolve, share what you learn, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience leading and developing strong design or design engineering teams, with a track record of setting direction and delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills. Your work shows a clear point of view, attention to detail, and an ability to make complex experiences feel simple.
- Deep systems thinking and experience building systems that other teams actually adopt. You can show how your work improved both their speed and the quality of what shipped.
- Strong technical fluency. You can prototype and build in code, understand front-end architecture, and work through implementation tradeoffs with engineers—not just hand off specifications.
- Active, hands-on use of AI in your design and building workflow. You understand where it helps, where it fails, and how to improve its output rather than accept it.
- Experience turning design principles into practical guidance, reusable patterns, and quality checks that work at scale.
- Strong product judgment and a habit of staying close to the people using what you build. You connect system decisions to real workflows and customer outcomes.
- The ability to create clarity in ambiguity, make decisions, give difficult feedback, and maintain momentum without losing the quality bar.
- Curiosity that borders on obsession about how AI changes software and how we build it—and the ability to ignite that curiosity in others.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building agent-usable design guidance, generation workflows, or evaluations for design quality.
- Experience building developer or designer tools that became part of other teams’ daily workflow.
- Experience leading a major design-system migration or company-wide change in how teams build.
- Experience evolving a system across platforms or connecting product and brand experiences.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience.
